For those people unfamiliar with the Western Australian jurisdiction. This is not something revolutionary. The standard VRO (Violence Restraining Order), introduced at the behest of shrieking hysterical feminists, already provides for unreasonable guilty until proven innocent conditions. FVRO does not seem to add anything new other than special new conditions.
