Honestly no. The same stuff that worked 5 years ago still works now. I’ve actually eased up on the “game” and I’m a much nicer, more natural person now, but I probably have more “natural” charisma, if that makes sense. I’m in way worse shape than before I started working a desk job too. 90% of the time, I’m just having a good night with friends and squeeze in some cold approaches. I truly think not going out looking to approach and just being more natural has been key. Most of the time reading s…

I disagree. I’m in another east coast city and me and my friends still pull easily. Mid to late 20s. My girl friends regularly go home with strangers and help wingman us. I think it’s easier than ever because most people suck at real social interactions now and girls are literally glowing when I approach them out. I was actually thanked on Saturday for approaching in person lol. Most of my roster is from OLD though, just because it’s a decent filter. I think it’s 90/10 now rather than 80/20, but…

Treat this like it is: a separation, just go about life as if you’re single. Hit the gym, date, do hobbies. Reinvent yourself and move on. It’s over and she’ll never respect you again. Act accordingly

Second the diet, sleep, exercise, meditation, sunlight nature trope. Work your social supports if you have any. Sit yourself down, find out what's making you depressed ie, finances, loneliness, regrets, your place in the world, past mistakes, and then what you can do about it. Ie, therapy, meditation, socialization, job applications, career improvements, change of scenery. Every second of the day, either be doing something to improve the areas you need to work on, or something you love. After so…

Eh I was the same way at your age. Life has a way of conpletely knocking you on your ass and humbling you. I didn't see it coming. I lost everything, and I mean everything at 25, even though I thought I was a king. It's transformative, and I'm glad it happened, because I'm twice the person I was at 23 than 26. TRP gives you amazing tools, but the rest of the puzzle pieces you have to find yourself. Struggle makes the man. We're probably psycopaths/narcissitic ourselves, but it only gets you so f…

Going to a bachelorette party disqualifies her from LTR? So they're not allowed to have a life oustide of you, even when they're just plates?

I know I'm late to the ballgame, but im just seeing you. Get back to YOU first. I'm sure there's something you ignored duding your relationship. Friends, hobbies, a goal. Go do that first. Fuck a girl if they come along. You seem pretty rusty, so start with conversation and work yourself back into the groove. In 6-12 months you'll be where you want to be, but don't rush anything. Don't try to fill her void.

It has become a chore. My SMV has definitely gone up over the past few years but the amount of girls who just aren't worth the time anymore has turned me off. For a while at least. It's probably a phase, and I'm not going MGTOW. Just moving more towards passively attracting quality women than wasting effort on flakes and damaged women. I'm more asking if people have had similar experiences around my age. I've never been 25 before lol
/r/askTRP14/06/20 05:45 PM
18

Yeah man I really feel that. If I meet someone I click with who wants to tag along, great. But I'll never simp over a girl, chase, or even really put much more effort into women. I always thought MGTOW was for guys who can't get women, but it just doesn't feel worth the BS anymore. Good for you and good luck.
/r/askTRP14/06/20 04:13 AM

Yeah totally. If anything you showed her your strength and she isn't a top priority while being reassuring. That's attractive to women. Good luck with your troubles brother

Dude it blows. I feel you. I used to live the life, now I can barely get off the couch. Ask for help. See a counselor. Go through the motions of all the things you know you should do. After quarantine, start getting out there. If you need someone to talk to, I'm here. I know exactly how you feel, and it's terrible.

I feel you because I had the same mindset, and now I'm 25 and hardly have any friends because I got cocky, and I blew up my life. Trust me, after a certain age it's hard to make friends and you'll wish you had such easy acess to people. Maybe you are better, like I was, but you still need other people. You do have a huge advantage, knowing everything you do, but do your best to fit in. Use that advantage in life, get the girls you need to and make the friends you need to. Use the LOP in every si…

Lol not to trivialize what you're going through, but this is pretty basic stuff. I made a few of the same mistakes as you in my first relationship, but at least I knew what I was doing and convinced myself I was different. I made a post a few months ago that you can read in my history. I was starting to heal, but then covid hit and things went to hell, and now I just imagine us holed up having a blast at my lake house alone, and all of a sudden I can't eat again. I'm in the same boat dawg. I think it's called growth. I used to be a huge beta, even took pride in it. Once I learned how to stand up for myself and take what I want, I went full rambo on the world. I lost a ton of friends and missed out on opportunities to make new ones because I was such a dick. I'm leveling up now, and realize there is a happy medium. I think TRP is more inclined to get you the damaged goods girls. Like flies on shit actually. I think its part of leveling up, because my quality is definitely going up now that ive been here a few years and am actually becoming the guy I envisioned a few years ago, despite spending a lot less time on the sub and reading the same manosphere garbage. Just keep doing all the right things and investing in yourself.

You aren't a bitch, it's women's jobs to fuck up our lives. Good job seeing where you fucked up. Dust yourself off and move on. Learn from it. This didn't deserve a post on here. We all know this already. You did post it for sympathy. We really don't care, and there's nothing actionable nor any new lesson here. Go lift and fuck 10 women. Good luck.

Yeah it's a shit test. What else would it be? If you don't do this subtly with girls who are into you, your arsenal is lagging. Don't do it with the wrong girl though, it's definitely off-putting if they're close to your smv or aren't sure about you yet. I wait until a girl brings up an ex first to bring up mine, but play it off in a fun way.

Fuck yeah dude. Proud as fucking hell in how you're handling this. Once you lose everything, you lose all delusions and see how the world really operates. Keep up that mindset, and I hope things pick up for you. Losing all hope is freedom.

I have some thoughts about this. You say that automation, outsourcing, and corporate consolidation are taking traditional men's roles away from them. Well that sounds familiar, no? Woman lost their traditional gender roles about a century ago when people started having less kids, vacuum cleaners and dish washers automated homemaking, and day cares and schools outsourced motherhood. That was the degeneration of feminity. Women lost their minds for about 30-40 years then invaded male spaces in the…

Not necessarily an answer to your question, but USA is vast and very different geographically. Here in the Northeast, we have a mix of sluts in the city and girls from religious backgrounds who have never seen a dick. I have tagged girls with n counts ranging from 2-60 in their 20s. In the south I took a few virginities at 24. I can't speak to the western states. I struggled like fuck in the Biritsh Isles as I'm straightforward and short, but crushed in central and northern Europe. Idk upbringin…

You've missed the mark completely man. Yes, those are attractive traits, but there's no order that women check off. You clearly don't understand AF/BB, that women go through changes in their preferences, or that they are illogical herd beings that operate entirely on emotion. Average men learn game and get laid with more frequency than you could imagine. Frame can make you a contextual alpha even when other men dominate you physically. Mental and emotional strength are just as attractive as phys…

I just went through this. Lost 15 pounds. Still fucks me up, even though it makes no sense. So all the "man the fuck up" stuff falls flat, even though its exactly what you need to do. Here's what's helped me: Be alone as seldom as possible. Thats when the thoughts creep in. Find a new girl to text. Go full blue. Be her friend. You're not trying to fuck her. The less you validate her, the more she'll chase. If it comes up, say something like, "I'm so glad we didn't go out, would've ruined this great friendship." Then ignore her as much as possible. Be seen with other chicks. These are the easiest lays in the world. Don't miss this lay-up.

Because I got comfortable, and thought she was "mine". I trusted her, let her in like I hadn't anyone before. There's two ways to play this, right? Pull back, or escalation. If you'll definitely see her again, definitely pull back completely. Show you're not thirsty, and she'll chase your validation. Escalate and demonstrate value subtly (with complete confidence). If you only have one shot, escalate until you get a firm no. You shouldn't be thirsty, ever. But never back down either.

You're an idiot. Break up with her if you want. If you don't, don't. Personally, I wouldn't end a good relationship because I read a book or found an online forum. It's like a girl taking a buzzfeed quiz that tells her your a narcissitic, abusive, manipulative boyfriend, and breaking up with you. Your relationship will most likely end on its own anyway. Enjoy your turn as long as you want. Cheat if you want. Don't justify your decision based on some assholes on the internet.

I'm not sure what stage it would be considered, but I'm in the exact same spot. I took the pill, improved to the point where my pre-rp self couldn't have imagined. I tripled my somewhat decent n-count in a short period, landed a "unicorn", had a solid 2 year relationship and came down with depression after the break up. The painful thing was the shattering of the image I had of her and of myself during the relationship. I gave up everything great about my life because "I finally had her", and be…

Unpopular opinion. I disagree with the wallet hypothesis. I think women are attracted to older men, regardless of shape. For a variety of reasons. Every girl I've dated ended up with an older man, for some reason.

I broke up with her because she was getting bitchy, which was extremely unlike her. I expected her to come back after a few weeks, but instead she blocked me on everything, and responded to my one email with, "I don't think we should reconnect. Wish you the best."

Not sure if you know what a barstool smokeshow is... but I'm currently dating one. A level of attractiveness I've never delt with before. The last three girls I've dated rated me a 9, or told me something along the lines of I'm super attractive. I've really tried man. I cycle 40 miles a week, took up a new job and bjj and muay thai, reconnected with old friends etc. This girl was my life. She separated me from my social circles, intentionally or not. What you have to realize is that women are EXTREMELY solipsistic. Alpha is contextual. You could have ironclad frame, 3+ smv points on a girl, and set strong boundaries, and still get cucked when she's on a girls night out or a business trip if a guy gives her the tingles. All of those "diagnoses" you mentioned are exaggerations of characteristics that all girls have. You can't always be perfect, nor will you be the most alpha in every context a girl exists in.

Personal experience. I earned more than my last LTR out of college. She worshipped the ground I walked on as I had more friends and was physically 2 points above her. I took a year to do my masters and started working part time. A few months in she started acting uppity about money and talking about her job nonstop. I saw texts to her friends that I wasn't taking life seriously. She literally couldn't see past the next six months where I would be more educated and make more than her. All that ma…

If you're improving and they are dead weight, they'll resent your new successes and attitudes anyway. People always have an image and a place in the hierarchy for others in their head. The point is, to build yourself into the guy they leave other guys for more often than you get left. Eventually you'll cross the rubicon, and you'll see it as a good thing. Why is TRP not an ideology? It seems to me TRP was meant to fight dominant ideologies, but in that sense, has become an ideology in itself by fighting ideology in ideological terms. It is a rational response to other bullshit ideologies, like feminism and egalitarianism, but it has become a set of normative beliefs within this forum. I hear time and again that TRP is a praxeology (despite being admittedly "unscientific"), or a toolbox, but now Rollo (among others) seems to have taken an indi…

The thought process behind "the good man" stems from the classical idea of being virtuous. That honor, honesty, and loyalty are precisely what separates man from beast. It's well documented that the Greeks held these virtues in the highest regard, and that idea bled down western thought and society until the present day. They weren't wrong, but the issue comes when men see themselves as virtuous first, with an edge second. Everything in culture promotes the virtues as being the ideal, without re…

That you don't see how a woman could see this as creepy shows you lack some understanding of how they think. You over invested in her by looking at pictures from a while back when you don't even know her. Looking at old photos is reserved for friends and men they are interested in. A lot of women have sex based on validation. A women who is validated in every day life doesn't have to spread her legs to get or keep male attention. Attractive women also are much more likely to get retained by attractive men earlier in their life and spend less time on the "open market" It didn't say they have less sex, just fewer partners. Men are NOT hypergamous. Most men do start families with 4s and 5s. I don't know where your thought process is coming from. Average men don't typically throw their marriages away to fuck someone hotter, richer, or higher status. Men either have a roster of young women, or cash out on one relationship to raise a family. Given the option, we want many across the spectrum of attractiveness. As long as the woman is above a 6, I'm game. Women will only fuck a 6 male if they can't ring in an 8-10. Wom…

Men who didn't die in war had much more offspring than women who didn't, thus strong women would still be selected against. It has to do more with chance of survival x number of potential offspring. Evolutionarily, women still would've had no need to protect themselves. They submit to the men who won the war, increasing their chance of survival under the new regime. Or they would have a male in their own tribe to protect them.

I've always wondered why my mom was relentless in her betaization attempts, even though she openly admits to dating the bad boys in her youth. I think a large amount of that is the lightswitch effect. She settled down with her BB, so at the time, that was what she was truly attracted to, ergo - my son will be more attractive if he is a good provider. Also, BB are the ones who end up with the families and passing on genes in the grand scheme of things when monogamy is the status quo, as it was wh…

I disagree to some extent. We're polygamous by nature. I could easily love my wife more than anything. Be a great husband and father, but carry on an affair or multiple affairs without it affecting my family life.

You are obsessed with sex. Girls like sex, so do we. Surprise! You're not special, neither is she. We're talking monkeys on a big rock in the middle of endless nothing. You're just upset you came into a tissue all your life instead of into or onto a girl. Good news is that your in the right place if you want to change that.

Good stuff, everything is in your hands. Including your happiness. Being male is still 100% better than being female. If the only thing you're sweating is not getting laid, trust me, the juice really ain't worth the squeeze. And would you really want beta orbiters texting you all day, always being hit on by creepy guys, and not having to earn your lot in life?

No, the sidebar is pretty adamant about building yourself into a man that is inherently attractive to women. There's really not much more to be said on the topic. You haven't been here long enough to really see the point. This is the sexual strategy. We're not pick up artists. What you're referring to is the exchanging of notes about women.

He mentioned how that's such a scary subject. I noticed how they beat around the bush for 20 minutes about the topic, then that word was mentioned. He acknowledged it, didn't argue the idea of it, and they moved on. He tries very hard to make his guests controversial while toeing a neutral line so he can avoid the kind of labelling that JP gets. I get the feeling that he's much more RP than he'll admit.

She was most likely going along with it because she was bored and why not. You literally chased her, showing how desperate you are, which is so unattractive it's amazing you even got as far as you did. You were drunk and she tried leaving without you. Says everything. Read the entire sidebar then reflect on this. You missed an open layup bud.

You don't understand how women view sex. It's not a dirty or bad thing to them. To young women it's empowering, fun, and feels good. They can use it for attention, validation, and attracting men. It costs them nothing, so why wouldn't they? Older women use sex as a weapon to get men to do what they want. Men are the ones who view sex as meaningful, and dirty when it's not us. This is TRP vs BP. Everything in our cultures says that you need to connect first then have sex. This is NOT how women operate. They need the attraction, then sex, then a relationship. This was the only thing I was missing when I was BP. I would cast aside the girls I fucked easily thinking that something was wrong with them, while I chased the girls who wouldn't fuck me. When they offer it up, take it, then take them to breakfast then on dates.

Innate, no. None. We all have the desire to impregnate as many women as possible. Monogamy is a blue pill idea, almost never seen when we're left to our own devices. All TRP is, is an explanation of intersexual dynamics, mainly certain ways women think, what they respond to, and what they find attractive. Pet theory here. Women are better at dating than bpers because their lives revolve around finding a mate. They don't have to work or learn to work because the right guy will take care of them. 90% of conversations between girls is about guys. As soon as guys put in the work to figuring out how to attract women and date, we're better. I also want to add that TRP is recognizing a man's needs for self-fulfillment. PUA ignores development as a man and focuses on getting women. MGTOW ignores women and focuses on development. We're already united on a macro level under the manosphere banner and anyone who swallows the pill has to understand how silly these movements are. I feel like it's deaf ears here. The betas, MGTOWS, and incels need to adopt this frame. Not us?

Maybe I'm talking out of my ass because I didn't pay much attention to this whole thing, but I don't remember actual creative minds being implicated for normal sexual behavior. Louis CK was ugly and a weird sexual deviant. I feel like if he tried to fuck girls like a normal guy, nobody would care. Same with Spacey. Weinstein wasn't creative, just creepy. I haven't heard anyone accuse Johnny Depp or Spielberg or Scorsese and I'm sure they're drowning in it if they want to. Women definitely value …

Agreed. To me, this is the final and hardest step in swallowing the pill. I still haven't done it. We all have that conception that this girl is unique and we're the ones who are going to rescue her. It's the classic alpha saving the damsel in distress in all cultures' mythology. It's built into us. How many notches did Mystery have before he fell for crippling oneitis? That dude invented abundance mentality. We're all guilty of it at some point in the journey. Recognize it.

I'm young, an asshole, and an even bigger asshole to women. Yeah you might spend your entire day trying to please people who take you for granted while some of us wake up next to people whose names we can't remember, but you have a family. You're the captain of the ship and you need to continue to accept the responsibility for your past actions. Man up. Being the captain is your mission now. Why do you need the gratitude? Women and children literally can't understand the sacrifices you make, so …

This is what a lot of guys are missing here. They forget that trp is a toolbox to accomplish what YOU want. It doesn't matter if some consider it BP. Personally, I don't get kicks out of ONS, I've had enough of them where they just all feel the same and it's not even fun anymore. Plates are beneficial if you have the time and energy to balance several women's emotions and all the bullshit. I like STRs and LTRs because they take care of the small stuff while I can focus on my shit. You also appea…

The national debt isn't actually something we need to pay off. The dollar is the basis for all worldwide currency as their value is derived from how many dollars their currency is worth, so our credit rating will always be AAA, regardless of our debt levels. Since when have the disenfranchised not revolted? What economic system has a better track record than capitalism? The standard of living of disenfranchised people here is higher than anywhere else in the world. Fuck man, even homeless people…

This is a high school understanding of supply and demand. The US labor force multiplied by 2 when that happened. Our markets exploded. Yes wages decrease when labor increases, but our standard of living increased way more. We moved from a labor economy to a skilled labor force and service industry. Average people now have degrees when two generations ago, average people worked in manufacturing. Like I said, you have to weigh the odds. Is it worth it to take a cracked glass bottle to the head over some drunk idiot? That's not the point of his question. I'm more saying that you don't have to macho up over every guy that makes a run at your girl, because if you're dating attractive girls, it will happen often and your last resort should be muscling up.

When your girl is physically around you, you need to make it clear that you're the alpha in your circle and she is yours. That will dissuade a lot of potential suitors from making moves on her. If anyone tries to step in, cut them down with amused mastery. Make it look like he's an idiot for even trying. Tell your girl how goofy he is. When it comes to texting and social media, you need to establish early on that the competition is other girls for her. You won't be competing with other guys. Any…

Ability to generate attraction in women can't really be quantified. I'm not sure why you're trying to. Looks, status, money, game all play a role. Some guys are better in one of those fields, and women all value them differently. You can't say "I'm a 9 because my game, status, money are 10" because those are unquantifiable as well.

What electorate is going to elect you? The 250k subscribers here? Trump may have been the best chance to shake up the system, but still seems like status quo. Fighting the mainstream starts with little pockets like TRP and bubbles up. It's all cyclical. It's how the feminists did it. It's gotta come full cycle and turn to shit before people want change. Democracy is the greatest invention of all time, but also the worst. Fight the little battles day to day. Ignite some sparks.

You're doing everything you should be doing. You have your 20s and 30s to ball out now. Trust me, if you've fucked one, you've fucked them all. Keep concentrating on what's important. Take some time to go out and just chat with women, don't expect to close them all. A pitch will come your way. Maybe lower your standards at first and then work up. Women are such a side event, more of a distraction than anything. You're in the right place to figure them out.

None of your examples really argue any points or tenets of RP philosophy. There are millions of happy BPers, but it's still a denial of our natural programming. The boyfriend of a girl I slept with in college was BP and happy in his relationship, but completely blind to the fact that she cheated on him frequently and she would bitch about how much of a wuss he was behind his back. It's ludicrous. I couldn't graduate without 3 feminism based classes and one racial diversity class. For a law and business degree. The rabbit hole goes so deep in western universities. I was naturally alpha growing up. Captain of sports teams, new girls every few weeks, alpha father. I came into college a big swinging dick and crushed my first year. Then I took the mandatory "diversity" classes and little by little my balls disappeared. I bought into progressivism and feminism wholeheartedly. I felt bad for the way I treated women in the past, like fucking them and stuff. I pissed away 3+ years of my life, turning down sex …

I too am prone to breakdowns, but learning to stay stoic on the outside, taking a step back, and looking at things objectively has helped massively. Staying composed when you're overwhelmed and your brain is fried is what being a man is all about. We're not kids anymore, and nobody gives a damn about our problems. Tell yourself that you're not going to let [x] problem(s) defeat you and take action with that mindset. You're right, I've learned the most about myself when my back has been against t…

Very true. My anger phase lasted about three months, then I had 8 of "enjoying the decline" where I felt like I was making up for lost time. Now the whole thing feels like nothing more than an empty game with me as I see women I care about being no different than the instinct-driven animals that they are (as are we). It also hurts seeing other men fall for the same traps that I used to and not being able to help them.

I've been steadily trying to implement this with my current gf. We've started light choking, some other basic submissive stuff, and have talked about handcuffs and tying down. I make her give me her panties whenever we go out. She's definitely full submissive but I don't want to scare her by moving too quickly and I know she's never done anything close to this before. Do you have any tips for slowly implementing this level of submission?

It's Evo-psych. Our brains don't comprehend the idea of birth control so every man she has sex with decreases our odds of successfully reproducing. In reality a woman on BC can have sex with whoever and it has zero actual effect on us

I want to piggyback off this. My life is pretty much exactly what I've always dreamed of. Great job, stability, gf who is my definition of physical attractiveness and worships me. Your plan of action is the sidebar. Your recommended reading is the sidebar. No, women are not shitty. They are guided by their biological imperatives just as much as we are. You should love them, but understand they are the way they are. Don't be mad at them, be mad at the narrative that told you they're perfect and should be worshipped. There is a huge difference between nice guys and good guys. Stopping your nice guy behavior is recognizing that you have needs and they come first. You won't l…
