It really doesn't matter unless you look freakish. A decent amount of muscle and a lowish amount of bodyfat beats all the rest tbh. Think about how often you noticed peoples' insertions before you started lifting and knowing what to look for.

I don't agree with law 10 in this case. I agree it is much better to associate with happy and positive people - however that is not the same as dropping a long time friend who is going through a hard time. I agree if someone is dragging you down you should cut them out, but it's callous to cut someone out without trying to help them. That's what friends are for, and I'm sure you'd want your friends to do the same for you if you fell on hard times.

You're probably tensing your PC muscle when you fuck. Stop doing that and you will be able to last a lot longer.

So be it. Not worth destroying your health for a few club sluts. At least try a vape or something, it's the best of both worlds.

I think porn is always bad though. There is no healthy aspect to it imo. Fap and focus on your body, or imagine something, or read erotica, but pictures and especially hardcore fake overstimulating videos are terrible for you.

I usually come down hard on men that criticize billionaire's Why is this? You can make a few million off hard work, ingenuity and skill, and I greatly respect people who can do that. If you want to make billions (or more accurately, turn millions into billions since NOBODY makes a billion from nothing) it generally requires corruption, nepotism, theft from the taxpayer, monopolistic and exploitative business practices, and screwing over your friends and business partners. See: facebook, microsof…

Because they're imagining how great they'll feel once they get up in the morning and get a workout before going to work. Imagining all the gains that are going to come and the feeling of wellbeing you get after a good workout. And then the alarm clock goes at 5:30 and an extra hour in bed feels infinitely better than a hard workout. I'm the same, I'm a dedicated gym goer but you'll never see me at the gym in the morning.

In Japan, it's common to work a 60 hour week, and give all the money to your wife. She takes care of all the bills and everything, and you ask for a weekly allowance from her. It's a very weird system.

I agree, it's a very decent subreddit. I find lots of new bits of trivia there, and I like to answer the science/maths ones sometimes. Somebody (I think Einstein) said: "You don't truly understand something until you can explain it to an idiot" or something to that effect, and it's true. Writing out stuff for a noob/5 year old really cements your understanding of it.

To be honest, this isn't that bad. She isn't attracted to him, but she isn't trying to lead him on, or make her an orbiter friend who pays for shit. She seems a lot more decent than most other women, and there's nothing wrong with having some female friends, they just aren't the same as male friends. And yeah, you can totally read between the lines on the 'it was mutual' thing, I spotted that as soon as I read it.

In my opinion, ALWAYS split the check on a first date. It's a big red flag for me if she gets bitchy about having to pay, or expecting you to pay. After that, I'm not bothered. I would expect her to pay sometimes, and sometimes split the cheque, but I'm not counting it up, I don't really care. You don't want to set yourself up as someone who pays for dinner on the first date though, because that sets the tone of the relationship.

No. Sleeping on the couch would be admitting defeat. Continuing to fight would just be childish and giving her what she wants. His choices are to either just get in the bed and ignore her, and tell her if she doesn't want to sleep in the same place to go somewhere else - or to just leave and do his own thing for a few days. I mean tbh, I would just leave permanently, but a few days of 'dread game' would be ok too.

Gone away. If a woman is going crazy and resisting all attempts to calm her down, there is nothing you can do to change her mind. Sure you have the physical advantage but that's useless to you, and that's all you have. The best thing to do is just leave and cut contact, be it for a few hours/days/ever. If you argue, you're just feeding her hamster.

For me, Don Draper is the ultimate alpha. I feel he is a very realistic character for TV. He has his insecurities and problems, but all he shows to the world is the stoic, charming, dominant guy they want to see. No amount of problems or bad events can make him drop that persona.

To expand on this. 'Rocking the boat' and coming off like you care much more about yourself than the company is very bad, you're going to look like a bad worker, and your boss isn't going to have a good opinion of you. However being too supplicating, working every extra day they tell you, working all your weekends, finishing someone else's work just tells them they can pile all sorts of shit on you and you won't complain. So it will just become a slippery slope where they're taking advantage of …

Yeah men seem to think that all women want the bodybuilder type of body, while women say they don't like big muscles at all and just want some abs. However, a decent upper body and yoke, with some strong legs seems to work great.

I've found that online dating is pretty good for an easy lay, and not much else. I'm attractive, not really high status, but attractive and interesting, and I have a shirtless pic on there, message loads of girls who are about a 5-6, and then I have options for when I want to get laid and there's nothing else/I don't want to put effort in. That's about all it's good for imo. If you're trying to get someone at around your own SMV level, it's much better in person, as you can't game very well onli…

I sort of agree with this. But there is a big difference between using drugs for fun/curiousity, and abusing them because you want to escape your sober life. I've done both, and they can be very useful when used for fun. Things like mdma and acid can be really good on occasion. However, if you're just getting up and smoking weed every day, it's just destructive and shit.

Honestly, there is nothing you can do that will give you a good chance at what you want. The way I see it, your options are to stay with her and your child, or be apart from them. A plate thing might work for a while, but eventually she's going to be in another relationship, and another guy is going to be your child's stepdad. You just need to make the decision on what you want more. Redpill isn't all about spinning plates and casual sex. However, if you really aren't happy, maybe try negotiatin…

This is oneitis as hell. If it was going to happen, it probably would have happened earlier, and in college you're going to have a lot more competition. However, in answer to your question, the key is to make them realize the benefits for them are better than the work they have to put in. If she has a couple of extra pounds, and she still gets tons of attention from guys because of her face, it's not worth it for her. However, if you are in a relationship, and you start raising your SMV, she wil…

Don't get stuck in that mindset dude. The time you spent before was a sunk cost, and from now and into the future you are progressing. Instead, think of how you could have never made these changes, and how you would have had a shitty life for many more years to come, with much more shit like divorce when the kid's leave home. 'You are much better off than you could have been' is a much better mindset than 'I could have made these changes earlier'

But looking good and dressing good are (relatively) easy ways to boost your 'score'. Sure you could become a multi-millionaire and look ugly as fuck, and you would get tons of girls, but still the multi-millionaire with the suave clothes and great body will still outrank you. Taking care of your body, skin and clothes is the easiest way to climb the ladder, and come with tons of other benefits too that aren't based on getting women, both now and down the line when you're getting older.

Also, when people talk about the 'fight club' body, they are normally talking about the picture that shows him in great lighting, smoking a cig, covered in blood and dirt, and looking like he doesn't give a fuck. Ie. a pose that was set up by a director to look as good as possible. Plus, it's Brad Pitt, he has an amazing face, really good insertions on the main muscle groups in the pic (abs, chest, delts, lats) and great proportions. Personally, I think this is about genetics. If you have a good body, but the girl knows you spend hours at the gym, and buy supplements, and watch your diet etc. this doesn't show many genetic gifts. However if you look good, and play it off like you don't actually do all that much, you come off as somebody who gets that perk naturally ie. great genetics. Same with skin care, it's much better to have naturally flawless skin, than getting flawless skin by taking care of it.

To give my opinion: The guy who brings his guitar to parties and stuff, or tries to show off his musical skills by getting on the piano, is a tryhard douche. All the guys there can smell out why he's doing it, and once he has the attention and the highest SMV, he will act shitty and passive aggressive to all the guys to reinforce it. However, that guy obviously isn't there to make friends with guys, he is there to get laid, and that works. So OP, if you want to get laid, go for it, but if you wa…

Man purposely gets woman drunk, stays sober himself and sleeps with her ---> Rape Sober man ends up sleeping with drunk girl, but doesn't actually try to manipulate her into it, or into drinking ---> Grey area, possibly sexual assault Man and woman both drunk, both sleep together ---> no party at fault This is the non-retarded way of looking at it imo.

It's when a new user comes along, and appears to agree with most of the ideas and opinions here, but then, adds some other opinions that are totally different. E.g. "This sub is so great, I really love the tips here, they've helped me so much, but I don't think women are as 2-dimensional as you believe, I have met many 'unicorns' myself" It's quite hard to judge, because if you're too harsh, you just have an echo chamber where all the opinions are the same, but if you're too lax, you get tons of…

The light from a monitor won't affect your melatonin as much as standing outside in daylight obviously, but I have read, and noticed, that it's much harder to fall asleep afterwards.

It's also great if you're going to be watching TV/using a monitor right before sleep. The light from electrical stuff stifles your melatonin production, since your body thinks it's day, but taking extra melatonin can counter that.

On the subject of sleep drugs - melatonin is good. It's the hormone that controls your day/night cycle, and is also a potent antioxidant. Taking 5mg a day half an hour before sleep has worked great for me.

Everyone does it, but with practice, you can notice when it's happening, and rather try to mask your faults with rationalization, you can just accept the negative emotions, feel them, and then let them go. It's like the classic example of a bar fight over a spilled drink. The average guy with no control over his ego will fight, even though if he thought about it logically, he would know it's a bad idea to get into a dangerous situation over something that small and petty. He has to concede on some points so that his main message will be acceptable to a wider audience. None of the people here, including Rollo, will never be taken seriously by the general public, or at least not in the near future, as their opinions are 'fringe'. Dr. Farrell is able to talk to a wider audience, because his ideas are not as radical, or at least he does not present himself as holding them.

Yes, great book. You can learn a lot from him about the philosophy of stoicism, which I believe should be the goal for every man. Ideally, you should be able to lose your job, have both your parents die, have your girlfriend leave you and be diagnosed with cancer all at the same time, and it shouldn't provoke a reaction. Sure you can't stop yourself feeling the emotions, but if you are strong enough mentally, you can control your response to it, and not allow the feelings to overwhelm you and ru…

Err... Monday is squats and OHP Wednesday is bench and power clean Friday is deadlift and lats Weight and sets change all the time. Sometimes might be 5's, other times singles, doubles or triples. Sometimes even widowmaker squats. Different assistance exercises added in as well - rack pulls, close bench, incline bench, power snatch, overhead squats etc. etc. I generally go all out though, since I'm only training each lift once a week.

Probably not for me, but for some it definitely is. Giving the numbers you should be able to reach as exact measurements isn't accurate, since it doesn't take into account height or weight. Giving the numbers as multiples of bodyweight isn't accurate either, since 3x bodyweight DL is great for a 50-60kg lifter, and literally impossible for a 150kg lifter. It really does depend on a lot - such as test production, the composition of your fibers, limb length, metabolism, appetite etc. etc.

The tell-tale sign is delts. You can spot the difference between natty delts and gear delts a mile away. Normally, if you're natural, your delts will grow sort of down your arm, getting bigger, but not protruding too much. However on gear, they start to expand outwards, and look like a sphere on your shoulder. It's the best way to tell, although you can never be 100% certain just by looking at them.

No - you can't generalize. Everybody is different, some guys will never reach those numbers, either because of their limb length/proportions/they're more suited to endurance rather than strength. For example, my squat and deadlift are both above 4 and 5 plates respectively, and my bench is barely touching 2 plate, since I have long arms. Also, weight matters - a 5'5 guy weighing 70kg is going to find it much harder to get those numbers than a 6'2 guy weighing 100kg. As long as you're slowly putt…

Yep. Don't start crying or get all emotional, but tell her how you're feeling and see how she deals with it. This is a good test for how she is going to react in the future, so you want to find out now. If any of these has a significant imbalance, they will pull to hard for the opposite muscle to cancel it out, so your hips go out of alignment. There are plenty of places online for you to figure out what you need, and then there are isometric exercises/stretches that will help you out.

The government/people in power toe a very thin line. They push the population as far as they can to keep control, but the real power rests with the people - if they step too far over that line, they are gone. It has happened since the beginning of time, in almost every civilization known to man. The people are happy to have things taken away from them, because they believe they are powerless, but eventually the people in charge push too far, and then all their power is worthless.

This is a great post, I could have plucked the same words right out of my head. I've always seen theredpill as more than just sexual strategy, but as a microcosm for pretty much every other belief in the world. Since there are so many things in this world where people are living in 'the matrix' as you've said - religion, relationships, government etc. and most people are happy to be in there. I found myself feeling very nihilistic when I was about 18-19 as I had just started to research things f…

Yeah deadlifts have fucked me up. I subscribed to the idea that you get enough core work from squats and deadlifts alone to warrant skipping isolated ab work. Now my spinae erectae (or whatever they're called) are strong as fuck and it's really hard not to stick my arse out.

Well if you're being totally honest with her and saying you're definitely not going to marry her, she should really break up and look for someone more compatible while there's still time. However she may try and keep you around in order to 'change you' and then be devastated when you break up with her down the line and she hits the wall. I would personally break up with her, it's the nicest thing to do really. Also, these are the sort of relationships that end with the woman poking holes in the …

This is very very impressive. A lot of people outside this sub wouldn't understand, but to me it looks like. Something bad happened to you. You felt very strong emotions and a desire to satisfy them. You also logically knew what you should do. You tore away from what you wanted to do, and did what you knew you should do. You were rewarded for it in the end. This is pretty much the essence of being a man - you felt your emotions, but listened to your logic although it was difficult. TL;DR - Good …

Disney movies tend to invoke strong emotions in women. You know that feeling when you're watching a great action movie and you feel like you could be that awesome? It's the same with girls and shitty romcoms/Disney movies. It gets them horny.

Many people come to the gym and go, because they are totally training for outside benefits, and very few people have the ability to do a difficult thing that they hate for years on end. The trick is to find what you like about the actual act of lifting, and the short term benefits - and focus on them. I love the feeling after a heavy squat set, or a max deadlift, and that's what keeps me coming back. Everything else is just a bonus on top.

It's positive reinforcement. The boyfriend is idolized and called a 'real man' for buying her an expensive gift - it's validation for him. He is likely to go out and do it again, when he feels insecure about the relationship. Another caveat that I see many people doing is going into an already formed friendship group, and trying to out-alpha them. This just comes off as weird and you're likely to be shut-out by the whole group. If you're meeting some new people as a group alone, you should still be dominant and confident, but also friendly, don't lead straight away with talking playful shit to the guys and flirting with the girls.

I would definitely recommend sticking with test or test/dbol for your first time, as you don't really know how the other ones are going to affect you - plus test alone is great if you've never cycled before. I agree that bulking to 20-30lbs overweight is stupid, but equally stupid is eating on only a 500 calorie surplus and expecting to keep gaining fast. Nothing wrong with going 10-18-10-18% bodyfat during your bulks and cuts. But if those things happened, then the wealthy would be even more likely to get the guys they wanted into power, which would defeat the point of democracy. Think of how hard it is to gain as a 21 year old male, when you are at around the highest testosterone level you will have in your life if you're eating right, then imagine you just got 80% of your test taken away. Yeah, and then there would still be a few at the top, and the rest below. If you got a room full of professional sports players and set them a task, then the men would organize themselves into a hierarchy, and the more charismatic masculine men would be in charge, with the others taking orders. There is no set scale of alpha/beta, it is just where you fit in compared to anybody else. The most alpha of men would become beta if they were hanging out with Mike Tyson, Zidane and Gene Simmons.
