Lately I noticed, that both men and women started to pick this kind of "tricks" with usually terrible results. About the tables. The illusion is not about the tables - it's about how you present that theyy are the same. There is 0,2cm difference in one of the dimension (width of the left one vs length of the right one). Simple tip for newbies: make yourself protein shakes and buy some creatine. I have like ~86kg of a non-fat mass. Eating enough proteins in meals is hard. I remember my PT exam in military. During sit-ups I was exhausted, I felt I couldn't do it anymore after 3 clicks of running and pull-ups. My trainings are simple. I take weight I can do 3x10 with. For deadlift it is 100kg without touching the ground. Not too heavy, but very effective for my body. For squats and chest 80kg - also nothing incredible, but I feel my body is on fire. I preffer high number of reps over big weight, because I don't fell my muscles properly tired otherwise.
