I dated a girl last fall who did this. She was subtle about it. She would say When we broke up it was the only other time I thought about killing my self. It sounds like yours is much worse. I waited another month before ending it. BPD is a mental disorder. It's not your responsibility to care for her mental well being. Good job getting out of there. The thing is this. No matter what your parents or her parents say, you don't want to be with her or else you wouldn't have broken up with her. So d…

I actually found TRP because of the church. I came home from being a missionary and was recently living back in America. At this point I was so tired of not having constructive and truly masculine figures in my life that I went online to search for a group of men that acted like men. In the church world there is such a passive and liberal approach when it comes to men. They turned men into women. The book, Wild at Heart by John Eldredge, is actually really good on this from a believer's standpoi…

Haha I lift in the early mornings with all the body builders. I always feel so small, but I work hard. I lifted last night around 5pm and saw the usual night crowd: I never felt bigger in my life.

Honestly I didn't like Trump until recently. And now I realized honestly how alpha he really is. It motivates me more to vote for him. But I try to submit to that law, and I wouldn't mention this in public except in private conversation with other men.

I'm only doing NGA natty, I'm not doing the others. I was mistaken, his friend died during military press. Heart exploded form years of HGH and anabolic steroid abuse. Also had a friend die squatting and leg press, for similar reasons. Didn't die doing OHP. That's my b. But I still wouldn't recommend it. It's an easy injury lift. Muscle confusion actually isn't bs. The muscle isn't cognitive. I don't really know the science behind it, but if it works, it works. Even Arnold schwarzenneger still t…

Well. If it works, it works, my friend. I'm not going to argue with my coach. Who trains natural athletes and untested. As for quite weak? Seems relative. I'm extremely proud of my lift weights and the progress I've made. And they're a decent amount of weight for anyone that lifts natural. Squatting over 315 and benching over 225 is not weak at all. Those are usually the bench marks for starting to lift actual heavy weight. But what do I know, right? I'd rather be the one out there busting my as…

Deadlifts are a back exercises, lol. They definitely utilize the legs, its just a compound lift. Most people I know at the olympic weight lifting gym I go to do deadlifts on back day.

This one is interesting. I know coaches that recommend 9 hours of sleep while Arnold Schwarzenegger slept 6 hours a night. I'd like to see a study on this.

You're being downvoted but this is exactly what every professional coach and trainer says. Do not go heavy until your form is perfect and your muscles can handle this. Also you have joints that need to be strengthened, neuro pathways that need to be taught to do lifts. Start at medium weight, get your form down, then build up.

Body builder here. Kinesiology major. My current bb coach used to train Ronnie Coleman. Best thing I can recommend for anyone to do, and you touched on this, is to hire a coach. Not a personal trainer, some stick figure with an online certification, but an actual coach. A lot of men here go for power lifting and I did that for a year, but since I started training with a body building coach my gains have increased drastically. In three months I went from 165 lb to 180 lbs by changing my diet and …

I don't think this is a valid point. I'm not a republican, I'm definitely pro choice and pro women's rights but I'm not a democrat either. However, there are plenty of urology clinics in the Dallas area that will provide this need. It's not that planned parenthoods were closed, it's that the only one that did them (Addison location) doesn't work with that Doctor anymore. There are like a dozen planned parenthoods in the area though. So, they aren't being shut down.
/r/TheRedPill19/09/16 02:03 PM

They do it for $550, with no follow up and there's a waiting list. Also, that depends on which one. There are no planned parenthoods in the Dallas area that do that anymore though.

That's awesome man. I remember after doing 3 months of SL I'm now at the point where people ask me to spot them and ask for advice by seeing how much weight I'm pushing. I haven't lifted this much since high school.

Rad! On SL you squat every day and then rotate between OH press / deadlift and bench / barbell back row. I'm at the gym doing my cool down now! With SS is it those 5 workouts every time you lift?
/r/MarriedRedPill14/09/15 11:32 PM

I bought SS and am reading the book. Is it just squat, deadlift and power clean 3x a week? I did SL for 4 months, and am looking to progress to the next step after I've plateaued. I definitely made a LOT of progress with SL and would highly recommend it.

Dang. Dude this is a whole new world of TRP methodology. I just dropped a few of my plates but as of right now I'm only spinning five. Well. I don't talk to any women about TRP strategy. I honestly treat my mother like a child and it works out really well. Our relationship has really grown a whole lot since I have come to understand that AWALT. Don't talk strategy with your mom. I do talk strategy with my father and you'd be surprise the amount of gems he can tell you whenever your mother isn't around.

I realize that, I just don't understand why the military which isn't based on being politically correct but based on protecting and defending a country is like this. I guess politics go into it, but I think it's just going to end pretty bad once body bags come home with little girls.
/r/TheRedPill11/09/15 02:44 PM

Communicate that to her. "Head is important to me. Get over it, or I'm going to be with someone who fulfills my sexual needs." It isn't fair for either of you if you aren't sexually comparable. So, you'll probably have to next her. Why waste all the time fixing someone when you can just be with someone who doesn't have that issue?

I don't think in this case it is hate. I think it's just, if we allow female soldiers to fight in all combat units the same as men there will be death and the only way to come to the realization that this is a bad idea is if some of them tragically die. I don't want anyone to die but I also don't want our effectiveness as a military to be besmirched and left with more blood on our hands than before.

The more you lift, the more and better you will eat, and the more regulated your sleep will need to be to lift better. The more muscle you get in your back the better your posture will naturally be. You'll be more well rested, standing better, eating better and stronger within a few weeks. Get on a program, like stronglift 5x5 or starting strength if you don't already have one.

Saying, "I have no opinion about it" is different than saying "let's talk about something else." Also, TRP isn't solely for party girls. It's sexual strategy in life. If you're chasing party girls, that's fun and great, but not everyone here is chasing college pussy still.
/r/askTRP09/09/15 02:47 PM

I think this is a bad way to go. According to models by Mark Manson you should have an opinion on things. Be tactful about politics, careful but the fact that you don't have any opinion on it shows lack of ambition and the fact that you don't keep up with current events or read. A red flag.

Do not defend misandry. You're wasting your time. There's a rule of power that says believe what you want but act like everyone else. No girl wants to fuck the guy who is super vocally against the crowd. Especially not in highschool. Don't nod along with feminism, but just be silent. Be mysterious. Work on yourself. Start working out. Work hard at your classes. Keep your damn mouth shut about misandry in class. You're going to lose the battle in the big picture and is it worth it? Jack Donoghey …

Watch Archer. It's actually a pretty fun show and there is some beta fits in it, but I really like it. Otherwise, I typically stick to movies if I watch anything. Last Samurai, 300, Patriot, Gladiator, etc. Edit: also metal core and hardcore have a ton of TRP lyrics. Even a lot of rap. Childish Gambino. eminen. Hopsin. Some atmosphere. Hardcore Bands are filled with TRP truth: have heart, comeback kid, ghost inside, ceremony, bane, powertrip

It becomes likes a distant memory. I'm currently mentoring a 19 year old friend in the ways of TRP. I have actually said any of the terms we say here, and I haven't mentioned TRP but he's read some of the reading here. He's learning, and I see him act in such ways that reminds me of the stupid beta tactics I used to do. It's weird being able to help someone grow in ways that this sub helped me grow.

My relationship with my mom has gotten so much better since TRP. Treat her like a plate, or a child (same thing). Obviously do not flirt with her. But just realize that she thinks like a child and treat her as such. Respect her and be kind, she is your mother, after all

Former Christian (Calvinist) missionary here. Maybe God is calling you. He very well might be. It also might be a sermon series you just really relate to. In Hebraic teaching they'd call this a person's yoke. So when Jesus said that his yoke was easy, it was a double entendre to mean the yoke with an oxen, but also his teaching. Whenever someone comes out with a new interpretation, a new yoke, people relate to it. We've seen people drawn to Jesus, drawn to Paul, drawn to Augustus, to Francis of …

Hanging out with men is a good thing. Ask them to do something constructive, that's what I do. "Wanna hangout?" "Well I'm about to go the gym. You can come with me." That's usually what I go to, bc most of my free time is spent at the gym. Other than that, I mean friends are important. Men can be great wingmen, and last night I drove half an hour to watch a movie with a buddy. American Ultra. I hadn't seen him in awhile and I knew he wanted to see it. I might be biased but I don't do machine weights. You can lift a barbell. even if you are only squatting a barbell and benching a barbell; you can lift 45 lbs. machines are a waste of time, no wonder you're bored and not seeing results. If you want results you need to be lifting with free weights. Squat. Bench. Barbell row. Deadlift. Overhead press. Hang clean. There is a reason they're the essentials. They work.

Well what program are you on? Edit: get on stronglift 5x5. You add weight every time you lift and it adds up quick. You will not be bored if you keep challenging yourself. As for now, just eat three solid meals a day. 2-3 eggs, toast, cup of oatmeal and some fruit for breakfast. And lunch and dinner have lean fish or chicken, with a cup of vegetables and a salad. It takes about three months on any program before you start to see a difference. Just do not quit said program because you're bored. I…

This is what women in major cities like LA, Portland, Dallas, Austin and NYC go for. Not all women, but mostly girls in their twenties are chasing after men like this. May not be like this outside of major cities, but I've traveled all around the world and dressed like this. I never have a problem catching attention and with game. A lot has to do with confidence in who you are, but I am always getting compliments on my fashion by women.

Time is the most precious resource we have. You can always get more money, more clothes, more food or more power. You can never get more time. Once your time here is up, that's it.

Maybe. I mean the sidebar has a lot of good material in it. The thing is, because of the nature of our generation a lot of people that come here are hurt and impressionable young men who eagerly swallow up anything being taught. They're just replacing one master with another. You have to use your brain. Think and dissect. I've heard some people out of this sub say they saw TRP members promote rape and marital rape. I can see where you're coming from. There are natural men who live their lives self improved and who already possess swagger. Then there are men who were raised in a feminist friendly environment that need the red pill to wake out of their shell. TRP is necessary in a new hyper feminist world. It has always been implemented by men, but since the world wars more and more men are raised without their fathers. Whether it is due to death from war or just absence of them in their lives. As a result w…

This. Why was Jesus crucified? Because he wouldn't stop calling people out. Turning the other cheek doesn't mean being a doormat, it means not losing frame. If someone hits you, let their hit be of little to no consequence as to offer your other cheek. He was a fighter and a revolutionary. There's a reason we're still talking about him today. Nobody wants to crucify mr Rogers.

I see you post a lot, and you seem pretty content and successful. I'm much happier playing the Game than I was being devoted to one woman and a good little Christian missionary (which I was). It sounds fucked up, but once I realized my worth as a man is not determined by who and how often I have sex, and that it isn't something to be shamed, I felt so happier and have been living like a king. You trade the Disney fantasy for the porn fantasy and it isn't a bad trade.

I may never be as "alpha" as the men on here and out there, I may never be good enough to accomplish what a lot of other men might. Quit talking like this. The biggest thing I can say is this, invest the money in quality products. It's worth it in the long run and you'll look better. Also get your dress shirts and all your jeans tailored. Worlds difference. People always ask me where I get my cut of jeans, I get Levi (a quality Jean, not the best but definitely all American tried and true), and I get them tailored. All about them fashion gains.

Dale Carnegie talks about this in how to win friends and influence others. Arguing is a lose lose situation. You either lose the argument. Or you win by proving your opponent wrong. Which people rarely change their viewpoints from an argument, and if it's a very heated discussion then they'll hold their ground even if they know they're wrong out of pride. Best to just smile and nod.

Mark Manson put it in Models really well. If a woman rejects you its for a reason. Whether on her or (more likely) it's you. What if that happened in school? Say you get rejected to get into Harvard. They don't want you and don't think you can keep up. What if Harvard accepted you anyways. You go, can't keep up, go into huge debt, struggle to fit in and eventually just leave empty handed. That rejection saved you a lot of time energy and money.

Almost all of TRP is warning against LTR's and marriage. So when something like this comes up it seems contradictory. Fuck off with your insults man.

I mean, by the very nature you don't want a slut but you want a slut. That's what I don't get. I don't care if my plates have been sluts, doesn't matter to me. Literally don't see why it matters, they're plates not LTR's.

I see it as he is doing his duty despite how someone feels about him. He feels convicted and is fighting for the greater good, despite how the police or whoever feels about him. Even if they don't understand him he doesn't care and is still doing what needs to be done regardless. He isn't buckling under their demands. If he was beta then he would just stop fighting crime and listen to the cops and fund the police with the Wayne money.

It isn't dismissing it. It's observing and discussing. Pulling it apart in the sense of dissecting it. Same thing with batman. If we do this in books, consider that there are a few comics that are considered the top 100 American novels of the 20th century, it's relevant man.
/r/TheRedPill19/07/15 04:59 PM

Agreed. I just finished Batman Vol 2: City of the Owls this morning (New 52) comic. He's totally alpha in the entire thing. Keeps getting hit down, beat down, and refuses to say no. People hate him, he doesn't care. There's a girl who calls Bruce Wayne a coward and thinks he will never understand how the inner city people work, Bruce doesn't care and still rescues her later. She wants to repay him, he just tells her, "Whatever it is youre doing. You're finished." And leaves her while she's tryin…

That's awesome man. I actually am prettysure it was 2XC that brought me here. It's funny how much good has come from bashing this sub. Do you want to increase your gains? Try SL 5x5 or starting strength. Along with that, just eating a lot (3000+ calories a day, 150 minimum protein g a day) and taking creatine can boost your grains like crazy. Check out /r/bodybuilding , /r/fitness is good but just mostly for beginners. If you want to gain size and strength, check out /r/bodybuilding .

Although I agree with the point in this, real men work hard and get it done without needing to cut corners, I think Bruce Lee is a bad example. I have about the same body as Bruce Lee currently. I fill out a size Medium, I lift and exercise almost every day, but I still wish I was way bigger.

When I first started lurking here in April, here was where I was at. I had a total victim mentality. I was a nice-guy in romantic relationships. I weighed around 155 lbs. I lived in another part of the country. All of my friends were nice guys who were married already (I'm 24). I was looking for masculine growth. I remember specifically saying that I was wanting to find out how to be a man and not just a good guy. Some girl criticized TRP on a sub. I didn't know what it was and tried to check it…

Drives me nuts, man. Such a focus group example. I was on mission last semester overseas with 40 women and 14 men. We were divided into groups my group had 2 other men and 4 girls. Girls were my authority and it was a total shit show drama fest. I opted out and left early but I guarantee as a missionary if I was in a group of all men, like even just four dudes and that's it, it would've been way more efficient. Regardless of race, faith and wealth, awalt.

Why don't people just hire more women than men? Like if that's the case. Just only hire women because it's way cheaper if they get paid less.
/r/TheRedPill14/07/15 05:16 AM
5

What does this mean? Burden of proof?
/r/TheRedPill14/07/15 05:14 AM

Absolutely agree. I was a little hurt the first time I came, and I quickly had to get over it. This was in April I think. Seen tremendous growth since then and love to have talk over it all. There was a TIL on the frontage about how the Irish survivor separated themselves between men and women. The men built a shelter and a cafe in a week. The women didn't build anything and fought the whole time. It's interesting what can happen in the absence of women.

Those are good points. A few weeks ago there was a post about this concept on TRP. Maybe it was this week. Although legally it is different, I'm not sure if ethically it isn't the same.

Tbh I used to consider myself a victim of rape. Until like a few days ago. A couple of years ago I got drunk at a party and some she beast seduced me and took me home. It was an awful experience. BUT I chose to drink. I ended up choosing to go home with her. It was my actions. If you can be charged with drunk driving then consenting to sex while drunk even if you wouldn't sober is still your responsibility, I think. So yeah. Victim mentality can be real. But they can also snap out of it

Minus the fag, he's got a point. TRP men don't worry about offense. Obviously use tact but if someone gets offended and doesn't like you, that's their fault. I mean check your heart but offense has way more to do with the offended than it does the intentions of the offender.

For the most part I agree except the squatting. Just go lower weight and build it back up. I squat 3x a week. It's the largest muscle group in your body, releases a tone of hormones and testosterone and builds gains. Basically if you're not squatting you probably won't see any real results or else it's gonna be a hell of a lot harder. You need to squat.

You should start listening to some good metalcore, that stuff will toughen you up. Or hardcore. It's full of alpha lyrics. some good hardcore punk bands: Comeback Kid. Have Heart. Ceremony. The Ghost Inside some good metalcore bands: Oh Sleeper. Mouth of the South. Beartooth. Whitechapel. It's not even that their lyrics aren't beta, it's just alpha lyrics NOT about women. It's great.

Dude I feel that. I used to be a missionary and in the group I was in there were 40 women and 14 dudes. So whenever the guys would break off to have guy time, like once or twice a week. The girls would literally pull us aside and say, "I just feel like we're being excluded when you do that." Yeah. That's EXACTLY what's happening. There's 40 of you, fuck, let us get some hangout time alone for once. Often times a group of like two or three would go to the same restaurant and be in the same buildi…

I don't see the point you were trying to make. Are you saying men aren't like that at 40? Even trp men?

I've had several girl roommates and I've never seen anything crazy except for one of them back in 2011. But I moved out asap. Like I would have weekly band practice in the living room at 11am on two days a week, every week. And one day was her day off and she flipped the breaker because we were practicing! We kept playing and just turned the breaker on. I don't care if your day of the week rotates, we have set aside time for this and we aren't compromising because it's inconvenient for you this …

I would get hurt, I guess just because although I have been going on other dates I have just invested a lot of emotional time into this gal. But she is older than me by almost five years, is a babe though. but yeah idk i guess there is other issues to, like I dont watn kids and she does. this is kinda my long term backup while i wait for her to get back. but it sounds like a messy situation, i should just move on.

I mean cohabitation. Companionship. Support for one another. Maybe it's just a southern American thing but man, marriage is drilled into our culture hard. Literally all of my friends are married.

I'm definitely in shape and do modeling for a few fashion lines. I don't have problem getting girls. But it's definitely been mentioned "why are you such a ladies man?" Before. So maybe this is a blind sided problem I didn't see before I've almost got my whole body tattood. I mean everything that can be covered by a business suit. Only thing left is my tummy and my back. But I'm afraid getting into a relationship will hurt that. And I want a Harley. And I want to live. Man; why am I thinking abo…

Yeah. I've been reading and swallowing the red pill for a few weeks so some terminology is new to me. Currently reading through models and rational male, but what is SMV? And if you say read the side bar that doesn't help. There's just so much information that I'm not there yet

I'm listening Why's that? All my friends are beta blue pullers who are married already for years at my age. I'm considering just getting all new friends. They're cool dudes but really aren't going anywhere in their lives. Not all of them, but a lot of the ones I hangout with.

The girl I've been interested in is 28, and has hinted at marriage and wants children. I'm 24. Think this is a bad idea? That I may just be "filling a Role?"

I heard it was 16? I may be mistaken. But that day in history class was interesting. They shot him and tried to drown him and he still survived. Alpha champ.

Gotcha. So in the same manner that men have had to get haircuts, good hygiene. Eat healthy and bust out buts working out and study fashion to get to an attractive level, women should be expected to do the same? And if they aren't (because of maybe Low self worth or entitlement or laziness) they expect others to love them just as they are? It reminds me of Xmen. When mystique is asked why she doesn't look normal, she says "I shouldn't have to." So. Is it that we shouldn't expect them to dress nic…

Honestly, the last girl I slept with was a model for playboy and she did stuff like in the adult films. I found it completely not genuine. I didn't like it. And I kept thinking "this is what I wanted right?" Wasn't real man.

I love how almost all the comments are in support of the husband and a few people are freaking out. If everyone is telling you you're wrong, you might want to reevaluate your self opinion rather than try to find more people who just agree with you, miss.

I'm not doing this for girls. To be frank, I don't have a problem getting girls or girls that want to hook up. I'm doing this to be a better man. And making active changes in my life to just be greater. That being said, outside the context of gals, what do you mean?

Clean diet. Lean meats, veggies, lots of water and only black coffee. I lift three times a week, run, bicycle a lot, and then eat and sleep a lot. I don't follow a method I just keep it simple like that, I mean it's just about staying fit and healthy. Don't do it for physical appearance, do it for your health man. Stay fit, stay in shape, aesthetics don't matter because you don't need other people's approval for your body. If you're fit and in shape you'll get the desired results. You gotta focu…

And people can't change? What happens whenever you fall short? And you learn and grow as a man? Would you want a woman who holds no grace at all for you? Or someone who is willing to work through your shit as you do hers? I mean I really think this whole situation could be resolved in time. I could absolutely be wrong too

New to the Red Pill, just kind of auditing. I'm a man and I've been lurking here for like two or three posts total. What does Beta mean in reference to men? What do you mean by an unplugged man? Learning new vernacular.
