You could easily transform in a ass hole and fuck up good relationships. This is my case, found trp while I was in a LTR of 2 years. Anger and depression fase came along and completely trashed my GF for one more year, almost dark triad on her. On the positive side, she was really submissive, on the other side, nether of us was happy until I broke up with her. I regret, but at least I learned that I don't need to be an ass hole to be alpha.

RP has helped me improve my game in a major way. But, having to always interpret women's actions and not their words consumes a lot of energy, and the not trusting women part is also draining. Also, even with the use of condoms, there is still chances of STD's. I ask myself, is it really worth it.

I used to want to settle down, but AWALT has become so real for me now. I have lived it so many times, to the point where I can no longer tolerate LTR's, I can only have plates, and a main plate (closest thing to a LTR).

In the end. The greatest benefit is the self improvement, but all this sex really isn't as fulfilling as TRP makes it out to be. Sometimes it feels like TRP is obsessed with women, to the point where it seems like TRP has oneitis for women in general.

I got mostly positives. If it's a negative, I guess it's that some people don't view me as that "dependable/safe/family" type. So that cuts out some avenues, as any social decision does.

In others. Cynicism.

People who take the pill, but turn bitter from it. They're the idealists who want to stay idealists but just know too much for that to happen... but can't move on either. The anger phase people who stay there.

Risk of STDs, risk of fucking up and something happening (the more girls you fuck the more likely you are to hit a crazy).

At the start, a sort of existential despair was definitely there. I basically thought "...is this it? Is this all there is?" I had kind of hoped that there was something that meant the "players" were forever going to be better than me, because that meant that I wouldn't have been a fuckup. That was a rough few months, but I got through it.

I'd also say that I'm much less tolerant of idiots, which can cause problems when things like work depend upon it. I'm still working on that.

On a more meta level, TRP's "fuck PR, we're the boogeyman" stance, whilst I do like it, has caused problems. People who believe other people's descriptions can walk into the sub and quickly have their prejudices violated, when if they actually read the threads and sidebar material they would be in a much better place to judge. The media doesn't like us.

It's virtually impossible for me to have a civilised discussion on almost any subject in a lot of big subreddits without someone trying to "call me out" or just use an ad hominem attack based around TRP. It's ridiculous.

Many posts assume that LTRs can only be successful if the woman is a submissive virgin who has no aspirations in life except for keeping the house clean and raising kids. While I understand the fantasy, their reasoning sounds to me a lot like "bitch be disrespecting Jesus, red flag!", and I would be very unhappy in this kind of setup anyway.

Ive felt much more jaded about people in general. No one agrees with your views. You feel alone. Overall im happy, but it sucks not being able to relate. Im more social now, but i have no one to really speak with. People on this sub, i.m.o push it to the limit ,Mainly its the negativity towards other people; of course women being the worst.

My feelings arent hurt, but I dont get how some of these fellas can stick there dick in things they act like they hate. It just seems counter productive.

For example: Only text/speak over the phone for logistics.

First of all, if you have multiple plates and a decent schedule. It could be weeks before some people even get around to kicking it. If I'm interested in my plates I'll text them here and there or call one of them one evening before i go to bed. Now if i know i have time to see one of them i'll limit my contact.

I make sure to enjoy the women I talk to completely, it doesnt hurt. Maybe i overlooked the notion that you should, but I say have fun with it.

Sure TRP does promise women when you follow it. But TRP is all about self improvement not about pick up lines. Some people have miss interpretated this to such extend that they give a false and bad impression on what TRP stands for.

It's hugely beneficial. The bad part is that for the first time in my life I see the world in a way that I can't share with people. I'm 38 and I've been preaching for example atheism and anarcho-capitalism for years and that you can talk to people about, but red pill stuff make people freak out unless you voice it just so. Statistics for kids raised by single mothers shows all manner of dysfunction (poverty, mental illness, crime) for kids raised by single mothers. e a kid alone. But the sheep don't see it like that, they start making all these wild accusations that the father was probably abusive or violent and that's why she raised the kid alone. It's presumed the mother is a victim of circumstance even though 99% of the time she created the circumstances she's in not only for herself, but for her kid(s.) The negative side is that TRP is teaching men how to pick up low-status slutty women who have sex quickly with men they meet in bars and clubs. High-status women aren't willing to have one-night stands, only slutty feminists are. But I don't mean to knock TRP/manosphere because I agree with many of the sentiments that today's dating world isn't working. There is little to no discussion, or even awareness, of the fact that men can be negatively harmed by their N-count just a women.

Before I explain, I do understand that women are more susceptible to the problem but let's not pretend men are simply immune.

The problem is that if you are slaying pussy a lot as you learn game, then novelty and new women become part of your arousal triggers.

It becomes harder and harder to maintain focus on an actual relationship when you meet a woman you think it worth focusing on.

After about 1 to 1 1/2 years, I start getting bored fucking the same women over and over again. No matter what she's like.

Now, I'm in my late 40s but I've never wanted to get married and have chased tail most of my whole life. My N-count is above 80. I am still tempted to chase women even though I have a great girlfriend with a high sex drive.

Women's hypergamy motivates them to trade up but they can be happy with one partner who is alpha enough with tight game. If they've been alpha-widowed, they dump betas left and right looking to get back to that tingle-high.

Men's polygamy, if feeded, can make it difficult for us to be satisfied with just one women, even a great one we are attracted to and enjoy being with. Not only will we still like to stare at hot tits and ass, but once we've learned to seduce women, it is hard to simply turn off that behavior. It starts eating into our relationships when we have them.

This is the downside of the "spin plates" message when carried out over a life time.

Not saying I'd do anything different, but you younger guys should know what you're getting into. If you feed your desire to fuck lots of women, that desire will not fade once you LTR one up. And your ability to be loyal becomes a challenge.
