This incident is indicative of the dumassery that can happen in the military. I wasn't a mortarman, I was an artilleryman. Same concept. Tube gets too hot, things can go bang when you don't want them to. This tragedy could have easily been prevented but instead of making that the main theme they are going to focus on this young female and call her a hero. She's not.
