I understand everyone’s body is different I’m just baffled that you eat so low of calories bc whenever I cut to below 2k I drop to the high 150s in no time at all. At 170 I still retain some fullness in my shoulders, traps, chest and I have abs. So it’s a good weight for me. I look good shirtless right now but I wanna do a slow bulk to a cut 180.
