Hope you get answers. This is the type of info guys need. I would do the same if I’m ever trapped in such a corrupt system.

You have received amazing advice here. I will add that if you actually do want her back after you confirm there is not another guy then do not beg or jump through any hoops. She will lose respect for you and see it as weakness. If you want any chance at having her back showing indifference will help you more. She asks for a separation, be calm and say sure, but tell her she’s moving out. She can at least respect this and see your emotional strength.

She didn’t move on quickly. She’s obviously been seeing the other guy for weeks if not months and the new guy is a big part of the reason for the breakup.

Yeah, I wonder why guys don’t do this. I think it should become the norm and a form of protest against a rigged system.

Not to be rude but you don’t understand women if this is a surprise. I don’t mean this in a all women are bad way, but that it could help you to read and study a bit. Winning the PR war is critical to how they think, a focus on reputation and community because in ancient times a woman alone was dead. They need the social circle and everyone around to be on their side and think they are right or the good person and you are the bad one.

Honestly pay for a course. It’ll take you too long to catch up. Or just watch some YouTube videos on “text game”. It helped me a lot, specifically the channel Playing Fire.

Lots of great advice here. This is a great lesson for you and no kids and you are young. There are many bright sides here as bad as you feel now. It sounds like that book No More Mr Nice Guy will be helpful. Good luck.

Seems like mission accomplished from her side. She’s been able to become a victim and blame you for things. Your reaction was completely reasonable but there would always have been something wrong with it such as you didn’t hold her enough, your tone, you didn’t say some specific thing, on and on. Just know that in the end, in her mind she is a victim, you are bad and whatever she did is not her fault. As others have said, careful, maybe you’ll be the next abusive one (emotional, physical, etc) …

For example, married X years = alimony for life type of milestone. Varies by state.

I personally wouldn’t want a woman who says that. Sounds like a guy. I’d rather have a woman that is feminine and asks what I’d like to eat while watching the game and how many serving she should make for any guy friends coming over.

She may not have trouble finding another man but keeping them is another story. Not many rich single men will want to sign up to be a step parent. What she has said over the years regarding sex is nonsense and not what she really thinks. Women will say anything. It will sting a lot but there should be zero surprise from you when she starts seeing someone or more than one. Better to expect it than have this belief in what she said and be shocked. For dating, understand where you are at. But when …

I don’t like to be pessimistic but this is a rough situation. The only thing that has a chance is if you start dating the hottest woman you can get asap. Best if she is 10+ years younger than your wife. If not outright dating at least your wife needs to see you or think it’s happening. Perhaps Instagram or Facebook can lead her to think this. It’s unfortunate but competition, especially from a younger women is one thing that can wake her up. All the talking is just words. Once she realizes she’l…

Consider treating yourself to a hot escort or taking a trip to get a few under your belt. She’s proving to you that you made the right decision. Don’t give her the satisfaction and just smile when she talks her nonsense.

They can be, but you have to be a “real man.” Many guys will compromise on something meaningless but you can’t give in even on small things because they’ll lose respect for you. Most guys from the West are not used to this and not up to handle the tests that get thrown at them.

Exactly, I’ve learned they need the chase. If they feel 100% secure in your commitment many women (not all) will start to act out. One question that had always confused me was asked on OkCupid years ago: would you rather have only good things happen or interesting things happen. As a man, of course I choose good things. Why would I want negativity or tragedy in my life? But women by and large chose interesting. They need some drama even if it’s negative. So, the trick then is you need to create …

If you want to know what’s up check her phone. But you may not be ready. Sorry to say the biggest problem may be always trying to please her and changing for her. It’s a bizarre thing that many women fall in love with a man because he’s a certain way, then they try to change him to what they think they want. If he falls into that trap she gets turned off. Seems she’s constantly nagging (testing you). Is this one sided or are you setting expectations for her as well? If not and you’re just in lov…

you want kids, have a kid with a girlfriend that lives separately. This is what I've been thinking except she can live with me. Relevant also is that I left the U.S. for Central / Eastern Europe some time ago. Mostly for other reasons but a future family also played a role. Regardless I plan to speak with a lawyer first as I'm not paying huge child support if the woman goes crazy. I have my ideas about screening which I'll post here sometime if it's allowed but open to others ideas.

Sounds like a big upgrade, congrats. Does your wife work? Is she younger? How did you meet and know she was it? Prenup this time? Just curious as I have a fairly high income and never married because I was concerned I’d get robbed in a divorce. Identifying quality women is a new hobby though as thinking about kids lately.

Obviously you’ve thought about this hours and hours but: Why not just stay in Eastern Europe? Better women and they are far less hung up on height. They’re into men who are men. That is, guys who are problem solvers, guys who make enough to support a family but you don’t need to be rich. When I’ve traveled there see plenty of guys under 6’ with absolute stunners. Another thing, if you’re 5’11 and tell a girl you’re 6 ft she’s not going to know the difference. https://youtube.com/shorts/P-nDFTCVo…

I’m rooting for your transition from sorrow, to anger to indifference. She’s cheated and your best revenge is acting unemotional and like moving on will be easy. That might make her think she’s made a mistake. But any emotional talking or tears will not help your cause, she’ll just think you’re weak. This is the unseemly cutthroat nature of many women that society pretends doesn’t exist. Lean on your friends, family and this community. Sorry this happened, good luck.

Before she says anything tell her it’s over. Tell her you’ve thought a lot and realized you can do better. Trust me, even if you have to fake it years from now you’ll be so happy you did this. Don’t go out like a weak B!

A classic her money is hers and your money is ours. Doesn’t she have any consideration for your daughter? Does she know how wrong it would be to break up the 2 parent household or it’s a normalized thing in her mind? Not going to recommend divorce like most but it’s clear you need to exert more power in this relationship. Is she trying to keep up with friends? Pays attention to Instagram a lot? Has divorced or single girlfriends in her ear? It seems something has more influence over her than you…

This is old as I’m searching around but #5 is part of the reason for limited sex. A saying, “best way to make a woman miserable is give her what she wants”. Part of being a wife is fulfilling wifely duties: to “have and to hold” marriage vows isn’t talking about cuddling on the couch. She doesn’t have to go along with the kinks but she needs to give it up without any guilt trip nonsense. #1 above love is respect. It’s better she complains and respects you as a man. As you see, love does not make…

Nailed it! Absolutely was not about the fight and 100% she had things lined up. A very sick woman but this is how some operate. She thinks this guy is very weak and has no respect which is more important than love. He needs to snap out of it and send her back to the streets.

As others have said, need to get your ducks in a row because there's a chance she will clean out the checking account or run up debt. "the extra income we could save and be used for a move if she ever made up her mind..." But this part indicates a complete mindset shift is needed. Why is she deciding anything? Or why are you letting her be the lead here and asking her as if it's her decision? She sits at home living in a fantasy world. If this was 100 years ago she'd realize how lucky she is wit…

Many women don’t just end a relationship. They line up replacements so they aren’t alone. Make clear you are interested in more than friends. “Ok, we can hang out but I have enough friends already ;)” or another type of light joke. Just keep in mind if you start dating her do not get too deep a feelings. One day you may be the boyfriend and she’s shown you how she will line up new guys.

Hopefully you’re not responding. If she sends a couple just say something like “haha, anyways, let me know if you’d like to meet up. Not into texting buddies” Her goal is to get the attention of guys = validation. So only thing you can do is withdraw your attention. Most girls you won’t hear from again because they were never really interested to start. But a girl that’s interested will show up or when she flakes she’ll propose a new date & time. This is just part of the game. So you need a lot …

I don’t know what’s spoken about here but all this do it for yourself sounds good but often isn’t reality. Even as a non-believe I’d say God made women for just this purpose and it’s why civilization has advanced so far. A word of caution, if you want just one good woman and a family. Start at 38:30 https://youtu.be/cJhU54fLTGo Ignore all the cook, clean, he’s sleeps w/ other women if that’s all not your thing. Point is you should aspire to be expert level to get the best option you can and main…

She was not interested or she would have given the number. But, still great job on your part! You’ve broken the seal. Asked a girl out in front of people, basically got rejected and now you see the world goes on, no big deal. You’re unstoppable now.
