Then you will have a bunch of people debating with each other because they will believe in different things, which is why this sub even exists
/r/PurplePillDebate21/11/24 04:55 PM
8

It won’t work. Very few women will admit it exists.
/r/PurplePillDebate21/11/24 04:50 PM

So eugenics it is.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/10/24 04:18 PM

For women: Please don’t marry the men you haven’t felt an initial attraction towards.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/10/24 05:32 AM

I don’t think men enjoy other men hitting on their woman often.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/10/24 05:48 PM

Even better.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/10/24 05:06 PM

The gaslighting is real.

I consider looking for things in a partner that can’t be controlled by them to be shallow.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/08/24 05:42 PM

“When picking for long teem, people with critical thinking and planning skills do actually consider more than just “ooo he/she is hot”.” Where did this come from then?
/r/PurplePillDebate22/08/24 05:36 PM

I never claimed all I want is a hot girl.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/08/24 05:33 PM

One has to accept that people of both genders are shallow when choosing a partner.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/08/24 02:38 PM

Pretty much, yeah. Men have much more different types of women they’re into.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/08/24 12:22 PM

No, I’m a student. I’m not offended, but if you change McDonald’s with another low paying job that doesn’t require a degree such as a barista, a saleswoman or a cashier, it feels less weird.
/r/PurplePillDebate21/08/24 07:10 PM

Why does it always have to be McDonald’s? Does every person without a college degree work at McDonald’s or what?

I’ve lived in a household in which both my parents work. In the future I will be earning more than what they used to earn combined. What they earned allowed me to live a comfortable life without much financial struggles. Sure, it wasn’t a luxury life but it was enough for me to live a happy life. I learnt that in order to enjoy my life, I don’t need to earn any more than what they earned.
/r/PurplePillDebate21/08/24 03:46 PM

Do you think you need to be a millionaire to live a happy life?
/r/PurplePillDebate21/08/24 03:32 PM

You just summed up my entire thoughts. Everybody else seemed to misunderstand me.

Did you read the body text? It says: […] our personalities and world views should somewhat match… So, that’s in your control. How do we know she literally doesn’t care though? If she says “that’s great honey” then yes, I wouldn’t mind. I don’t need people to throw a slumber party whenever I achieve something. I care about her as a person, and I know not to treat her worse/better depending on her job. If you ask me, treating someone differently based on their job is not considered caring about th…

Do you have a good career? Great, I’m happy for you. Do you not? That’s also great. That is my opinion summed up. If we met each other without knowing what we do for a living, and I found you were a barista I wouldn’t care. I would still date you.
/r/PurplePillDebate21/08/24 02:49 PM
0

If I earn enough… why would I care?
/r/PurplePillDebate21/08/24 02:42 PM
0

I would support it, but she doesn’t need to have a good career. It’s great if she does, but the point is it doesn’t matter for me. I can’t change what I’m attracted to. It doesn’t matter if she is a barista or a surgeon. The woman who is a barista could definitely be a more interesting person than the surgeon.
/r/PurplePillDebate21/08/24 02:17 PM
1

Yeah, can’t really change what you find attractive. This goes for women too. I don’t care if they prefer rich, tall, handsome men. They can’t change what they’re attracted to. There’s no reason to hate people for their preferences, unless they’re a pedophile or something.
/r/PurplePillDebate21/08/24 01:55 PM
3

I think it would also be a red flag if said man treated you like a sub-human because of your job.
/r/PurplePillDebate21/08/24 01:21 PM
-2

I feel like a lot of people in this thread confused “not caring” with “not mattering” not caring, in this case, =/= not giving a single shit
/r/PurplePillDebate21/08/24 01:08 PM
0

Yes.
/r/PurplePillDebate21/08/24 01:07 PM
-3

Yeah, so I stated two things, attractiveness is one of them, which means there is another. For the second part, not really. If she has basically “nothing” in her life that makes her interesting, then we have a problem. For example, my mother is a saleswoman but she’s one of the most intellectual person I’ve seen, and she made me grow up to be that way as well. Thanks to her, I will be pursuing a degree in mathematics next year. Point is… the fact that you don’t have a good career in no way means…
/r/PurplePillDebate21/08/24 01:05 PM
-1

I didn’t say all I need is for you to be attractive. Nobody wants to date a bimbo. Also, just because someone doesn’t have a good career, that doesn’t mean they can’t be intelligent.
/r/PurplePillDebate21/08/24 12:53 PM
0

If I said “I prefer women who don’t have a good career and income” then you would be correct, but I said that I don’t care, which means you could be “an independent adult” or not.
/r/PurplePillDebate21/08/24 12:47 PM

Men usually have really low standards when it comes to sex, so that’s not surprising. I can’t understand how you wouldn’t have sex with someone you’re attracted to if you’re in the mood. Unless you don’t like sleeping around or whatever.
/r/PurplePillDebate20/08/24 09:46 PM

There’s an experiment which shows that to be false, but I’ll remain silent as it would alert the mods. Like you said though, it could indeed not be all women, but enough to make a difference.
/r/PurplePillDebate20/08/24 09:40 PM

To be honest, they’re quite a rare find.
/r/PurplePillDebate20/08/24 09:29 PM

But why? Why care about personality to sleep with them? After all, you don’t fuck a personality. Maybe this is something I fail to understand because I’m a man.
/r/PurplePillDebate20/08/24 09:28 PM

Either women hate that kind of stuff or really like it. Never seen a woman who was in between.
/r/PurplePillDebate20/08/24 09:24 PM

But my question wasn’t “Do you actually find only a tiny fraction of men that you want to fuck upon seeing them?”
/r/PurplePillDebate20/08/24 09:19 PM

There was a radar chart somewhere about what traits individuals of both genders said mattered, vs. how much it actually mattered. Funny thing is, both men and women ranked intelligence to matter quite a lot, but in the other chart which shows how much intelligence actually matters to them, it was the thing that mattered the least. Good for you, if you’re actually into intelligence. Most people don’t really seem to care much.
/r/PurplePillDebate20/08/24 09:17 PM

So kind of like demisexual?
/r/PurplePillDebate20/08/24 09:11 PM

So those are the type of men you’re immediately drawn to upon seeing them, and that doesn’t hold true for the rest? Is it really worth dating someone you aren’t immediately drawn to? If you ask me, not really. All the women I’ve had a relationship with were women whom I found attractive upon first encountering them. Doesn’t really work for me otherwise. And I feel like not doing that is kind of settling. I would preferably want a woman who found me “hot” to begin with. Obviously that doesn’t mea…
/r/PurplePillDebate20/08/24 09:09 PM

I’m beginning to feel that the actual percentage is lower than that.
/r/PurplePillDebate20/08/24 08:58 PM

So would you be willing to date those “attractive” unattractive men you encounter every day (if you got to know them obviously)? Or for you to date a man, does he have to be exactly your type?
/r/PurplePillDebate20/08/24 08:57 PM
1

How is it easy?
/r/PurplePillDebate09/07/24 08:23 AM
3

Hahaha… you don’t know just how amazing my life is right now compared to the past. There is more to life than wasting time on somebody who won’t truly love you.
/r/PurplePillDebate30/06/24 07:39 AM
7

So glad I have given up on dating… don’t have to deal with women like this no more.
/r/PurplePillDebate30/06/24 07:23 AM

“Blue Pill Woman”
/r/PurplePillDebate24/06/24 07:09 AM

Not quite. If you have grown up without acquiring any social skills, you’re kinda fucked.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/06/24 08:24 PM

I’ve noticed that whenever people try to put up an argument about unwanted attention women receive from men, they use this gay analogy all the time.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/06/24 07:00 PM

Please elaborate on lonely men being a threat to society.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/04/24 01:53 PM
0

Well... it is true
/r/PurplePillDebate16/04/24 12:56 PM

Ah, yes. Let's disregard our real life experiences and create our own virtual world for debating, because some people are getting bored.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/04/24 08:11 PM
1

Yep. They will literally crawl over broken glass for that dick.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/04/24 06:19 PM

Pretty much sums up the women of PPD.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/04/24 08:47 AM

When you are single and wish to remain single. That is being single by choice.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/04/24 10:28 PM

You can't debate without some generalization.
/r/PurplePillDebate07/04/24 09:50 AM

So, black pill it is?
/r/PurplePillDebate05/04/24 04:13 PM
5

You're too addicted to this sub
/r/PurplePillDebate27/03/24 05:31 PM
5

I've had many such friends. The difference in how women treat you is wild.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/03/24 02:27 PM

Men become lonely, men start hating women, women start hating them back
/r/PurplePillDebate23/03/24 05:25 AM
2

You equate relationships to FWB arrangements. That's a problem there.
/r/PurplePillDebate20/03/24 05:51 PM
1

Some people think relationships are equal to FWB arrangements. I don't.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/03/24 04:13 PM
2

You wrote this with the assumption that the only reason why I become friends with women is because I "want pussy", whereas everything just happens spontaneously.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/03/24 11:22 AM
1

I guess a mix of every pill would be dark purple pill.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/03/24 07:21 AM
1

Nope. I don't expect solely sex. If I were given the option to become FWBs vs. becoming romantic partners, I would choose the latter. I don't say "why no pussy?" because I don't objectify, unlike you. All I wondered was based on the friendship, why it wouldn't turn into a relationship.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/03/24 07:19 AM
1

Are you a math student by any chance?
/r/PurplePillDebate16/03/24 07:02 AM
1

No, obviously. Some are just friends I try to pass the time with.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/03/24 02:22 AM
1

I am not talking about fucking. I'm talking about actual commited relationships.
/r/PurplePillDebate15/03/24 06:06 PM
1

I hadn't asked out a female friend in a long time. I usually don't have female friends because there isn't much in common I can talk about with most women. I don't get into random friendships with women for the sole purpose of asking them out in the end. Those feelings grow afterwards. That expectation you mentioned comes afterwards when I have feelings for her. I think about the friendship between me and her, and I ask myself "why aren't we romantic partners already?" I expect her to also like …
/r/PurplePillDebate15/03/24 06:01 PM
7

If you're not pilled then then you're considered no pill. There's a flair for that.
/r/PurplePillDebate15/03/24 03:40 PM
4

Maybe you didn't become friends because that was your objective. Maybe... everything just happened spontaneously? You seem to be thinking black and white.
/r/PurplePillDebate15/03/24 03:15 PM
5

I'm trying, but I guess there is a limit to how attractice you can be.
/r/PurplePillDebate15/03/24 03:13 PM
3

I never implied women are a prize. I asked why if under X conditions I should have been successful, I'm not.
/r/PurplePillDebate15/03/24 03:02 PM
10

So black pill it is?
/r/PurplePillDebate15/03/24 02:57 PM
2

Because she isn't sexually attracted. And what are we supposed to do in order to make women feel sexually attracted to us?
/r/PurplePillDebate15/03/24 02:50 PM
1

OP is asking this question because she views 80% of men in a similar way.
/r/PurplePillDebate07/03/24 02:46 AM
8

It is still much easier for a woman to find a commited relationship compared to men, unless she is trying to shoot out of her league.
/r/PurplePillDebate05/03/24 01:43 PM
4

Every man should get a fleshlight at this point.
/r/PurplePillDebate05/03/24 05:02 AM
7

Dude. Couldn't you just ask the question without the cheating part? Like, was that really necessary?
/r/PurplePillDebate02/03/24 02:50 PM
3

Pretty boy who's 6ft+ and lean
/r/PurplePillDebate01/03/24 01:15 PM

Ya. Some women really make social media their entire personality.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/02/24 02:56 PM

I noticed a correlation between me not browsing this sub and being in a good mood. I need to leave this place for my own mental health.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/02/24 01:08 PM

She was sort of weird in general and had a weird obsession with fictional characters. I guess I'm just upset that I didn't get to bed her.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/02/24 03:06 PM

Yeah, because every introverted shy guy who likes video games is obese, balding and unhygienic. The point of the post wasn't to demonstrate how men can't be loved for having unhealthy traits, but for just being a different type of person.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/02/24 03:05 PM
8

That's bs.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/02/24 08:30 AM
11

Men have more variety compared to women in terms of what they are physically attracted to, and that causes an imbalance.
/r/PurplePillDebate25/02/24 09:01 PM
11

People's opinions change, but usually not back to their original starting point. It goes like this: Blue -> Purple -> Red -> (maybe) Black I'm yet to see examples of people who go in reverse. If there are, please respond to this comment.
/r/PurplePillDebate25/02/24 08:07 PM
1

Not you. I'm telling the person whom I initially responded to. But you decided to argue with me on their behalf.
/r/PurplePillDebate25/02/24 07:56 PM
1

I assume your answer is "Yes. You won't be loved for who you actually are. Get real." judging by what you said.
/r/PurplePillDebate25/02/24 07:54 PM
-2

Yes. Not everything has to be said directly in order for me to argue against. If you have a problem with that, then try being more "direct"
/r/PurplePillDebate25/02/24 07:49 PM
1

You're not owed this, you're not owed that... Like that's the point of discussion. You proved my point anyway. That I have to change who I am, even if who I am isn't "bad" per se.
/r/PurplePillDebate25/02/24 07:47 PM
-1

That's usually what's implied when they talk about "what she has"
/r/PurplePillDebate25/02/24 07:41 PM
-3

And to have sex, being me is not enough?
/r/PurplePillDebate25/02/24 07:40 PM
1

I tried that. She left me within two months.
/r/PurplePillDebate25/02/24 07:34 PM
-2

So you believe men are only capable of seeing women as nothing but fleshlights?
/r/PurplePillDebate25/02/24 07:26 PM
2

Why should I have to go out of my comfort zone and fake who I am? And who do I need to be for people to have sex with me?
/r/PurplePillDebate25/02/24 07:24 PM
11

Humans and their massive egos. Just pieces of organic matter who evolved to realize what they are.
/r/PurplePillDebate25/02/24 11:59 AM
4

Can you elaborate more on your first point?
/r/PurplePillDebate21/02/24 06:14 PM

Good for her if she enjoys that lifestyle. The problem lies in "if you don't do what I'm doing, you deserve to get cheated on"
/r/PurplePillDebate19/02/24 09:45 PM
2

Well, I'm a suicide attempt survivor and already going to therapy.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/02/24 05:06 PM
0

The expectment is to put the halo effect aside.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/02/24 05:03 PM
8

I was already suicidal before I found out about this sub, and I think finding it out made it worse.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/02/24 04:54 PM
2

The point was getting less of a treatment due to something you can't control. It makes sense that it would be a hang up.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/02/24 04:52 PM
9

Well... very few people can enjoy life to its fullest.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/02/24 04:50 PM
5

If they can't accept that apparently they get treated worse because they don't look like Henry Cavill, then yes, they should.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/02/24 04:33 PM
-1

Considering that the sub is 10+ years old and there are only a finite amount of topics to discuss, it makes sense that you see similar posts. Plus, not everyone is terminally browsing PPD every hour of their day. I only see a few select people complaining about this issue, and they're always the same 10 - 20 people who comment under every single post.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/02/24 12:21 PM

Sounds like you've never seen the Chadfishing experiments
/r/PurplePillDebate18/02/24 09:07 AM
-4

People don't have to say something directly to mean it. What blue pillers do is give advice without considering whether or not it will work for anyone, assuming that dating is fair.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/02/24 06:48 PM
-7

I don't know. Blue pillers like to think that.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/02/24 12:49 PM

Because you think people live in a teenage high school drama. People who do sports activities aren't all muscular Chad Thundercocks.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/02/24 12:49 PM
10

If it is not fair, then people should stop pretending it is.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/02/24 12:45 PM

Groups of guys who are "looksmatched" is way less common. I know this because real life.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/02/24 12:42 PM

I've never seen men choose their friends based on attractiveness. It was usually shared interests.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/02/24 12:27 PM

If the man specifically wants his partner to be a very beautiful woman, but decides to date an average woman, then yeah he's settling. But that doesn't represent the thought process of an average man. Also, men are attracted to a higher percentage of women. There is more... variety. Not all men want a white slim woman with big tits and ass. Tall or short, thick or slim, black or white, busty or not, muscular or not... But for the vast majority women, it's being tall and muscular. 6666 rule.
/r/PurplePillDebate04/02/24 07:26 PM

If your definition of settling is not dating an Instagram model, yes. They are settling.
/r/PurplePillDebate04/02/24 07:00 PM

why do they want only the best looking women or strictly their equal or more in looks? They don't. It would be nice but it isn't necessary. I can be just as attracted to the average woman as the beautiful woman. Women don't seem to be as capable as men on this. wrap their heads around that and want only to pump or dump someone lower than them on looks department Pump and dump is Chad luxury. Average men have to accept what they get.
/r/PurplePillDebate04/02/24 01:57 PM

What type of threads do you want to see then? The fact that this one got 500+ comment tells me that people were interested in debating this. Go vent on mod mail.

Wanting someone for sex is actually wanting them. For women, yes. For men, no.

/r/PurplePillDebate03/02/24 06:16 PM

I believe above average men have easier lives than that of above average women. Top tier men don't struggle with loneliness, depression, sexlessness or so on. Whereas women's struggles usually remain where they are. But when it comes to average men vs. average women, women definitely have it easier.

/r/PurplePillDebate30/01/24 02:30 PM

The logic behind the whole "spreading seed" thing is: Men produce near infinite amounts of sperm and can have as much babies as there are women. Women can only have a baby every 9 months for a limited amount of fertility period. So for men the sexual strategy is to impregnate as much women as possible in order to spread their genes. The only requirement is for the offspring's chance of survival to not be zero.

i dont see the word patriarchy anywhere there? Yeah, the word patriarchy isn't "in there" but that's their implication. I guess the Barbie movie messed up my understanding of that word. thats very nice that your GF is a female social matrix outlier I guess she's just beautiful enough to not need makeup. I've never seen her wearing it. But yeah she is an outlier when it comes to a lot of things.

Here and here. Right under my own threads. For the first one, I just said "you don't have to" but apparently they have to, because it's an "expectation". When I told them my girlfriend doesn't apply any makeup, a woman even started asking me whether my girlfriend does this or that (basic hygiene stuff) and then told me women put more effort into their appearance than men because my girlfriend combs her hair and takes a shower... Crazy stuff.

If a man is in a relationship with a woman, that means she's good enough for both sex and a relationship. However, it's not clear if the woman thinks the man is good enough for both. That's where the problem begins. I mean they'd love to be in relationships with those men, but just can't. Yes, but they still go for the sex.
/r/PurplePillDebate25/01/24 09:03 PM

No. Being a woman doesn't put her in the sex zone, but having a high n-count automatically does. Physical attractiveness doesn't matter much when it comes to the sex zone. She could be a super model and it wouldn't change much. But not being physically attractive makes me less likely to have feeling for that woman, thus increasing the likelihood of her being in the "sex zone". Basically any woman whom I don't have "feelings" for is in the sex zone. Because I don't want relationships with women I…

Casual sex is less of a thing compared to the West, serial monogamy is practiced more. Arranged marriages and religious relationships in the eastern parts of Turkey. Think of it like the US South. Serial monogamy and casual relationships appear more in the western parts. Best example is the city Izmir, it is pretty much the equivalent of California. Male loneliness epidemic is prevalent in Turkey, too. Many young men struggle to get into relationships. I remember a street interview on YouTube ab…

The government is conservative but there are no laws which prevent you from being homosexual, transsexual, promiscuous etc. You can do whatever you want unless you come from a conservative family, in which case I believe is no different than conservative families in the US. Some of these abusers' families have relations with government officials which allows them to sometimes escape the consequences. Not because the government "ignores" specific crimes. I am not online enough to know what you are referring to. In summary it is said that most women don't enjoy penetrative sex much. I can only assume it's from social media Because I'm not going to be discussing these things with women IRL. Why would I? And also I don't have to create statistics diagrams for every claim I make in an argument. Go search what women say anywhere in which the topic is female vs male loneliness.
/r/PurplePillDebate06/01/24 09:40 AM

Your analogy is majority likes x, but there is also a minority who likes y. My analogy is majority says they like y, but what they do shows they like x. Keep downvoting.

More like: Women say they like blue dresses, but purchasing trends say women like red dresses.

Sex is not a lifestyle choice. Promiscuousity is. being promiscuous doesn't mean you don't have long-term relationships. I said "used to be" for a reason.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/10/23 03:55 PM

What is it about promiscousity that makes it fun? Why is that life style your choice, or used to be your choice? Because personally, even if I was a woman or a potential Chad, I would still choose to be in long term relationships.

Do you enjoy receiving gifts from your partner? It's not something I care much about, but who wouldn't? Most men don't even receive gifts anyway. Can you describe what type of gifts generally like the most? Either books or clothes. Won't be answering the next 3 questions. The only gifts I've received and gave were during birthday parties... What gender you think is better at giving gifts and why? Probably men, they are usually told to take the initiative in these situations.
/r/PurplePillDebate07/10/23 06:42 PM
8

They may or may not be. Depends on the guy. Personally I wouldn't be engaged in promiscuousity even if I had the opportunity to. But the validation would me make more confident and it makes these guys confident, too.
/r/PurplePillDebate07/10/23 06:10 PM

Because women aren't harsh on them, but on virgin men. So it's up to them. As for why? Probably because the former is more difficult to be compared to the latter. Pre-selection.

I don't believe that every single woman out there doesn't care about personality, some of them care about both. In new york city, to use the biggest market for example, we can do some googling and some math and estimate that around 300,000 women ages 20-25 have used dating apps. 0.1% of that figure is 300 young women. The problem here is that you haven't swiped right on 300,000 women. If you did and you only got 300 matches, then that could hold true. But if we're going to be talking about perce…

Maybe if the subreddit wasn't banned because of AHS cucks, it could indeed reach 3000. Okay, so you're definitely missing the point here. The average guy on dating apps get barely any attention, despite of how they act. These attractive guys get more attention than the average guys in spite of their misogynistic bios and terrible attitudes. That's the point of these experiments. It shows us that the problem was never the personality, it was physical attractiveness.

AF/BB is pretty much the shield which protects us red pillers from things like "I know a short guy who's in a relationship, so all your claims must be wrong!" The girl could be someone who's single, wanted a relationship but couldn't find an attractive enough guy. I mean, why would she choose the average guy if she had attractive guys in her social circle? IMO, you should be the best possible option to her if you want a happy relationship.

The reason men are “naturally taller and stronger than women” is due to hypergamy. Yes, probably. Average male height has increased by about 10 centimeters within the past 100 years, and hypergamy played a role in that. I'm just saying this in the context of average man vs. average woman in 2023. Simply being taller than her won't be enough, you also have to be taller than about 80% of men.

It is the blue pill ideology because blue pillers admit this themselves? The polar opposite of blue pill is red pill, and blue pillers reject their notions so what's left is mostly stuff related to personality. Their debates also revolve around that. Having a preference for petite women doesn't necessarily mean someone's promoting unrealistic beauty standards. People can have their likes without making others feel bad about themselves. As for the pedo-adjacent claim, that's really not accurate. Having a preference for a certain body type in adults is completely separate from anything related to minors. There’s a vast difference between saying that men have a higher propensity for violence and claiming all men commit violent crimes. Look, I get that there might be a bit of nuance between saying men have a higher propensity for violence and claiming all men commit violent crimes. But to be honest with you, they're not worlds apart. Both feed into this unfair generalization that taints how people view men. It's not cool to be misandrist just because some men commit crimes. Why are you mad at women for being cautious and not your fellow men for their actions that make us cautious? The frustration isn't directed at women for being cautious but rather at the fact that a small percentage of men's actions end up affecting the perceptions of all men. So, while caution is understandable, it's unfair to let a minority's actions define how an entire group is seen. Seems weird to blame women for the actions of men. I'm not blaming women for the actions of men. The point I'm…

Women are reacting rationally to a problem created by men. When we generalize all men as part of the problem solely because of their gender, that's where it becomes irrational. Yes, there are problems caused by certain men, but it's not rational to extend that blame to all men. If we replace "men" with any other group name here, people would instantly be labeled as [instert group name]ist.

and what does that change?
/r/PurplePillDebate16/08/23 02:26 PM

Might that not be part of the reason women act “unfairly”? Because they are treated “unfairly”? The issue we're discussing is how a small percentage of men's actions negatively impact how all men are perceived. Similarly, assuming that women "act unfairly" solely due to unfair treatment can lead to a similar cycle of unfair judgment. It's a bit of a double-edged sword. Our goal should be to break this cycle by promoting fairness and empathy on both sides.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/08/23 01:48 PM

Sorry, I can't really understand what your point is here. I'm saying that men, 50% of the world's population, don't deserve to receive hate and be seen as rapists and murderers as a whole because of a minority of men's bad actions. There are literally stories of dads being questioned and seen as potential pedophiles because they were watching over their child at a playground. Do you believe this is fair?
/r/PurplePillDebate16/08/23 01:21 PM
-4

Yes, it's concerning that many women have experienced such terrible things. Their feelings of fear and caution are definitely valid given those experiences. Like I said in other comments, it isn't about downplaying those concerns, but rather finding a balance. Just as it's unfair for women to be judged based on the actions of a few women, it's also unfair to label all men as potential threats. All men don't deserve to be hated or feared simply because of these experiences. Imagine you have a mal…

Look, I don't mean to downplay the real concerns people have about safety, especially in the context of sexual assault. It's undeniably an important issue that deserves serious attention. What I'm trying to address here is the tendency to let a fraction of bad actions define get to define all men. Just as it's unfair to label all men based on the actions of a few, it's also unfair to label everyone who's cautious as being unfair. I'm suggesting that there's a middle ground. We can be cautious an…

Movies, shows, and stuff like that could play a part. If they show different kinds of dudes as role models, it could change how people see us. Okay, but why do you think it's fair? Is it fair that a few individuals's actions get to define an entire group? Consider this, by labeling all men based on the actions of a small percentage, we're perpetuating a cycle of misunderstanding and mistrust. Think about the larger impact this has on society and relationships. Is it really fair to deny the majority of men their individuality and intentions because of a minority's actions? Fairness should consider bigger pictures, and in this case it is…

Yes, life isn't always fair, and yes we can't expect every aspect of it to be perfectly balanced. However, when we're talking about perceptions and judgments that affect how people interact and view each other, it's not just about fairness, it's about accuracy and understanding. Unfairly labeling an entire group of people based on the actions of a few doesn't just affect them – it perpetuates stereotypes, misunderstandings, and a lack of trust. How many women are killed by men each day? Well, less than women kill men. Men also kill men more. This is due to a higher amount of testosterne which makes men physically stronger and more agressive. Women who have the same mentality as those men choose different ways to express their anger, which is usually not physical violence. Do note that it's a small percentage of men who are rapists/murderers, you shouldn't be scared of 50% of world's population because they just exist.

Well, I have never heard that before. But to be honest, most men aren't gatekeepers of commitment. Neither do they have the luxury to be a "gatekeeper". Like you said, that idea probably comes from top men not wanting to commit to most women. But these men are 10% of the total amount, not a representative sample. You have to realize that those are the type of men women are attracted to. So that's why they are seen as a representative sample.

You want women to initially love you for how you look like and who you are though. Not your wealth. If the primary reason why they love you is wealth, then you're just a beta.

Most people don’t even lose their virginity until like 18-19 lmao you can’t be a teenage incel that’s an oxymoron. Nah, people at my school are fucking like rabbits, makes me feel like a loser. Also, incel means involuntary celibate. If a 16yo guy wants a gf but can't get one, his celibacy is involuntary and therefore he is an incel.

There are definitely women and some men out there who would consider that.

Some men would consider a woman who goes home with a man she just met as a "slut" even if she's only had a few sexual partners. It's a meaningless term and differs from culture to culture. You're talking about very extreme cases. Majority of men are not like that. No, men shame female bodies all the time. Not just obese women. What are they shaming then? Features they are already attracted to, like boobs and ass? Men shaming vulvas and vaginas, because that's a very common form of female body sh…

I've met plenty of picture perfect girls who got dumped by their boyfriends because the boyfriend wanted 'variety' or to 'see what's out there'. What's perfect to you might not be perfect to somebody else. Risk losing their sex life how? About 20% (no sex within past 6 months) of marriages end up sexless. And there is an article somewhere saying 40% of women would rather read books or sleep rather than have sex with their husbands, which shows a lack of sexual chemistry. If you go to r/DeadBedro…

Then why don't men want to settle down as much as women? Why don't men want marriage as much as women? Probably because they couldn't find the woman they actually wanted. What exactly does marriage offer to men in that case? They risk losing their sex life, money, kids etc. Promiscuous women are also more likely to cheat and initiate divorce.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/08/23 08:06 PM

No, they want to use women sexually when they're young and then marry a non promiscuous woman when they get older. No. Men want LTRs with the right woman whom they are compatible with both looks and personality wise, that is if they manage to find her. You, just see men as emotionless "creatures" Men don't like it when women sleep around. Well, okay, I'll give you that.

I mean yeah, she probably lusts harder for Chad. But being horny enough that you are willing to fuck anything is still a sign men are hornier.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/08/23 04:58 PM

Men would hate that because they hate female sexuality. Most men, including me, desire high libido women. If women are constantly horny and sleeping around like men, then there'd be no non promiscuous women for them to marry and they'd just bitch and complain. If men had as much standards as women did, then women wouldn't be able to sleep around easily.

Men shame female sexuality. What are we shaming about it? If you are talking about promiscuousity, then yes. Men shame female bodies No, unless she is obese. But then why would a guy have sex with a woman he isn't sexually attracted to? Men focus too much on penetrative sex that gives less pleasure to women. Could be, yes. Especially if they watch a lot of porn since they just get straight into fucking without any foreplay. But then you have the option to dump that guy. Remember, men are easily …

Women have plenty of libido. No, the average woman isn't as horny as the average man. Women on average think about sex less, desire it less and masturbate less compared to men. Many men are just pornbrained selfish lovers. What makes you think like this?

Nothing. He takes the L and tries again. Not really. After one or two rejections you start to get a "reputation". Women really like gossiping and immediately talk to their friends about the guy they rejected. I know this from experience. There is also the risk of being assumed to be a weirdo. Congratulations the whole town also is gonna hear how crazy and creepy you are now. No. This doesn't happen to women.

It's 90% single women crying about men. So are they actually just miserable women hiding behind a mask? Like this? Remember, the subreddit r/ForeverAloneWomen went private because women who posted there kept receiving DMs from guys who wanted to date them. Where's the male equivalent of TwoX or NHGW subreddits? There is no male equivalent of those subreddits, because they would get taken down for misogyny immediately. Reddit is clearly biased towards misandry and rather left-leaning, so those men have to make their own forums page. You know which sites I'm talking about. I don't think many women care about their body count if it means they can have sex with a highly attractive guy, and they assume that men won't care about it either. I'm a woman who cares about her own n-count, so... did I just raise my n-count when I could just have reached for my vibrator? Is sex all about satisfying your genitals?

That subreddit often has to do with fundamental ignorance about anatomy, biology, and sex. That is what it first started as, but as time went on, it just turned into a misandrist echo chamber. I got permanently banned for pointing out a misandrist comment and that it was being upvoted. Both can be true for different people. Some would prefer to be invisible to men in their everyday lives when it comes to romance/sex/being hit on. Wanting to be ugly just so that you don't get male attention is ex…

So your friends have never offer you advice? They did, and I offered them advice too. Emotional support if you are in a bad place I'm only 16 so I haven't really been in a bad place, and if I did, I probably wouldn't have discussed this with my friends. or hugged you if you need it or out of joy? No, and I've never seen it happen between guys. You’ve never stayed over at a friends place? We met up for game nights and small parties sometimes, but never had a sleepover.

Many barriers exist to emotional intimacy between men, some stemming from the demands of traditional male roles in our society, such as pressures to compete, homophobia, and aversion to vulnerability and openness. Women are more likely to prioritize emotional support and communication in their friendships, which can contribute to a perception of stronger bonds. Evolutionarily, this could be rooted in the need for social support and cooperation among women in caregiving and child rearing roles.

My friendships include hugs, tears, laughs, advice, tough love, support, more hugs, sleepovers, etc. Well, none of these exist in male friendships. If the male friendship becomes as intimate as you described, those guys are labeled as "gay" immediately. Girls at my school literally kiss each other (sometimes even in the lips) and sit on each others' laps. Men have no choice but to get in a relationship to experience these things. And even then, he may risk turning off his girlfriend by being vul…

Most men aren't lusted after by that many women, those who are lusted after either become promiscous or decide to commit to a woman. HVM who commit are quickly taken off the shelves, so only the promiscous ones are left. However, I believe that just because a guy doesn't have a lot of women lusting after him, doesn't mean that there won't be at least some women lusting after him in his life. There is a middle ground, too.

Don't worry about it at 16, tho, if that's really your age! Well, the future doesn't look too good for my generation at all. Unfortunately I made the mistake of getting into this rabbit hole early. Sometimes I wish I never found this place and kept living in a BP Disney fantasy where I thought I would find myself a soulmate.

I think I worded that a bit wrong. There has to be some sexual attraction, otherwise I wouldn't even manage to get hard. Just not as much sexual attraction as I would desire in a LTR. There are guys who will fuck anything for the sake of validation to satisfy their egos and increasing their body count because apparently that makes them more valuable. I don't understand them though, and probably never will.

How common do you think a dead bedroom situation is after having kids? The more I see jokes about married people not having sex and hearing stories of post-kids dead bedroom stories, the more I become repulsed by the idea of marriage. I think most men, if they are aware, would rather be single than be in a relationship with a woman who isn't attracted to them. Well, at least I would. If she isn't treating you like the way she would treat the elite genetics guys, then it isn't really worth it. The desire is gotta be there. To be frank, I don't think there is anything wrong with women being hypergamous or "picky" if they are happy with their standards and what they get as a result of that. What's wrong is trying to gaslight men…

It only works if the guy isn't sexually or romantically attracted you. You need to be unattractive or find a non-straight guy or a guy that likes someone else. If a girl is attractive then it will be really difficult for her to have a male friend. There are some scenarios where if a girl has a boyfriend, then she could become friends with his friends that way his friends won’t be attracted to her since she’s “her boyfriends girl”.
