These aren't clips from movies, they're interviews. For example, if you look at this video here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9VsDTg0HF_c At 0:40 she says "I'm going to start the interview blushing" because the actual interview hasn't started yet. And at 4:30 she's literally at a lose for words. It might have talking points agreed upon ahead of time, but it certainly isn't a scripted piece like "Friends" Russell Brand is renowned for his charm with women and I think that videos like these hav…

Best part of this by far to me is He was also hospitable as fuck. A lot of times guys (myself included) think that if you “don’t give a fuck” it means you have to be rude to people. That you can’t be genuinely kind or caring. That couldn’t be further from the truth. “Not giving a fuck” doesn’t mean you don’t give a fuck about people. It means you are the way you are and you don’t give a fuck whether they approve of you or not. So many people (myself included) get this wrong at first and turn int…

So I think the big thing is you're pursuing her pretty hard given you haven't known her for very long. She said she's busy until Saturday and you're making plans for a week out. You're also texting her a lot. This isn't necessarily bad thing, I'm just reading into the situation based on the story you've laid out. But you aren't in a bad spot by any means. I would just text her asking how her gig was. Send a few fun texts back and forth, don't try to make plans, and don't have a 20 text convo. Ju…

Great question! In terms of while I'm typing into her phone, I just keep talking about other stuff. I make jokes, ask questions, basically exactly what the conversation would be like if I didn't have her phone. If she asks, I just say something like "you'll see" with a smile or "I'm writing you a note" with a smile. Often I'll even show her her phone afterwards with my name saved in it and that first text showing, with a big 'I'm proud of myself / I think I'm really funny' smile on my face :-) A…

Shouldn't be a problem! I think you can read it on any Mac or PC. This should let you do it for Mac and this should let you do it for PC. Or if you have a smart phone, I think most app stores have a free Kindle app that lets you read it on your phone.

Haha sorry, that's not 9 minus 5, that's 9 to 5. It's probably exactly what you're referring to when you say edging. Basically if 0 is unaroused and 10 is the point of no return in terms of orgasm, the idea is to get as close as you can to 10 without actually getting to the point of no return, then slowing down and dropping to a less aroused not on the verge of orgasm (aka 5), then slowly escalating back to 9, then down to 5, etc. You can do this with a partner or solo, either way it works wonde…

Haha I thought the same thing when I first read this - it sounds ridiculous. But in my experience, that combined with 9-5 edging will seriously give you almost superhuman control of choosing when you want to ejaculate. Don't take my word for it, just try it for a month. Get ready for awesome :-)

Definitely agree, you can't say one is better than the other. But the point is to try them. Charlie has gone out in jeans and a white v-neck and done fine. But no one comes up to him and talks to him. Since changing up his style, girls approach him way more and give him approach invitations way more by throwing eyes his way. The point is not to necessarily dress nicely, it's to make sure you try out different styles and make sure you dress in a way that gets people complimenting you on how you d…

"As a rule, you shouldn't wear anything that you'll look back on in ten years and say, "Oh dear God, why did people ever think that looked cool?"" I totally disagree here actually. Why would you use 10 years from now as a metric, and not today as the metric? If today there are good looking girls that come up to you and say "wow, I really like your hair" or "wow, I really like your tie", that's a sign that you are dressing well. The idea that a decade from now you might think you dressed poorly s…

Go hang out in a park at night, walking around together in the dark and nature can be a great date. Anything that gets you guys moving around and outside at night is good. Or if your college has house parties that's an easy answer as well. What do you think is fun? Something that excites you is likely to put you in a good mood and make you more fun. If you're fun, she'll have fun too.

All good man, I smile all the time, positivity, being the life of the party, making other people feel happier when they're around you, girls (and people in general) love being with a guy like that

Things you can do to help (in order of impact): 1.) Make a bigger impression in the first interaction. If she thinks you are the coolest, most fun, most attractive guy on the planet, she will not flake on you. Period. 2.) Hook up. If you have sex with a girl the night you meet her and you're good at sex (dominant, dirty talking, etc.), you will see her again. A makeout isn't as guaranteed, but it will help. 3.) Create a standards monologe about how you hate flakey behavior. This will do wonders …

Yes, touch is important, but I 100% think you should be brining up sex verbally if you want to consistently have sex the night you meet a girl. You can bring up sex all the time. Starting in minute 1 of the conversation, or after she's attracted to you and you're telling her about your standards for people/women (I'm assuming one of your standards is sexual confidence or sexual openness given your question and your desire to talk sexually early on). I'm feeling lazy so I'm just going to copy and…

When I'm going out to meet girls, I don't drink at all beforehand. No pre-game, no liquid courage. Alcohol can easily become a crutch that guys feel that they need in order to approach attractive women. Doing it sober builds courage. It builds confidence. And it lets you remember what you said or did, so you can build a skillset. You will get good with women much faster if you don't drink. At first you'll have a dip, but that's called "investing in loss". It's a concept I learned from reading th…

THIS. I 100% agree with all of this. Also, it really depends on who you WANT to be. I want to be a guy who only hooks up with girls I want to see again, who has high standards, and who leaves everyone better than I found them. I want to be the "guy who's really really good with girls and sleeps with a lot of girls and treats them all well". Sounds very very similar to TenMagnet. I know that feel bro, I've had multiple open relationships and managing them can be tough. The #1 biggest piece of advice I can give you is this: figure out what you want, and don't waiver on it. Not every woman will be down for you seeing multiple women, but you CAN do it, there are plenty out there who are okay with it (at least for the right guy). Don't settle into monogamy unless it's what you actually want. If you guys aren't dating monogamously, you can't be cheating. The only way this wou…

Costume selection can REALLY help if done right Aim for something fun, easily identifiable, and unique (doesn't need to be the first time ever done, just unique to the party). Those trump "good costume" every time. Also consider something that is a group costume. It immediately shows you are a social dude, plus if your friends go and do well, you will be tied to them. Downside here is that if they stand in a corner and sulk, you will be hurt, so only do it with friends you know will go and be so…

100% concur that attitude is what is going to carry this. Having fun beforehand is crucial. It helps gets eyes and puts you in the right frame of mind when you walk up to a group. It is not the physical motion of a wave that is attractive, but the fun, carefree vibe behind it. I will say that I have had dudes with very little charisma and LOTS of anxiety get this to work consistently after 5-10 minutes of practice and a few tries in a bar. Does it require more inner groundedness than an opinion …

You are definitely right that having a good time and being unreactive is huge. I will say though, that it is SUPER helpful to have that little bit of acknowledgement on her end beforehand. The waves job is basically to communicate you notice one another and to prompt a smile on her part (which is as solid an invitation as you can hope for)

Text her the next day in late afternoon. No attempt to make plans, just something fun, maybe call back humor or referencing the night before. Don't push that too much, and feel free to be the one who ends the text message thread (i.e., you don't have to respond to every text). Then call her 4+ days later, have a flirty attractive conversation for 5 minutes, and then make plans for the second date. Like others have said, it's most likely a problem on the actual date. I fully admit I have no idea what a D4DR gene does and I'm sure you've got far more expertise in neurochemistry than I. But you seem to be arguing that brain chemistry controls your life. Alphas can be nice. Just don't be supplicating to her constantly. You don't have to be an asshole to be an alpha male. When you say "as soon as you like someone" you mean the night you meet them out, after you have learned something about them (hopefully trying to see if they meet your standards)? Or you mean you have someone in your social circle or as part of your daily life, and eventually decide you like them romantically?

You can absolutely meet girls at the gym. Just wait until they're in between exercises or walking between machines. I use the same direct approach that we teach guys to always use during the day. "Hey I know this is random, but you are gorgeous. I just saw you and I had to come find out more about you" It always gets a big smile and leads to a pretty easy conversation. Even when they have a bf, it still makes their day. Highly recommend.

Personally, this has worked incredibly well for me. I don't think it comes off as defensive at all, because it isn't said angrily or in a panicked way, just matter of factly. I 100% agree with everything DANdruff4MEN said. Exactly the right breakdown. The other thing it does, is it shakes you out of the "player" bucket in her head. From the moment you walk up to a girl (or any person for that matter) they will try to thin slice you and basically categorize you into a bucket of similar people she…

Well you do recognize one new face out of hundreds, so it's obviously not such a big building that you can't. Or they've been there for a while and you say "oops! I just assumed because we've never met. Hi, I'm [analmeansyoulovehim]." Trust me, if this comes off as creepy it's because of body language and tonality. There's nothing creepy about it, and if you do it right it will come off as confident and charming.

There's absolutely no reason to lie. I start conversations fairly directly during the day. If girls ask me if I do this all the time (which a lot of them will do), I say "Only when I mean it. I don't do it all the time, but if there's someone who looks like someone I'd want to get to know, I always go up and try to meet them. The world is full of awesome people, and I think it's stupid that people let fear of embarrassment stop them from meeting potentially amazing people". It's honestly how I f…

I would just wait until I saw one of them in the hall or coming into / out of the building, then smile, say "hey, new to the building?", walk over, and introduce myself. Once you're in conversation treat it like any day time interaction, with light teasing and flirting. After ~5-10 minutes of good attractive conversation, tell her/them about a cool bar or event in the neighborhood and tell them you should all check it out together. Set up a specific date and time, get her phone number, stick aro…

The #1 way to increase your odds of getting her number: Ask for it. Haha not to minimize the question, but that's the short of it. Something else you can do to make it feel more natural is transition away from whatever she asked for your help on and enter normal conversation. Then ask her what she does for fun. Then invite her to something cool related to that. If she says "yes, that sounds awesome!" it's a really obvious move at that point for you to take out your phone and ask for her number. …

Be like Colin Farrell. When you want to talk to someone but it's too loud, hook them and pull them into you. Then start talking. If you want you can drop your arm after you start talking. You aren't being disrespectful when you start dancing with someone without asking. You're being confident and fun. Depending on how you're asking, it's probably coming off as a lack of confidence, especially because you pretty much expect that they'll say no (that inner belief undoubtedly bleeds through in your brief interactions). In your second scenario, you're being confident, fun, leading the interaction, and acting like you assume it's going to go well. That's all very attractive.

I assume you have not magically become more physically attractive? So my guess is you have been working on yourself, and because of that you are carrying yourself with more confidence (standing taller, gesticulating more when you speak, speaking louder, something along those lines). Or you've been working out a lot and have therefore made yourself more attractive (by dedicating yourself to something and by focusing on your health/fitness, both of which are attractive). For beginners, there should be a decent amount of attraction before qualification. Qualification is really just a word to describe finding out about a girl and seeing if she fits what you are looking for. If she isn't attracted to you, she's less likely to be very engaged in the conversation - qualification is best when you're both engaging in each other and she's rooting for the convo to go well too. That being said, for guys who have gone out a lot that can run a room easily and are tight with…

Agreed, this is a great book. Great for beginners but also a good refresh for anyone from time to time. As far as the blending of attraction, qualification, and comfort, the best metaphor I heard for it was the think of each phase like a cup that you're filling with water, only the cup has a small hole in it. I like this metaphor because it's a simple reminder not to confuse "comfort" with "boring conversation".

After each conversation, break down what you did and why, what was good and what could have been better. Oh also, if you're going to say this, make sure you follow up with something else that conveys you're still interested in more than just her looks. So like: "You are gorgeous! Starting a conversation like this is not objectively better or worse than being less direct. When you say something like this, you make it clear you have sexual intent, so what you're really doing is you're making her make the "am I potentially interested in him?" decision sooner. Compared to other methods that delay that decision, guys who do that tend to see an increase in quick rejections, but it also puts you in a really good spot if she reciprocates it. It really depends. Your response should be dictated by the type of joke it is. I know that isn't super actionable advice, so here are two examples: Example 1: I have long dirty-blonde hair, so sometimes random guys at bars will yell "Suuuuunshiiiiiine" at me (from Remember the Titans). The key isn't to "not give a shit", the key is to care IMMENSELY, but you care about becoming your best self and not about a particular interaction. Don't detach from the interaction by pretending you don't care about it. Instead, focus on the process of improving. The guys that I've seen get good fastest don't ignore rejection, they use rejection as a tool, they see it as helpful feedback and they learn as much from their failures as from their successes. Tie your happiness to whether or not yo…

From an attraction / sexual escalation point of view, that's a great role play for introducing sex to the conversation. Example: "Yeah we'd have to break up because xyz, which is a shame because the sex was mindblowing. Oh well, you're too big a pain in the butt this is over. I am going to miss all those multiple orgasms. By the way, you have to give me my Varisty jacket back". Just mess around with it, have fun and be playful (but don't be too pully). More importantly, if this girl is super rel…

Hey, some advice I would give for any guy looking to get better, don't run with the "Don't Give a Fuck Mentality". It's a mentality guys who have been hurt by rejection use to divorce themselves from the pain of rejection, but instead of doing that by accepting that it's all part of the process that leads to their best self, they do it by pretending that they don't want what they're going after. Not always, but a lot of the times, guys espousing DGAF are too insecure to be vulnerable, so they us…

What kind of interactions are you having? I am assuming that "friendly playfulness" just means joking around and teasing, things like that? If not, please correct me and let me know what you mean by that. If you're having friendly banter and want to see if she's into you or not, use humor to introduce something slightly sexual into the conversation. Also, start using little things like high-fives and hugs to start getting comfortable with each others touch. The good news is if a girl is being fr…

I think guys are reading this situation incorrectly. She isn't giving you the greenlight to invite her out, she's basically saying "I'll do what you're doing IF it sounds cool/fun/exciting" When someone comes out with you, they do it for two reasons: they want to see you and/or they want to participate in what you are doing. That's why it's always super helpful to have something exciting to invite people to. If I go out on a Monday, I generally know something really fun happening on a later day …

#1 and #5 should be struck, and replaced with one rule: "Don't be emotionally needy" 1 and #5 may seem like good rules, but what they actually are are shortcut attempts to emulate / model an emotionally strong person. The truth is, if you are emotionally strong, you can do both. The ultimate example of this is as a guy who dates a girl openly. Especially if you are doing it because you are philosophically not a monogamist (vs. just some dude trying to "trade up" [hate that term but I hear it a l…
