Don't listen to anyone saying it's her fault. This is the wrong state of mind to get into with girls and start blaming them for things you are doing wrong. You sound like you have anxiety and if that is the case then you probably looked like a serial killer when you came up to her just like that. The biggest mistake in this case wasn't the rejection from her, it's not using that to talk to another girl. Next time this happens go approach another girl quick and notice how much better you do.

What kind of a question is this? How would we know how you can switch up your schedule to go out more? Just go out more, man. Every day.
/r/seduction14/09/16 08:38 AM

Because taking a break for a month is just as bad as giving up in your case. How can you stop talking to people for a month and expect to just come back into it smoothly? This is a life long process. Don't take 'breaks', because all that means is you are letting your fear overpower you again. Talk to people every single day for the rest of your life.

Everyone tells me that shy guys--especially awkward/Aspergian guys--should not do daygame because the likelihood of success is vanishingly small. Have you ever considered forming your own opinion about things instead of eating up uninformed advice from others around you?

Yeah, the first thing you should do, buddy, is disregard all these unhealthy and even mentally damaging suggestions in the comments. This is all I see on this sub and it pisses me off to no end: "Go outside, be yourself, get a hobby, do some self improvement, yadda yadda yadda". These are the MOST DESTRUCTIVE THINGS you could possibly do in your situation. Are they bad ideas for a lot of people who have normal functional lives? Hell no. They are great ideas for those people. But not for you, and…

Dear lord in heaven, use some paragraphs for everyone's sakes! Your lack of organization speaks for your untidy and unorganized brain that cannot handle any form of tidy articulation. Your grasp of Psychology is not only laughable but disgustingly rudimentary. For example that comment about having no free will literally made me laugh out loud at your perception of human psychology. Trying to dig through your clump of feces up there, I can tell you that you still have no idea what you are talking…

Wow, and here I was hoping that you'd be calmer when you just woke up. It seems you're still a loose cannon no matter what time of day it is. Listen buddy, I don't know what your deep set issues are, but you need to get over your triggered bullshit, stop downvoting me like a pre teen mincrafter, and accept the fact that in clubs some people get pushy sometimes. I am not making excuses for myself at all. The approaches that I do are all analyzed and improved for next time, however I have seen wit…

I got the impression that they don't bother with cold approach as it's basically impossible! You've got a quitter's attitude. Cold approach is for people with the exterior of a tank. Stop whining about it and improve your approach and methods. It's no big secret that cold approaches are less successful than other methods, but impossible? Not even close. It just takes a certain know how.

Yeah, sorry haha. I'm just looking to get laid first. You're right, girls in bars aren't long term relationship material. I'm looking to pull a girl on the same night, but it's been a rough few weeks for me.

Going to a place where girls are getting drunk and looking to get laid is not a good place to get laid? Thanks for the downvote, but your statement isn't making a lot of sense here, buddy.

On top of that there are girls that are in a bad mood to start with and are pushy/aggressive with their rejections. What's so hard to believe about that? The idiot up there is negging me for saying there are physically aggressive people in a club. LOL.
/r/seduction04/09/16 12:00 PM

Well, I don't know where you've been, but i've seen plenty of guys come on too aggressively and get pushed away. Including myself. It's a fact of life when switching up the approach methods.

Thanks for this, it was very helpful. I'll work on reading up on Body language, and certainly wouldn't mind a PM regarding effective meditation. I already do deep breathing and progressive muscle relaxation on a daily basis, but I feel like I need something a bit stronger to calm me down in those moments where my anxiety just overwhelms me!

Music, philosophy, coding, reading, I play an instrument, I work out regularly, and a whole bunch of other things. I just have severe social anxiety and lord knows it makes me look like someone who doesn't have a solid frame when in reality i'm very strong core wise.

Buying a girl a drink and expecting to get laid is like jumping out of a fucking plane without a parachute and expecting to land safely. It IS wrong and if you do it you're setting yourself up for disappointment.

I have muscle, I just don't want to get jumped or kicked out of a bar and get my shirt ripped for some jackass who gave me a little harmless push while he was drunk. The girl was a 6/10 too, so none of it was worth the trouble.
/r/seduction04/09/16 01:20 AM

No, it was only two girls out of like 20 who did that. Some girls are just aggressive and sick of being hit on. I've seen it before. The rest talk to me, shit test me with 'I have a boyfriend', and then reject me. So that's what I need to work on.

3 rejections? I'm so sorry to hear about this tremendous failure. I've seen some bad cases on this subreddit, but your story truly makes me depressed. To think that after approaching 3 girls, and got rejected 3 times, and somehow had the bravery to come on here and tell everyone you tragic tale of effort that went down the drain. Your entire post reeks of insecurity about how others think of you. Maybe you should start working on yourself before you start trying to get laid at parties. Your strong language, especially terms like 'weirdo', 'retarded' and 'loser' shows very fragile mentality at this point in time. However, I am ready to get this over with. Any advice for losing virginity on a one night stand? This isn't a blood test. You don't 'get it over with'. You go out there and talk to girls, and then get laid. Read …

Lol, what are you going on about? Everything you're saying goes against common sense. the 'all people are different' state of mind isn't meant only for pickup. It's meant to realize that generalizations are for weak minds. You don't need to know everyone 100% inside and out, you just need to realize that categorizing people into huge groups is only going to slow you and your brain down. You don't say to a woman "Let's have sex". Even though that specific sentence might work in very specific situations, it's still an inept thing to say. This isn't a direct statement, it's nearly a desperate request. You seem to have directness and impulsively saying the first thing on your mind confused together. Being direct with girls means you aren't playing mind games and can frame what you want in a smoother way. Also, the way you talk suggests you speak for ALL girls at once, which is ludi…

Getting laid often is nothing more than having a solid frame, nearly 0 insecurities, and the ability to effectively communicate your intentions to a girl you want to sleep with. Advice: Don't get lost in the countless 'methods' on here that often contradict one another and leave you scratching your head and even more depressed. This is all you need: Go talk to people, learn how to stop being anxious/insecure, and be direct and confident. Also, don't use the word score when you're talking about g…

This is what I hate about this place. There's tons of helpful hints and things that will make you a better person in general, but when it comes to getting laid, the advice boils down to this every time: "Oh bro, just approach as many girls as you can. Do hundreds. You'll get laid guaranteed and become a better human being!!!!" After you do that and realize the only thing that's changed is your tolerance of being rejected and pushed around by girls and guys and gotten a reputation as a fuckboy, y…

You people overthinking shit cracks me up. You do know the whole point of this subreddit is to help you improve your mindset, get rid of your insecurities, and learn how to effectively read body language, right? This is why I fear rejection, not because I care what she thinks or anything. This is how I know you're not doing as well as you think you are. If you're still afraid of being rejected, no matter what the reason is, then you've still got a long way to go. The fact that you're taking half the advice in this subreddit and placing it into the 'manipulation' category in your head instead of the 'self improvement' category is another red flag that pretty much guarantees you're still at the beginning …

I feel like this is a bit of a cop out... You really think the people into seduction get into it because they have social skills from the get go? It's not a cop out. Believe it or not, it's not all black and white. It's not just 'socially masterful' and 'need help from /r/seduction'. There are layers, and those with social anxiety fall FAR behind regular people who are having difficulty getting laid because of their technique. I'm naturally introverted Has nothing to do with introversion, man. Introversion is an orientation. There are some introverts scoring more pussy than Brad Pitt out there. You have social anxiety. What was happening when they laughed at you? How were you opening them or trying to open them? What exactly were you saying and doing? I will admit those were the ones that I opened when my anxiety was highest. So I looked and projected VERY awkwardly and probably very insecurely. My openings all start by me introducing myself, asking the other person to introduce themselves and then making a simple observation and opening up a chance to converse. Problem is, when i'm anxious, the pitch and tone…

Well, a lot of rejections happen right off the bat, but for the ones i've had conversations with, I always start off with "Hey, i'm xxxx, how are you tonight" or alternatively (when I want to switch it up) "You seem like a fun person, and I wanted to come talk to you". Some of them introduce themselves at which point I ask them what's going on, or if they are having fun, or I comment on their attire and let them talk about themselves a bit more, at which point their friends pull them away or I r…

Well, let me tell you, tonight I went out AGAIN with my original wingman and started hitting on chicks at the club after I had a few beers and was buzzed. Honestly, even though I talked to some, I didn't know how to escalate at all! Plus, from a purely "pick up" perspective, so to speak, she insulted him, he reacted, she swung at him, he reacted. You're supposed to hold frame, and his was so weak the breeze from her missed punch knocked it over. LMFAO, ok. I give up. You're too stupid to form a picture of what was going on. I've been slapped by crazy drunk girls before, never in a million years would I lay a hand on them in response. Your response was reckless. Also, don't swing at women. I'm a huge believer that if a woman wants to swing at a man, she can get beat down like a man. However, until perception changes to reflect this, it isn't worth the jail time. That's fair enough. Better than all the guys on here downvoting me for defending myself, anyways.

LMFAO! You know, at this point, idiots like you are just making me laugh. I posted in this SR a few times before and I got smart people giving legit advice. You, on the other hand, and your armchair psychologist approach is literally cringe worthy. How can you possibly say I over reacted when your comment REEKS of over reaction? Honestly man, most girls, even if I approached the wrong way, would smile and just tell me to move on. This one was very special. I have never seen so much hostility coming from a person right off the bat. I guess I need to empathize a little with the shit she must have gone through to become this angry, but what she said to me was uncalled for. I was just smiling and trying to have some fun.

I'm actually in Ontario, but I hear ya! I was just surprised at how many guys rushed at me as soon as I retaliated. It was like half the dance floor was empty in 2 seconds flat because guys were trying to swing at me.

You're completely out of your mind. All I did was defend myself when she tried to punch me in the face. The way you're talking right now goes against everything you are trying to preach. There's a thin line between good advice and retarded advice. You're giving me the latter. Also, since I wasn't arrested on property I am guessing that your assumptions don't even fit in with this context.

Let me tell you something. When I made this post I was still a little buzzed so I left out some details. When she leaned in and told me this right off the bat, I joked with her a little bit and she also said I looked like I was 9 and needed to go back home to mommy. I was joking around until she also told me to go fuck myself. Edit: I know what shit testing looks like. This chick was ANGRY right from the beginning.
/r/seduction05/08/16 07:00 AM

TBH, this is EXACTLY how I felt. If she didn't want to talk to me, she could have said it nicely, and I would have moved on IMMEDIATELY. The fact that she leaned in and tried to crush my motivation is just cruel and a little sociopathic IMHO.

Two things are possibly going on here. You're either coming at the girls with no regard for their state, which is going to lead to shit like this. This is interesting. Can you guide me somewhere where I can learn more about states and how I can influence her state indirectly?

Is it really? Or do you feel a bite each time? Yeah, Rejection hurts. But not as much as that last chick though. Maybe it's because I put in a lot of effort into the last chick. The other girls I chatted up who rejected me didn't seem to chip away at my mood like the last one did. How was this girl any different from the others? Also, you're leaving out how you approached these girls. What exactly you were saying and doing. How was she different? She was outside, by herself, and no one else was …

So when a girl openly rejects me, I should never take it to heart and just use it constructively to be better the next time I approach someone? I find it hard to not take it personally sometimes when they size me up and just give me a disgusted look. It's demeaning.

But am I supposed to work towards shrugging off other people judging me for my bad game and looking like an idiot trying to game certain chicks? Because that's the biggest thing these days that stops me. For example, if i'm at a bar and a chick is sitting amidst several guys i'm actually SCARED to go and try to chat her up because I know my game is fragile and I am afraid of being judged by others, including people who are in that bar most of the time (like the bouncers, waiteresses, etc.)

No problem. A lot of people confuse introversion with shyness. If you're introverted, you'd be able to tell by the way you feel like you are 'drained' after doing intense social activities for a short period of time. If you're just anxious to be around people in general, or can't talk to strangers at all, then you might have anxiety or shyness disorder.

Introversion is an orientation. So is Extroversion. You can google for more info, but basically being introverted doesn't have anything to do with being shy. An Introverted person can be just as well spoken and confident as an extroverted person, even more in a lot of cases. They simply have different hobbies which fit better with their orientation, and being in loud places with lots of people, like bars, clubs, etc. are usually a big no-no.
