No not really. He needed so much therapy it was ridiculous and somehow it was my job to do that. When it wasn't whatsoever. That shit was tiring as hell. I felt like an emotional, mental and physical punching bag. However I'm so called obligated as a woman to do the emotional labor for him. I didn't like it whatsoever. It was so hard and so tough. I can say that it feels good being free now and not tied down to him anymore.

I literally told my nex that I wasn't his therapist and he literally said this shit while arguing: "Yes, you are!!" I knew at that moment even in my mind there was no way I can make him listen so I stopped talking to him, I just stopped. It was emotionally and mentally exhausting talking to him. I finally able to get out when things started getting more abusive and I know I had to go.

Listen, my nex was like that. I told him he needed a therapist. He told me, "I have you." He was emotionally abusive and going on and on how I have to help him. It was exhausting and tiring. I said, "I'm not your fucking therapist." He looked at me in shock and continued to argue me down about it. Women shouldn't have to do emotional labor whatsoever. Everyone should be responsible for it not just women but everyone.

Yeah, I dealt with an ex like this and he got upset because I pointed out that he hurt me continuously over and over again. Whenever he was done with hurting me he would then try to justify it like I was the one who made him do it.
