There are also guys who are borderline homeless dating wealthy women, they’re called hobosexuals and they brag about it publicly. Even if they don’t they expose themselves eventually.

Many pickmes will take in a fixer upper but I rarely hear of a LVM no matter how much money he has (because wealthy men can still be low value) date someone within his financial range. If he finds the girl with little to no money really attractive he usually will date her no matter what because “muh penis” and biology.

And to the male lurkers I don’t envy these women, who wants to be paranoid their entire relationship that they’ll get replaced because they got a year older?

Everyone tells me my expectations are too high. I want him to be physically active (gym 3x a week minimum), have at least a bachelors degree (or be close to finishing), have a good job AND know how to budget and invest, have his own CLEAN place, be hygienic, eat healthily, have goals and hobbies, and be attractive.

But you know what? I have all those things and more. So I don’t know why guys can’t meet the standards when I’ve already surpassed them.

Yeahhh, that’s a no for me, dawg. I’m close to my huge family, I work out and meditate daily, I make 2x more than when I entered the workforce, and I have a dental insurance plan. So if that’s all it takes, I should be drowning in HVM. I haven’t met one. Ehhh, try again.
