I actually put some thought into this before in efforts to understand some of the traits and things my mother has said. Keeping in mind I do not claim anything abusive or bear her ill-will, she just confused me and we were nothing alike which seemed to anger her immensely. I've come to the conclusion she was/is an Hyper SJW before there was a term for it and that seems to carry similar narcissist traits. The need to project an agenda and crusade on your children and especially the overly critica…

I am very comfortable with discussing sex and sexuality. I am also comfortable setting boundaries as to whom I discuss such with. I have often noted in gentle terms about various courtesan arts and highly recommend them to other RPWs. I have never been spoken to about this so, that premise is false. Just because you are not a person to whom I choose to discuss such with in intimate detail makes little bearing and does not indicate comfort, but a ladies choice of discretion. In other words, YOU d…

Since he works IT and probably stares at screens a lot, you could also give a quiet time and massage after a particularly hard day as well, or as you see him. In the back of the neck along the sides, where the shoulders start and lower back would be a good area to focus on. Sometimes it's not about verbal support but just providing a quiet space away from all the 'stuff' and letting him zen out.

So far I enjoyed the Ritual 8 section in thoughtfulness. Do at least one thoughtful act a day for the man you love. It can be as simple as hanging up his coat or bringing home his favorite dessert. In return for all of the lovely dates he has taken you out on, get him a personal gift in return. Examples are purchasing a book about one of his favorite subjects, a bottle of wine from one of his favorite winemakers, or tickets to see his favorite sports team play. As an alternative, you could cook …

This is a good point! THIS actually caused me to unfriend someone on FB. She went on this tirade about this dude telling her she had a nice blouse and how she was all offended. I think there's a serious difference between a guy telling me " Oh nice shirt.. that an Impala?" (Which I've had a guy at train station do and I said " Oh yeah, sure is, thanks!' ) and "Damn girl dat ass" or something (which would be ignored). See here's the thing that pissed her off. I asked the 'friend' if she would be …

My first reaction even before I was in my LTR was ignore them or just shrug it off. I wasn't looking for attention from the type that would do such a thing. I'm also in my own little world 90% of the time. Now that I am taken, I completely ignore no matter what, do not acknowledge or eye contact. They are air, not worth my time. I really have no care in the world past Betterhalf, a man of class and far more discerning eye then 'two legs and can walk down a street' thinks of how I look. I don't c…

When it comes to sex, absolutely. But there are times when just a drink and a massage are whats wanted and that's why I have always said 'courtesan'. In that way intimate moments are an experience on a variety of levels of both sensuality and enthusiasm no matter the outcome. I always viewed whores and sluts being willing participants but not very skilled on how to contribute or initiate any more then 'availability'. An 'always on' switch is just the tip of the iceberg. I hope you guys have a bl…

Well I took this before but I love how this one broke every aspect down. I scored: PERSONALITY: INFP VARIANT: ASSERTIVE ROLE: DIPLOMAT and as always I agree with it wholeheartedly. Some of the aspects I agree with the most are: When deciding how to move forward, they will look to honor, beauty, morality and virtue. (Honor is, indeed, one of the highest traits I hold myself to even on a day to day basis. I also group loyalty as part of that as it is a matter of honor to be loyal.) Listen to many …

If you are being the alarm for him, you are also getting breakfast in bed ;) We make that joke quite a bit lol :) I loved your list, very similar. If we go out and they ask if I want bacon I order it extra crispy because I can't eat it so I get it the way he does and give it to him.

"Alarm Clock" Breakfast in bed, walk in on shower. Whenever where ever. Dress to be on his arm, or dress for alone enjoyment Serve him drinks, often before asked or just a nod needed. Just the other day there was this segment on TV it was a children's tv and they have these segments called " why girls are annoying " and then it's these little boys getting a chance to say what they find annoying about girls (it's very cute they're only about ten) but I get the impression stuff like that is frowned upon in America. Oh yeah it would get more then a frown, more like 'fly like lead brick. ' Pointing out any kind of gender difference generally does. Usually slapped with a 'that's s…

I have TMJ as well. Ice your jaw after and you're fine. It's certainly not an excuse to never do so at all. You can just do so for a shorter duration or a different technique.

See, and I don't even get why the two actions are related.. Whether or not he does or don't shouldn't even be an issue. There's women out there that loves to give Bjs and hate the idea of being gone down on. This is someone who obviously isn't taking what he would like into consideration or doesn't understand how happy it makes him. I can even 'brain' that. I'm shaking my head right along with you.

I admire your tact not to jump down her throat and tell her off flat out or just walk off in visual disgust. BetterHalf has had to calm me with a hand squeeze more then once from overhearing crap like that. This was the best part, right here: If this situation was reversed there would have been an outcry at the table demanding her husbands head on a platter. But since she's a woman people laughed and AGREED with her. I find the saying "You argue like you're married' very telling as well. Really?…

I have girl's night that are basically hang out at the house and craft. Basically a 'stitch n bitch' without the bitching about SOs. We talk about movies, costume making, animals.. all sorts of positive and fun things. One of the girls spin and knits like a fiend, I'll do my needlework or something else and the other two do jewelry/jumpring so it doesn't even have to be the same craft. One night we are hoping to have a "girl's night" at a ceramics place and all paint together.

Said it once, I will say it again. Kick that abusive piece of shit to the curb and if you are feeling really nice.. slow the truck down first. I hate to say it but a) he recorded it because it was a reoccurring theme and people didn't believe him. (cause men don't suffer abuse! /s) and b) I've seen this and far worse to husbands/boyfriends with people cheering because hey.. male. He MUST have deserved it.

In the places this was first posted online there were repeated comments that the husband was mistreating her by recording and laughing. This is the view I spoke of in a previous comment as to what led me here. I am still getting the hatemail to a junk box for suggested he drop her off on a curb. You'd think it would be obvious... you HOPE it would be, but alas.. she is female and therefore in the eyes of feminist, always right. This was the previous comment: http://www.reddit.com/r/RedPillWomen/…

Aww, :( Take care MargeryM If ever there was an example of just how harmful feminism is, look no further than the attack that self-proclaimed 'feminists' launch towards women like those here, who want nothing more than the right and freedom to pursue happiness in the ways they see fit. Indeed and well said. I don't envy you girls but respect the hell you have the patience to deal with it.

Externally and socially I think the final push was seeing verbal and physical tirades that women put their SOs through and speaking up against them only to be told I obviously hated women by ever saying what they did was wrong. If a guy ever did the same they would slap the abuse claim faster than you could blink. I remember it was the video some guy took in a truck of his wife literally throwing a cry fit temper tantrum about going to the lake. I flat out said he should have kicked her out of t…

I think what brought it to mind was watching Rockefeller Center in Christmas time. Truly a beautiful, magical place when the snow is falling and all the lights and tree. The setting IS perfect. In the ice rink my friends and I saw literally 6 proposals that night and we just felt sorry for most guy try to kneel and skate at the same time. :) I totally understand nerves I just get skeeved by the idea and felt sorry for all those kneecaps :)

Even if you are angry alongside them and feel the desire to try and help, don't. That was a hard lesson for me too. The best way for them to grow and learn is among peers and for themselves. Some will listen and that's great but there's a large portion it just won't and those are the ones that have been put through the most hell. I hate, with a passion, what a lot of those guys have been through. I can't even go into the chat room without wanting to hit a wall for what they've had to endure, but…

Men are expected to get down on one knee (literally putting the woman above him), Slightly off topic.. but this has ALWAYS creeped me out. Since I was a kid I always thought it was just weird. I have a question for girls who wax: Don't you have to wait a certain point, or certain length of hair before you can have it done again? I shave everyday even if I really have no need, just for touch up and because I hate the itch of hair growing back in. I don't have sensitive skin at all but if waxing produces better results I would love it. I just don't want to have 'off days' of having it grow in so I can wax again.

"That's wrong" and "I would do it differently" are two different situations. I really like what you said here. I don't think we've had any "That's wrong" situations. We've certainly had the "I would do it differently" but that's where the trust and respect comes in. This doesn't necessarily mean it will be done in way I think is best, it may not even produce a positive result. I kind of have the same issue. I took my step-dad's last name and he is also made of awesome. I went by it since I was 3 but had to officially change it when I was 18 because the state wouldn't let him adopt me. Jerks :) Oh well. It would be hard to let go of something I had to fight for. For BetterHalf, I could. If he really wanted to I would. I will say my mother changed her middle name to her maiden name and then took dad's last name. I've never cheated on any SO. I don't have a ton of them to name off, but never happened. Loyalty is too important to me. As far as cheating on me, I have never had it happen. I'm just not a jealous person by default so maybe I missed it and it did? I kinda doubt it but if so it's in the past anyway. Here's my take on that. If a girl is saying such, I really don't give it much credence. I have had guys tell me this directly many times, for the longest time. So I do know it's possible but only until told directly. Aaron is spot on, if that is impression they get I probably wasn't interested anyway. There's so much more then that. On the assumption that most of you ladies are dating/married to RP men, do your men treat you like children? Nope. The only thing I can think of in terms of 'childish' acts are the silly fun stuff we do together.. but no I can't fathom the need to nor a reaction even remotely like that in 6 six years. The writing part? The card part? I certainly can't speak for all but I have written pages and pages, even in a composition like journal book focusing on him for 6 years now. I agree a lot of things are 'expected' from the guy and my rule is I should just as willing to express in the same way. However in terms of the writing it can be a total outlet, that he may not even see unless he wants to so I certainly don't expect anything, much less the same from him.

I don't know why but I get a good kick out of random 'nice' or polite stuff. Letting a car in in front of me or if someone is about to drop something and has like 20 things they are trying to carry or whatever. I don't know who they are, I don't know their story. I don't care. Point is random person on street is probably going to get random kindness. Not because its some society rule, it's because that's just who I am. It's also a great way to learn mutli task and organize. I do sort of the same and you have to know a little bit about all aspects of the business to be able to give accurate status reports on any project and give accurate projections when its going to be done to the boss. Had a few, still have one in particular that doesn't seem to get it entirely. Didn't know there was a term and vehemently hated it every time. In a relationship or not it drove me nuts. Thing is you have two methods suggested, you have the 'let them down nicely/respectful' whatever and then other people (men and women both) saying they don't take hints. Oh, I love this topic! Part of the fun of this hunt is making something that is turned so negative in relationships and making it a positive. As has been pointed out, this isn't about the fringe but the general spectrum. Most do appreciate thier ladies actually showing effort into the relationship to make it interesting and fun. Ergo, it would be an excellent subject to speak on this forum of how to be be that much better for the man you are with. Such actions don't have to be a 'look' either, they can be an action..or a nice surprise. Edit: extra s made a surprise attack and landed in there.

I'd say two major reasons: I am completely and devoted to my Beloved Better Half. I am committed to treating our relationship as a work in progress and seek to always improve on how I can show him how fortunate I am to be in his life. That's pretty much what BetterHalf and I plan on. I am not sure if we are getting the license and such as much as having a gathering of friends and family and then having "Hey, we love each other!" party. Mead, Bonfire, lightsabers.. just fun. I think it's over 50 years ago yet they still need to shriek and try to remind everyone like it's how things are today. Fights of forums like that led me here. It's sad day when making the love of your life, your life.. is considered an anomaly and 'bad thing'.

Re enactments, theater, music, sci fi. Even the few things we have that are different co-inside. I have to say I don't think I've ever been 'bitchy or disrespectful'. Does that mean I cower in some corner and never say 'Boo!"? Hardly! Oh, we have SO much fun bantering back and forth but even bystanders would be warmed by the words and not some 'hostile tension'. We truly are Best Friends that have so many common interests. My 'mess ups' are my freak outs when I think I haven't done something as well as I wanted for him or otherwise. I showed up 5 mins late to a date we had and I was almost …

Why in God's name would you buy a man a dozen roses? For the same reason I do everything that I do and the only reason that matters: Because He enjoys it. Or better yet, how about a steak and blowjob. I said make the day special, not do something that is done because the day ends in "Y".

I know it's been turned into a 'hallmark holiday' but I can't resist the urge to so something for Him. It could be a rose or a lunch date or anything. BetterHalf told me once he hated Valentines Day's because a girlfriend choose that day to break up with him. Ever since then I've made it this mission to make that day just a little something more. This DID lead me to waking him with a rose on his pillow (I was making breakfast in the kitchen). Thankfully, I had the foresight to make sure there we…

Wanting to do all and be nothing less than what the Love of your Life deserves needs no collar, explanation or rationalization. To Love is the motivation, to become One is the never ending journey and there is no end goal but to look back on the memories together as you make more along the way.

This is a tough thing to tackle and painful to watch from the sidelines. I can't even express to you how much I feel for what you are going through watching this brother you care for so much drown over and over. The problem is by donating money and such (as I am currently learning) you are only applying a blood soaked bandaged to a hemorrhaging wound. I would ask if your brother is aware of the situation because often times men just don't realize they are: http://www.heart-2-heart.ca/men/why-men…

I liked her thought process when she realized she was disrespected her husband by going against what he wished. Any other justification or reason is just superfluous to me. It wasn't really how he preferred her to look or why. The point is to just grab on to just one more way you can show you care in giving. I guess if I show his request is the only reason I need, I can just show I care that much more by not needing anything else to motivate.

But a feminist couple might feel that the man should be doing more around the house to make up for all they years women were expected to do all of the work, so for them, fair is if the man does most of the work. Concepts can be defined and critical discussion can be achieved based on the individual who expresses an opinion or statement. Asking for input in a place such as this and then basically tell them "You're wrong" for their perspective invalidates the fact people have varying viewpoints. I don't know. I know for me 'negging' can be some modern form of 'playful banter'. So in that way it can be positive. It can also be a way to try and deter a guy from making statements that come on 'a little strong' or thick. I think there's certainly a nuance that needs to be taken into consideration. I've always had the gender swap rule in place. "If you flipped that to 'female' and would get nailed to a wall by feminist, Grat's you just said something sexist about a male." It really works both ways. There used to be a fight for equality. Somewhere along the line the pendulum swung WAY over where men are treated, portrayed and spoken to in ways that would get a man saying the same things to a woman nailed a near tree.

And I do a benefit concert and have personal ties with suicide prevention. So now that we are done comparing... This comment by Canned_Wine199 speaks of nothing specifically, certainly not this. It's the normal speech of ANYTHING TRP or RPW has to say. Again, I will take it into consideration when "Wolf" stops being cried at anything TRP has to say. I'm sorry it's been screeched just one too many times and false claims thrown out at anything attached to TRP. I don't believe for a second you are …

That's not true at all. In the blue pill thread discussing the topic a number of users noted how impressed and grateful they were for the non-insane red pillers who weren't being sleazy about dead girls. Already proved to be backhanded, snarked and false. Besides, If we are to go on the metric you gave, if any post actually giving praise to TRPers then you are praising TRPers as whole. If any posts in TBP is some thing uncalled for and it reflects the sub as a whole and for that RPW itself, a su…

I don't understand your complaint. People can't be worried about possible abuse? It's not a complaint. It's an observation. our men are also doing a lot of "work" to keep us. I don't think this is negative at all. It's very true. A lot times the first counter we get is "So what do you (female) get in return" whereas I find a common ground here is we focus on what we give and not worry so much IF there's a return because we know there will be. Why waste time being 'against' a while entire group of people. I do what you people should and only interact when addressed. You can see in the comments some dude wanted to use his dick til it feel off. I told him sticking it in the STD live shark tank is a great way to make sure it happens..shrugs

And there's some forms of STDs that are persistent in the place of "protection" and only treatable instead of being cured. I mean gods forbid they don't just..practice restraint, and not be a slut.

If they also engage in screwing all that walks and some that don't then they are as well. Nothing hypocritical about it. Being 'promiscuous' , aka a slut, isn't liberating or cool. It's dangerous and just completely stupid in a day when STDs run rampant. I love how a Petri dish that's like the one bullet in Russian Roulette is praised as the Typhoid Mary she is and not called out for her 'at risk' actions. The evidence is in the actions. It's not solely based on his gender. If the genders were swapped and anything was done regarding a female based on their gender, no matter the percentage the word 'misogyny' gets flung around freely. So, no matter the percentage, basing a call on a males gender is misandry. Very simple. I can understand your hesitation to flat out say it but if you do believe it just stand by your words instead of resorting to the all purpose 'equality' argument when it's not going to fly.

Because it's a sub of people with similar personal subjective preferences and observations. Even if they do look down on sluts, it's their call to do so. If they still would like to stick it "Where Every Man Has Gone Before", that's up to them as well. It's not hypocrisy when the viewpoint is that males and females are different. Yeah, you kept talking about 'state' and I thought that to be a "US centric" question. Sorry about that. I'm guessing state means 'government body' wherever. Just out of interest why is the state brought into this so readily? One thing I was going to point out is that depending ON the state, they will jump in over the Mother request one way or the other. I know that's the case in CT. They will aggressively seek of the paternity of the child and chase down, especially if the Mom is using state insurance. Sometimes the Mother doesn't even want that to happen. So in answer to your question, it's like the state itself will act independently.

Ones that are trapped in situations we are so quick to step in when it's a female in trouble? In the case of DV or perhaps they have a female stalker. Serious question and frankly a male's perspective might have the best answer. I don't want to give a pat o the head and sympathy. I want to help, but not in a way that seems like "Oh poor you". But I feel part of that is creating an atm…

I loved this. I think the "suck it up" mentality towards men is something I will never stop feeling sick over. It's also a reason I will never believe stats regarding DV towards men. For all those that actually report, there so many that can't because of sexism and this permeating belief men cannot suffer abuse. They can and do, but differently.

I guess my question is more why are men who pursue a woman who brings out the submissive side in him weak? Simply because it's not the norm? Why are women who are in consensual 'unequal' relationships viewed as 'repressed' or brain washed? Why are they followed, mocked, trolled and misgendered? Dunno. Have a feeling the answer is the same for both. I can't answer for all. Only myself. "one person has to be dominant" I'm going to make a valiant attempt to tackle this one. I have seen relationship…

I'm a woman and can't see the appeal of TRP I don't see the appeal either for gender reasons but also it doesn't seem to be LTR focused so I don't bother. It's a reason I lurked here and said little. Most of the debates are centered around TRP matters with RPW thrown in as a side but rarely specifically. Ergo I address the RPW side as it pertains to myself but I don't want to come across as speaking for all. Edit: I forgot a word. No coffee and Kitty posting make me dumdum sorry :(

I'm so dominant that people often dissolve on contact with me, the key is I actually found a man MORE dominant than me who made me feel naturally submissive to HIM. Bingo! If it helps, I know for RPW we just recently had a lady post about her relationship saying although she agreed with the dynamic she and her husband had a setup they liked. Basically she was the breadwinner as he took care of the domestic matters. Kinda went down like this: "Oh, you guys happy? Ok cool great! Welcome!" The one underlying factor that brought her in, from what I could tell. is that her husband 'called the shots' if you will. Not really a test or flaming hoops that have to be met or…

Who here ever said that the current system is fair??? Of course it isn't fair! What would you like, women to go out and protest and write their senator about the issue? The only thing I can do as an individual is be true to my word and honor my marriage vows. I can't control what other people do, and I can't fix a broken and unfair system. Very, very well said. That is what communities like this do, raise awareness for true legal equality as most aren't even aware it's a problem. The fact you seemed to have missed that common theme that has been stated on posts, the side bar and blogs just about everywhere you look is your own issue to conquer. We are all fighting for this in our own manner. It is not up to you to guide in how we do so, especially those that answer to the only men that may command us.

A girl uses sex as a bargaining chip to achieve her goals. This part I agree with. In my personal path any form of manipulation but especially using sex as part of it, is reprehensible. She gives her man the sex he desires with equal desire even when she may not be in the mood. This later piece lacks in some regard from my perspective. I am just thinking that about the time frame for the few relationships I did have. Trying to remember. Been awhile. I had friend cl…

Is it really that uncommon to want a committed and exclusive relationship before having sex? I wish I could help you understand, but I'm as confused as you are. I don't understand the need, desire or anything about this whole 'casual sex' thing. I don't think there's a set time, but there is a certainly a set 'emotional' barrier that needs to be addressed before anywhere near that physical point. A committed relationship is a big part of that. I am not saying it needs to be in marriage only, of …

Wow. In the spirit of the season I decided to watch one of my favorite movies that actually succeeds in creeping me out. It was 'Rebecca'. I actually thought about posting something here but I fell asleep. Mrs. Danvers should never be the last thing you see when you sleep. lol :) I watched it in a new light, noting the manner of the relationship and how Joan Fontaine's character defers to Maxim. I am not normally a fan of Laurence Oliver (butt chins make me giggle) but his character was just too…

Just don't make the same mistake I did and look through all of those when you are hungry.. :) I use the Joy of Cooking, myself. My mother had it and it was one of the first things I bought for myself when I lived on my own. I learned how to braze beef for stew and make chicken stock out of the leftovers from the roast chicken with potatoes, onions and carrots. The homemade gravy and biscuits to go with it seems to be a hit too. My brother and I have a saying "Cooking is science for hungry people…

Hmm, I probably wouldn't read this book because it seems like it's mostly a rant about how women are doing it wrong. It's not geared towards RPW who already "get it". I would much rather read a book about what to do (rather than what not to do) That is exactly what I feel as well. Also I don't believe 'chemistry' and 'sparks' should be downplayed as a factor, but not solely relied on as a reason for a relationship. But, again, as I've said before and FleetingWish said much better. This from a pe…

This sub-Reddit is NOT the same as TRP sub-Reddit! Here's what I see: TRP has single guys and a few who are in LTRS. RPW has a females in LTRs and a few that are single basically feeling out what what they would like for a LTR or like in an LTR (so both internal reflection and external) that seems to reflect a common outlook of this sub. So this one is more LTR focused on both sides of the relationship. So it stands to reason that the subject matter and focus is very different. It would also be …

Oh, I wish I could say 'did' instead of do. I overthink.. a lot.. Mostly I think I did something terribly wrong when I haven’t. I tend to withdraw a bit inside my own head when this happens. I will be honest that a lot of it has to do with my upbringing. I am very comfortable in who and what I am. I just don't assume that everyone else is. Well guess who else is not only comfortable but LOVES who and what I am.. yeah I call him BetterHalf for a reason. :) No.. a lot of reasons. I try to make it …

Well... I will say it wasn't a long and difficult search because neither of us were searching at the time. I had been in about 3 relationships beforehand, just got out of an LTR a few months earlier and wasn't advertising being single in the least (Around my social spheres that's like a fresh cut in shark infested waters.) We met by chance. BetterHalf had actually heard a bit about me before and in fact saw me at a previous event. During that I was referred to by one of my nicknames, which is al…

Am I delusional or did I actually encourage his leadership in this situation? No, you're not and yes you did ;) Hey, there are the 'ohcrapcrapcrap' times when you need that Starlight to guide the mental ship by. Also by showing appreciation you are also showing you don't take it for granted in addition to the positive feedback. I think he could sense the stress level just seep out of you once he took lead on it (Heck, I could read it in your post :) ) and reacted to that nice feeling that he cou…

I just have to say: The day that this phase of “it's cool to call anything smaller than you a skinny bitch” right next to “it's so cool to be a 'bitch' and treat men like crap, cause they are like.. dumb” (Be sure you envision the hair flip, adds to the shudders.) is the day I throw a massive party. The later I can just ignore and lead by example. Well, ok I shudder and try not to face palm as I ignore. The former trend is getting downright hostile. I actually had a girl in my face about my weig…

These are the 'rules' for my actions, not his. The mere concept of having rules for him is..awkward.

Wow.. I actually wrote a list a while ago that falls into this. This list is not 'rules' as much as share the motivations behind my actions. As many pointed out already all relationships are different. I used this as a way to try and feel out for myself and of course share with SO some of the 'thought waves' I had. Please note: If anyone would like to help me reword 27 to be a bit more understandable that would be kinda awesome. Let the seduction and flirting never stop. At this point, you know …

Yeah, I saw that as well. I wasn't sure if it was a Man walks in and her forehead is to floor or just he sits in his favorite chair or couch and her preferred place is on the floor next to him. I know I do the later because often he is playing music or he has the laptop (occupied lap) and it's the best way for me to project that closeness he enjoys, see what he is showing me and its convenient for idle foot rubs while we chat. I will say it took him a bit to get used too. He had the cutest expre…

"It's not feminist to want to serve your man. You'd be like property!" THIS is exactly why I found a familiar place here. If it's what you wish then there should be no problem. I am not able to do the housewife thing but I offer you a broader question which has seriously plagued me. Most importantly, why is 'being attentive' now a dirty word? Why is it suddenly something you do in daily interaction shut up in the 'kink' closet? I am right there with you in having to keep it to myself, but public…

As I swallowed my disgust at the article and glanced over the comments, a few point out that the age of the kids and the "allowed sex days" (Oh that hurt to write) didn't match up. Interesting...

No, I do not 'expect' him to do anything more then be himself. If this means I happen to bring home more in terms of funds, so be it. That just means I help ensure he has a home as well as maintain it for him. What he provides has nothing to do with things purchased by money. I also don't like the idea of keeping score in those terms. I earn for us, not myself.
