Ha I didn’t read the part about the text. Yah don’t send that

Listen man, you’ll get a lot of feedback here. Some from people who are puritans some from hedonists, but at the end of the day you gotta answer these questions for yourself. If you want a friend that’s a girl and you’re cool with being in the friend zone for the possibility of what you said, then moving forward be true to that. It’s not black and white and you’re not a blue pilled loser. Been friends with tons of girls (albeit by choice never this situation) and they’ll probably be at a wedding…

Why would you want to be friends with a 28 year old chick?

Good answer to “you’re to young to me” is “I was going to say the same to you” Puts you guys on an equal playing field and gives them fomo (fear of missing out) since you established social proof that this isn’t your first rodeo

Hey man. I’ve had a pretty efficient college -> business world progression (24 yo). Happy to offer some advice. Mind telling me anything about where you’d want to be after college? You talked about a few degree ideas and college options, but in terms of career trajectory where would be the garden of eden?

Nothing will test your resolve or foster a situation for you to regress more then reconnecting with a girl from your past that you failed with. Tried it, thought I was “red pill” now, resorted to bad habits, woke up one day and just deleted her number. never again for me

Dude, I've been through this too many times. Especially the breaking up with someone who still loves you because you "know" you have to whether or not you really don't want to and then dealing with those emotional precautions because in reality, the relationship didn't need to end today if you didn't know the larger truths of the RedPill. A lot of advice will be curt and apathetic. Which is fine and true. Some will be 17-year-olds who like to swear and call people a pussy, that will be fine to. …

Great points man. I have zero hobbies that are with a group. Even lifting is a solo journey (I mean nix the friends you make when you see the same faces)

Haha man, how do you think I ended up here?

Marketing degree. Got a sales job at a company that sold to startups. Invested about 5k in one that I really liked - a VC funded them and connected with the company. Developed a good enough relationship in the start up world they took a shot on me. Not sure if it’s replicable but I’d just learn a ton about angel investing (you don’t need to invest) and build a great LinkedIn audience

Bigger aquarium hit me. My goals have always been pretty placid and defined to the career I’m in. Never really reached for ambitions extending from more money and faster promotions. Maybe this is a call to action to build a side hustle - hell won’t be bored in that direction

I work at a venture capitalist firm, honestly it’s a saving grace cause I love my job. Probably will turn around when covid kicks, haven’t even been able to step foot in the office or meet co workers yet. As sad it sounds, usually those are my band of brothers

Guess playing something off like it doesn’t matter when it might; comes back to bite you. You’re not wrong in any points though.

Yah, doing fine with other girls. Obviously a pandemic puts a damper on it, but had a good amount stacked up. Just a weird feeling

Yah, man. He’s a clown, definitely taught me where giving in to the blue pill and letting a women control your life gets you lol.

If she wanted to text you back, she'd text you back man. Plus, you hooking up with her friend will probably help you out in the long run if you hold a frame.

True shit. Plus if she is on the date. she’s already accepting the possibility

I’m actually in sales ha. Maybe it was just bad chemistry if I make it mathematical. Pretty much know who works, just wasn’t feeling them. Feel I’m off

True shit. Crazy how oneititis can works. This is my second time having to swallow the pill. Only difference is the first time I got broken with up, this time I did it (blue pull emotions 100% but knew what I had to do).

Yah those dopamine hits are addictive when you’re moving on and she’s still blowing you up have to admit. Time to kill the boy though; you’re right.

Yup, in that begging phase right now — explaining how everything will be better and different. Never bought it, but them pleading doesn’t do any good on your mental state. Has you feeling it could have been different and second guessing (which from a practical standpoint you get it won’t change).

yeah, it's just tough leaving someone who loves you so much and trying to retroactively rationalize the fighting and pinning it on yourself. feel she was slightly BPD, always found a reason to make me defensive, but damn, she truly cared about me as well. But was incredibly co-dependent. One of those situations where I don't want to do this from a feeling perspective but know it's just something that has to happen.

Yeah i think that's right on. Just gotta figure out how to word that I'm giving her space on this (was in a situation like this before, and completely came off like i just didn't give a damn and kinda blew up on me)

I agree
/r/askTRP08/08/19 12:32 AM

True, that’s some good advice. Sucks cause she was an awesome girl, but guess that was the length of my turn
/r/askTRP22/08/18 02:39 AM
1

Damn, trust me I feel this. I just think breaking this off and when she asked me why? Saying “I feel you’re going to start partying all time” when she hasn’t gone out once, is going to make no sense.
/r/askTRP22/08/18 02:35 AM
1

Yeah man. Just a shame, you see so much of guys on here complaining about it being the other way around, but it sucks nearly as much having to be the one trying to hide the despair. After living this, it's easy to see why girls get repulsed by that needy behavior.
/r/askTRP30/05/18 02:53 PM
1

Nah, definitely don't live together hah. And, I've tried the hobby thing (I make music), but she insists on coming over and watching. Which turns into her usually being clingy and not even giving me space to work, I think that clingy part is the main vice of this. But, don't really know how to be like babe you "kiss me and are all over me" without her freaking out like most girls do when you have to turn them down.
/r/askTRP30/05/18 01:59 PM
1

True. I've been wanting to try this for awhile, but how do I go about cutting back our time without her thinking I'm trying to distance myself? (obviously, she wouldn't be wrong thinking that), but I'm not trying to add stress to the line when all I want is like a three-day break to chill and think.
/r/askTRP30/05/18 01:46 PM
0

Think it's cause I'm a music maker and feel that lately she's been taking up a lot of my time because she always wants to chill and if we do, she's usually always trying to kiss instead of doing her own thing for a minute.
/r/askTRP30/05/18 01:37 PM
2

I feel you brotha. It just seems weak ending a relationship over hypotheticals. But, at the same I know having a conversation bout her friends is way way more needy.
/r/askTRP25/04/18 10:09 PM
1

I don’t have a problem with my girl going out once every other month the way she does . I just hate her only way to chill with her friends is going out
/r/askTRP25/04/18 09:55 PM
1

Yeh, I don’t have problem with my girl going out and it’s even twice a month. I’m just realizing my girl doesn’t have like any good friends and idk what to do with that. My relationship is great. I’m just looking down the road and thinking “what if scenarios” pretty much.
/r/askTRP25/04/18 09:53 PM
1

Honestly bro, this where I differ from most redpill stuff. If it’s a girl you’re actually into? I say just try every night until your not making any progress. Why? My current ltr made me wait like 5 dates... never had that happen before. But then, after she did, we fucked like 4 times and now are six months in and still fuck like rabbits and have a great dynamic. Don’t blow this outta proportion because some hot head says you only get three dates.
/r/askTRP08/04/18 06:57 PM
1

True. I basically told her, I don't see what's happening as flirting yet. But, I'm not cool if this becomes texting or drink grabbing. She was accepting that obviously, that's not cool. So, I think I'm good, just didn't know if opinions would say that even what I said above is crossing a line for some.
/r/askTRP06/04/18 04:53 PM
1

Bet. Yeah, she's a puppy in front of me and the sex is not even remotely a problem.
/r/askTRP06/04/18 03:59 PM
1

“Glass is already broken” so instead of worrying just enjoy it till it ends
/r/askTRP09/03/18 12:55 AM
2

Nah the relationship is amazing. But, I know that’s the headspace I need to be in to keep it that way
/r/askTRP08/03/18 11:23 PM
5

Not gunna get all deep, but I really appreciate this man. Made me realize how far off I’ve driven. Like fuck I’m a dj whose career is blowing up before I graduate college and am stressing about this chick I clung to who has her own problems.
/r/askTRP08/03/18 05:38 PM
5

This made me laugh. Such a honest truth.
/r/askTRP29/12/17 04:32 PM
2

Some shit is him being insecure, some shit is red flags. Regardless, who does long distance relationships? Waste of a life.
/r/askTRP29/12/17 01:37 AM
3

I have, but routinely I’m into independent girls who have their own thing going for them. When I have a girl just begging to fuck and just constantly on me, idk... puts a sort of pressure and negative vibe around sex. Like a “here we go” environment. I ended this relationships purely off attraction. I’m not in a relationship to just hang out, so many options out there, and I’m a sucker for that “fuck yes” relationship not working on a puzzle with lost pieces. My advice? Take some time apart. See…
/r/askTRP28/12/17 07:59 PM
4

Bro. You’re not alone, been there before to. What worked for me, is just not seeing her everyday and doing you. Also, an unfortunate answer may be you are not as attracted. Maybe, you were just into the chase and now the pixie dust is off. I’ve had great girls that I’ve had to end it with for that simple reason. It sucks, but it happens.
/r/askTRP28/12/17 06:39 PM
2

True
/r/askTRP12/12/17 04:30 PM
2

I get a lot of shit on here but not this. I’ve gone out with hot girls before who are friends and I’ve seen girls be just into partying with the girls. Sure, they make like the attention, but being a hot girl who wants that life doesn’t seem like cheating
/r/askTRP12/12/17 03:48 PM

Appreciate the bluntness. Definitely scarcity mindset. Feels weird noticing it while you’re in it, rather than hindsight

This was needed. Thanks for the comment
/r/askTRP12/12/17 05:34 AM

Thanks for the comment. Guess this is a scenario where I just have to have as much fun as I can knowing this is probably not one that’ll last. But no need to ruin the present worrying

Just off community standards. Felt that would give perspective
/r/askTRP12/12/17 04:28 AM

So, if you're in an ltr you would? I thought you never want to become your girl's emotional outlet?
/r/askTRP08/12/17 03:22 PM

Truth. I’m past that “title” point because she was forcing that, but I’m not to invested so I can play accordingly.
/r/askTRP03/12/17 07:19 PM

They ended about a year ago but were “cool or whatever” till like June. And we got together September till now.
/r/askTRP03/12/17 07:01 PM

Yeah she’s 23, and I’m 21. So definitely a “she’s only your turn,” just, don’t wanna be playing stupid.

Nah, never.
/r/askTRP03/12/17 05:40 PM

It’s funny man. I always do all that shit when I’m in the plate phase no problem. Then, when we make it “official” I feel I have to change it up or second guess shit. Always funny to take a step back.

To true man. Instant butterfly killer. You let your anxiety get the best of you cause you knew the date didn't go well and tried to save it with words (which never works). Let her think about the fact you possibly didn't enjoy it and let it sink in that you might not text her again because of her shitty friends. Probably, would have played out much different.
/r/askTRP25/09/17 04:59 PM
3

Don't over think it to much, you didn't lose it yet... with that said you need to tighten up. Don't say "I had a great night text" let her wonder if you did or did not. Also, it instantly gives off the vibe you're clingy. Also, give it a few days, let her wonder if maybe she did something something wrong, and ask her out again in maybe 3-4 days. What she says to that will be your indicator. Till then, keep gaming and cold approaching.
/r/askTRP25/09/17 01:42 PM

Good looks
/r/askTRP22/09/17 04:43 AM
10

You'd think. But, you have to go against that instinct, because separation breeds lust. A girls imagination is your best friend. If you're blowing up her phone she knows exactly what you're doing, no fantasy can be played out. When you don't text her though, it shows complete non-neediness. It shows your life is good enough without her. Maybe better? She doesn't know. So. Then when she does see you, you have a weeks work of anticipation to work with, and a whole persona she created for her witho…
/r/askTRP22/09/17 02:59 AM

Thanks for this. Johns an idle musically, never thought to look up to him from a personality perspective
/r/askTRP20/09/17 07:20 PM
1

Nah, don't care about being "alpha" don't like the word to be honest. Just wondering, how to find the balance. To write sad music I usually have to be sad. Wondering how other musicians here are able to switch it on and off.
/r/askTRP20/09/17 04:16 PM
12

For example, I was texting this girl about coming over and she said "it's a little late" Which I replied "I didn't know you were boring." Next response "Am not!" "Ok.. proof?" "Heading over" Honestly it's a way to tease her without being mopey and puts her on the defensive.
/r/askTRP17/09/17 03:41 AM
27

"I didn't know you were boring" is usually a home-run for me. Girls will do anything to not be boring, just watch the hamster go into gear.
/r/askTRP16/09/17 08:19 PM
3

Probably because you were being weak the previous months and then you showcased stoic strength which made her think: "Hm. Maybe he's not as bad as I made him out to be." However. This girl just showcased she's willing to breakup when you're slacking rather than work things out. Is that someone you want to be with? Someone who will drop you when you start to slip? Probably not. I'd grab this red flag by the base and send her off.
/r/askTRP07/09/17 03:14 PM
5

But the only action that should speak anything here is that you gave her an option to get away and grab a drink down the street and she said no. If she was interested but didn't want the social pressure of being around her friend she would have jumped at the opportunity. Least in my experience. Feel you played your cards great though.
/r/askTRP07/09/17 03:09 PM
12

Stoic mindset. Few words, don't give her emotional drama to indulge herself with. Act indifferent and I guarantee you'll leave that house with three texts from her apologizing. From there... it's up to you whether or not you want to grow or jump back into a dumpster.
/r/askTRP07/09/17 02:58 PM
3

Wait for her to reach out to you. Actions over words always man. Go ahead and set-up some other dates or hit the gym and drop this one.

I live in florida where its a felony. So it's not really worth the risk
