It feels like I can’t win. Not even a single bit

Cause: it’s just that some people suck. They want to play games. Say they want a life long partner but then fuck someone else the next day. If that wasn’t enough then they spread false accusations to your kids to split the parent/child bond. Who fucking does that? It’s just tonight, I thought I met someone good and honest. I guess I’ll never be good enough. They lied and cheated. And kept saying sorry, but they weren’t sorry. There was always a “sorry, but…” “I’m sorry, but they were more suppor…

Maybe it does get better. I thought so too. But, hitting the wall tonight. Tonight has just been tougher than the actual divorce itself. I want to put up another wall and never invite anyone in again.

Yeah. She apologized. Then flipped the next second, begged me to take her back then flipped again. Now she knows not to apologize but takes it out on my daughter, tells her I cheat on her. Then now my daughter asks me if I’m going to get her a step mom and cheat on her (daughter) for the step mom. My daughter is only 6 and she already goes through school asking her friends if their parents cheated on each other. She says that she wants a boyfriend and have a baby too. Because she wants a sibling…

Wow! That’s some of the best advice I’ve gotten throughout this whole entire process.

Thanks for taking the time to help me out. I appreciate the advice. I understand her attorney doesn’t have my best interest but I don’t know what could happen and what are some dos and don’ts.

I’m in the same boat. And like everyone already mentioned. Regardless, I’d like to know who you go with. I’m in North Dakota and I need an attorney. Good luck!

Because it was brought up during interim and it seems like the judge didn’t care. And we’re having the same judge again. So when I ask for help, trying to fight for my daughter. Nothing makes sense to me. Everyone stands neutral and I know the courts like to stay the status quo. But these are serious to me and general public, but lawyers and judges say it’s cultural or dismiss it entirely. And that nothing is indeed true. So I’m very confused.

So she said she was going to kill the little one. Said she was going to throw the little one out on the street, said she didn’t want the lifestyle anymore and that I need to find someone else to take care of the little one. Then doesn’t let me call the little one for awhile, then said I have to have a written approval from her before I meet my little one. Then assaulted me. Then berates me with messages, threatens to have me arrested, does things of her own accord regardless of court order. Yet …

I can probably try that

I didn’t know that it was rarely good for the children.

We also have a child. So parenting time is 50/50 as well.

Thanks for letting me know. I’ll try that.

Understood the comment. Child support was not mentioned initially during interim. Then brought up by her lawyers outside of courtroom. Judge agreed to it. Therefore I had to pay for it even when we have 50/50 in the interim.

Not yet. We just had an interim custody agreement. And now mediation then trial if it goes there.

I just want my child. I don’t want to drag it out any further.

Thanks @jimsmythee. I didn’t know alimony was dependent on jurisdiction. I thought if she demanded it.

Let me know if you ever need someone to talk to. I’m always here to listen. I hope things are better.

All depends on leadership and I wouldn’t go done that route. There are pros and cons with everything

Finally some good advice. We currently don’t have any agreement yet until a couple of days. So what the fk do I do about her and SNCOs?

I’m in the military so she goes to them whenever she has an issue and in turn they contact me

I do have an attorney. He said agree to her then she’ll disagree like she did. I’m 29. What do you recommend then? Because then if I say no then she’ll threaten that I’m withholding the child. What should I do?

Overnights count as more custody.

I’m in the very same boat. My therapist got CPS involved. It seemed very one sided. I don’t recommend it. I am still waiting for the hearing. I am very distressed and can hardly sleep most nights. The other night I only slept 2 hours. Cops don’t do anything. They can’t even enforce anything until courts approve an order. They will probably feed you false information like they tried with me. They told me that I can’t show up at my own property. I hit them with it’s marital property. They were stu…
