This is why we don’t tell men anything about our sexual pasts. NOTHING!
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy19/08/21 02:39 AM
39

Honestly, I don’t necessarily blame her though. I agree that she definitely shouldn’t have reacted this way and apologized, but I believe most women are raised to be people pleasers, so this reaction might have come naturally for OP. Also, can you imagine the shock that comes with a grown ass man you barely know shaming you for something so normal? Making you feel like you’re dirty? I would probably go into fight or flight mode knowing my anxiety, so maybe she is the same way too
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy13/08/21 12:48 AM
33

But why are you even around this guy?
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy24/07/21 12:54 PM
3

That’s really interesting, thank you for your response :)
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy21/07/21 03:48 AM
42

Yes!! Everyone tells me that unmatching with/blocking a man who offers a low effort date is harsh and I should instead tell him what I want instead because “Guys don’t know better.” Like why the hell would I want to teach a man how to “court me?”
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy21/07/21 01:27 AM
3

I think so too. I sometimes have to take a break from this subreddit because of how much it depresses me and makes me feel hopeless about men.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy21/07/21 01:20 AM
5

Hey! What made you decide this and how did you do it? I’ve been thinking about doing the same thing, but I find myself constantly going back to dating apps when I’m lonely. I really have no friends so it’s tough :(
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy21/07/21 01:16 AM

Man that message was all over the place lmfaooo

Oh I see hahaha, I’m sorry, I haven’t seen that tiktok before, but I love it and absolutely agree.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy09/07/21 05:43 PM

I can see what you’re saying, however her main point in this post is talking about a “wall,” when to be honest, shouldn’t even be brought up if all the things you mentioned that women do are for ourselves, not other men. When you mention a wall, you’re specifically trying to prove to LVM/incels that women don’t have a wall, when we shouldn’t even be trying to impress them anyways lol
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy09/07/21 04:30 AM
51

This is my exact point. I don’t mean any hate or anything to OP or anybody else who posts things like this, but I just wish we could break free from this prison that we put ourselves in that is just so unnecessary. We shouldn’t care what men, or even just society, says about a “wall.”
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy09/07/21 04:27 AM
174

I’m sorry, I know you probably meant well with this post, but can we please stop perpetuating this?? Why are we trying so hard to prove to society that women can still be beautiful past the age of 30?? Why do we care about what men think? Whenever I see posts like this, it really just sounds like “Look men, women can still be beautiful after a certain age, please don’t discard us, please pick us even when we’re old!!”
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy09/07/21 03:44 AM
10

This!! When I was explaining to my now ex-boyfriend how tampons worked, he genuinely believed that it must feel so good all day. Like what???
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy07/07/21 06:09 PM
42

I think so too. I doubt that anybody who talks about “high society” like she does, is truly part of high society lol
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy07/07/21 02:38 PM
2

Women do treat their husbands like kings every damn day. With cleaning the house, taking care of the children, making the doctor’s appointments, cooking the meals, etc. It’s just that men don’t value that labor and they don’t see it as meaningful.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy04/07/21 05:05 PM
3

Right??
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy04/07/21 05:03 PM
8

Men do not see us as fully human. This, and many other examples prove this narrative over and over again.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy06/05/21 08:42 PM
6

Very true. It definitely disappoints me to talk about it, because I do these things too, I’m not immune to the male gaze and practically every woman partakes in performative femininity. We’re taught that looking nice/doing our makeup, will bring us better opportunities in all areas of our lives, including our careers, education, finding a partner, and so on. It’s something we can’t really escape, but I do feel like we should talk about it more Edit: typo
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy02/05/21 04:14 PM
3

But have you thought that maybe you love it because magazines/men have brainwashed you to like it, or feel like you need it? Make-up and all other beauty related things appeals to the male gaze, it’s performative femininity.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy02/05/21 04:09 PM
18

I agree. I find it funny how most women say they put on makeup or get breast augmentations/plastic surgery for “themselves.” If we lived in a world with no men, no porn, no magazines, would you really care about doing those things? We can’t necessarily escape the male gaze, but let’s at least not lie to ourselves either
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy02/05/21 04:22 AM
5

“Potential for future power struggles” these men genuinely talk about women like they’re toddlers, or even dogs. Absolutely disgusting
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy28/04/21 01:42 AM
5

This is why I can’t see why women even try anymore. All men think like this. I don’t even say most, because it really is all. Even the good ones.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy23/04/21 03:38 AM
14

Lol if a man sent me this, I would not read it. Too long, don’t care
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy07/04/21 06:04 PM
7

Very true. I feel like reporting all of them. They’ve obviously not read the handbook.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy07/04/21 05:47 PM

Exactly. He claims to help women but really he’s just helping men
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy31/03/21 06:23 PM

Love how all these “dating advice gurus” are being exposed. I never trusted this dude on the sole fact that it was a MAN trying to give WOMEN dating advice
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy31/03/21 06:21 PM
3

The fact that people believe this is genuinely so terrifying to me. They see us as nothing but objects put on this Earth for all their desires and happiness only
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy29/03/21 03:22 AM
10

I swear, I rolled my eyes when I saw this post, because just not earlier, there was a similar question but regarding women. They just have to make everything about themselves, the poor babies🥺🥺🥺

5

“Do you normally drink past your limits?” Hahahaha I love it
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy29/03/21 02:46 AM
6

Yes. It happened to me for almost a year after I left a NVM rebound. I started dating him to try to get over my ex, but he would consistently beg and coerce me to have sex with him even when I was not feeling it,, and overall he was just very emotionally manipulative. I kept going breaking up with him because my intuition knew the situation wasn’t right, however I would constantly go back because I was in so much pain from the loneliness of my break-up. I remember crying myself to sleep most nig…
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy25/03/21 12:57 PM
3

I wish I could, but unfortunately, most women my age have very pick-me mindsets that make it so draining to be around them.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy06/03/21 04:27 PM
3

Exactly, and I’m tired of it. I’ve gone full “all men are horrible” these days, not going to try anymore😂
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy05/03/21 08:20 PM
6

The comparison of men and women to dogs peeing on hydrants reeeeally just proves that all we are to them is property, nothing else. Such a fucking shame. There really aren’t any good men.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy05/03/21 08:07 PM
3

Yeah right🙄 What’s feminist is not making a movie like that in the first place
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy04/03/21 04:54 AM
3

Exactly. It honestly was a fantasy made real for those who want to rape and torture women. Horrifying. I remember feeling panicked when rape scenes came on, and I still do feel a panic/shortness of breath when I see an unexpected rape scene in movies.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy04/03/21 04:53 AM
6

Years ago my friend suggested we watch this film called “I Spit On Your Grave,” and it was the most disgusting movie I have ever seen. I still feel sick to my stomach thinking about the scenes in that movie, just pure torture/rape. It was absolutely horrible
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy04/03/21 12:30 AM
6

That’s what I’m saying
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy27/02/21 02:32 PM
2

But that isn’t what we promote on here lol.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy27/02/21 01:51 PM
18

I get that, but it might not seem that way to young and impressionable girls who are on this app. Besides, why would anybody want to encourage losing your dignity just for money?
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy27/02/21 04:26 AM
52

Exactly. I can guarantee every girl that no amount of money is worth throwing away your dignity.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy27/02/21 12:35 AM

“The gift card he got for Christmas” Lmfaooooo I can’t with you guys, this is too funny
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy22/02/21 04:30 PM
3

Oh my god, this!! The amount of times I would feel hopeful whenever I would hear a man say they are anti-porn, only for them to then say it’s because of ED.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy22/02/21 03:37 AM
2

Exactly. Like what??
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy20/02/21 11:23 PM
10

What is this guy even trying to say though? That women should be focusing on making themselves pretty/acting like pornstars in order to keep a man?
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy20/02/21 03:05 AM
5

Thank you! I always thought there was something wrong with me, especially for not following that rule that by the third date, you should have sex. I always sit here thinking “Wait, y’all don’t wait to have sex until you’re in an exclusive, committed relationship?”
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy18/02/21 07:54 PM
46

Oh my god, did we talk to the same guy? My boyfriend would always tell me he was on the toilet on FaceTime taking a crap, and he sent me a photo once of him on there. I genuinely don’t know if this is a guy’s way of trying to being intimate or closer with you but it’s disgusting and childish. You’re not my fucking toddler, so don’t act like it.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy18/02/21 07:45 PM
10

“Men have to go through that on a daily basis” 😢😢😢😢 Oh no! I feel so sorry for the poor babies!
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy18/02/21 07:35 PM
18

Thank you for this post OP. #12 really spoke to me. ❤️
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy18/02/21 07:33 PM

God, men are absolutely pathetic.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy17/02/21 12:56 AM
14

Queen shit. Demanding more as she should! I hope she levels up more by dumping him :)
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy15/02/21 05:03 AM
5

A lot of men on dating apps believe that it is a woman’s job to “audition” for the role of being their FWB/girlfriend. Fuck that, I’m not jumping through hoops and I don’t bring anything to the table and if you can’t accept that, please leave me alone
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy13/02/21 01:44 PM
7

But also, do they think we get off on seeing their dicks? I don’t know about y’all but dicks are kind of weird-looking, and I’ve never thought “Man, that’s such a nice dick, I’m gonna masturbate to it!” Lol
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy13/02/21 01:39 PM
3

100%. You explained it perfectly. This is why it’s always felt gross to me, even during my pick-me days.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy13/02/21 02:24 AM
2

Sometimes I wish I could hold these women by the shoulders and shake them. “How am I supposed to take this?” You don’t. You leave and never come back. Cut your losses and move on
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy12/02/21 04:19 AM

I absolutely hate when men use pet names like beautiful/gorgeous, even more so when we’re not even in a relationship. It just gives me the ick
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy12/02/21 03:55 AM
43

And there you have it ladies, the evil, dark truth of the majority of men, if not all. Coming right from the horse’s mouth. We can’t make excuses for them anymore.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy31/01/21 10:45 PM
75

There’s men in the replies of this tweet genuinely arguing against Valentine’s Day and doing something nice for your woman. They really hate us, huh.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy30/01/21 12:37 PM

A few months ago when I was on OLD, I was talking to a man on Tinder and the conversation was going well. He was putting in effort to come up with topics to talk about, he was funny, and he was genuinely interested in what I had to say (the bar is very low). After a couple days of conversing, this man says “If you want to keep talking, here’s my number:” I swear I felt disillusioned. All I did was unmatch him. Didn’t complain, didn’t send him a paragraph, none of that. No response, just unmatch.…

This might be a little dramatic but a situation like this happening to me is genuinely my biggest fear in life.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy22/01/21 02:33 AM

19 year old. Can very much confirm what you are saying. Older guys are not attractive just for being older. Either they look hot or they’re loaded. I don’t know what is up with older men thinking they can go up to young girls without having either of those qualifications🤢🤢
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy19/01/21 04:57 AM
1

Honestly, why even try with these people? I would’ve blocked her at “it’s enjoyable.” We do not need to waste our energy trying to convince pickmeishas and LVM/NVM about the atrocities of kinks. I’m just sad about how young this girl is honestly. Such a shame.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy19/01/21 04:53 AM

Lmfaoooo
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy14/01/21 01:39 AM

I was thinking the exact same thing. Why are these pickmeishas doing this just to appeal to the male gaze??? It’s so frustrating and embarrassing to watch
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy14/01/21 01:39 AM
5

I genuinely can’t believe men (and even some women), expect sex by the third date. I don’t even have sex with someone until I’m in a relationship with them. I thought this was always the norm until I saw what the majority was saying lol
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy08/01/21 02:55 AM

Me too please!❤️

I was literally in this situation a year ago. I felt like absolute shit every time we did it, and would drive home crying my eyes out. I still feel traumatized about it to this day. I hope she leaves him and is able to heal from this situation.

I’m so glad I found this sub in the midst of a breakup where I felt like my world had fallen apart. This sub has changed my life for the better, and I’m so grateful to have found a community of such amazing and inspiring women. Happy New Year queens❤️❤️
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy31/12/20 10:20 PM
38

That’s what I’ve been saying👏🏼👏🏼
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy30/12/20 03:47 AM
22

Agreed. Girls this age really shouldn’t be dating to be honest. It’s a stress they shouldn’t have to go through, nor do they have the mental capacity for it.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy29/12/20 07:59 PM
13

Lmfaoooo I love that
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy29/12/20 07:50 PM
15

Not necessarily, I’m sure many people think they are nice, but a lot of teenagers/pickmeishas tend to think they are the epitome of a healthy relationship. “If a man sends me good morning texts, then he’s perfect and amazing and so so caring!😍” Honestly, anybody can send a good morning text, it really doesn’t take that much effort, but we see a lot of pickmeishas think it’s this grand gesture.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy23/12/20 03:19 AM

Men genuinely think this is charming. I don’t know why. It’s like they want us to jump around and dance for them saying “Pick me! Pick meeee!”

Yes, and to be honest, I only liked 4 songs. I was expecting a lot more. I wanted songs that were even just a little up to FDS standards, because I really loved thank u, next and thought she would continue with that path. Her voice sounds beautiful as always though so at least we get that🤷🏼‍♀️
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy08/12/20 01:20 AM
43

I remember before FDS, I was trying to do kinky sex with my boyfriend, telling him to spank me, pull my hair, call me degrading names, etc. When we broke up, he told me he thought it was horrible that I ever asked him to do that. He didn’t think it was right to do and that he just wanted to love me in a gentle/ passionate way during sex. He was extremely LV (long story), but it was at this moment that I realized I was socially conditioned to think this is what all men want so I have to like it t…
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy07/12/20 06:47 PM

Absolutely. I wish I could’ve seen this when I was 14. I would’ve done everything different.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy04/12/20 04:51 AM
10

My last boyfriend (who was honestly just a rebound), told me when I was breaking up with him that all the other guys out there just want to “fuck me and use me for my pussy,” and that he’s the only one who wouldn’t. Even though, that’s exactly what he was doing throughout the short-lived relationship. It seems like he was trying to isolate me from others. I hope he burns in hell :-)
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy04/12/20 02:51 AM

Great job OP! I’m taking accounting now and it’s so frustrating for me, so I applaud you for doing so well.👏🏼 Cat is such a cutie❤️
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy04/12/20 02:23 AM
20

My dad has mentioned this and has told me to never let a guy do it to me for this reason. They really do see it as claiming property over a woman.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy02/12/20 03:22 AM
27

I love it! I’m going to start claiming I have that😂
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy01/12/20 08:36 PM
5

God, the fact that he is acting like he’s an innocent poor little man who doesn’t see anything wrong with this makes my blood boil. What a spineless piece of shit. I hope she leaves and never comes back. Did he genuinely expect sympathy for this??? Does he think playing dumb is going to get him out of this???
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy01/12/20 08:07 PM
2

So cute! This made me smile :)
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy29/11/20 01:36 PM

I’ve been thinking about what the first image says so much recently.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy28/11/20 01:10 AM
42

Oh they do, but they just don’t want to face the consequences of their actions.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy26/11/20 06:07 PM
38

Right, but I think some people take other people’s opinions harder than others. Not everybody can quickly obtain that attitude of not caring what people are saying, and this can be due to social conditioning and/or how their families raised them.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy26/11/20 05:30 PM
49

I meant damned as in men will scrutinize you for not giving broke men a chance. But you’re right lol
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy26/11/20 05:27 PM
43

Honestly. She could’ve avoided all of this if she just blocked and deleted.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy26/11/20 06:01 AM
22

This is so fucking sad. To think that I am this girl’s age. This could have been me if I didn’t find FDS. I’m genuinely hoping she comes to her senses. I feel so horrible for her.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy24/11/20 09:32 PM
3

Wow they look so natural and chic, I love it❤️
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy20/11/20 04:50 AM

Congratulations that’s amazing!! Also your nails are gorgeous! What color do you have on??
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy20/11/20 02:34 AM

I am somewhat in the same boat. If you don’t mind me asking, do you think therapy is helping you with this? I was thinking about doing it as well.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy20/11/20 02:28 AM
5

God did I ghost write this?? I’m in the same boat
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy17/11/20 03:11 AM
13

“Wow” And that is how he begins the attempt to gaslight you and make you feel like a rude b*tch. Queen shit.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy28/10/20 11:18 PM
16

I’ve always wondered about this too. You see men talking about how badly they want a family, some even pressure their wives to have kids, but as soon as they’re present, they don’t want to really be around them, play with them, or even take care of them. It’s insane.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy28/10/20 01:50 AM
7

That’s different though. If you’re talking about hobbies and your day and food comes up, I don’t think it’s offensive-just trying to get to know someone and what their day is like. However, these men ask me this out of the blue, which is why it’s so frustrating.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy24/10/20 01:04 PM
28

Ugh, exactly. One guy was telling me how he makes these really good Swedish pancakes and I was interested because they sounded goos, but then be said to me “If you’re lucky, maybe one day I’ll make them for you.” Absolutely not sir. You are the lucky one here to be in my presence.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy24/10/20 01:02 PM
12

I thought I was the only one! It shocked me because I would tell some members of my family this and they saw nothing wrong with it!
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy24/10/20 12:59 PM
16

That’s true, however for me it’s been every single guy. I swear, I don’t know what I’m doing wrong. I vet the men I go out with for around 2 weeks before I even go on a physical date with them. I feel like I’m doing everything right but then they ask me this.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy24/10/20 12:58 PM
18

Ugh, I was afraid that this was the answer to the question. You are absolutely right. Maybe it was me coming off as “eager to please” so they ask this question to see if I’ll be excited and happy to cook for them. So gross.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy24/10/20 12:57 PM
23

I was just thinking about this. I heard the song and was thinking about this sub and how all of us ladies would be so against it lmaoo It’s disappointing because I’m a fan of her but can’t stand her pick-me anthems, which is a majority of her songs. The song is catchy though, but the message is just ew

I felt like this for the longest time and always thought I was being too crazy.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy22/10/20 12:02 PM
6

Oh my god, yes. I just ignore them and move on. If you don’t have your shit together and can’t even be a man and take control, I don’t want you.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy16/10/20 07:57 PM
10

I will never in my life “shoot my shot first” as a woman, no matter how much it is encouraged these days. That is masculine energy. Why would I try to be masculine when I want someone who is masculine? If a man isn’t texting you first, he is not that into you and that’s fine. There are many men out there who are crazy to get the opportunity to even talk to you, and are more than willing to send you the first text without even thinking about it. Let go and move on :)

I don’t go to the gym anymore for this reason. A lot of older men go to the gym nearby me, and whenever I’d use the machines, I’d catch them staring at me. I sometimes even saw it in the reflection of the mirrors. I got so uncomfortable, I stopped going. A few guys have approached me WHILE I was doing glute exercises with my butt up in the air just to ask for my Snapchat (🤢🤢🤢)

A lot of the older people in my family believe this though. They genuinely believe it’s a woman’s job to correct a man, as if he isn’t already a grown ass man.

I might her downvoted for this (or not lol) but I genuinely believe a man should never hit a woman, even if she is hitting him. Obviously, violence is never the answer and nobody, regardless of gender, should be hitting each other, but women are physically weaker than men. A man can easily kill a woman with a few strong punches. A woman may hurt a man, but she is very very unlikely to kill him. There is a huge power imbalance there, and nobody can tell me otherwise. A man should do his best to l…

This has always horrified me about men. When women talk about feminism and having equal rights, they go straight to talking about beating the crap out of women. Why do their minds go straight to that?

I see tips like this on tiktok all the time, and I’m always like “Why are you doing this for a guy who will probably never care to make you orgasm??” Obviously, we should keep up with our hygiene, but to do all this extra stuff like mixing cranberry juice and and pineapple is so unnecessary and not worth it. He will not appreciate you nor pick you for doing this.

Honestly. She definitely handled this situation better than I would have though. If a man ever even insinuated that I’m lucky to have a guy like him, I would genuinely cause war lmaooo.

Oh my God. This happens to me every single time I go on a first date, and I thought it only happened to me. Why do they do this??? I always felt iffy about that question, because I feel like it’s the equivalent of asking a man who is a stranger “Do you make a lot of money?” Everybody thinks I’m crazy for being bothered by this question but it just makes my blood boil.

One. My first boyfriend. But unfortunately, he was only able to do it around the beginning of our relationship, so after we were together for 2 years or so, he just stopped putting in the effort. So disappointing. When he did give me them though, sometimes it would take me a while to get there, but he never complained. I know that’s the bare minimum, but unfortunately you don’t see men even doing that.

Yup! It’s pretty funny though, the family members that tell me I’m being “too feminist” (whatever the hell that means) or “too harsh” are THE SAME ONES that have many problems in their relationships! Either they’re LV or they are with someone LV. I wonder why I even go to them for guidance anymore. Thank you for your kind words. I’m going to make sure I never make mistakes like that again.

Thank you so much! You are so right! I beat myself up a little bit after the date because even though I knew there were some red flags, I still went on a date with him. Same here. I moved around a lot so I never had the opportunity to make friends or establish a friend group. As sad as it sounds, the only friends I have are my family, and I know for a fact that they don’t know any HVM.

He most likely wasn’t over her if he was complaining and venting about her to you. He probably realized this after he went on that trip. I believe if a man is serious about developing a serious relationship with a woman, he would not want to bring up his ex, especially details about the problems they had like both of our guys did. It’s one thing to mention something like “I was in a relationship for x amount of years but we went our separate ways because we wanted different things, etc. etc.” Ho…

Just got a message from a scrote for a post I made today. he basically said I may not even have the looks to bag an HVM. Unfortunately for him, I know damn well I do, and so does every woman on FDS. Why do they think their opinion matters? It’s hilarious.

That’s the experience I’be had with online dating too. It’s the weirdest thing. I have to try dating offline, it’s just so hard with everything going on these days.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy20/09/20 12:15 AM

That’s so good to hear! I love hearing stories about women putting their energy and focus on themselves. I think the payoff is so much better than any man can ever give us. Best of luck to you too. Let’s manifest a HVM to the universe lol.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy19/09/20 10:43 PM
5

Thank you so much. You are definitely right. I resorted to online dating because unfortunately, I don’t really have friends I can meet their guy friends through. COVID also doesn’t help. Eventually I’m going to try to just make friends and see if I can meet a potential HVM through mutual friends.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy19/09/20 10:41 PM
7

Exactly. It’s so discouraging though because you feel like you’ve wasted time that could’ve been spent doing something else, like taking yourself out, spending time with family/friends, etc. I guess we all really have to listen to when FDS preaches about never getting too emotionally involved. Thank you so much though :)
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy19/09/20 10:37 PM
2

That’s definitely a possibility. I was just shocked about how young he was to have been involving himself in. He was telling me he’s close with all of his step-children, but according to him they both wanted another baby. But again, who can believe what men say🙄
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy19/09/20 10:31 PM

She was probably still in her pickmeisha phase lol. Before FDS, I went on Tinder and would’ve told you there were so many great guys on there. After FDS, I am extremely ruthless. For every 500 men I see, I maybe swipe right on only one. I deleted my Tinder a few hours ago. It’s really not worth the hassle.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy19/09/20 10:29 PM

True, however I believe it’s more normalized with women.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy19/09/20 06:16 PM

Very true. I was just hopeful because he seemed to check most of my standards at first, but then he just ruined it all. I could tell her felt embarrassed and bad, it was probably worse vomit, but regardless-what’s done is done.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy19/09/20 06:13 PM
6

Hahaha sometimes you just have to shut up and let them expose themselves. This guy also said he was an open book, and he wasn’t lying when he said so! The silver lining is that I knew before I got too invested , but at least I got to try expensive foods ☺️
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy19/09/20 06:11 PM
5

I didn’t even think of that. I could definitely see that being a possibility, but the thing that threw me off the most was his age. Why are you trying to have a child with an older woman at 23 years old?? At 23 you’re still pretty young, I don’t think it’s in anybody’s best interest getting involved with someone who already has kids.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy19/09/20 06:09 PM

We had done a few phone calls, but no I didn’t ask him very very serious questions. I’m somewhat new to the dating scene, so I’m still learning as I go.we basically talked about our hobbies, very little about our families and our jobs, etc.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy19/09/20 06:07 PM

Thank you. You are absolutely right. My mom thinks I’m crazy for trying to find a “ wealthy husband” at only 18 years old. Perhaps I don’t have the best options yet, but I see why it would be better to wait until I’m in my mid to late twenties.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy19/09/20 06:06 PM

You are absolutely correct. He seemed very kind and generous when I talked with him before. He didn’t bring up his ex at all until the first date, which I feel like was a bucket of cold water thrown all over me lol. I felt like kind of giving him a wake up call and saying “I really don’t think you’re over your ex man.” Instead, I just stayed quiet and let him vent it all out. Thank you for your response! I actually do have my own car, I just always felt like me driving to him felt like it showed that I was “over-eager” or easy, but I don’t really have any other choice. I live in a very small town with a loottt of LVM, and I’ve had more luck with men down south haha
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy14/09/20 08:26 PM

I agree with the sentiment of not going to meet halfway, but most of the HV men I know live a little far, like 30 minutes away minimum, and I am definitely not going to get into a car with a man I don’t know. What should one do in this situation?

I absolutely hate dicks that have too much girth. The last time I had sex, it was with a boyfriend and sometimes when he put it in, I would bleed, even after I was wet from a lot of foreplay. I’m not sure why. I still wonder if whether I wasn’t turned on enough, or if he was just too “girthy” lol. I think it might be both. I don’t mind stubble/little bit of hair around the upper pubic area but I like balls to be shaven. I hate the feelings of hairy balls lmaoo

That’s what I’m saying. This makes a little more sense to me. I just really can’t imagine going on only 10 or whatever number of dates with a guy and then getting engaged right after. I want to be exclusive with a guy for at least 2 years before engagement.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy04/09/20 11:00 PM

That makes sense, I guess your viewpoint changes depending on your age. I hope I didn’t offend you, I just noticed a lot of the ladies on FDS have that same viewpoint but I never could understand why.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy04/09/20 10:56 PM
29

I love your energy, but isn’t it a little fast to jump from dating/seeing a guy straight into an engagement? I definitely understand how we should never be forever girlfriends, but wouldn’t it be a better idea to be a girlfriend for 1-2 years and then get engaged?
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy04/09/20 07:50 PM

I hate to admit it but I agree. I’ve always been someone that loves to meet/see people, be around big cities, but after going on this sub and just experiencing the true nature of men, I’ve been daydreaming about living far far away from everybody. Men don’t see us a equals, let alone humans with dreams and emotions. They never will. It’s such a sad realization.

Everything you said was perfect. I’ve always thought about this? How come it’s socially acceptable for men to be picky about wanting a “hot chick” but when women want a handsome, tall man, we’re told our standards are too high and that we should date the nicest ugly guy possible. Like fuck off. If I’m going to date, I’m going to date a handsome, tall, well-off man who is also very generous and kind.

That subreddit is full of misogynistic and broke losers, incels, and just bottom of the barrel men. They use the term “unpopular opinion” as a guise to be able to hate on women.

I’m sorry, but you can’t ever properly vet a man, nor even claim he is a HVM if you’ve never met him in person. It’s also so frustrating to go on here and see woman claim a guy is HV when they’ve only been on 3-4 dates with the guy. You don’t know if a guy is truly HV until maybe around 3-4 months. Even that is a short amount of time. We should never give these men the benefit of the doubt or get too excited when he’s just doing the bare minimum.

I genuinely won’t ever date/marry a guy that can’t pay all the bills/take care of me financially. Maybe that makes my standards a little too high, but I don’t care anymore. Back when I was on OLD, I matched with a guy who was in med school, he wasn’t extremely handsome, but something about him looked interesting. Out of all the men I matched with (which was a lot), he was the only one who had a genuine, good conversation with me, asked me questions and seemed interested in what I had to say. Nothing sexual or too personal. I don’t know if maybe he was faking it, but at the time I was convinced lol.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy23/08/20 03:36 PM

This is one of the scariest things that scrotes say. It’s like they fantasize having power/dominance over women and just treating them so violently, all because women want to be treated like, I don’t know, a HUMAN BEING WITH RIGHTS???
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy21/08/20 04:59 PM

Yes, the majority of them are men, but one time I was following a meme page who was run by this young girl and she was the biggest pick-me, constantly coming to the defense of men and just overall being the living definition of internalized misogyny. Who knows though, maybe the person was a man too lol
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy18/08/20 12:33 PM

This is why following meme pages on Instagram is the worst thing in the world. Majority of the people who run and follow those pages are extremely sexist and misogynistic.

Exactly what I thought. Even though he said this, he’s expecting her to be all flattered and chase after him, so he doesn’t have to do any of the work, and his ego is stroked. And finally, when the relationship ends, he’ll put the blame on her saying “I told you exactly how I felt/was from the beginning!1!1”
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy17/08/20 10:00 PM

I agree. Like I’m talking about men who physically, mentally, and emotionally abuse women and how common this problem is as women and girls all around the world deal with LVM, yet all you take out of it is the fact that I didn’t say “only some men?” Absolute garbage.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy17/08/20 09:48 PM

I genuinely was considering getting breast implants earlier this year until I stopped myself and asked “Wait... why am I doing this again? So men can find me attractive?” After I had that realization, I began to absolutely LOVE being in the itty bitty titty committee lol. I feel like my own kind of beautiful and it’s the best thing in the world.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy17/08/20 09:37 PM
7

It’s because they know they’re a part of that category, and don’t want to admit it to themselves, nor hear women say the truth. They would rather hear the lie that they’re not part of the group of LVM when in reality they are in that group, maybe even in the NVM group.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy17/08/20 09:33 PM

Me too. My mom always told me that a man always had to love me a lot more than I loved him. For some reason though, I find it so hard to do this. When somebody loves me hard, I can’t help but feel the same way and reciprocate that same “strength” of love lol

Yesss!! Everything you said is so true. I cringe every time I see guys ask “What do you bring to the table” or demanding to be spoiled. Like Jesus Christ? I hate when people use that card. When women are sexist to men, it’s because we fear for our safety and want to put boundaries in place in order to not let potentially dangerous men walk all over us. When men are sexist, they want to limit our opportunities, put all the emotional labor on us, and in some extreme cases, kill/rape us. It’s definitely not the same thing. People need to stop acting like women being “sexist” is the same thing as men being sexist. And yeah, you are defiantly right. We…

Why do LVM insist on women taking on such a masculine role?
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy14/08/20 08:10 PM

Exactly. Usually we see men being the ones in her position, but it’s just as bad seeing a woman in this position. While I don’t agree with her watching porn, her boyfriend is just a walking red flag with the way he dealt with the situation
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy13/08/20 12:19 PM

Isn’t that just sad. Men can’t be nice to someone unless they want to fuck them. It really shows how depraved they truly are. When are going to realize that this is just their default, and not due to socialization (at least not entirely)

I can’t tell you how many times I’ve been accused of leading my male friends on when all I was doing is giving them basic respect/kindness. Exactly, and yet, they’re out here asking women “wHaT dO yOu BrInG tO tHe TaBlE??!!” Practically everything, jackass.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy10/08/20 06:10 AM
12

Honestly. It’s getting hard to defend some of these women. The gut feeling she’s talking about is just the familiarity she has with this LVM. If she could only give herself the chance to glow up and flourish :(
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy09/08/20 07:57 PM
14

Maybe I’m just cruel, but I would’ve told him that I genuinely hope he continues being miserable without me. Then, just a swift block and delete. This loser comes back crying because he realizes his dick was infatuated with the other woman, and when he realized it wasn’t enough to fulfill him, he comes back running to OP, begging for another chance. It’s so insulting to her. I would be furious.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy09/08/20 07:55 PM

Ehhh, I don’t really like the idea of going on a trip with a man who isn’t even your boyfriend. Something like this maybe would be nice for a marriage proposal, but not to ask someone to be your girlfriend. It just seems dangerous, along with the guy maybe having expectations of having sex.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy09/08/20 07:05 PM
7

Yes! I went on a Tinder date with a Joe at the beginning of this year, and it was a nightmare from hell lmao
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy09/08/20 03:07 AM
2

Wow I really needed to hear this lol
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy07/08/20 11:15 PM

I agree. It still kind of bothers me how I let that slide back then. Being a pickme really destroys your ability to stand up for yourself/know your worth.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy05/08/20 11:06 PM

Whenever my ex-boyfriend and I saw a celebrity that was an attractive woman, he would sometimes point to her in front of me and say “She’s very very beautiful.” One time he even said that one female singer was prettier than me. I was so confused, and didn’t know if the hurt I felt was an overreaction or not, because he would say he was joking. Regardless if it’s a joke or not, I don’t know why you would deliberately try to hurt your partner? Is it some type of ploy in order to gain control over …
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy05/08/20 06:43 PM

Men really just suck the energy and life out of women, and don’t even care. If HVM even exist, I’d be shocked to be honest.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy04/08/20 01:57 AM
3

Hahaha I love that! It’s so true though! These men expect us to be their little pornstars on these trips AND want us to pay half of everything? The entitlement. I’m immediately repulsed by any man who thinks this way, even if he’s the most handsome man in the world.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy04/08/20 01:30 AM
3

What a dream!! You’re very lucky❤️❤️
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy04/08/20 01:28 AM
12

Thank you girl! Guess I’m going to have to take more trips to Miami every now and then lol And you’re absolutely right. Money is definitely not everything. It’s hard to find a man with both respect/kindness AND money, but how they treat you is the most important aspect of it all.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy03/08/20 05:35 AM
11

Ugh that sounds amazing, where do you find men like that? I’m struggling here hahaha
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy03/08/20 05:24 AM
10

Right?? Like chill dude. If it don’t apply, let it fly. Oh wait. It does apply to them, because they’re broke entitled losers who have no problem using women as free therapists/bangmaids🙄
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy03/08/20 03:45 AM
28

Me too. I got called a sexist btch, tht, broke b*tch, and all other sorts of degrading terms. These men are so bitter, it’s hilarious.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy03/08/20 02:47 AM

I’ve had enough of men these days thinking they’re the prize🤦🏼‍♀️

Same here. Maybe even for life, honestly
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy03/08/20 01:10 AM

Yess! I’ve never met a man that made me laugh until I’ve had tears in my eyes, but all my girlfriends have done it before
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy03/08/20 12:09 AM

I found this post on Instagram and people are actually ARGUING with those women who don’t agree!! Dating in this generation is so sad y’all.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy02/08/20 11:17 PM
9

Yes hahaha! I’m sorry if I worded it weirdly. Of course, there isn’t anything negative with femininity, but to be completely honest, it’s not something I find attractive in men. When I see men asking ME to take THEM out and show THEM around, I feel like they’re asking me to take a masculine role 😖
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy31/07/20 01:27 AM
17

Why do guys say this? Back when I was on Tinder, every single one of them said that they were “new to town” and looking for someone to show them around. Is this their way of not having to put any effort into the planning a date?? It just seems like so feminine, which is such a turn-off.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy30/07/20 11:26 PM
22

Men can dish it out but certainly can’t take it, huh?
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy29/07/20 10:54 PM
3

I would genuinely rather eat a jean jacket than propose to a man. What the hell is going on with the world these days??
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy28/07/20 04:42 AM
8

Notice how part of the whole point was to get her closer to being naked. This is proof that men don’t see us more than just something to fuck. It’s so dehumanizing and disgusting.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy27/07/20 04:29 PM
23

I saw this exact tweet. Everybody in the comments was calling her crazy, saying how sad her life must be, when she’s not wrong at all
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy27/07/20 03:25 PM
13

Yup, in no way should any woman lower her standards just so disgusting puny scrotes can feel better about themselves. We should all be striving for rich and hot hahaha
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy25/07/20 08:33 PM
51

I once was telling my dad how I’ve put a hold on dating indefinitely because of how the guys I encounter aren’t really worth it, and he always says that maybe I need to go for a guy who isn’t so attractive because he’ll treat me better than a good looking guy, who he always assumes are “bad boys.” Like what??? If a man is a piece of shit, he’s a piece of shit regardless of what he looks like. I’ve given ugly guys a chance so I wouldn’t be seen as “shallow” and they’ve always treated me WORSE tha…
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy25/07/20 08:31 PM
32

Seems like that to be honest. I hate to admit this but there has always been this very little part of me that still loves him. I’m not in love with him anymore, but there’s this part of me that really cares and loves him. I wish I could just shake it off or erase my memory. It hurts to be with someone for 3 years and then have it all disappear
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy17/07/20 07:36 PM
9

Our situation was very abnormal. Dated him for 3 years and broke up with him in October, however it was a long distance relationship. He wasn’t a bad guy in the relationship, but I do feel like he never really put in effort to come see me nor did he really make sure my needs were met in other areas. But thank you for the advice :)
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy17/07/20 07:35 PM
32

It does feel off. I saw pictures of him with his other “girl friends” and I assumed he had moved on, so I guess I kind of saw these pictures as my “permission” to move on as well. I’m just surprised that it doesn’t seem like it was the case since he texted me. Reading all these comments though has me seeing the reality. He probably was just bored/wants an ego boost.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy17/07/20 07:33 PM
34

We broke up last October, and were fine as friends after we went no contact for a little while. When we we started chatting as friends he started to brag to me about how he had sex with another woman, and I feel as if it was a deliberate attempt to hurt me. I told him that we should not be friends anymore, and for him to not contact me. He then sends me this 3 months later, telling me it was a lie and he just said that because he was jealous that I was going out with other guys. Regardless if it…
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy17/07/20 07:28 PM
20

This is exactly how I interpret it. I think people throw the word “hoe” around but don’t actually use it’s “denotative” meaning if that makes sense lol. Personally, I don’t think a 19 year old should be trying to find a husband. I think she should be focused on her career, school, and things that will only bring her success.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy17/07/20 01:22 PM
86

The amount of men I would see on Tinder advertising that all they like to do is get high, posting pictures of themselves with their middle fingers up, and other disgusting things of the sort is just so so so disappointing... Does anybody else find only those kind of guys on Tinder whenever they go on? Seriously, it’s like men don’t even try anymore, but women are held to a higher standard that they should never dare to go beneath.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy17/07/20 01:19 PM
53

To be honest, it’s never really worked for me. I have to find the guy at least very cute in order for him to turn into handsome/gorgeous for me lol, but that’s just me.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy17/07/20 12:52 AM
22

I know this might sound a little over-dramatic but this is one of my worst fears. It’s such a bad fear of mine that it has made me consider not having kids in fear that their father will be a lazy disgusting loser like this. Gross.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy14/07/20 06:04 PM
13

I’ve been through the exact same situation as you. I’m so sorry you had to go through that. The thought of having sex again scares me, and just seems disgusting.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy14/07/20 12:59 AM
12

Ummm yes? Isn’t that why you pursue us in the first place? Because we’re pretty and you want someone to show off to your friends and family? Because you want to have sex with someone who is attractive? The audacity of men these days, believing their shit doesn’t stink. They believe they’re entitled to beautiful women without having to put any effort in, especially in terms of money. I think I’ll pass
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy13/07/20 10:00 PM
4

Yes, this exactly!!
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy13/07/20 06:43 PM
11

Exactly. I’d rather give guys my Instagram to be honest. It’s a little bit more out there, as in guys can find out more about you, but it still doesn’t have that weird “vibe” that Snapchat has.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy13/07/20 02:48 PM
21

That’s why I immediately block when a man asks me for mine. I used Snapchat when I was in my freshman year of high school, and the only reason teen boys use it is to ask for nudes. I can only imagine grown scrotes doing the same thing.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy13/07/20 02:47 PM
83

This infuriates me. I’ll see men who are literally 28 years old on tinder who have “Add my snap” in their bios or they’ll ask me if I have a Snapchat. You’re a grown ass man, what are you on Snapchat for??? Personally, I think Snapchat is silly even for an 18 year old to have. Having a Snapchat when you’re 18+ looks so stupid.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy13/07/20 05:18 AM
10

Women too! I’m younger so I mostly receive compliments from girls my age, hence my use of “girls.”
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy09/07/20 08:17 PM
28

Exactly! Like we’re two queens leveling up and supporting each other while doing so, it just makes my heart happy❤️
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy09/07/20 03:07 AM
194

I thought I was the only one who reacted this way lmao, I value compliments from girls so much more
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy09/07/20 02:56 AM
53

I joined Bumble a while ago without knowing this. As soon as I found out, I deleted my account and the app. No thank you!
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy06/07/20 09:09 PM
48

Thank you! This is very helpful and makes a lot of sense. I have a feeling that neglecting to do these things will cause a guy to gaslight me and think of me a “bad girlfriend” unfortunately. Regardless, I’ll stick to never doing these things.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy05/07/20 08:47 PM

Can somebody explain the difference between boyfriend benefits and husband benefits? I totally agree with what she’s saying, but I never know in relationships when I’m doing a little too much
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy05/07/20 08:01 PM
84

Girl, run.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy04/07/20 10:41 PM
27

You kind of have to be happy when you see men laying it all out, showing their true colors before they are able to lure a woman in and then reveal their true character. The trash takes itself out
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy03/07/20 01:39 PM
26

Me too. I don’t give a crap if someone calls me insecure, jealous, or a prude-it’s a no go for me
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy03/07/20 06:52 AM
7

Hahaha, my mom still follows my ex on Instagram, and since he’s private I can’t see his posts. Every now and then I get an itch to see what he’s up to, but my mom randomly changed the password on her phone, and she’s very protective over it anyways. I’d like to think that this post was a message sent to me to stop trying and stop worrying, it doesn’t matter anymore. I think I’ll just move on now😂
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy03/07/20 06:35 AM
15

It’s hilarious how much I needed this right now
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy03/07/20 03:05 AM
199

I can’t believe how often men behave like children!! Using sex as a reward for good behavior/showering? What are you, a fucking dog? I don’t know if I should laugh or cry. Is it even worth it anymore?
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy02/07/20 05:03 PM
3

That’s what I can never understand. It seems like men don’t care about getting STDs that can even cause them serious health problems in the future. It’s disgusting
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy01/07/20 06:44 PM
34

I just saw that post and came straight here. How pathetic of that sub.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy29/06/20 06:19 AM
37

Honestly. We put so much of our time, effort, and love into one person and it ends up fucking us over in the end anyways. They never do the same for us, or at least they never get close to doing the same amount. It’s just not worth it.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy29/06/20 12:19 AM
55

God, men really don’t deserve women
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy29/06/20 12:10 AM
4

I know it’s hard but trust me, it will be one of the best decisions you’ll ever make. You’ll feel the stress and worry about him not putting enough effort or whether he truly likes you be lifted off your shoulders. I was in the same position last year and I thought I would never recover, but I’m proud to say that now, I’ve never been better :) Life is already stressful enough to deal with difficult men, especially those that don’t put effort in. You owe yourself some peace.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy25/06/20 08:23 PM
38

You don’t. If he isn’t putting the effort in, let him go.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy25/06/20 03:28 AM
96

And notice how he doesn’t use “male.” Further proof that men don’t see us as humans.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy24/06/20 09:20 PM
38

My favorite thing about this sub is how it doesn’t just focus on how to vet men or find a HVM, it also helps us better our own journey, encouraging us to level up in our careers, education, etc. When I was younger I used to think marriage was the ultimate goal, and since I’ve joined this sub, I’ve realized there is so so much more to life than having a husband/kids. It’s truly amazing.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy23/06/20 07:13 PM
81

Seeing his age, he might think this is funny and will attract pickmes who love a “good sense of humor” 🙄
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy22/06/20 11:37 PM
1

Hm, I guess that makes sense. But the fact that they use other women instead of their guy friends just turns me off.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy16/06/20 07:44 PM
6

I tried Hinge and unfortunately found the same exact scrotes on Tinder, which is the reason why I tried Hinge in the first place. Never again!
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy16/06/20 07:05 PM
11

Why do men put photos with other women in their dating profiles, regardless if it’s their sister? Do they want to make themselves look like they get women so they can attract pickmes? It makes no sense. If you really like how you look in the photo, just crop the person out.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy16/06/20 07:04 PM
26

I had a guy who appeared to be high value, as he had a good job, was respectful in our conversations, etc. send me a message after a bit of time has passed since we have talked saying “I want to hang out” Like sir???? Are we 14?
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy14/06/20 05:17 AM
19

Ahh, that makes sense. It’s baffling that these women hold on for so long then. I just couldn’t imagine marrying a guy that wasn’t financially secure, or who sees me as a forever girlfriend.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy02/06/20 05:49 PM
52

Sorry but why would you want to get married to a man with little to no money?
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy02/06/20 05:32 PM
29

I know. Even if is it is just physical though, it’s still cheating. I can’t even comprehend how men can justify having an affair by saying “ThErE wAs No LoVe OnLy SeX!!!” Fuck out of here.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy01/06/20 01:00 AM
3

I’m in the exact same boat unfortunately. I find myself wondering the same things as you, and it’s already been 7 months since our break up. Hopefully we can get through this.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy31/05/20 04:40 AM
10

Exactly. That’s awesome for you! We’re much better off by ourselves instead of being with scrotes who neg us and will never be able to give us the same love we give them. Just the truth.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy28/05/20 06:55 AM
13

Girl, the profile pic alone would’ve made me block him. What a douche. Love how formal your reply is though, lol
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy28/05/20 06:48 AM
70

To this day, I still have guys do this to me. I’ll never forget being a freshman in high school, and having one of my guy “friends” say to me “You shouldn’t hold your binder so close to your chest, it’ll prevent your boobs from growing bigger.” I felt like absolute shit. I was already pretty insecure with having a small chest, but the fact that someone I thought was a good friend said this to me, made me want to die inside. Why was he so concerned about what size my boobs were? I think it really…
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy28/05/20 06:45 AM
13

The hilarious part of this all is that he doesn’t even consider ONCE “Hey.. maybe I should cook my own food.” Fucking disgusting. The audacity of men.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy26/05/20 04:29 AM
1

Yes, I agree as well. I just thought the idea of having to wait until marriage to be exclusive is extreme. I would expect my boyfriend to be exclusive and committed to me, so I would think he would expect the same from me.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy22/05/20 12:32 AM
1

I never understood this part in the handbook. We should be actively seeking out other men while we have a boyfriend? Are we only to be exclusive with someone when we’re engaged/married to them?
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy21/05/20 10:38 PM
6

What is she even trying to say here? I’m not sure I understand lol
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy21/05/20 07:17 PM
8

This pisses me off so much. Men really do not care about women, not even their wives. I hope she finds out and leaves this big POS.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy20/05/20 10:47 PM
42

As an 18 year old girl, it breaks my heart to see how many girls my age and been younger put themselves down in order to have male validation/approval.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy20/05/20 02:06 AM
1

Yup. That is not the only reason why I’m against it though, I just think it’s extremely juvenile. Snapchat is just something I associate with young teenagers, not “well-established” HV men.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy16/05/20 01:30 AM
8

Exactly. When a grown ass man uses Snapchat, I get extremely suspicious.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy15/05/20 05:48 PM
33

I would assume it’s talking about the “doggie style” position in sex and how much a woman can arch her back in that position. Just disgusting.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy14/05/20 01:42 AM
2

This. I see a lot of post claiming that a man is HV only after knowing them for 1-3 months. Or, when a guy does the bare minimum, he’s seen as HV. Don’t allow yourself to be fooled ladies!
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy11/05/20 03:40 PM
28

Jesus Christ. What type of person actually thinks this is okay to put on a dating profile? I can’t wrap my head around it, it makes no sense whatsoever.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy02/05/20 08:39 PM
11

So romantic!1! He really values me as a woman😍
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy01/05/20 06:45 PM
2

Wow, thank you so much! This was very detailed and I’ll definitely be saving it for future purposes. I asked this because as soon as I turned 18, I went out with a guy who was 26. He KNEW I was finishing up high school and had just turned 18, which should’ve been a red flag from the start. I noticed a lot of things here that you mentioned that I saw in him. After two dates, I blocked him and moved on. It was too weird for me to try to force myself to be the “cool girl” who dates older guys.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy30/04/20 05:44 PM
3

This 100%!
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy15/04/20 03:57 AM
1

God this sucks. I always believed that a guy should try backing up/pushing away any girl that wants to fight him before he even considers throwing a punch. He did that and when he finally defends himself, everybody all of a sudden gets involved Also, the audacity of that girl to say “don’t you ever put your hands on a woman!” Like what? You do realize you hit him first right?
