Yes. I would enjoy it regardless of the penis size (maybe if it was an actual micropenis this would be an exception). My fantasies and turn ons don’t revolve around penis size. The penis isn’t even visible for most of the stuff I’m watching.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/08/26 04:04 PM

So would you say it’s more emotionally significant for men then?
/r/PurplePillDebate16/08/26 04:00 PM

Honestly I can’t tell you since I don’t notice / remember (the last time I watched porn was months ago). I would say probably they are on the bigger side - for some reason porn actors often tend to have big dicks and if you wanted to find a small one you’d have to actively search for it.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/08/26 03:58 PM

I only rarely watch porn but when I do, I do not care about penis size of the actor. In written erotica constant descriptions of big penises annoy me.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/08/26 03:53 PM

No more or less important than other sexual experiences. For me, less emotionally impactful / memorable than later sexual experiences since the sex really was not great the first few times. It was more so just something to “get it over with”. I chose a one night stand for this purpose because I did not have to care about my “performance” if I’ll never see the person again. The significance / importance of a sexual experience more so depends on how good the sex was as well as how recent it is. I …
/r/PurplePillDebate16/08/26 03:49 PM

Why are you so shocked that different women have different opinions? Would you rather expect that all women have the same opinion? Is that also your expectation for men?
/r/PurplePillDebate16/08/26 08:34 AM
6

Nope. I don’t expect men to pay for the first date or any other date and I pay for myself (if they let me). That does not change the fact that paying for someone’s coffee is not being a provider by any common definition of the word.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/08/26 12:59 PM
8

Correct. Most people do not have this “provider” relationship except for a short period after the birth of a child.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/08/26 10:24 AM
2

It can predict future willingness to provide. But paying for someone’s coffee is not providing in the sense that most people use and understand this word. As I said, common definitions say paying for full / near-full living expenses, rent, food etc.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/08/26 10:23 AM
2

Can you not read? Paying for a coffee =/= providing. At the same time, refusing to pay for a coffee (in a context where this is a common thing in a particular culture) can be an indicator of someone not wanting to be a provider in the future. To help you understand: BMI could be used as a predictor of cardiovascular health to some extent. Very fat people are less likely to be in good cardiovascular health. That does NOT mean cardiovascular health (let’s say VO2 max) = BMI.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/08/26 09:46 AM

A guy who does not want to pay for a 5 euro coffee might not be suitable to be a provider later. That does not mean spending 5 euros is providing. Words have meanings. A definition I found that might clear things up for you: The primary earner who secures food, shelter, clothing, and financial stability for their dependents. So not someoneone who secures a coffee once or twice.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/08/26 08:49 AM

It’s paying for someone’s dinner / coffee. Providing is something else and refers more so to covering someone’s entire life expenses usually in the context of someone being a stay at home parent. As for why some women might want it I’m not 100% sure since I do not expect that personally but possibly it’s a cultural thing in some places - so vast majority of men offer to pay and it stands out negatively if someone doesn’t (maybe he’s less interested or less willing to put in effort than other men…

Paying for a 5 euro coffee or 20 euro dinner on a first date is not “providing” lmao
/r/PurplePillDebate14/08/26 08:09 AM
3

And this is exactly the problem. If you tell men to be assholes towards women and objectify them when you actually mean flirt and don’t be doormat, that’s very destructive, since words have meanings and many men will not know about your alternative definitions and instead interpret what you’re saying literally and actually start hurting women.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/08/26 09:03 AM
2

Well I am using common definitions of objectification which include no consideration for dignity, personality, autonomy etc. What defition are you using? It seems you understand the word objectification very differently than how it’s typically used.

A wikipedia definition is now an extremist example? You cannot be serious. Or what “extremist example” are you refering to exactly?

“Redefine everything” what?? You are the one trying to redefine simple concepts. Please look up on wikipedia what sexual objectification means. I’ll paste it hear to make it a bit easier: “Sexual objectification is the act of treating a person SOLELY as an object of sexual desire (a sex object). Objectification more broadly means treating a person as a commodity or an object WITHOUT REGARD TO THEIR PERSONALITY OR DIGNINITY”. And here the AI defintion: “Sexual objectification is the act of treati…

My question is what that means to you conceretly. Like what kind of behaviors are you doing that to you mean treating her like a sex object? Keep in mind that simply expressing wanting sex or sexual attraction is not treating someone as a sex object given that you respect her as a person, consider her wishes and pleasure and see her a person rather than merely a tool for your sexual pleasure. That’s why I’m a bit confused what you mean. Or do you consider being attracted to someone objectificati…
/r/PurplePillDebate11/08/26 02:15 PM
1

What do you mean by objectifying women? How do you objectify your wife and other women? Objectifying means reducing someone to a sexual object, a tool for your sexual pleasure that can be used rather than a person with an inner life, feelings their own motivations, interests etc. So I’m curious how a long term relationship, especially marriage could possibly work while viewing them as a sexual object only.

It’s going well for me. Only dating who I find safe, hot and like their personality. This strategy has worked out well for me.
/r/PurplePillDebate04/08/26 10:09 PM
1

Yes of course. All these are bare minimum. People generally don’t date someone they find dangerous, unattractive or who they can’t stand their personality.
/r/PurplePillDebate04/08/26 09:55 PM
1

No need to bully anyone. Being attracted to someone is often a requirement that’s implicit and not specifically mentioned since it’s really that obvious. Like why would anyone want to have sex with someone they have zero attraction to. Simply doesn’t make sense.
/r/PurplePillDebate04/08/26 09:33 PM
1

There is no inconsistency there. The increased risk of a taller man is negligible due to generally very low probability of violent assault. For this reason it makes much more sense to screen for predictors of being violent in the first place rather than moderately reducing damage given that this unlikely event were to happen. On top of this height is a very attractive trait for many women, meanwhile being extremely short and underweight is uncommon and not perceived as attractive.
/r/PurplePillDebate04/08/26 09:09 PM
1

Oh you were talking about rape? I was responding to the comment about murder. With the rape probably the safest option (in terms of bodily harm) is just giving in, unfortunately (or at least this is the perception of many victims, it is common to not fight back physically during sexual assault). I think that a man of my height can still easily overpower me. As I said previously, women have different bone structure, way less upper body strenght, less weight and less muscle even at the same height…

What?? I mentioned weapons in the context of intimate partner homocide. If a guy has a gun it’s irrelevant whether he’s 180 or 170cm.
/r/PurplePillDebate04/08/26 06:45 PM
1

Noone wants to fuck if they are in a situation they are dying or in a very real risk of dying, I totally agree. It’s a good thing that a man’s height has barely anything to do with the safety a woman can expect as per my comment I linked (especially since weapons are used in the majority of murder cases between intimate partners).
/r/PurplePillDebate04/08/26 05:53 PM
1

Okay so which part of this do you disagree with? https://np.reddit.com/r/PurplePillDebate/s/qLH1F0XzLL Do you think that men murdering or attempting to murder or assaulting their partners is way more common tham 3% per relationship? Or do you think a difference of lets say 10-15 cm in height will make a much bigger difference in the damage cause than +50%?
/r/PurplePillDebate04/08/26 05:03 PM
1

Other aspects could include physical attractiveness including height (for some women). So it would not make sense to choose from short guys if a woman is not attracted to them at all, ESPECIALLY given that a guys height makes nearly zero difference to a woman’s expected safety as I explained in my other comment.
/r/PurplePillDebate04/08/26 02:28 PM

I’m aware what he’s arguing. I’m saying that the aspect he’s arguing is almost irrelevant. Refer to this comment I wrote: https://np.reddit.com/r/PurplePillDebate/s/N6TgT6J6Wp

Nope. Caring about something does not mean going after this goal AT ALL COST and not considering any other aspects at all. That’s not how rational decision making works. Why are you resorting to extremes and black and white thinking? Can you give me an example of something you care about?
/r/PurplePillDebate04/08/26 01:50 PM

The claims that women only date people they are attracted to and that if you struggle with dating ir might be your personality are not contradictory.
/r/PurplePillDebate04/08/26 01:47 PM
1

You are need very extreme edge cases that will never happen to 99.9% of people to make your point which makes your argument quite weak. Even if we assume that being a few cm taller is what decides between a woman being killed vs surviving (you know weapons exist right?? and in fact they are involved in the majority of intimate partner homocides in the U.S., but lets ignore that for a sec for the sake of your argument). The risk of being killed by an intimste partner in a year is about 4/1000000 …

Alright. Can you answer the question? Do you often see blue pillers claiming women enjoy sleeping with men they have no attraction to?
/r/PurplePillDebate04/08/26 10:29 AM
1

I understand that. My point is that the metric you are focusing on is almost irrelevant because other factors matter way more. Let’s say the probability of a man violently assaulting his girlfriend is around 3% per relationship. Now let’s say a man being tall always leads to 50% more damage when an assault happens so like damage 1.5 instead of damage 1. So overall the expected risk for dating a tall man would be 0.045 and 0.03 for short men. This is only one percent difference in expected damage…
/r/PurplePillDebate04/08/26 10:27 AM
1

Of course. I don’t see any blue pillers claiming that women enjoy sleeping with men they are not attracted to. Where have you heard that?
/r/PurplePillDebate04/08/26 10:08 AM
2

Do you have any statistics showing that taller men are way more likely to assault and hurt women?
/r/PurplePillDebate04/08/26 10:02 AM
2

> Other factors are unrelated to height, so why not go for the safetest option by at least one metric you can accurately estimate? I can see the other metrics too. Someone’s behavior, upbringing, personality. Those are things I can know about. Also yes of course it makes sense to choose the safest options all else equal. But there is also an attractiveness tradeoff (a big one) and a small safety difference. For me it makes zero sense to have sex with someone I am not physically attracted to. I w…

Okay so now I looked it up. There isn’t much research on this but one study found that short men are way more likely to be criminals however when controlling for confounding variables there is a positive relationship between height and crime but its VERY WEAK. https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/24453240/
/r/PurplePillDebate04/08/26 08:19 AM
6

Will you respond to anything I said? Or just repeat what you already said before? In order for a man to be so small to not be able to hurt me or overpower me he would have to be extremely short + very underweight in a way that’s just not common. Also as I said, other factors are wayyy more relevant when it comes to safety like general behavior, context, personality to the point where height plays a negligible role compared to that, given that as I said, only the tiniest percentage of men will as…
/r/PurplePillDebate04/08/26 08:15 AM

Short men can be attractive, but many women are attracted to height. Being tall does not make someone inherently unsafe nor does it make a huge difference in terms of safety. The strength difference between men and women is huge regardless of height. A short man can overpower me easily. He can also use weapons. Yes, the potential damage if a man were to be a violent criminal might be even greater, however the difference is “can overpower me + injuries” vs “can overpower me vs slightly worse inju…

What’s the point of fucking someone you don’t find attractive?
/r/PurplePillDebate04/08/26 07:24 AM

Well “many” does not tell you much. My claim is that it’s not the primary motivator for MOST people. I literally never heard of a relationship emerging out of a club interaction.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/08/26 08:30 PM

I don’t “blame” men for respectfully shooting their shot either. My point was more so that the primary reason to go to a club is definitely not dating lol (at least for most people). It’s dancing, getting drunk, socializing and having fun. Men can shoot their shot outside of places specifically meant for dating of course. That was not what I was talking about.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/08/26 08:12 PM

Right. Being surrounded by other people does create a different atmosphere. But that does not have to involved any sexually charged interactions / attention / approaches by men. It’s just the fact that a lot of people are there to have fun and dancing together. Dancing alone in an almost empty room feels more awkward.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/08/26 05:31 PM

That’s like saying people shouldn’t go to concerts because they can just listen to the music at home. Or saying that people should not go watch movies to the cinema, since they can just watch it at home. No music festivals, no bars, no restaurants etc. This logic makes no sense. The atmosphere is way cooler in the club. Lot of people, better /louder speakers, drinks, dim lights, more space, multiple areas, cool light effects.

It seems like you are the one who was influenced by social media. Instagram shows you what you like so if you engage with those types of posts, instagram and tik tok will keep showing them to you. I don’t know anyone in real life who has expectations of crazy expensive movie-style gesture with zero reciprocation.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/08/26 11:06 AM

If every individual stops acting in patriarchal ways, the patriarchy will be dismantled.
/r/PurplePillDebate01/08/26 12:19 PM

It seems the woman in the example was not enforcing any way of acting, she just asked if he’s gay. If you’re homophobic and think being gay is a bad thing so if someone asks you if you’re gay you stop whatever behavior led to that, that’s on you. I’ve also been asked whether I’m a lesbian or bi and since I don’t think there is anything wrong with being those things I never needed to adjust my behavior to prevent people from asking if I’m gay.
/r/PurplePillDebate01/08/26 12:17 PM

It seems like you are estimating people’s political opinions based on “vibes”. Many men here make this mistake and label every woman as feminist / progressive even if she never told them this. So very likely some of these people are not even very progressive. Also, how does asking someone if they are gay support the patriarchy?

The OPs point was that he feels as though women’s behavior does not reflect the risk involved in interactions with men. His argument is that since women do not avoid men completely, they do not actually believe in the risks they claim. I am saying that risk is only one part of the equation and you cannot conclude that if a person engages in some activity, this implies they think it has zero or little risk. > It is simply a Motte and Bailey fallacy to claim 25%- 95% incidences of Male violence against Women and then retreat to how people take risks of harms 1/100 as frequent. Well it’s because the alternative is impossible. A woman cannot just stop working because there are males at her workplace. She still has bills to pay. She cannot just refuse going outside. Because something entails risk does not mean that everyone will and should avoid this thing at all cost. It’s about tradeoffs. Going to college might mean higher rape risks (let’s assume) but it also has massive benefits that for many people clearly outweigh the costs. Every choice in life has risks and benefits. Sun exposure increases risk of cancer. Does that mean everyone should stay inside and never get exposed to the sun again? Would you say people going outside is proof that they don’t act…

The post does not concern itself with legal definitons. The point of the OP is that in if you ask someone repeatedly and persistently about sex and they keep saying no many times, it is preferable to not have sex even if they eventually give in after a lot of pestering since the alternative is with very high probability someone just being worn out, feeling pressured or threatened and giving in for that reason rather than genuienly wanting sex. I mean spending time with them in general. Both romantic relationships and friendships include talking with the person, having conversations, spending time with the person. Being confident shows that someone can fight off a bear or fight off a mugger with a knife? You actually cannot be serious. And if 100% of relationships start that way, does that mean that all men have this protector trait anyways since the vast majority of men have been in a relationship?
/r/PurplePillDebate15/07/26 06:58 AM

Should men change this too and no longer be attracted to youth, certain body types (slim, fit, wide hips, nice ass and boobs) or nice fatial features, long hair, femininity etc? Or does this rule only apply to women?

My question was more so that the guy who I was replying to said that he doesn’t enjoy female friendships because he cannot depend on them, because they don’t have his back and he because he doesn’t get any “benefits” by this friendship (seems to imply he does not even enjoy talking to them and spending time with them). Given all of these problems with women, I have a difficult time ima…

Do you think people should disregard physical attraction completely and just date someone they are not attracted to? (and have a sexless relationship)

Well if this “protection” means the man doing absolutely nothing since these threats are extremely rare / don’t happen at all in people’s lives then it’s quite an easy requirement.

Just because anyone could do it doesn’t mean it’s not hard or that it’s not extremely valuable. Pregnancy and birth is very physically taxing and often leaves lasting injuries and health issues. Same goes for breastfeeding. New mothers also frequently face extreme sleep deprivation. I would never in my life want to spend my day hearing screaming and cleaning disqusting bodily fluids. My full time job sounds way more appealing than that.

These children who are not your will still be contributing to society including taxes used for the pension system that will go to YOU. You are relying on these children financially, whether they are yours or not.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/07/26 03:53 PM

It’s exchanging labour, not stealing. A woman who raises children provides a massive amount of labour and value to society. If women do not do this labour, there will not be enough people to contribute to the pension systems when the men are old. Men rely on women’s labour for that.

I am straight. So a woman’s booty bouncing really doesn’t do much for me. I enjoy watching men eating pussy for example. Just because you enjoy different acts or angles does not mean you are more or less visual.

Where do you “see” this exactly or where are you getting this information from? Of course women get horny. Why would they masturbate otherwise? Erotic literature is also very popular among women. Of course women want to please themselves during sex, otherwise why would it be a common complaint that men are selfish in bed or generally about the orgasm gap? This wouldn’t even be a common topic if women didn’t care.
/r/PurplePillDebate07/07/26 01:33 PM

What is it exactly that men desire in women, this “who they are” which according to you excludes their character, actions, treatment of their partner, sex or beauty? Like what does it mean to desire someone for who they are in your opinion?
/r/PurplePillDebate05/07/26 06:38 PM

So would you say men want women regardless of if they provide sex or not? And regardless of providing beauty as well? That seems delusional. The the fact that unfair distribution of domestic labour is common actually speaks for living with a partner before marriage. The woman can see whether or not the man pulls his weight with chores and then make an informed decision about whether or not she wants to spend her life with him and commit to marriage rather than going into it blindly when it’s more difficult to leave. Most marriages are not dead bedrooms. Women don’t date some fundamentally different men in their 30s. Women also usually find their husbands in their 20s since in their early 30s / late 20s they get married on average.

If this strategy was so successful and worth it, it would be more widespread but it remains uncommon. Most men don’t approach more than a few times per year, yet still get into relationships. Women do not care about “rewarding” men like these because they are rare despite being rewarded. Also, approaching more frequently doesn’t neccesarily mean anything bad or make someone less compatible. You don’t really know if someone’s compatible that early into knowing them and whether you approach 5 or 1…

“Date through your social circle” does not mean date everyone within your friend group. So the problem currently is that women carry a disproportionate burden of reproduction. They are ones sacrificing their health and carreer, sleeping 3 hours a day and wiping some childs ass as meanwhile the dad simply continues going to work as he always did. If we enslaved men, they would be the ones doing these sacrifices and having children would become more appealing to women again.

Because that would turn into an Amber Alert. The mother calls the police and tells them that her children were kidnapped by their father. Well he can call the police as well if the mother kidnaps the children. Why do fathers so rarely ask for custody in court if they care about it so much? "Why is the birthrate plummeting?" Men are more likely than women to want children.
/r/PurplePillDebate05/06/26 10:46 PM
1

I don’t know why fathers don’t take initiative and just take the children with them? Also yes, people get divorced. Men are free to not get married if they want to guarantee no divorce.
/r/PurplePillDebate05/06/26 04:01 PM

Men get custody in the vast majority of cases when they ask for it. But they usually don’t and leave the parenting up to the mother.
/r/PurplePillDebate05/06/26 02:46 PM

Child support is for the child YOU MADE and are responsible for, not for your partner. Alimony is gender neutral, but is more often awarded to women because men are not the ones sacrificing their carreers and providing unpayed labour for the family. The doesn’t get her hours of labour back just because she stopped having sex.

Yes, women in the past often entered relationships because they had to. That doesn’t mean that women don’t desire relationships. Women still enter relationships today without the financial pressure. But to a lesser degree since it’s not a neccesity but a luxyry so standards for relationships are higher. Men set up such a society to gain access to consistent sex.
/r/PurplePillDebate05/06/26 08:16 AM

If you say that having easy access to a roster of women makes men not want to commit, aren’t you implying that men don’t desire relationships and only pretend to because they can’t get access to easy sex so a relationship is their only chance at it? You’re basically confirming OPs point

I would say the sex itself likely isn’t very fun for them. Their job is to act and perform for the camera according to a script, not have enjoyable sex. There are cuts, stopping in between scenes, getting the right angles for the cameras, being watched by a team of poeple and being filmed and directed during all of this. On top of that most porn is male focused and contains almost exclusively blowjob + penetration. Parts of it look physically uncomofortable for the women sometimes. Porn actresse…

During sex I’m not really thinking that much. I’m just enjoying the physical sensations and the mental satisfaction of the scenario. Afterwards I feel content and relaxed and possibly more connected to my partner, especially if we cuddle (given that the sex was good).

Women faking it in porn is not neccesarily bad. Obviously women and men “fake” since they’re actors and it’s a performance for the viewer. The same way it’s not a problem that actors in actual movies are…well actors. The problem is some people not knowing that and thinking that it’s real, thinking that what is portrayed in male centered porn as bringing women pleasure actually brings women pleasure. As long as you know is that porn is a performance and real sex is nothing like porn, I don’t see …

If women are much more interested in casual sex than men, why is it so difficult for men to get casual sex and why is it easier for them to get romantic relationships if women actually prefer casual sex?
/r/PurplePillDebate02/06/26 10:22 AM

Not wasting time approaching randos on the street. Knowing what kind of behavior is perceived as creepy and not doing that. Knowing how women like to be flirted with or approached.

/r/PurplePillDebate02/06/26 06:35 AM

Their behavior does represent that. Way less women are seeking out casual sex compared to men. Women also take more safety precautions than men when dating. Generally women are more picky and think twice before engaging with men sexually / romantically.

Okay this context matters. Married people with kids in their 30s will be less open to making new friends. I’m in my 20s so it’s very different.
/r/PurplePillDebate01/06/26 07:25 PM

How consistent are you with those hobby groups? Finding friends in hobby groups really requires showing up consistently and meeting the same people again and again, not showing up once in a while. It seems like you are in a lot of hobby groups, maybe it would be better to choose 1-2 max and really be consistent with those. Also, initiative is important. Be the one who invites people to do things. Sometimes people will flake or reject, that’s normal. It’s about luck too. Maybe it’s something abou…

Maybe you should actually go to a hostel then and try for yourself. You will quickly see you are wrong. Even unattractive men socialize and have friends. Don’t make your personal issue a societal one.
/r/PurplePillDebate01/06/26 06:28 PM
2

How do you know that? Do you eavesdrop on every conversation and follow their every move?
/r/PurplePillDebate01/06/26 06:26 PM

What are you even basing this on given that you’ve never been in a hostel?
/r/PurplePillDebate01/06/26 06:25 PM

I am in mixed gender groups so most of the hanging out with friends of friends happens in the presence of both men and women. I know many social men with good social skills. It really sounds like a you problem.
/r/PurplePillDebate01/06/26 06:23 PM
8

Wait you just said in another comment you have not been to a hostel. So all of this is just made up theories? I’ve been to hostels and people talk to each other, both men and women, and are social especially if you put in a bit of effort. Often there are events at hostels specifically made for socializing too. In your 30s I can imagine it is more difficult since people in hostels tend to be younger and might not be as open to someone older, but in your 20s it’s super easy.
/r/PurplePillDebate01/06/26 06:22 PM

I am gen Z and these kinds of hangouts happen frequently. A small group can hang out even in a shared apartment if your roomates are fine with it (no need for “house parties”). Otherwise you can invite people to bars, chill with a beer outside or anything else. It doesn’t need to be in your home. I meet friends of friends and random people that way all the time.
/r/PurplePillDebate01/06/26 06:17 PM

By approaching I did not mean cold approaching. A woman who finds you hot will not “friendzone” you just because you were friendly first. By “through friends” I did not mean asking your friends to set you up. That’s not how dating normally works. More so friends of friends, aquiantances of friends etc that you naturally meet if you have an active social life.
/r/PurplePillDebate01/06/26 02:16 PM
3

Why are you so obsessed with cold approach? Only a minority of relationships that way. It’s super awkward and ineffective. It’s much more common to get to know people through friends, hobbies, school, work etc. Like seriously who made red pillers think that it’s a normal thing to come up to a random stranger on the street and ask them for a date😭
/r/PurplePillDebate01/06/26 01:46 PM

Would you say women should cheat with Chads as well in the case of a dead bedroom?
/r/PurplePillDebate01/06/26 01:25 PM
2

No, women would make moves, just not creepy ones. And lesbian women date each other btw. They are not all lifelong virgins if that’s what you’re implying.
/r/PurplePillDebate01/06/26 01:23 PM
5

What? Women have conversations all the time. I have many conversations with women and often they seem even more friendly and open than men. When a woman is interested, she flirts as well, though possibly in a more subtle way. I think women would actually have an easier time knowing what behavior comes of as creepy as they know what they perceive as creepy themselves. And “come off as excited” what? You don’t need to act like a cartoon character if that’s what you mean.
/r/PurplePillDebate01/06/26 12:48 PM
19

Cold approaching random strangers in the club is a really bad startegy so I wouldn’t do that and nor would other women I think. It would take an adjustment for women to get used to approaching, but at the same time they would have a big advantage by having been women before and knowing their psychology. So I think overall it wouldn’t be too bad.
/r/PurplePillDebate01/06/26 12:29 PM

Wait what? So you think that women were always had access to the same education and jobs that men did? Women were literally considered a man’s property until not that long ago. How come were men not considered women’s property if everything used to be so equal?

How people people do you know who have frequent hookups (multiple times a year)? I know zero.

Any source that men perform better as nurses? Also, even if they were better (they’re not), it doesn’t matter since they mostly aren’t willing to do that job.
/r/PurplePillDebate31/05/26 11:40 PM

Women are willing to do many hard and disqusting jobs which men refuse to do such as nurses or elderly caretakers.
/r/PurplePillDebate31/05/26 10:12 PM
16

Absolutely. I have had and still have close male friends over long periods of time where I also hang out with them one on one. Usually it develops from group settings but later one on one is also totally possible without getting feelings. It’s also possible that one or both people are just not attracted to the other person physically.
/r/PurplePillDebate31/05/26 10:01 PM

If only women existed, there would be no men that they would need protection from in the first place. It sounds like what you are saying is that men are the main cause of women’s problems and their lives would be easier without their aggression. You are basically saying that men create a problem (aggression against women) and then solve that problem. So in the end their contribution doesn’t add much, it doesn’t make things better or worse.
/r/PurplePillDebate31/05/26 09:54 PM
5

Can you define hypersexual? Just google the numbers according to whatever definition you have. If you mean someone who has frequent hookups id guess 5-10%.
/r/PurplePillDebate31/05/26 09:41 PM

I did not know that sex work and porn has increased. But either way, it does not contradict the fact that women are less sexually active ON AVERAGE, given that sex workers still are a very small part of the population. Let me explain to you how averages work. So one example could be: we have 10 women. Each of them has a body count of 3, one of them has a body count of 5. So the average would be 3.2. Now in the next generation we have 8 women with body count of 1 and 2 with a body count of 5. The…
/r/PurplePillDebate31/05/26 09:28 PM

Yes. That’s how marriage works. Often women are the ones doing a lot of unpaid labour. That labour does not magically get erased if she initiates divorce.
/r/PurplePillDebate31/05/26 09:20 PM

Statistics? GenZ is less sexually active than past generations also btw, both men and women.
/r/PurplePillDebate31/05/26 09:18 PM

Oh I think you are misunderstanding. When women say they don’t need a man, they are not saying that they would survive in nature without society. Humans are social creatures and generally we depend on each other. I depend on other women and men and so do you. What is being referred to instead typically is whether or not a woman needs an individual romantic partner for her survival within society.
/r/PurplePillDebate31/05/26 09:10 PM
2

So you just refuse to explain your argument? Sounds like you just dont have any…
/r/PurplePillDebate31/05/26 09:05 PM
3

Well I guess you just have an understanding of the word “need” that’s different than how most people / women understand it. Still not sure how women not needing men for his finances makes them look bad though?
/r/PurplePillDebate31/05/26 08:22 PM
2

What does the word “need” mean to you? I would interpret that to mean basic survival. Would you say men need women in that sense today? If so, how? And can you answer my question - do you think that men are only capable of love if they financially depend on a woman?
/r/PurplePillDebate31/05/26 07:53 PM

Women do not think that men are obsolete. They just do not depend on them financially. Women still want relationships with men, just not out of survival need. Would you apply the same logic to men and say that because men do not depend on women financially, they don’t understand love and are incapable of it? Does a man need to be financially dependent on a woman to love her?
/r/PurplePillDebate31/05/26 07:46 PM

So you are saying that women before enlightment considered education gay (let’s assume that’s true) and women today are interested in education and often pursue it therefore women today are not capable of love? Can you explain how this statement follows logically?
/r/PurplePillDebate31/05/26 07:41 PM

What does it say about women today?
/r/PurplePillDebate31/05/26 07:24 PM

What? Not sure where you got that from, but even if it were true, it does not in any way contradict what I said.
/r/PurplePillDebate31/05/26 06:59 PM

What it means is that in the past women NEEDED to marry men for survival since they were denied opportunities for education, work and had limited rights. Today, women have that opportunity so they do not need men for their financial resources, instead they WANT partnerships with men for companionship, emotional closeness, sex etc
/r/PurplePillDebate31/05/26 05:47 PM
6

There are many factors. Mental health is way less stigmatized today than it used to be so people are more likely to seek diagnosis and treatment. Also, people are more isolated today than in the past thanks to social media / more time spend online rather than outside with people. And btw teenagers are the ones with the highest depression rates, not women over 35.
/r/PurplePillDebate31/05/26 05:44 PM

Yes now they do, so standard are higher. And yes I would think that a person used as a slave would be happier if they had basic rights.

/r/PurplePillDebate31/05/26 04:49 PM

What? Your numbers do not support your claim. You just showed that different social media platforms have different gender ratios and half of them being more popular among men while the other half is more popular among women. Not sure how this shows that social media has no effect on men.
/r/PurplePillDebate31/05/26 04:48 PM
7

No need to be so dramatic. I didn’t say anything about being chained in basements. However, is is a fact that women did not have access to education and certain jobs / positions because of their gender.

Did men’s standards increase theough social media as well?
/r/PurplePillDebate31/05/26 04:44 PM

Your main problem is assuming that wearing “modest” clothing has no cost and a significant benefit. It does have a cost (finding it ugly, overheating in summer) and in my experience the benefit is none/very little. I really haven’t noticed differences in men’s poor behavior based on how I dress. Creeps are creeps regardless of women’s clothing.
/r/PurplePillDebate30/05/26 11:15 AM

No, showing interest does not require sex. But my point is that if a woman wants sex, she has to pretend she doesn’t for some time because otherwise she will be seen as a slut by men. They want her to reject them for long enough and then they don’t see her as a slut.
/r/PurplePillDebate30/05/26 08:15 AM

Sure, it’s worth the risk, because the alternative is just staying locked up at home all the time because of men’s shitty actions. But it being ultimately worth it does not make men’s actions less immoral or absolve them of personal responsibility. Wow, truly a strong argument you provided there.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/05/26 01:06 PM

I don’t think you know what bodily autonomy means. It does not mean that all possible contracts are legal?? It simply means that you have the right to decide what does or does not happen to your body. You can refuse medical procedures. You can choose elective procedures, ger piercings, tatoos etc. You do not have an obligation to provide your organs to other people. Your body belongs to you.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/05/26 12:55 PM
5

What? In my comment I said abortions are painful and not easy on the body as you wrongly said in your comment. Men absolute deserve bodily autonomy, but bodily autonomy obviously only applies to your own body, not your pregnant partners body since she is obviously a different person / separate from you.

If you’re considering high-status / lucrative jobs, those a lot of times do not require you to be dangerous/violent or mysoginist nor will those things make you more successful in them. Women are typically not fine with either of those. Despite what the red pill says about tons of “experience” / many sexual partners being attractive to women, studies do not support that. There aren’t any significant gender differences in how tolerant people are of romantic partners with a very high body count. Very promiscuous people are unattractive for both men and women in long term contexts. Men tolerate it more than women in short term relationships: https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/2780542…
/r/PurplePillDebate28/05/26 01:42 PM

So what should happen when a couple divorces if there’s no / little child support? Should custody be enforced to always be 50/50? And about alimony, what should happen if one partner stays at home with children / is a homemaker for which they sacrificed their carreer and the couple divorces? Should it not be allowed to have one partner at home and parental leave would be enforced to always be 50/50? If yes, what about breastfeeding?

My claim was that men call young, slim celebrities “mid”. Not that all celebrities are young. Also, your personal preference for fat women is not universal. Generally slim women are preferred by men. By bone structure I meant bone structure of the body - shoulder width vs hip width, hip shape, ribcage / waist width, leg vs torso length etc.

Well most women are overweight and old(er). So thinking that young and thin celebrities (which tend to be prettier in terms of face / bone structure in the body as well compred to the average person) are “mid” is pure delusion. If men think those people are mid, they’re likely attracted to top 10% of women.

Well men are not incels either since they can go to a prostitute.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/05/26 06:33 PM
1

Well it’s certainly more meanigful that it including noone.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/05/26 06:27 PM

Haven’t seen other data. Can you link yours?
/r/PurplePillDebate26/05/26 06:26 PM

Yes. Even though she might not interact with them that often, she definitely would know what old men look like. So she would know she’s much more attracted to them and seek them out on dating apps.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/05/26 06:26 PM

So lack of proximity can be easily bypassed by dating apps.

https://www.rathbiotaclan.com/new-studys-says-genz-is-the-least-sexually-active-young-cohort-in-modern-recorded-history/ This article talks about it. 70%, not 75% actually
/r/PurplePillDebate26/05/26 05:21 PM

Tell me, how exactly is someone who is refusing to accept the opportunity to pay for sex an incel?? Basically for me the reasoning is that the definition of incel as someone who cannot get any sex no matter what they do is meaningless since almost everyone could just pay a prostitute / travel for one, meaning noone is ever an incel except for very rare circumstances. So I think a more meaninful definition would be struggling with access to sex that you actually want. Not sex that you do not want…
/r/PurplePillDebate26/05/26 05:17 PM
2

Nope. 75% of young men have had sex in the last year.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/05/26 05:09 PM
1

Maybe that’s because men repeatedly tell us they don’t give a fuck about anything but youth and looks.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/05/26 05:06 PM
1

You can easily find older people on dating apps.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/05/26 05:01 PM

They have a lot in common though. Blaming women for their dating problems, sexism, negative attitutes towards women etc
/r/PurplePillDebate26/05/26 05:00 PM
1

You are the one who said that if you can get access to sex, however undesirable for you (prostitution, sex with someone you are not attracted to), you are not an incel. You are the one stretching it.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/05/26 04:41 PM
0

Right so basically noone is an incel since you could always travel to a country where prostitution is legal.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/05/26 03:12 PM
0

Okay so would you say that men in countries where prostitution is legal cannot be incels? Then the sex is legal and consentual as well.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/05/26 02:06 PM
0

Well so according to that logic, no men are incels wither since they could just pay for sex. Or try to date women wayy below their league.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/05/26 01:33 PM
0

They cannot find someone who they are attracted to and would actually enjoy sex with, that’s what I mean.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/05/26 01:11 PM

What makes a concept real or fake according to you? All concepts are “made up” in the sense that they are social constructs. That does not make them not real or not useful.

And yet the average chick gets hundreds of matches on Tinder and simps. So where's your evidence to prove the opposite to be true? One man can like more than one profile, yet he can only enter a relationship with one person. So the vast majority of those matches are not real options. For hookups, many men sleep with women they don’t find attractive. Lots of women on this sub claim they get just as much suitors as they did when they were younger. Are you saying that they're lying and actually get…
/r/PurplePillDebate26/05/26 12:03 PM
4

No. The average guy does not find most women attractive. Definitely not of all ages. So age is at least one criterium. Also I’ve seen average men reject fat women or otherwise unattractive women. Men often overlook ugly women to the point where they have a completely skewed perspective on what an average woman actually looks like. Men frequently call thin, young and pretty celebrities “mid”.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/05/26 11:16 AM
1

As a woman, I never had multiple men interested in me at the same time either. That does not mean I would date 60 year olds or fat men. So this argument does not really work either.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/05/26 10:53 AM
1

Yes but most men have more than 0 options throughout their lives so your argument falls apart. Most men have sex and enter relationships, typically more than 1 per lifetime.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/05/26 10:47 AM
2

You still haven’t explained why women overwhelmingly date men of similar age of them if they find older men so hot?
/r/PurplePillDebate26/05/26 10:39 AM
1

None of the arguments you provided imply that most men are willing to enter relationships with women 40+ years older then them. Can you pls quote the part where your argument supported that.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/05/26 10:38 AM
1

Can you provide any evidence for the claim that most young men would date a woman 40+ years older than him?
/r/PurplePillDebate26/05/26 10:26 AM
3

Women are attracted to looks. Being rich of course is practical but unrelated to attraction. I don’t see many poor old men with younger women. If women were attracted to the things you describe rather than hot guys, why would they overwhelmingly date men close to their age?
/r/PurplePillDebate26/05/26 10:25 AM
2

You cannot be serious. Are you telling me that most men who are 20 would enter a relationship with a 60 year old? You are delusional.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/05/26 10:23 AM
1

Obviously I am talking about averages and general trends, not every single male that has ever existed on planet earth. I am saying most men do have standards beyond being female and alive. I really doubt most men would date a 60 year old (unless their around that age themselevs), a morbidly obese woman, a disabled woman, a facialy very ugly women etc.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/05/26 09:59 AM
1

What makes you think that?
/r/PurplePillDebate26/05/26 09:56 AM
3

Nope. Men are way pickier than that for relationships. He has to find her attractive, like hanging out with her, low body count, feminine etc. Many men complain endlessly about single moms, “ran through” women or fat women.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/05/26 09:52 AM
6

What? That’s not what I said at all, please reread my comment. I said there are conditions to male love and attraction, just like for women.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/05/26 08:07 AM
5

Well men don’t want to enter relationships with any woman either. So they don’t like her for just a presence.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/05/26 07:40 AM
1

You mention self control. But that’s what playing hard to get is. Wanting to sleep with you, but not doing so to play hard to get.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/05/26 07:10 AM
1

I mean they don’t like them enough for relationships with big age gaps to be a common thing. And I mean sure, some women might date such successful older men for their money, but don’t call that attraction.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/05/26 07:08 AM

I mean looks decline obviously. Men get bald, fat and generally look less youthful.
/r/PurplePillDebate25/05/26 11:28 PM

This is not strange at all, given that as I already said, bluepill encompasses many different opinions. What makes me bluepill is is disagreeing with many red pill points like a listed above. Very few people believe that morally good behavior (selflessly serving others, volunteering, being proactive about political issues etc) alone will magically get you a wife 100% guaranteed. You actually have to be attractive to her and fun to be around. I find it surprising you don’t see that as blue pill g…
/r/PurplePillDebate25/05/26 06:24 PM
2

Depends on the specific belief I guess. As I already said beliefs vary wildly among blue pillers and it is not a unified ideology. For example, I have found that many men (on this subreddit) find the idea that women are attracted to attractive men very uncomfortable. They think sex instead should instead be used as a reward for good behavior and that women should sacrifice themselves for this task. So I guess it depends on the specific person and opinion. I have found that redpillers find my opi…

There are a lot more than 5 of them. I wish! They exist in real life too, not just online.
/r/PurplePillDebate25/05/26 05:34 PM
2

No, blue pill does not mean comfortable delusion in the context of this subreddit. In the matrix movie, yes. And red pillers named themselves red pill because they believed they are correct in their beliefs meanwhile everyone else lives in this comfortable delusion. However, that is only the perspective of a red piller who believes they are right. Obviously once you stop assuming that red pill views are the truth, this whole argument of blue pill views being comfortable delusion breaks down.
/r/PurplePillDebate25/05/26 05:33 PM

Oh yeah that’s not what hypergamy means lol. And I am not sure why you think you are the authority on what blue pilllers should and shouldn’t think or say? Are you a blue piller? Also, you are assuming that red pill points are true and basing your argument of what blue pillers “should” think based on that. But the whole point of blue pill is that we disagree that it’s true… Blue pillers disagree that red pill points are true and valid, not sure how many times I have to spell it out for you. If b…

It’s a bit weird that you say you don’t believe women’s words (telling you she loves it) or actions (initiating it often) since those can be faked. But you know that facial expressions can be faked too right? I mean how do you think porn is made if those expressions couldn’t be faked? This makes your logic very inconsistent.
/r/PurplePillDebate25/05/26 04:14 PM

Why do you think blue pillers have to agree with women being hypergamous? If blue pill just agrees with red pill, that kind of defeats the whole point of blue pill. Hypergamy typically does not refer to personality traits, but money, status, or “sexual market value”. Also, you seem to struggle with logic a bit. The opposite of the claim “women are to be blamed for all of their dating problems” is not “women are not to be blamed for any of their dating problems” but rather “there are some dating …
/r/PurplePillDebate25/05/26 04:12 PM

My whole point is that you can have genuiene desire for a man without theatrics. What genuiene desire actually looks like vs what men have been led to believe it looks like by porn are two different things.
/r/PurplePillDebate25/05/26 03:57 PM

Depends on what you mean by “good” women? Are these people that don’t ever do anything bad or wrong? If yes, there are no mental gymnastics neccesary to justify that claim since I guess it’s true by definition? I wouldn’t even say that “good” women not being blamed is some central thesis of the blue pill. I am a blue piller and this is the first time I hear it. The blue pill is more about disagreeing with common red pill claims like women being hypergamous, women are only attracted to top 1% men…

Women. How? Never heard a woman say a mans facial expression should remain as neutral as possible or something similar. Why do you think sex should be "fair"? How can two fundamentally different beings do anything together 'fairly'? Fair in the sense that both get to enjoy themselves and have a good experience? not just the man. Having to do a performance often diminishes real pleasure. Women fake sex, fake enjoying oral all the time, so just her decision to put your dick in her mouth means very…
/r/PurplePillDebate25/05/26 03:17 PM

Ok, How am I suppose to know you are enjoying sucking my dick when you give no indication that you are enjoying it? Initiating often, how long she is doing it for, saying that she enjoys it… I already told you that men are programmed not to making any types of facial expressions. They would if they could. How do you know they would? Who exactly is programming men into not doing these expressions and how? The performance is in his body, not his face. So men get to enjoy themselves because of how …
/r/PurplePillDebate25/05/26 03:06 PM

Can you answer my question I have asked repeatedly? Why do men manage to eat pussy just fine without making these odd facial expressions that you see in porn (the one you are describing as enthusiastic)? Is it because men just generally dislike giving oral sex and only do it out of obligation or is it because it’s perfectly possible and common to enjoy giving oral sex without all these expressions and performances?
/r/PurplePillDebate25/05/26 02:47 PM

Yes there will be some overlap for sure. But you cannot expect them all to have the exact same opinion as you seem to do.
/r/PurplePillDebate25/05/26 02:34 PM
4

Can you be more specific? Do you think it’s not possible for women to feel genuine desire without over the top porn-like acting? If not, why do you think it’s possible for men?
/r/PurplePillDebate25/05/26 02:34 PM

I mean yeah that makes perfect sense given that the red pill is one ideology meanwhile bluepill is a mix of many different opinions and worldviews. The only requirement is that they disagree with the red pill. So not sure why you would expect that all blue pilers have the same opinion / are consistent.

I don’t think people typically watch other people have sex, gay or not (outside of porn). Not sure where you are taking all these baseless claims from. I’m curious, what kind of performance do you expect from women to consider it sufficiently enthusiastic? What behaviors and facial expressions do you expect? Also, you are contradicting yourself, previously you said women don’t enjoy giving BJs and only do it because men expect them to, but now you say you have gotten these enthusiastic performan…

What are these "goofy" facial expressions you are talking about? The ones you described just a few comments ago. Looking “desperate”, looking like she thinks he’s a king etc. Do you think gay guys sucking each others dicks and lusting after them are also doing "goofy" facial expressions? Not sure. Never witnessed gay men having sex. Tell me, why do you think that men who give women oral don’t typically make the same expressions that women make it porn during blowjobs? Would you conclude based on…

Do you do not simply expect her to enjoy sucking your dick, you also expect her to do goofy facial expressions while doing it and put up a performance.
/r/PurplePillDebate25/05/26 02:00 PM
7

No I am perfectly fine with how men give oral. My brain has not been rotten by these weird depictions in porn so I don’t expect a man to do any particular facial expression while doing it, he should do what he finds comfortable during the act. He should enjoy doing it but I don’t expect him to look a certain way or make goofy facial expressions while also focusing on the act. That seems counterproductive and difficult for him.
/r/PurplePillDebate25/05/26 01:56 PM
6

Well to me the expressions seem a lot more exadurated compared to porn where a guy give oral to the girl.
/r/PurplePillDebate25/05/26 01:47 PM

Just take a look at pornhub and click on a random video. You’ll see it.

I have watched some porn directed at males and the expressions were really fake and weird.
/r/PurplePillDebate25/05/26 12:56 PM

Enthusiasm and lust in women often doesn’t look like the fake version of it in porn. Men have been desensitized to actual lust and enthusiasm and instead now expect the fake porn porn version of it. It’s very difficult to focus on giving someone a good blowjob while also creating a whole “performance” around it. And no women do not expect men to act so weird as women in porn do. Even when I look at porn directed at women, usually the man just licks her pussy without any of the weird over the top…

It seems like men today have been destroyed by porn. Many women enjoy pleasuring their partner, but expecting an over the top fake performance inspired by porn is a bit much. I don’t think women expect men to act like her pussy is the best thing he’s ever seen in his life.

No, I never said men fantasize about rape. Please reread my post and my comments. I argued that than men often have kinks that involve hurting the woman or causing her discomfort. Women’s preferences or kinks are irrelevant to my claim.

I don’t think women are as delusional to think that they are the most attractive person on earth. /r/PurplePillDebate24/05/26 04:32 PM

Why would you in particular be so special? You still haven’t explained why she wouldn’t sleep with other men early when she finds them hot but would sleep with you early. Do you think you’re somehow better than all other men on earth? In what sense?
/r/PurplePillDebate24/05/26 04:23 PM
1

Playing hard to get is acting less interested than you are. If a woman finds you hot and wants to sleep with you, but doesn’t so that you take her seriously, that’s playing hard to get.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/05/26 04:22 PM
2

The men that this happened with weren’t otherwise agressive at all. It’s not something you find our until you’re in bed with them unfortunately. If someone has a consentual non consent kink, that should obviously be discussed in depth beforehand. If a man pushes you into stuff you don’t want when you say no because he randomly assumes you have this, that’s not a kink, that’s just being a rapist.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/05/26 04:20 PM
1

I am talking about people who get off on inflicting harm onto other people. If someone is fantasizing about a rapist, they are not getting off on hurting other people. Which part of that is not clear.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/05/26 04:18 PM
1

Again, something doesn’t need to be bdsm for it it to be painful or uncomfortable.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/05/26 04:17 PM

I don’t think women typically want to hurt their male partners during sex. Do you have any evidence for that? I don’t think the 50 shades movie is about hurting men for sexual pleasure.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/05/26 03:11 PM
2

Why would men watch porn where women are hurt when they’re just “going along”?
/r/PurplePillDebate24/05/26 03:10 PM
3

Nice imaginary scenario. Seems like you have some strong emotions around it. How about any facts or statistics?
/r/PurplePillDebate24/05/26 02:57 PM

It’s great that men want that, but it’s a horrible deal for women which is why women don’t do it when they actually have rights and freedoms.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/05/26 02:56 PM
1

I am not too familiar with that movie. Is the main character a murderer and rapist? I thought it was more about bdsm?
/r/PurplePillDebate24/05/26 02:52 PM
2

I didn’t say anything about bdsm. I talked about things like anal or deepthroating which men commonly watch in porn. I would be very surprised if those were more common among women than men.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/05/26 02:51 PM
5

So it’s less that men dislike relationships as a concept and more that they choose women out of their league so that they have to “chase” them?
/r/PurplePillDebate24/05/26 01:42 PM
9

I am asking why. Why do men dislike spending time with their significant other despite generally understanding the point / enjoyment of interpersonal relationships. What is it about romantic relationships specifically that makes it a net loss in terms of time / energy? When I spend time with my friends, family or partner, I don’t see it as waste of time / loss of time since I am enjoying the time. I am wondering why it’s different for men.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/05/26 01:24 PM
10

Do you consider relationships with people in general (friendships, family relationships etc) a loss of time/energy as well or just romantic relationships?
/r/PurplePillDebate24/05/26 01:08 PM
3

Well so not all dogs then.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/05/26 11:41 AM
3

If you say dogs have four legs, does that mean that no dog has ever existed which lost it’s leg / has some deformity?
/r/PurplePillDebate24/05/26 11:37 AM
3

I would not assume this applies to literally every woman ever born throughout human history based on your wording. I would interpret this as significant amount or more likely majority.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/05/26 11:22 AM
3

No. That’s not how language is used typically.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/05/26 11:17 AM
3

What? Where did I say it’s all men doing this? 25% is a lot for something dangerous and painful.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/05/26 11:06 AM
3

Do you think it’s somehow logically impossible for a group of people to have a common trait? Or whats up with that “the common denominator is you” logic. If I say whenever I look up at the sky, it’s blue, will you say that no it’s not blue, since the common denominator is me?
/r/PurplePillDebate24/05/26 10:21 AM
1

Do you think that if you film vanilla sex, the people cannot make sounds, facial expressions and their genitals cannot be filmed?
/r/PurplePillDebate24/05/26 09:28 AM
1

No, fantasizing about dangerous, murderous rapists is not healthy. And the viewer doesn’t experience the things participants do regardless of whether or not it’s kinky.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/05/26 09:15 AM
2

So they watch so much porn that normal sex on camera does not arouse them anymore? Is that healthy?
/r/PurplePillDebate24/05/26 08:41 AM
1

I get that, but unfortunately it seems that some men do not care whether or not their partner enjoys it. I am not into this stuff at all yet I have had the experience of men repeatedly asking and pushing for it after I clearly said I don’t like it and don’t want it.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/05/26 08:40 AM
3

Okay so yes, you are admitting that men prefer women who play hard to get and they prefer to chase rather than to date a woman who is genuiene and shows her attraction early and wants to sleep with him.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/05/26 08:39 AM
2

The question is why she would want to sleep with you on the first date, but not with other men she’s attracted to? That’s not a realistic scenario. So men prefer this woman to be fake and “play hard to get” if she’s really attracted to them.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/05/26 08:37 AM

I mean everyone including women would find it convenient to have a cleaner / cook for free but that’s not how the world works. People typically will not work for you for free.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/05/26 10:09 PM

Women don’t need chores to avoid being a slave to a man. Most women simply don’t do this, chores or not. Also, question, why would you choose to marry someone if one of your main desires is being left alone by them? That seems like a very stupid choice. Being single sounds smarter in that case.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/05/26 09:27 PM
3

So whether or not you feel like penetration is submissive or not depends on the laws on rape in your country? Does that mean that the same act might become dominant or submissive depending on where you currently are?
/r/PurplePillDebate23/05/26 08:23 PM
5

So you just want your partner to do whatever she has tried before, regardless of your own preferences or enjoyment?
/r/PurplePillDebate23/05/26 07:50 PM
4

If it’s not something that men enjoy and it’s just them “playing along” why would they watch porn that includes those acts.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/05/26 07:49 PM
1

Well it’s quite disturbing for someone to get off on inflicting harm on people. That’s the issue. I do think it makes you a shitty person.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/05/26 07:43 PM
1

Pussy powers >>> penis powers, sorry.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/05/26 07:34 PM

And the default state of a man is also not to allow a woman to use him for her pleasure either. So both are submissive according to this logic?
/r/PurplePillDebate23/05/26 07:33 PM
1

Mine trumps yours ofc
/r/PurplePillDebate23/05/26 07:31 PM
4

I understand that’s your opinion. I am trying to figure out why you think that.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/05/26 07:31 PM
2

Less experienced guys are often more bitter and jealous of women who can sleep with men easily so this opinion seems actually stronger among less experienced men. Men who sleep around are promiscuous themselves so they are less judgmental of others doing the same.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/05/26 07:30 PM
1

Is there any science behind YOUR statements or just your vibes? What I mentioned comes from what I observe around me.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/05/26 07:28 PM

Can you please quote the part of my post where I claim that men are unique in liking pain kinks? Maybe there are some women who want to inflict pain on their partners as well, sure, but it seems there are less of them compared to the other way around.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/05/26 07:27 PM
1

Why all the insults? Can’t you make your argument without getting all worked up? And yes, opinions of the mother often matter more, but that’s mainly because mother’s sacrifices towards their children tend to be much higher compared to the father’s.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/05/26 07:26 PM

Even though anal could be painless, I think a lot of men want it because they want the woman to do something they find unpleasant. Once I looked up why straight men want anal so much and a lot of responses were along the lines of “making” a woman do something that’s uncomfortable for her just for his pleasure. And yes, there are both psychological and physical factors in why I dislike being hit or someone inflicting pain on me. Obviously it’s physically unpleasant but also I find it disturbing t…

Just one? What about all the other things I said, bud.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/05/26 07:15 PM

Alright hun. Give me the counterexamples that speak against the existence of a patriarchy. Show your creativity!
/r/PurplePillDebate23/05/26 07:13 PM
2

So if a man does not like the grinding motion, does that imply both partners are submissive in that case (since both of them could feel pleasure without it being nice for their partner). What does submission mean to you?
/r/PurplePillDebate23/05/26 07:12 PM
5

Well I got this impression from porn which I can’t watch at all since 90% of stuff I come accross involve something like painful looking blowjobs, rough sex or spanking. Also, I see how men on this subreddit often talk about sexual acts as something they “make” the woman do. Like a conquest. Implying it is something she doesn’t enjoy or want.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/05/26 07:10 PM
1

Yes please list those examples. Never claimed this is supposed to be an expression of my creativity lol. I am trying to explain what the partiarchy is, not creating art.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/05/26 07:08 PM
2

So sex is only submissive for the woman if the man doesn’t care about her pleasure? And isn’t the opposite situation possible as well? For example many men don’t really get much out of a woman doing a grinding motion for example (no in-out motion).
/r/PurplePillDebate23/05/26 07:07 PM
1

Let me give you some examples of the patriarchy: men being viewed as default, positions of power being occupied by mainly men, men’s behaviors / traits / interests being thought of as cool while women’s are devalued as stupid, men’s perspectives dominating public spaces, women’s work being devalued etc. It does not mean that every man is super powerful.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/05/26 06:59 PM
3

I mean sure, sometimes people think with their dick/pussy and tolerate bad behavior for good sex with someone hot. But I wouldn’t say it’s common to tolerate years of abuse, that’s very extreme.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/05/26 06:55 PM

Yes. The patriarchy is a system where men hold the main power in society. That does not mean that all men perpetuate patriarchy, nor does it mean that women cannot perpetuate it.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/05/26 06:53 PM
9

Well it’s not too surprising that you don’t know any men suggesting it, given that you are (I assume) straight and have sex with women, not men. Unfortuantely some men have suggested this to me, it’s not that uncommon. By discomfort I don’t mean mental, but physical. Physical pain and discomfort.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/05/26 06:52 PM
-2

This has nothing to do with my question whatsoever. I am asking about men’s kinks, not women’s.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/05/26 06:49 PM
5

Why do you find sex inherently submissive? Why do you see it as her body being used for pleasure rather than the other way around or as mutual pleasure?
/r/PurplePillDebate23/05/26 06:47 PM
4

Men. They often talk about how they don’t take a woman seriously if she wants to sleep with him too early.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/05/26 05:53 PM
2

You are saying it is immoral for people to act in their own self interest (having sex, selling products for money, seeking friendships, hiring employees) if that benefits a bad person as a byproduct. I am wondering if you are applying that logic consistently or if it only applies to sex for some reason. If it does, why is that?
/r/PurplePillDebate23/05/26 02:44 PM
2

Would you say men who have ever been friends with an abuser are at fault for the abusers behavior? How about cashiers who have sold abusers food? And employers who have hired the abuser?
/r/PurplePillDebate23/05/26 02:29 PM
1

Literally never heard a woman say she requires 54 orgasms. Seems like you are creating imaginary standards in your head and then getting mad over them.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/05/26 02:25 PM
0

No, abusive men should stop being abusive.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/05/26 02:19 PM
1

Why should they be incels?
/r/PurplePillDebate23/05/26 02:14 PM
4

Wait. So years of tolerating red flags to you means years of tolerating good looks of the man? Why would that even be something to “tolerate”? Isn’t having good looks a good thing in the context of attraction?
/r/PurplePillDebate23/05/26 02:09 PM
15

Why are men not responsible for their own behavior, but women are?
/r/PurplePillDebate23/05/26 02:07 PM
1

Can you quote the part of my comment where I say I want a man to pay my bills or give me 54.4 orgasms? Why are you being so dramatic? I pay my own bills and I expect one orgasm, no more, no less.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/05/26 01:53 PM
2

Speak for yourself. Seems like you have some weird kinks around danger. Most women don’t.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/05/26 01:30 PM
1

Can you give me a tutorial for how I can gain magicall powers that tell me who is and isn’t good in men before sleeping with them?
/r/PurplePillDebate23/05/26 01:25 PM
3

Have you never heard a man call a woman easy?
/r/PurplePillDebate23/05/26 12:37 PM
0

Many men want to be rejected for sex early in the dating proccess. If a woman finds a man hot and wants to sleep with him, she should instead pretend she doesn’t want to and needs to wait such that the guy does think she’s “easy” or a slut .
/r/PurplePillDebate23/05/26 12:36 PM
4

Well a lot of men feel differently. They call these women “easy” and sluts.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/05/26 12:34 PM
0

No they don’t. Men call women who show attraction and enthusiasm early sluts. Men want women to reject them for some time and have sex later.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/05/26 12:07 PM
1

Okay…wanting to fuck everything that moves is not a flex lmao.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/05/26 11:09 AM
1

Are you trolling? My question was this: “How do you suggest a woman puts in effort OUTSIDE OF PIV?”
/r/PurplePillDebate23/05/26 10:23 AM

Yes. But the patriarchy is a system that can be perpetuated by men AND women. Patriarchy =/= men.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/05/26 10:17 AM
1

It’s very uncommon for people to have 40 sexual partners before marriage. Also, most people do not mind having more than one relationship throughout their lives.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/05/26 10:14 AM
1

Correcting a wrong statement you made is not being “defensive”. Are you one of those who thinks that if a woman sleeps with the same man her vagina stays normal but if she sleeps with different men it magically gets bigger? Can you cite any studies that support that?
/r/PurplePillDebate23/05/26 10:13 AM
1

Unfortunately, you cannot magically know if someone is good in bed before sleeping with them. Are men complaining about “pillow princesses” / dead fish at fault too? Do you think it’s in principle impossible for there to be a problem within a large group of people?
/r/PurplePillDebate23/05/26 10:09 AM
1

How is that possible? For every instance of sex it’s either both man and woman using a condom or not. How could a woman be using a condom and man not during the same sex? Are you saying way more women than men are lesbians which is why they don’t use condoms?
/r/PurplePillDebate23/05/26 10:07 AM
9

It’s not that there cannot possible exist a porn video where the woman doesn’t enjoy herself, it’s just that it’s uncommon because the things that men (the main consumers of porn) enjoy in porn directly contradict the vast majority of women’s pleasure. Some examples are: loud fake moaning / wild “enthusiastic” performance, focus on blowjobs + piv rather than acts that typically make women orgasm, focus on acts that cause most women pain and discomfort like deepthroating or anal etc.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/05/26 10:05 AM
7

Men here say constantly how they don’t take women who sleep with them quickly seriously. Meaning they want the woman to reject them for some time. That’s the chase.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/05/26 09:54 AM
1

Yes it does depend on acting normal basically. I don’t think that’s controversial.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/05/26 09:53 AM
1

How will becoming more flexible or having strong needs make a woman orgasm?
/r/PurplePillDebate23/05/26 09:51 AM
3

How do you suggest a woman puts in effort outside of piv?
/r/PurplePillDebate22/05/26 07:11 PM
10

Since there is no reliability, other solutions outside of piv are neccesary.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/05/26 06:58 PM
12

I am telling you that no matter how much “effort” i’m giving, I cannot reliably orgasm from piv. And in fact, exerting too much effort and moving around too much makes it even harder to have an orgasm compared to being relaxed. Also, you mentioned anvil and pronebone, but those are not even positions where the woman is active.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/05/26 06:45 PM
7

Yes. I can orgasm from piv in some positions, but it’s not something I can consistently and reliably reproduce unlike orgasms from non penetrative sex.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/05/26 06:38 PM
4

That’s great. But many people cannot orgasm from piv, regardless of the position.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/05/26 06:23 PM
3

You find sex violent? Not sure I would call it “slamming” lol.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/05/26 06:21 PM
4

I’m aware. Can you answer the question?
/r/PurplePillDebate22/05/26 05:31 PM
4

In a competition, there’s a winner and a loser. Never heard murdering a presentation.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/05/26 05:30 PM
14

Why do so many of these idioms imply physical damage to the woman (and not the man)? Is it pure coincidence?
/r/PurplePillDebate22/05/26 05:09 PM
4

Because men are super sensitive about it. If you want to hurt someone, this is something to use.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/05/26 05:01 PM
8

If someone cannot orgasm from piv, not sure how doing some positions that make them orgasm (no such positions) would help.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/05/26 04:59 PM
7

If women really found penetration (with large objects) just as pleasurable and just as easy to lead to orgasm as clitoral stimulation, wouldn’t that reflect in women’s masturbation habits?
/r/PurplePillDebate22/05/26 12:55 PM
9

What would be the incentive for adding a man into the situation at all? If it’s just the woman making herself orgasm?
/r/PurplePillDebate22/05/26 12:33 PM
55

You keep talking about positions or knee strength so it seems like you are assuming women can generally orgasm through penetrative sex or during it. What do you suggest for the ones who can’t? How should a woman put in effort when her partner is giving her oral for example?
/r/PurplePillDebate22/05/26 12:27 PM
6

I really don’t think most women love sex that causes them pain or physical damage. Fast, sure, brutal, no.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/05/26 12:19 PM
4

As I said, I do not consider fast sex impure or brutal. If you consider it to brutal, why are you doing it to people?
/r/PurplePillDebate22/05/26 10:46 AM
5

Well idk. Agree to disagree I guess. I do not consider fast sex “brutal” or impure lol.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/05/26 10:29 AM
6

Well idk what the fuck you’re doing to your partners but I’ve never suffered physical damage through fast sex.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/05/26 10:21 AM
3

Brutal implies some sort of physical damage. I sure hope you’re not physically damaging your partners. I really fail to see how faster speed = brutal and unpure.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/05/26 09:33 AM
1

Do you personally find it fair that women are considered property of the man and cannot have access to educations / jobs etc?
/r/PurplePillDebate22/05/26 09:31 AM
3

So faster = brutal? What? Why is it brutal or primal?
/r/PurplePillDebate22/05/26 08:28 AM
4

Why would jackhammering be less pure than any other sexual act?
/r/PurplePillDebate22/05/26 08:16 AM
7

Why do you conclude that they are lying about this in particular? Do you have any reason to believe that or is that a random guess? What motivation could women possibly have to lie about this? Have you had sex with a representative sample of the population? Are you generalizing all women based on your limited experience with a few people?
/r/PurplePillDebate22/05/26 07:59 AM
7

How did you conclude that women who dislike jackhammering are lying?
/r/PurplePillDebate22/05/26 07:11 AM
4

There is no “metric ton of preconditions”. All that was mentioned was picture vs real life encounter. Again, not sure why you are being so dramatic.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/05/26 01:26 AM
14

Why are you being so dramatic? He simply said women are attracted to the male body, just not neccesarily still pictures, no need to create this weird strawman.
/r/PurplePillDebate21/05/26 04:31 PM
4

That just means your type corresponds well to what’s considered conventionally attractive, not that you don’t have a type.
/r/PurplePillDebate21/05/26 04:21 PM
6

Right. So you have a type. There are certain features or combinations of features that you consider “ugly” and wouldn’t date those people. The features you find not ugly / pretty are what your type is.
/r/PurplePillDebate21/05/26 04:14 PM
9

So would you say you are attracted to everyone then? Regardless of their looks? Regardless of how their face or body looks or what their age is? Then I guess you don’t have a type but being attracted to literally everyone physically is quite rare.
/r/PurplePillDebate21/05/26 03:28 PM
9

For what different reasons do you find women attractive?
/r/PurplePillDebate21/05/26 01:21 PM
1

When you tell me where in my comment I denied the influence of culture on something, we can engage further.
/r/PurplePillDebate20/05/26 07:46 PM

Do you have any counter arguments? Or anything specific you disagree with in my comment? You are being very vague. I am not sure what part of my comment you are refering to.
/r/PurplePillDebate20/05/26 07:43 PM

What? Can you please state your main point then if it’s something you haven’t said yet? I replied to what you said in your comment. Men also don’t uncoditionally love women regardless of their looks, body count, personality, body hair etc. So this doesn’t seem related to gender at all, but rather to how relationships work in general.
/r/PurplePillDebate20/05/26 07:41 PM

Yes. In order to have any relationship with another person (sexual, romantic, friendship…), you require the participation and consent of the other person. For that you actually need to be enjoyable to be around, same as women or anyone else. Unconditional love is a stupid concept. It would be insane to love someone regardless of how shitty they treat you or how much you dislike their presence.
/r/PurplePillDebate20/05/26 07:36 PM

Are you refering to something in my comment?
/r/PurplePillDebate20/05/26 07:27 PM
0

0-2. Similar to women.
/r/PurplePillDebate20/05/26 06:29 PM
11

I have no idea who these people are. I wish being a loving father passed on pregnancy, birth and breastfeeding + subsequent injuries and health problems onto men but that’s not how it works. Also, attraction is a neccesity for sex to be painless / not traumatic.
/r/PurplePillDebate20/05/26 03:45 PM
20

Yes I think it is justifiable since the alternative would be mass rape which I find unjustifiable. There is no reason to expect that women would have sex as easily as men given a significantly higher cost (pregnancy, higher std risk, slut shaming, assault, porn brained behaviors, rape) and significantly lower benefits (orgasm gap, sex centering on piv). Why would you find it fair for women to have to give out sex to everyone easily given these huge costs that men don’t have to deal with?
/r/PurplePillDebate20/05/26 03:34 PM
9

Also, I’m curious why does this obligation to have unwanted sex with sexlessn people fall on women and not men? It seems that to you, attraction is irrelevant (women should have sex with men they are not attracted to), so couldn’t this be solved by men having to have sex with other sexless men. Since attraction doesn’t matter anyway.
/r/PurplePillDebate20/05/26 03:29 PM
22

Yes, I find it justifiable that people are not raped, but that they decide who they want to have sex with. Should there also be a friendship equal distribution? Regardless of someone’s likability or behavior?
/r/PurplePillDebate20/05/26 03:26 PM
18

So either males cause violence because they don’t get guaranteed and equal access to sex OR women have to act as a human sacrifice and allow themselves to have sex against their wishes to make men act normal. That sounds dystopian. Is that what you would want? Esentially women being raped for the “greater good” of society? Doesn’t that sound like an absolutely miserable existence for half of the population who would be treated like cattle. Do you find that morally justifiable?
/r/PurplePillDebate20/05/26 03:16 PM
24

Women’s bodies are not a resource to be distributed equally. Is your opinion that it should work like that? Should women see themselves as resources rather than humans with rights?
/r/PurplePillDebate20/05/26 02:59 PM
41

You are contradicting yourself. First you say women care about personality more for casual sex and then claim that you find it surprising that women select against men with bad personalities - awkward, socially clumsy, boring. The reason women prefer men who are not awkward, boring, socially clumsy etc for casual sex, relationships or friendship is because those make you way less enjoyable to be around. Even for casual sex, you might want to hang out before and have a nice vibe to build sexual t…

It’s very hard to imagine this situation since I am not a stay at home mom. I go on 1-2 inexpensive vacations per year and 1-4 inexpensive day trips. For outings / doing things outside of the house, I do about 2-4 per week (inexpensive). I imagine as a stay at home mom, I wouldn’t have time for that. Once I start earning more, I might move on to more expensive vacations or outings.
/r/PurplePillDebate20/05/26 07:57 AM

I don’t think people typically ask about specific hobbies. But rather ask about hobbies in general. So instead of “Do you like knitting?” out of nowhere, they would ask “What are your hobbies?” or it would naturally come up in conversation. Asking about a very specific hobby outright seems rare, since guessing the exact hobby of the person is unlikely. Is that what you are asking?
/r/PurplePillDebate19/05/26 06:36 PM
1

There is no expense. What is the expense of just being a good person without bringing your reproductive tract into it?
/r/PurplePillDebate19/05/26 06:30 PM

Well if you know someone, you likely also know their hobbies.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/05/26 06:29 PM

Probably not since they would interact with men outside of dating. The men they are dating would represent a small minority compared to men they interact with but are not dating - family, friends, aquiantances, coworkers etc. If they isolated themselves from men somehow outside of dating, then yes, they might have skewed perceptions.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/05/26 06:20 PM

Their not picky for casual sex, sure, but that’s not what most women’s goals is.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/05/26 09:11 PM
1

Well those men are a tiny minority. Most men like the same women.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/05/26 09:01 PM
1

I do see the behaviors of women, their looks and the behaviors of men.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/05/26 07:08 PM
1

Well that’s not what I see in the real world. Men drop these fake rules so fast.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/05/26 06:45 PM
2

Well there is not much I can do about who I’m attracted to. So I wouldn’t say that makes it my fault. Also, people who I’m not attracted to are not showing interest in me either.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/05/26 06:44 PM
1

Yes that’s what I meant. Attractive women tend to have no problem securing commitment regardless of “solipsism” or what they post on social media. In fact, hot women can often get away with selfish and demanding personalities because men tolerate it for a woman because of her attractiveness.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/05/26 06:35 PM

I mean the only actually realizable advice you gave (that I didn’t do) is dating apps. And many poeple do not succeed on those. So basically if dating apps fail for me (likely) then there is not much more I can do. I think the reality is that sometimes, you just cannot find a partner no matter what. And that’s difficult to think about for many people for some reason, especially if it’s a woman struggling.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/05/26 06:34 PM

> Would it? You can limit yourself, let's say, 10 minutes a day. Won't hurt anything. It’s not the swiping that’s time consuming, it’s the dates themselves. I would have to cancel hangouts with my friends or my free time activities to go on the date. And I guess the sacrifice isn’t too big if I don’t do it that often but my point is many people, the vast majority of them (in my environment, region, age group bubble) don’t need to do this. They just go through life and one day it just happens for…

Well if femininity or masculinity has no specific meaning and everyone just freely chooses whatever suits them, doesn’t that make the word lose its meaning entirely? For example I love painting and art in general, but I don’t think really think of that as feminine, but let’s say I now put it into a mental category of feminine. Okay now I did that but somehow I don’t feel better about myself. My enjoyment of my interests and hobbies is not dependent on their femininity or masculinity. I mean sure…

Well it’s just that what men say contradicts their actions. Men claim shit like this but then when you look at which women are successful in dating and which aren’t, it’s almost entirely dependent on looks and extroversion, not the things you mention. I’ve seen men say shit like this and then start making excuses for a woman the second they find her hot. Once they find someone attractive, all those fake requirements fall out of the window. I’ve never seen a Stacy struggle because she has posts o…

/r/PurplePillDebate18/05/26 05:44 PM

By that logic men’s dating issues are self inflicted as well since only about 10% of them are using apps but many more than that are single.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/05/26 05:44 PM

The problem is that this hurts and excludes people who don’t fit into those neat boxes. The idea that I am less of a woman because I don’t paint my nails or don’t cook meals for other people seems ridiculous to me.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/05/26 05:41 PM
1

How do they screw it up according to you?
/r/PurplePillDebate18/05/26 05:32 PM

Aren’t most men on dating apps married? I don’t know a single woman or man who has had a good experience on apps (for a serious relationship) and young people in my area don’t use them much anyway. And the numbers game isn’t working either. As I said I meet new people frequently through classes, hobbies, events, friends of friends etc yet absolutely noone is interested.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/05/26 05:32 PM

They don’t use apps.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/05/26 05:27 PM

Can you link a source that shows that more men are single than women overall?
/r/PurplePillDebate18/05/26 05:27 PM

That’s not that easy lol. Men look at social media influencers and think that’s the average women’s life. And remeber 50% of women are below average (assuming normal distribution).
/r/PurplePillDebate18/05/26 05:24 PM

I have been having a difficult time finding a serious relationship for years. None of my crushes every reciprocate my interest. On a rare occasion (less than once a year), someone has interest in casual sex. Sometimes it’s difficult to differentiate between men who want casual vs serious. Not in my experience (by that I don’t mean only me personally, but generally people around me, friends, aquiantances, colleagues etc).
/r/PurplePillDebate18/05/26 05:15 PM

No we are not talking about bigfoot. If you want to talk about that, go on another subreddit.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/05/26 05:14 PM

Can you provide a source? Yes there are differences within specific age groups due to women dating slightly older men, but from I could find the overall numbers across all age groups are the same / very similar.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/05/26 05:14 PM

Okay, that’s possible. But we are talking about a different topic now which is whether or not women have easy access to enjoyable sex that is actually worth it.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/05/26 05:13 PM

No we don’t. Having access to net negative experiences is not in any way an advantage.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/05/26 04:44 PM

Bad sex is sex that is not enjoyable.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/05/26 04:43 PM

For every woman that gets into a relationship, there is a man who got into a relationship.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/05/26 04:42 PM

Well that’s obviously not the case since most men have sexual and relationship experience. “I prefer short, fat, bald single mom with a big nose, small lips and wrinkles and hairy armpits” said no man ever. By that logic men have super narrow taste as well.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/05/26 04:41 PM

I am talking about heterosexual women here. So women who are attracted to men.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/05/26 04:38 PM

Of course they are less valuable. There is the orgasm gap, risk of pregnancy, slutshaming and higher risk of contracting stds. And yes, sex for women is only enjoyable with men she’s attracted to. Forcing herself to have sex with men she’s not attracted to is a horrible experience, so how could having access to that possibly be an advantage?
/r/PurplePillDebate18/05/26 04:38 PM

Easily means that if they decide to get a boyfriend (go on dating apps, meet people etc), they can nearly always get one that fulfills reasonable standards (not criminal, drug addict, cheater, she enjoys his presence and is attracted to him) within let’s say 6 months.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/05/26 04:36 PM

Yes women can get sex easily. But hookups are much less valuable for women for men so you cannot frame it as an advantage. And no, women can’t just easily get a boyfriend they are attracted to at a snap of their fingers. Social media celebrities are not average women.

Why is the masculinity label even neccesary? Why can’t people just do good without bringing gender into it?

So true, watch what they do, not what they say. I’ve never seen an attractive girl struggle because she’s sleeping around or a single mom.

Ok, so how is that relevant to who cooks, or who pays alimony? Imagine we have 2 people earning similar money. One person gets a job at a better company through a connection of their rich parents and starts earning much more than their partner despite working the same hours. The lower earning partner does not have connections in good companies so they cannot replicate that. This means they are now forced to serve the other partner and lose a massive chunk of their free time. There is not much th…

Yeah, you can *think* however you want, you're wrong: I said “think” to express uncertainty. I am not too familiar with how alimony works and it’s also irrelevant to out initial discussion. Mostly yes? I believe rich people mostly find other rich people , and poor people mostly find other poor people, situations where an already rich partner causes the other partner to be rich are not the norm. Oh you misunderstood. My question was if you think circumstances outside of your control can affect yo…

/r/PurplePillDebate18/05/26 06:40 AM

So first of all, every women finds different men attractive. Second of all, since female attraction often develops over time, there would need to be an experiment in a natural setting. Since most men have sexual and relationship experience, I would say that women jointly find about 80-90% of men attractive.

/r/PurplePillDebate18/05/26 06:37 AM

Why do you say it should be money based instead of hours based? Doing that leads to absurd conclusions. That would mean if the difference in earnings is high enough, one person takes care of the household alone while also having a full time job. That sounds miserable. It seems unfair that both spend a full day at work and one is sitting on the couch the whole afternoon while the other one is working a second shift.

If one person works less hours that might be a scenario where it makes sense for them to cook. Screenshots are not a good source, they don’t show the scale of something happening and can be manipulated very easily. If you show me a study that did such an experiment with a criminal guy, that would be a more credible source. And it seems that your claim is basically unfalsifiable, making it meaningless. Despite everything indicating otherwise (women dating, having sex and entering into relationships with men), you just baselesly claim they don’t actually desire those men.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/05/26 09:48 PM

A few screenshots. Wow you actually cannot be serious. What’s interesting is that despite women allegedly swiping on 5% of men, 75% of men have had sex last year. Something is not adding up here in this “women have crazy standards” narrative.

/r/PurplePillDebate17/05/26 07:37 PM

Clubs have better atmosphere than just dancing at home. That’s like saying don’t go to concerts because you can just listen to them at home. You can go to breakfast buffets without strippers without making the buffet worse.

Most monogamous people don’t cheat the second alcohol enters their blood. If you completely lose control over your own actions once you drink alcohol, that’s unfortunate, but most people aren’t like that.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/05/26 07:31 PM
1

Why are you even with your partner if you think she will cheat at the first opportunity?
/r/PurplePillDebate17/05/26 07:22 PM

It’s a bit weird that you want to prevent your partner from drinking but then go to drink yourself during after work events.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/05/26 07:14 PM

What if you cheat on your after work event though?
/r/PurplePillDebate17/05/26 07:09 PM

“Honestly I don't know of any reason someone goes to a club other than to be noticed.” This implies you cannot imagine that someone enjoys dancing to music. You said the only possible reason is being noticed.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/05/26 07:09 PM

Are you saying that all friends I’ve ever had are ugly or something like that?
/r/PurplePillDebate17/05/26 07:07 PM
5

Yes, sounds like it.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/05/26 07:07 PM

I mean I think even people who like clubbing don’t do it more than once a week. More commonly even less, like once a month. So I doubt this would be an issue. Of course if it’s some hobby that you do every evening, it would be a bigger issue.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/05/26 07:00 PM

So you just never drink after getting into a relationship?
/r/PurplePillDebate17/05/26 06:52 PM

Dancing to music with friends super fun. The fact that you personally do not enjoy that does not mean other people don’t.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/05/26 06:51 PM

I feel like some dudes live in an alternative universe. Literally never has a strange man bought me or any of my friends a drink while clubbing. We just go to drink, dance, have fun and mostly don’t interact with randos. I am wondering if only Stacies get this treatment of if it’s regional / cultural.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/05/26 06:49 PM

The other way around it’s better becasue they can just go clubbing with someone else. If you want to enjoy clubbing with your partner but they don’t want to, there’s not much you can do about it.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/05/26 06:46 PM

Which values does liking clubbing contradict? Do you consider enjoying music or dancing immoral?
/r/PurplePillDebate17/05/26 06:45 PM

Oh so generally you don’t drink alcohol and don’t date anyone who drinks alcohol? And if all it takes for your partner to cheat is some alcohol and dancing, was your relationship actually solid in the first place? Having to micromanage your partner so that they don’t cheat honestly sounds exhausting.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/05/26 06:44 PM

What kind of personality do you need to have if you enjoy clubbing?
/r/PurplePillDebate17/05/26 05:43 PM

Why?
/r/PurplePillDebate17/05/26 05:34 PM

If a woman suddenly stops prefering some kink once she leaves a relationship, she was most likely just doing it for the enjoyment of her partner rather than because of her own desires.

I feel like I can freely talk about being attracted to men’s looks, especially among female friends, but also in general. I find that irl, men are not really as baffled by the concept that women want to be attracted to their partners as men here are. I am not attracted to displays of aggression or dominance, so I cannot comment on that.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/05/26 05:30 PM
1

Yes, what you do 8 hours a day is definitely relevant to who you are as a person. In the sense that it might be a conversation topic and is not somehow separate from you. That’s like saying your hobbies, interests, who you hang out with etc is not in any way a part of who you are. And while most jobs don’t affect whether or not you can be a good partner, some do (for example something that requires moving, traveling, shift work, long hours etc).
/r/PurplePillDebate17/05/26 04:35 PM
8

Not really. Most women are not professional cooks. Men should learn cooking. It would be so inefficient to have women waste their time with it. Women are better off doing other things.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/05/26 02:38 PM

Yes. On an individual level, you should try to get a better job if you are unsatisfied. On a macro level, salaries should increase when there is a labour shortage such that the job is not shitty anymore (since you get money that makes it worth it). No, you won’t because alimony is rare nowadays and the division of assets depends on where you live and how it’s decided in court. I am not talking about alimony. Please inform yourself on how assets are devided in a marriage, regardless of alimony. The higher earner also just recovers faster based on stats and has one of the lowest divorce rates in society. /r/PurplePillDebate16/05/26 11:42 PM

That is false BY DEFINITION. Again, the market determines what a 5/10 man or woman is, not your personal opinion.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/05/26 11:37 PM

Why not? Why are you not applying your logic consistently?
/r/PurplePillDebate16/05/26 11:36 PM

Clearly they are not very accurate in what they think their looksmatch is if they are rejected that much. Clearly they are shooting out of their league according to your own logic. The market determines your value, not you.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/05/26 06:39 PM

Does this imply men are hypergamous as well? Since they get rejected a lot?
/r/PurplePillDebate16/05/26 05:49 PM

Well, agree to disagree I guess. You chose a shitty job. Does not mean everyone else made poor choices as well. I find my job fulfillig and do not see it as suffering or slavery. Just because you have a shitty job and are bitter about it doesn’t mean everyone else is. This is the kind of victim attitude women are trying to avoid in men. Who would want to be around someone so negative and jaded?
/r/PurplePillDebate16/05/26 04:49 PM
11

Why do you find not wanting to risk horrible injuries that might bother for years or even permanently illogical? Would you want to pee yourself for months or even long term? Of course it’s easy for a man that will never have to make that massive sacrifice that fearing those injuries and effects of pregnancy and birth is “illogical”.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/05/26 07:49 AM

That’s fine. But you have to be okay with women not wanting to associate with you with such views of them.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/05/26 07:10 AM

You are demonstrating my point perfectly. Men can do no wrong and are victims despite their own stupid actions. Men literally sign tha papers when they get married. If they are so extremely dumb that they don’t inform themselves what marriage is and what can or cannot happen when it ends, that is their problem and they should take accountability for their actions instead of playing victim.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/05/26 07:08 AM

You claim the intentions are not bad. Saying an entire gender is shit or unfunny or in general being sexist is not a good intention.
/r/PurplePillDebate15/05/26 10:50 PM

Well even if you personally think being sexist is not a “bad intention” that does not mean other people will perceive this the same way. Usually people consider a negative view of women and sexism a huge red flag in dating. I don’t find that surprising at all.
/r/PurplePillDebate15/05/26 10:39 PM
12

How could saying these things be done under good intentions? If you say for a girl, you’re pretty funny, you are saying she is not pretty funny in general, but only for a woman, implying that women (and her) are less funny that men. Like what positive intention could be behind putting the person in front of you as well as an entire gender down? Same for you’re not like other girls. What positive intention is behind saying that all women are shit except for the girl in front of you?

Many women do not like 69 because it’s too much multitasking. I was just countering your point about oral not being mutual. Also, in my experience not the same kind of piv gets men and women off anyway so it’s still turn taking rather than mutual. And yes, women enjoy piv, that does not make it some ultimate sexual validation or superior to other sexual acts.
/r/PurplePillDebate15/05/26 07:34 PM

/r/PurplePillDebate15/05/26 07:31 PM

Except it’s not that mutual. It pleasures the man much more than the woman most of the time. And 69 exists btw. Just because you prefer it and it is powerful does not mean your partner feels the same.
/r/PurplePillDebate15/05/26 07:28 PM
6

Actually, women are more likely to orgasm from oral than from piv, so not sure how it is more impactful or powerful?
/r/PurplePillDebate15/05/26 07:13 PM
1

Of course it should. I never said it shouldn’t be disclosed. That’s not what we were arguing about
/r/PurplePillDebate15/05/26 07:08 PM
8

Maybe the issue is delulu men picking orgasm from piv as ultimate sexual validation rather than something else? I suggest they pick orgasm from oral, might be more realistic. Imagine if a woman picked orgasm from balls stimulation only as ultimate sexual validation and then strarted bitching and complaining about how most women won’t get this ultimate sexual validation because her hands are not perfect enough for his balls and men’s anatomy just isn’t build for that. Would you take her seriously…
/r/PurplePillDebate15/05/26 07:03 PM

Exactly. So you can’t say that you’d prefer women’s experience. Since what you described isn’t similar to women’s experience at all given the differences I described.

2

Obviously. There is no std that always gets trasmitted.
/r/PurplePillDebate15/05/26 05:26 PM

Of course it does. It changes the experience entirely so the analogy doesn’t work.
/r/PurplePillDebate15/05/26 05:20 PM

It says both strains can affect either area…
/r/PurplePillDebate15/05/26 05:20 PM
6

Why is orgasm from piv the maximum threshold but orgasm from oral isn’t? And it’s less that most men aren’t build for it, it’s the other way around. Most women aren’t built for it regardless of their partners penis. Men also typically can only orgasm through their penis rather than through other body parts, but that does not mean they are not giving their partner their best just because they don’t orgasm from their balls lol.
/r/PurplePillDebate15/05/26 05:19 PM

They are the same virus and someome with oral herpes can trasmit it to genitals of the other person.
/r/PurplePillDebate15/05/26 05:15 PM
6

Of course it is. Cervical cancer is caused by HPV, which is transmited through piv sex. Look it up.
/r/PurplePillDebate15/05/26 05:14 PM
5

Well piv sex doesn’t actually stimulate women’s primary sexual organ. So it should be similar in the male equivalent scenario in order to be comparable.
/r/PurplePillDebate15/05/26 04:04 PM
14

Okay so if it’s not bad for a woman and a woman enjoys some sexual act, why would she refuse to do it with someone?
/r/PurplePillDebate15/05/26 04:03 PM
11

Really? I doubt most men would want to be pegged for example.
/r/PurplePillDebate15/05/26 04:02 PM
2

Exactly. So if you want to evaluate whether or not you would prefer men’s or women’s experience, you have to look at the actual equivalent.
/r/PurplePillDebate15/05/26 03:58 PM
2

Oral herpes can infect genitals though.
/r/PurplePillDebate15/05/26 03:50 PM
2

You might be aware of it, but that still doesn’t make the virus go away. Most people have herpes. And those get into relationships.
/r/PurplePillDebate15/05/26 03:43 PM
20

I hate this framing of sexual acts as something bad/negative for the woman that she’s willing to “let” a man do or give him “access” to if he’s good enough. If we see sex as something good for both parties, mutually enjoyable, your point stops making any sense. If a woman enjoys some sexual act, why would she refuse to do it with past partners but not her current partner or vice versa?
/r/PurplePillDebate15/05/26 03:39 PM
3

What do you mean. Cervical cancer is one of the most common cancers.
/r/PurplePillDebate15/05/26 03:11 PM
8

Okay so that’s an argument for not doing oral in general, relationship or not, ugly or not. Not sure why you are even mentioning ugliness at all. Any pussy can smell good or bad regardless of whether or not the person is conventionally attractive.
/r/PurplePillDebate15/05/26 02:46 PM
4

Well we are comparing male vs female experience. Sex often focuses on vagina not clit. So in order for you to get the equivalent experience your dick couldn’t be touched too much.
/r/PurplePillDebate15/05/26 02:45 PM
4

Your dick would barely get touched during this sex you’d be having. It would only be focused on your balls.
/r/PurplePillDebate15/05/26 02:39 PM
2

You know that herpes doesn’t magically disappear / get cured when someone gets into a long term relationship right?
/r/PurplePillDebate15/05/26 02:35 PM
10

Women get cervical cancer from piv and throat cancer from oral as well. So noone should have sex in general I guess.
/r/PurplePillDebate15/05/26 02:35 PM
7

How is being ugly related to smell? Or how does being not a Stacy imply that there is leftover cum in someone’s vagina? These things seem unrelated.
/r/PurplePillDebate15/05/26 02:34 PM
9

Absolutely. There are other issues with casual sex but this is one of the big ones.
/r/PurplePillDebate15/05/26 08:34 AM
7

Men usually only provide good sex within relationships.
/r/PurplePillDebate15/05/26 07:58 AM

The main problems are: - too short foreplay - general selfishness and only caring about his pleasure - lack of communication (seems way more common in casual sex) - lack of care for my orgasm - doing things like choking or ass slaping without asking for consent - sex usually isn’t that great the first time since he doesn’t know my specific preferences, it gets better over time, this makes one night stands pointless (doesn’t apply to longer term fwb)
/r/PurplePillDebate15/05/26 07:57 AM

Not sure how young women dating older men for money proves anything given that large age gaps represent a tiny minority of relationships. Women cannot date poorer men ON AVERAGE given that men earn more on average.

What I’m saying it correct because I said so and it’s obvious. Woow what a great argument you made there. I can just say the same for my claim. Let’s just this here. It’s clear you are not arguing in good faith.

There literally is no source for that. I know how men act. Basically everyone I’ve ever talked to had the same experience. They're allowed to reply to the automod and top level comments. Weren’t you mocking me for bringing up personal experience and now you seriously think a reddit post is a good source? You cannot be serious. Please provide sources that women have no desire for sex with men. Anticlimax: A Feminist Perspective on the Sexual Revolution, by Sheila Jeffreys Can you cite which secti…

It's women who're talking about them not feeling like they care that much. Yes. Society shows women that their pleasure is secondary and a “bonus” their entire life. Women internalize this and feel bad asking for more. You do not find men saying the female orgasm is less important. They don’t say that, but they do act as if it was less important. Same with the reddit link. It's women in the comments talking about why they expect PIV, not men. Wasn’t that a debate post? Women who agree are not ev…

It's also interesting how the last time the subject came up in this community, it was women who said they definitely did expect PIV. I also recall one of the most thorough papers on the subject of the orgasm gap blaming it on the issue you discussed, but it only managed to find women claiming they saw their own orgasm as less important, but not men saying their own was more important. This literally proves my point. It shows that it’s not just the media, but real people having these beliefs and …

Is your experience different? Do you find that people mostly consider piv foreplay and oral sex for example as the main event? Do you find that female orgasm is a given while the male one is an optional bonus? Do you think people generally focus more on clit-focused sex acts compared to penis-focused sex acts? And do you have any data to support the contrary? So far you have not brought forth any arguments or evidence to support your opinion.

How did you come up with this insane claim?
/r/PurplePillDebate14/05/26 12:45 PM

It’s difficult to find data on this, but my experiences + experiences of people around me confirm this. Men nearly always assume piv is happening and that it will keep happenig until their orgasm.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/05/26 12:44 PM

So do men. Okay? I was explaining how women provide value, I was not claiming that men do bot provide any value. The point is even animals have children. That ability isn't something that should justify being extractive and parasitic when dating. Babies of other animals tend to be way more independent from birth and require significantly less parental investment. That is not the case for humans and having a full time job while taking care for a baby is not really possible. Most families cannot a…

Yes, women provide value. They provide love and companionship. Kids also as you correctly mentioned as well, not sure what animals having offspring has to do with that though. And yes, obviously if a person stays at home with children, taking care of them and the household full time, they cannot also work at the same time. Sure, you could have both people working, but then you would need to pay for a nanny, a cleaner, someone who breastfeeds the child etc, but that would end up being more expens…

Okay let me be a bit more specific about what I mean by piv being treated as most important: People see piv as the main event and other acts as foreplay (preparation for the main event). When people say “sex” they are often refering to piv only. Another example of this is language like “going all the way”. Piv is expected to always happen and end in male orgasm. It is more rare to have oral or manual sex as a standalone acts, while piv only (“quickies”) does happen more often.

Well obviously I am not talking about children’s movies, I mean porn and other media mostly meant for adults and adolescents. Some examples for media promoting the concepts I mentioned: Significantly more men shown reaching orgasm compared to women in popular porn videos: https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/28632461/ Depictions of sex in popular netflix series are mostly limited to piv: https://link.springer.com/article/10.1007/s11199-024-01519-5? Which of the statements do you diagree with specifically so that I can narrow the sources down a bit?
/r/PurplePillDebate13/05/26 09:02 PM
2

Well there is this idea that piv is the “real sex” while everything else is “foreplay”. The male orgasm is a given, while the female orgasm is an optional bonus. Movies / porn / media often focuses on piv. Piv orgasm is glorified and placed above clitoral orgasm. Obviously people can just do their thing regardless of what “society” says but it the reality is that it DOES affect how people act and view sex and how they have sex.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/05/26 08:33 PM
1

Right but the societal narratives about sex prevent that.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/05/26 07:20 PM

If women were strictly better of with men, there would be no reason to pass this offer.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/05/26 06:05 PM

Right, but then the change has to happen in a specific order (first you meet and she is thin and your age, then you age with her and she gets fat and you’re still attracted to her), but being attracted to her for who she is as a body rather than just being specific to these temporary traits would imply that there is no such requirement - so for example you would have to find the fat and old version of your wife attractive when you were 20 and had no personal relationship to her.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/05/26 06:04 PM

It is the same body, but has different mutable traits (fat percentage, body hair, muscle percentage, wrinkles / skin quality etc). If you say you are attracted to the body and not these specific traits that can and do change, that would imply that if you are attracted to a person in one state (25 years old, fit and thin) you would also be attracted to the same body in a different state (80 years old and obese) since you claim you are attracted to the body itself rather these temporary traits. If dating men and having children was a great deal for women, we would see birth rates rising, but that’s not happening. It seems that dating men is a net negative for women in a lot of cases.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/05/26 05:40 PM

Well you can change your body and you are still the same human. So liking someone’s body is liking them for who they are either. You can lose weight, gain weight, go to the gym, get plastic surgery, shave, not shave, change your hairstyle of facial hair etc So basically it seems you are saying there is no possible way to like someone for who they are - meaning it cannot be “bad” to not like someone based on who they are (since that is impossible). That means this is completely irrelevant to dati…
/r/PurplePillDebate13/05/26 05:38 PM

Well clearly this doesn’t work and men are failing at making men desirable since birth rates are not rising. Whatever men are offering is clearly not a good enough deal for them that justifies the insane cost that having children has to a woman.

How are you doing that?
/r/PurplePillDebate13/05/26 05:33 PM

/r/PurplePillDebate13/05/26 05:31 PM

How should men contribute? How should men be influencing other men do better?
/r/PurplePillDebate13/05/26 05:30 PM

Why are you portraying women being attracted to personalities (in the practical, actionable sense) as something bad. Based on what you described, it seems that liking ACTUAL personalities is not even theoregically possible.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/05/26 05:29 PM
20

Why are you putting blame entirely on women? Why aren’t you saying then men are failing at filtering and should do better? Why aren’t you saying that men are failing to offer women what they would need in order to get into a relationship with men? Are men helpless children who are never responsible for anything?
/r/PurplePillDebate13/05/26 05:24 PM

But aren’t personalities defined by actions? Let’s sau if someone is generous person, this means they share with others (an action). It wouldn’t make sense to say that a person who doesn’t share things with others is generous for example.

How many orgasms you and your gf have is irrelevant to the broader societal discussion. The orgasm gap does exist on average and that’s a fact.

I think women who cannot orgasm without internal stimulation are quite rare.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/05/26 03:52 PM

Unlikely. Men also mostly orgasm using their penis rather than any other body parts. What if you can theoretically orgasm using your balls by using some hyperspecific sex toy perfectly shaped for your balls? I mean I guess you can’t deny that theoretical possibility, but under typical conditions, men do not orgasm using their balls only and they can easily orgasm using their penis. So trying to spend time and energy finding this weird toy that could maybe (or maybe not) make it happen seems like…
/r/PurplePillDebate13/05/26 03:51 PM
5

Sure. But it’s not even close to being neccesary, in fact, many women cannot orgasm from PIV. So this cannot be the reason for the orgasm gap.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/05/26 03:41 PM
10

Women’s genitalia is external too. You don’t even need to interact with the internal vagina to give a woman an orgasm.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/05/26 03:37 PM
5

I do think the claim is a bit exadurated. I doubt most men are attracted to most women. Realistically, how many men are attracted to women of most ages? Even within their age range, I don’t see men crushing on most women. Some women are fat, some women are facially ugly, some women have weird bone structure etc. I think men massively overestimate the percentage of women they are attracted to because they focus on pretty women only, which inflates their view of what an average woman looks like by…

How is it possible that women usually sleep with men within a few dates which is waaay before you can genuienly care about someone? And why does attraction developing over time = not heterosexual for you? That’s not an excuse, that’s just how biology works.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/05/26 11:01 PM
1

Okay so you observe men having sex and entering relationships with women and conclude they are heterosexual. You do not think it’s comphet. Then when you see women having sex and entering relationships with men, you conclude it’s comphet. Why?
/r/PurplePillDebate12/05/26 10:50 PM
1

Right. In that case you would clearly observe that women have crushes on men, date men, have sex with men, enter relationships with men and are attracted to men which is why they can be described as heterosexual.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/05/26 10:40 PM
1

They have. Again, not sure what this has to do with the fact that just because person A is less horny than person B, that does not mean person A is asexual. The logical implication of this would be that no person except the horniest person on eath is heterosexual. Do you believe that?
/r/PurplePillDebate12/05/26 10:33 PM
1

Men tend to be hornier and have considerably less risk when engaging in sex with women (no pregnancy risk, lower std risk, much lower risk of violence, pushiness etc) and higher expected reward (orgasm gap in their favour, societal sexual, scripts favour male pleasure). So yes, it is not suprising at all and does not imply that women are not heterosexual. Imagine that person 1 is horny 20% of the time and person 2 30% of the time? Does that imply that person 1 is asexual? Also, women are less vi…
/r/PurplePillDebate12/05/26 10:27 PM
1

Idk what that is. If it means that women do not have to be attracted to all men to be considered heterosexual (similar to how men are also not attracted to all women) then yes I agree.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/05/26 10:16 PM
1

Women being heterosexual does not imply they have to be attracted to all men.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/05/26 10:12 PM
1

Why would women not being able to have sex with men be required for heterosexuality? What is the logic in that exactly?
/r/PurplePillDebate12/05/26 10:02 PM
1

That’s just because of comphet though according to your logic. Women also signs of being into men.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/05/26 09:21 PM
1

Comphet being a concept does not imply straight peope don’t exist btw. By that logic straight men don’t exist either.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/05/26 08:49 PM
1

They don’t need to care about you. But a lot of times, attraction develops after a few interactions. As to the evolutionary reason why, probably to assess the person a bit before sleeping with them to have better chances of offspring surving or idk? Not sure why that’s relevant though.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/05/26 08:32 PM

Huh? What do you mean? Attraction can happen (and often does happen for women) over time, regardless of “feasible excuses” whatever that means.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/05/26 08:06 PM

Attraction does not have to be instant. What makes you think that?
/r/PurplePillDebate12/05/26 07:51 PM
3

Mentioning personality when someone complains about their dating struggles does not imply that “niceness” is the only trait required to get into a relationship.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/05/26 05:32 AM
4

Approaching women is not an unkind thing to do. I know many kind men who have girlfriends and approach women. What would be unkind is being pushy after a woman has said no.

They all imply damage. Smash an object -> damage. You do something to an object such that it cracks -> damage, bang -> a loud hit. blow brains out or rearranged guts also clearly implies physical damage.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/05/26 07:17 PM

I would say they take the lead often. Not sure I would describe it as dominant though. And this still doesn’t explain the violence. Taking the lead does not equal hurting your partner.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/05/26 07:05 PM

Being dominant is a lot of work, which is why most men or women are not dominant in bed. Not sure how this is related to my comment though.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/05/26 06:49 PM
5

Why are all of these terms violent and one sided? Is it purely a coincidence that all those terms imply hurting the woman? Why don’t some of them not imply hurting the man?
/r/PurplePillDebate11/05/26 06:42 PM

Glad you are happy like that. I prefer to be more efficient.

/r/PurplePillDebate11/05/26 06:33 PM

Well except you now have to do significantly more work since you’re not delegating important stuff to women. If you are a normal person with basic communication skills, you would have to do less work and delegate as normal. But if you want to do more work yourself, you do you!
/r/PurplePillDebate11/05/26 06:32 PM

Hmm. Sounds like you have difficulty dealing with failure of tasks. I never had this issue with men or women so it sounds like it’s a problem with how you are communicating things.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/05/26 06:16 PM

I mean men and women (as well is different individuals) react differently to things. It would of course be absurd to expect every single individual to have an identical reaction to something you say. I don’t understand where children come into this though? Children typically react very differently to things than adults so I’m not sure how treating adults as children would be helpful? I definitely understand why you wouldn’t talk about deep, nuanced or sad things with children or maybe people you…

/r/PurplePillDebate11/05/26 06:01 PM

Why does men failing not bother you and you didn’t start treating them as children and keep delegating tasks to them? It’s not very clear to me why you stopped delegating tasks to women but not men. Do you treat women or men like children in any other context than work?
/r/PurplePillDebate11/05/26 05:53 PM
1

Can you go into specifics? Like how would you treat a man vs woman in the same situation? I have a difficult time imagining how treating an adult like a child could bring good results, given that adults and children have completely different psychology and require different treatment.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/05/26 05:43 PM
1

How exactly are you treating women like children now? Don’t you struggle being attracted to someone you think of as a child (I assume you are not a pedophile)?
/r/PurplePillDebate11/05/26 05:20 PM
3

What kind of expecetation did you use to have? How were you treating them exactly if they didn’t meet those expectations? What kinds of tasks were you delegating and why? Did you stop delegating to men as well? How do you deal with it when they fail? Were your expectations higher for women than for men?
/r/PurplePillDebate11/05/26 05:19 PM

Which strategies did you employ?
/r/PurplePillDebate11/05/26 05:09 PM

/r/PurplePillDebate11/05/26 04:38 PM

/r/PurplePillDebate11/05/26 01:20 PM

Not a liar. But it was probably by chance, not due to red pill. Most red pillers are unsuccessful. I don’t think I ever heard a red piller say that red pill made them be successful at dating, so no I don’t think they are lying most of the time.

The red pill tells men a lot of lies about women, making dating a lot harder. Do you really think we should ignore physical attraction and use our bodies as rewards for good behavior? Are men also expected to do that or just women? Would you date a woman you find unattractive because she’s nice?
/r/PurplePillDebate11/05/26 12:56 PM
14

Well that’s the main problem. Men shouldn’t believe that women are rewards for their good behavior. Women are people.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/05/26 12:44 PM
7

Men resort to red pill because it externalizes the blame for their dating failures to women and makes them feel better about themselves. “Women bad man good” basically. Of course men are attracted to that. I am curious though, how would a man come to the conclusion that women do not want to be physically attracted to their partner? Do they think women’s bodies are some kind of charity reward for good behavior rather than women being independent being with their own desires? Women talk about the …

/r/PurplePillDebate11/05/26 12:28 PM
8

What do you mean by nice? I thought it means being pleasant, not rude or disrespectful. Most people I meet are normal, not assholes.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/05/26 12:26 PM
13

Most men in our lives are not so dumb that they would think niceness is the only requirement to be in a relationship. Literally never met someone who thinks that outside of reddit. If I randomly started telling men around me that I want to be physically attracted to my partners (duh? who wouldn’t want that?) it would come across as condescending. Don’t generalize your own stupidity to all men.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/05/26 12:24 PM
15

Well most men and women are already “nice” - it’s such a low bar. It’s a requirement that is automatically fullfilled most of the time. So it’s not something that makes you stand out. Also, if you see one person dating someone who is not nice, that has nothing to do with a completely different person telling you they want someone nice. Sometimes people tolerate not nice people because they’re hot (thinking with their dick/pussy). That does not mean you should start being rude and unpleasant. Tha…

I am a heterosexual woman. I am aroused by male bodies, not female ones. If I watch porn (rare), I watch heterosexual porn. I prefer looking at male over female nudes. I am straight so I want to sleep with men, not women. Can you cite any sources for the things you are saying? They sound made up.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/05/26 12:13 PM

What makes you think that being “nice” is a strategy for dating? Almost everyone is nice. Like seriously, who told you that?
/r/PurplePillDebate11/05/26 12:11 PM

To be honest, I have hard time understanding why men hear a woman saying “I’d like someone who’s nice” and interpret that as “The one and only requirement for a partner is to be nice and I don’t care about being physically attracted to him or any other personality traits.”. Also, I also don’t understand why men think that “nice” means boring, pushover and passive person who cannot stand up for themselves rather than someone pleasant, kind or friendly (as most people understand it).
/r/PurplePillDebate11/05/26 12:05 PM

Both. Men who have been hurt or are unsuccessful with dating are trying to find ways to externalize the blame for that to someone else (women) and red pill is one of the ways to do that.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/05/26 11:36 AM
1

Men can be simps.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/05/26 11:34 AM

Not really. Red pill is just unsuccessful men trying to make themselves feel better about their failures and putting all blame on someone else (women).

Men also struggle with accepting negative generalizations. And yes your interpretation is correct, the lies about women as well as rejection has made them bitter and carry baggage, reducing their value as relationship partners. Yes, I think there are some differences. Though men and women perform similarily on most cognitive tasks, men tend to be slightly better working with 3d objects / 3d space while women tend to be better at tasks involving text / speech with better fluency, speed, comrehens…
/r/PurplePillDebate11/05/26 11:02 AM

Is it though? I see that the differences between Stacy treatment vs normal girl treatment are huge. Men put up with so much shit from hot girls.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/05/26 10:28 AM
1

Yes. I have seen this. I am asking why you think women are more damaged / fragile? It seems to be the opposite. Many men here are damaged even without having been in a relationship just because red pill has told them lies.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/05/26 09:00 AM
1

Well unfortunately, that’s not the case for all men. I see hot women getting away with a lot more than normal women.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/05/26 08:03 AM

I am asking whether or not you find it reasonable or if you would judge this standard negatively?
/r/PurplePillDebate11/05/26 08:02 AM

What do you mean by women being more fragile and easily damaged?
/r/PurplePillDebate11/05/26 08:02 AM

What is wrong with men having an impression? It is simply a different way of saying “men think” or at least that’s how I meant it. Sorry, I am not a native speaker. The reason I said “it seems” is to show some level of uncertainty and to show I did not conduct an actual study with a representative sample of men from this subreddit, but rather I am basing this on reading posts and comments on this subreddit and looking at how frequent these opinions come up.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/05/26 07:58 AM
1

It’s definitely a relevant thing to mention. Because we are basically arguing about a tiny percentage of people here and acting like it’s relevant. If you don’t find it relevant then idk what to tell you, just skip my comment I guess.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/05/26 11:05 PM
1

It seems pointless to me arguing with you when you’re clearly so mad. I don’t think we can have a productive debate like this.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/05/26 11:01 PM
1

Not sure how these examples have anythithing to do with what I said. What I meant is that men’s actions and words say very different things. I don’t think they are intentionally lying either, they just don’t really know what they want.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/05/26 11:00 PM
1

Well you come accross as raging right now… You are using very emotional language, caps, you swear.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/05/26 10:58 PM

The reason I mentioned that is that it seems that many men here have the impression that a significant amount of young women have a crazy sexual past.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/05/26 10:44 PM

You know I can non-caps too right?

First of call, calm down. We can have an emotionally neutral discussion about this. No need to get so upset. I did not mean to twist anything. I am saying what men want based on seeing which kinds of women are successful in dating and which aren’t, and it doesn’t match up with what men claim they want.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/05/26 10:28 PM

Please reread my comment. I never quoted you.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/05/26 10:24 PM

I read your comment. And you said you are a bad person if you treat people differently based on attractiveness. Most people like to date people they find attractive - and that’s treating them differently.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/05/26 10:21 PM
-2

What? You are not a nice person if you want to date someone you find attractive? So basically everyone is a bad person then.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/05/26 10:13 PM

Top 1% Stacy is a very conventionally attractive woman. And I meant in a dating context, I doubt that you want to date all people. You are probably more likely to approach and put effort in with hot women.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/05/26 10:12 PM
1

Most people do not have “a crazy past with sex”. In fact, young women are increasingly more sexless. So you are arguing about some rare edgecase. Also, what men say they want vs what they actually want it drastically different. They keep claiming how they want pure innocent women with little sexual past, but in the real world, we see that hot women are successful, while ugly women struggle, completely regardless of their sexual past.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/05/26 06:12 PM

Accountability is taking responsibility for your actions and facing their consequences.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/05/26 05:40 PM

So do you think the woman being attracted to a wider variety of men and then dating those less attractive men is neccesary for accountability?
/r/PurplePillDebate10/05/26 05:36 PM

Women definitely have preferences. Seems like you just didn’t care to explore those.

Few reasons: - If you can get sex and relationships without risking rejection or approaching people, why would you? - More “indirect” ways of approaching men are already successful enough - Men will not say no to easy pussy, approaching men makes it more difficult to filter out men who are not actually all that interested. - Men getting lazy in relationships, not contributing, not connecting makes libido get lower

Women are even less abusive and violent than men actually. The things that the OP mentioned apply to women too. But still, I don’t think one has some sort of moral obligation to make themselves appealing for dating. If you dislike women, don’t date them. That’s completely fine.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/05/26 06:37 AM

Great and well thought out argument!
/r/PurplePillDebate07/05/26 09:18 PM

What do you expect on these venting posts exactly? Do you expect them to randomly guess your very rigid opinion otherwise you claim they are “gaslighting”?
/r/PurplePillDebate07/05/26 09:17 PM

Well go argue with them then. Not sure why you are asking people who have nothing to do with those posts. Besides that, plently of ugly men are in relationships, so yes, lack of good looks makes dating harder but not impossible.
/r/PurplePillDebate07/05/26 09:05 PM

So you have already decided the reason you struggle is because of your looks and are not open to any other suggestions, but you make a post online asking people why you are struggling? And when someone disagrees with you, you just claim it’s gaslighting?
/r/PurplePillDebate07/05/26 09:04 PM

Idk I don’t seek out such posts but I don’t think they typically even include picture.
/r/PurplePillDebate07/05/26 09:02 PM

Why would I tell a random person I find them unattractive? If someone specifically asks, sure, but I don’t think I have some sort of moral obligation to tell men I find them unattractive out of context.
/r/PurplePillDebate07/05/26 08:07 PM

Feminists do say that men should be respectful, keep the context in mind, take no for an answer, don’t be pushy etc. Not that they shouldn’t approach.

This has nothing to do with what I said. You have both men and women not approaching, what then makes you say that women are preventing relationships from happening rather than men. You say that birth rates are falling, marriage rates are falling and baselessly asign the blame to women. You say “See! We improved and you are still not dating us!”. No I am not blaming men for not approach nor saying it’s exclusively their “responsibility”. I am saying it makes no sense to only blame women or at least you have not explained why you randomly assume women are the ones preventing relationships from happening rather than men. There’s a huge amount of variables at play. You definitely cannot make conclusions like that. Let me give you a practical example. Air pollution has improved in Europe in the last decades. Usage of cars has increased during that time. Based on that, can we conclude that car usage improves air quality? Obviously not, but that’s the kind of conclusion you are making here.

Young men and women are dating less, what makes you think it’s exclusively women’s fault? What makes you think it’s women saying no to relationships rather than men? Wasn’t there some data showing that most young men don’t really approach women at all or very rarely? So it doesn’t seem like men are desperately trying to date women, asking so many of them out and getting rejected. And while yes, there was a positive change in men, this change does not exist in a vacuum. At the same time, women ga…

Have you never heard the phrase “choose better” said to women? Freeing men of any accountability for their actions by saying they will just do whatever gets them pussy, absolving them of responsibility for their own behavior? Or men bitching about child support after choosing to have a child? Pretty much mirrors your “argument” - you said it therefore it’s true. Like I’m just curious what kind of conversations you’re having with women where they randomly that they shaved their labia for no reason than “accidentally” had sex. That’s such an odd thing to say.
/r/PurplePillDebate06/05/26 10:27 AM

Depends on the person probably. I have found long term partners more attractive (since I have sex with them much more and consistently so I need to find them more attractive compared to a hookup).
/r/PurplePillDebate04/05/26 01:09 PM

What exactly is “fake” about the things you mentioned? What’s fake about eating good food. Going to a restaurant or on a trip. Getting flowers. These are just normal activities. With kids that are not yet in school / kindergarden it’s definitely more than 8 hours. I mean where would the mother put the kids during the day? They can’t just stay unsupervised at home. And yes I did assume the couple has children because a stay at home partner with no children is very rare - so I am going of more typical scenarios.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/05/26 06:39 PM
2

There was no misunderstanding. The OP said the woman stays at home. Not that she doesn’t work even in the home and just sits around all day. I do think it’s a fair assumption that she is taking care of children and taking care of the household + cooking.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/05/26 06:22 PM

I mean most of the time when a woman is at home, it’s when the couple has a child and she is working in the home - taking care of the baby and maintaining the home / house chores during the day. A situation where a couple has no children and hires cleaners / cooks and the woman stays at home, sitting around and doing nothing is extremely rare. Most people can’t afford that so it’s mostly limited to the time when a couple has children that can’t yet take care of themselves.

Yes typically women as a group. And it is done for male validation. Especially if it’s a pattern in the person’s life. “Simp” is a similar word for men if that helps you. Both sometimes overused.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/05/26 04:39 PM

The key element of pick me’s is putting other women down for male approval. Edit: Also curious why you think men not contributing anything once he comes home is reaonable? They both work 8 hours and she should work the evening and night on top of that alone? Why?
/r/PurplePillDebate03/05/26 04:31 PM

In my experience the label creepy gets used in the way I just described. Red pillers always tell stories about man respectfully asking a girl out in an appropriate context, getting called a creep by everyone and losing all of his friends, but honestly I have never observed that in my life. Likely they are just brainwashed by social media. Men ask women out and get rejected all the time without getting callled a creep. Has this happened to you personally? If yes, how did it happen? Or why do you …
/r/PurplePillDebate03/05/26 02:56 PM

Creepy involves not taking a no for an answer, being pushy etc. Objectifying means you see someone only as a sex object rather than a person with agency, their own desires etc. And yes, obviously women prefer sexual advances from men they find attractive (same as for men).
/r/PurplePillDebate03/05/26 02:45 PM

Yes. You got it! Women like to be sexualized CONSENTUALLY. They do not like to be sexualized without their consent. It’s that easy.

I definitely did explain it and did so very well. You said you think that it is easy for older men to attract young women as long as she is ugly - meaning that young ugly women are attracted to significantly older men. And it wasn’t until after my “agree to disagree” comment, that you explained WHY you think that. Previously you have just stated this claim. Of course, you were misquoting what I was saying several times, talking about old men and marriages, stuff I never brought up at all. I very…

Yes, I said agree to disagree since you were making claims without explaining why you think what you think, making further discussion useless. I’m not speaking of married anyway. That is a broken concept that shouldn’t even be taking place in 2026, at least not by the state, which is what would count. There isn’t much data on unmarried couples and married couples seems like a reasonable approximation in the absence of better data. If you have data on unmarried couples, showing a high percentage of couples with 15 year age gaps, feel free to share. I did not say it did. A 3 second google search showed me age gaps 15+ years are present in less than 2.6% married couples (2017). Women are well overvalued, and we live in a feminist society, so of course you and other women overvalue yourselves. /r/PurplePillDebate03/05/26 09:22 AM

Well but since we don’t actually see this happening (only in rare cases) what you are saying is purely based on your imagination. You can theorize all you want but you have nothing to back it up whatsoever.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/05/26 08:04 AM

There don’t need to be any offers to assess this. We talk about which men we find hot all the time - in our surroundings, in media, people we know etc. Somehow old men never get mentioned though.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/05/26 07:26 AM
1

Well agree to disagree I guess. I am a young woman and have never in my life met another young woman who would be attracted / have a crush / date someone 15 years older.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/05/26 07:03 AM
1

I guess the part where we disagree it that I think it would be very hard to find a young woman (regardless of looks) that wants to date a man 15 years older than her.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/05/26 06:31 AM
26

So someone not having the exact same preferences in life as you = they don’t know how to love? That seems a bit far fetched. Your whole argument is basically to call everything that does not match your personal preference “hedonistic treadmill” with no justification and call it a day.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/05/26 06:25 AM

A lot of them are. It seems to be the dominant narrative right now.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/05/26 12:46 PM

Yes. Men constantly whine about women’s standards, how women should give ugly men a chance, how their standards are stupid etc etc. So yes, when a woman complies with that wish, she sees it as caring.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/05/26 12:31 PM

What? Who said anything about caring? You know you can care about people even if you’re not attracted to them right?

/r/PurplePillDebate02/05/26 08:18 AM

10 to 15 is definitely a lot and uncommon. Either young ugly women don’t want old men or old men don’t want young ugly women. That’s why it’s so rare.

6

I am not. I am just curious what kind of situations you’re refering to given that I can’t think of any such instances in my own life. Since you brought it up, I assume you know in which situations it might be applicable or maybe you have your own experiences with this.

/r/PurplePillDebate01/05/26 07:52 AM
1

I am not saying that average = optimal. Dating a younger soman might as well be optimal. The issue is that women tend to not wnat to date significantly older men. So actually pursuing this “optimal” strategy would be difficult.
/r/PurplePillDebate01/05/26 07:17 AM

It’s interesting that you are saying “women today” when genZ women are having less sex than previous generations.
/r/PurplePillDebate01/05/26 07:11 AM
2

Is the OP in his 40s? I don’t think he mentioned his age. Yes I agree having children old is unwise. My point was more so that men are limited less by their biology and more by the biology of women their age (since women overwhelmingly date men their age, or only slightly older 1-3 years according to statistics).
/r/PurplePillDebate30/04/26 11:47 AM

What’s interesting about this is that these arousal patterns are completely different based on how you measure them. The study you are likely refering to was the one where they measured vaginal blood flow for women and penile blood flow for men (not equivalent organs) as a measure of arousal. For men, their self reported arousal was quite close to their physical arousal. For women, it was barely related and the pattern you are describing emerged (arousal in response to everything). Honestly I haven’t seen shy or awkward people labeled as “weirdo creepy loner” outside of american high school movies. If you don’t interact with people and keep to yourself, you likely won’t even be on people’s radar at all (as an adult). People won’t think about you negatively, they just won’t think about you at all.

Yeah. It would prevent you from making people feel scared or uncomfortable.

For example once a guy I’ve been friends with for years randomly thought I was interested in him (likely due to his own interest which he admitted later on and clouded his own judgement). I did not change my behavior in any way and was just as friendly as the past years. I would definitely not risk rejection and ruining a good friendship for some theoretical “validation”.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/04/26 09:46 PM
1

Literally what? Are you afraid of women physically assaulting you when you flirt with them? That’s very divorced from reality.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/04/26 09:39 PM
0

Exactly. It seems like you agree with me. It would be impossible to go through life not annoying a single person.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/04/26 09:30 PM
2

Not that it doesn’t exist, but that it’s common. I have many female friends and usually they are afraid to show interest out of fear of rejection so being so confident to show interest with nothing or very little to gain (since there is no actual interest) while risking rejection seems insane. Maybe something only true Stacies would do. It has also happened to me and friends of mine that men mistook normal friendliness or even just politeness for interest and claimed they were “led on”.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/04/26 09:28 PM

By facts I mean research on men tending to overestimate women’s sexual interest towards them (this effect is even stronger when the woman is attractive).
/r/PurplePillDebate19/04/26 09:21 PM

Let’s say I want to start a convo with someone in my running group because I want to make friends. However, there is a real possibility that this person isn’t in a social mood today, just wants to focus on running and will be bothered and annoyed by my attempt at conversation. Does that mean I should never talk to anyone again and never have friends again because there is a non-zero probability of someone not welcoming by attempt at connection?
/r/PurplePillDebate19/04/26 09:20 PM

Facts don’t care about your feelings, sorry.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/04/26 09:15 PM

Men are have a bias towards overestimating women’s interest towards them. This is a well studied phenomenon. A lot of research has been done. Feel free to look up “male sexual overperception”.

Your yourself said that one woman's flirting is another woman's friendliness, so by your own admission it's not as easy as you make it seem. It is not easy. I am just saying most people do not refuse to interpret non-verbal communication. And generally people can figure this out - but sometimes it will fail, that’s fine and normal. It's because this sort of plausible deniability gives women freedom in several ways. It gives her the freedom to lead a man on to boost her own ego and it lays the re…

I do not expect men to do anything. Men who do not want to decipher that can feel free to not do so and stay single or find a woman who just walks up to them and says she wants sex. I was just giving tips for people who struggle with social skills. Luckily though, most men or women are not autistic and can read nonverbal or indirect communication.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/04/26 08:39 PM

I didn’t think you’re in favour of government mandated girlfriends. It was just an example. It’s just that “men’s rights” is very broad so it’s difficult to say in general whether those opinions are reasonable. What one person means with men’s rights is completely different from the next.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/04/26 08:20 PM
17

Obviously heavily depends on what one means by “men’s rights”? Bodily autonomy or reducing gender roles like the provider role? Compatible with feminism. Nothing wrong with that at all. If “men’s rights” means government mandatet girlfriends, that’s a different discussion. Your question is too broad.

Autism goes beyond just low social skills. I am not sure if someone who is autistic can learn social skills and non verbal communication by practicing. I think a part of the disability is that they can’t. Their brain just isn’t wired that way. I am more so talking about people with low social skills. And yes, if you are way behind your peers, it will be more difficult, but honestly I don’t think the percentage of people who are so far gone is that high. It would be very difficult to develop zero…

I can say for myself that I definitely improved my social skills massively in my 20s. Speak for yourself.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/04/26 07:05 PM

The person I was responding to made this argument: You have low / no social skills -> attempts at socializing will lead to failure -> your social skills do not improve. But babies are not born with social skills built in. So since everyone starts out as having no social skills, they would never learn social skills according to this logic.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/04/26 07:04 PM
10

You can never know for sure and it would be difficult / impossible for someone to be right about interest vs disinterest 100% of the time because people are different and express their interest differently. That being said, a person who is 60% accurate in their predictions is better at identifying interest than someone who has only 20% accuracy. That is not a contradiction.

This is an example of why I bolded specific and actionable. These are not. A person can't decide to alter his behavior to "not have social anxiety" or "know how to flirt." The how is everything. These are not things you can summarize in a reddit comment. You could write a whole book about each of the bullet points. I used to have social anxiety. I read books about it, watched hours and hours of videos about it and it took me months-year of work to get rid of it. It’s not some quick fix I could s…

You never know for sure. It’s a complex interplay of things and there are no certainties. What’s flirty for one person is friendly for another. Some clues are: - how does the person act with you vs other people? - do they seek out your presense / conversation with you more than is typical and more than with other people? - do they give you compliments, seek out physical closeness or touch you a lot (and not other people)? - do they smile at you and make eye contact? These are just some examples.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/04/26 06:06 PM

Social skills can definitely be learned through practice. Within your model, everyone on earth would have bad social skills which makes no sense.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/04/26 06:01 PM

It’s usually triggered by the guy showing interest (this does not mean I fantasize about every guy who shows interest, but the attractions really ramps up once he shows interest).
/r/PurplePillDebate19/04/26 05:30 PM
11

Definitely. You don’t learn social skills by staying at home and reading a book.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/04/26 05:16 PM

Long term prospect vs short term fun does not refer to how long it takes to sleep with the guy, it refers to wanting casual sex vs a serious relationship. It can definitely change, for example if one discovers an incompatibity (long term->short term) or she starts liking him more as she gets to know him (short term -> long term).

I am a bit confused. Whether or not it was the red pill or someone else who came up with hypergamy is not in any way relevant here. I have not informed myself on who “invented” the concept and I don’t think it’s important.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/04/26 03:55 PM
31

not being able to initiate or lead conversations with new people / generally lack of initiative social anxiety preventing natural interaction not knowing how to flirt or show interest not good at reading body language and cues that indicate disinterest and being “creepy” as a result of that not good at identifying when someone is interested

To expose myself a bit here, I don't have any relationship or sexual experience. When I saw your original comment, I felt the need to say what I believed, because everyone makes this mistake. At least that's what I've seen. Everyone always starts from a default stance that everyone has something, some kind of experience to go off of. They just can't apply it correctly. Not that they don't have any experience to begin with. I do not assume people have sexual experience and then conclude that most…

I never said that rp invented the concept of hypergamy? Did you mean to reply to a different comment?
/r/PurplePillDebate19/04/26 11:44 AM

RPers believe in hypergamy and hypergamy is wrong. Why would I pick just one of them? These statements are not contradictory at all. Also, according to wikipidia: “Hypergamy (colloquially referred to as "dating up" or "marrying up"[1]) is a term used in social science for the act or practice of a person dating or marrying a spouse of higher mating value than themselves.” Meaning that it requires people (or women) to actually marry up. It has to be a real event that exists outside of their imagin…

Ah okay. Well the answer is very simple, women enjoy sex with men they find attractive and feel safe around. Forcing themselves to have sex despite no attraction would be an extremely unpleasant, borderline traumatic, experience.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/04/26 09:15 AM

Okay so hypergamy does not actually exist or affect anything, it juts exists in women’s imagination?
/r/PurplePillDebate19/04/26 09:12 AM

I have personal experiences as well as studies that reflect that experience well. It is not perfect, but better than nothing and all we have. You have the same limitations that I do, so what exactly makes you think I’m wrong?
/r/PurplePillDebate19/04/26 09:11 AM
2

Well you are just one person too. Or what exactly is your reasoning? Even excluding people I notice / choose and limiting to work colleagues and family, the results are the same. Yes, I do not people who are virgins. But both men and women.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/04/26 11:35 PM
2

Most men I have known (family, friends, collegues…) did have relationships.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/04/26 02:00 PM
2

But if women married up on average, that has to mean one of two things: women had lower social status on average than men (and therefore could not avoid being hypergamous even if they wanted) OR the top social status women never married. Otherwise the number do not add up.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/04/26 01:59 PM
1

Do you mean that the higher a woman’s status, the more likely she is to date men of even higher status? Why do you think that? And what are you sorry for?
/r/PurplePillDebate18/04/26 01:57 PM
1

What is it about?
/r/PurplePillDebate18/04/26 12:45 PM
26

And what is it actually about? And what makes you think you have a monopoly on determining what femininity is?
/r/PurplePillDebate18/04/26 05:01 AM
28

And men enter relationships for purely altruistic reasons? Why is wearing makeup or taking care of your appearance parasitic?
/r/PurplePillDebate18/04/26 04:58 AM
1

Yeah I also looked that up. Idk why google shows these way older looking people. I am around a lot of 25 year olds and they don’t look like that.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/04/26 04:26 AM
1

A survey can be anonymous. Also, we can look at the real world. I doubt that men in relationships secretly never had sex with their girlfriends.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/04/26 04:24 AM
1

Yeah sure. But that guy does not look 26 at 26. He looks much older. The oldest looking 25 year old might look younger than the youngest looking 40 year old, sure. But I am more so comparing average 25 year old vs all 40 year olds I have met.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/04/26 11:13 PM
5

Well in the past women did not have rights did not have the opportunities to affect their financial reality much outside of marriage. Not sure what else you would expect? Why would you assign “hypergamy” to female nature when it was something enforced by institutions by stripping women of ways to rise economically in ways other than marriage? Nowadays women are free and mostly date within their socioeconomic class.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/04/26 10:44 PM
2

What do you mean how? How what?
/r/PurplePillDebate17/04/26 10:40 PM
1

Oh sorry I thought we were talking about the scenario from the OP. But yeah, with 37yo the same logic applies. He will have the mind of a 37yo, not 25yo which is a problem. Also your scenario is purely hypotethical and not possible in the real world. I have never met an almost 40yo that looks 25. Sure, some people look a few years younger but such an extreme difference? Super rare or impossible.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/04/26 10:40 PM
6

So basically what you are saying is that women were of lower caste / financial status on average? Or that the highest caste / financial status women do not pair up / marry? Otherwise this is not statistically possible.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/04/26 09:54 PM
1

We have studies about this.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/04/26 09:49 PM
1

If he would be indistinquishable from a 25 year old physically (impossible but let’s assume this) then yes I might be attracted to him at first sight. I might lose that attraction or interest to date him once I talk to him though since he would have a mind of a 60 year old.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/04/26 09:48 PM
7

Can you imagine being attracted to a 60 year old woman? How old are you now?
/r/PurplePillDebate17/04/26 02:13 PM
15

Personally, no. Even if a guy who is 60 works out and is in shape, his face will look old and generally his skin will be different. Once I will be 60 myself, I’ll likely be attracted to that but not right now. I am 23 and I would say I am attracted to men 19-27. Then there is the personality aspect. I don’t even know what I would talk about with a 60 yeard old. We would have nothing in common. Having a good vibe a convo increases attraction (lack of it ruins it).
/r/PurplePillDebate17/04/26 02:12 PM

Not trolling. You just seem to lack a basic understanding of percentages.

Millions out of Billions is a tiny fraction.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/04/26 09:47 AM

Do you believe it? That’s it’s super easy to predict who will cheat? Is that why you find in inconveivable that someone else could think otherwise?
/r/PurplePillDebate16/04/26 04:26 PM
1

No I don’t believe that. I said that I think predicting cheating is not easy. Please reread my comments.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/04/26 03:22 PM
1

Idk who “they” are. Go debate with them. If you wish to debate with me, debate what I actually said.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/04/26 07:21 AM
4

Yes but the numbers overall are super tiny. Only 3% difference. Not much.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/04/26 05:51 AM
9

Idk. Never accused someone of that since I don’t know anyone who has decided to never date again. That being said those are still valid points. I can definitely imagine that fear of rejection / fear or adverse outcome might play a role in such a decision (intimidation) or not being straight and possibly in denial (low motivation for dating)z
/r/PurplePillDebate15/04/26 04:42 PM
18

I have only ever heard this question “Where have all the good men gone” from anyone but red pill males lol. If you don’t want to date people, just don’t.
/r/PurplePillDebate15/04/26 04:04 PM
2

It’s just a matter of personal view / opinion. If a guy is not particularily interested in dating women for whatever reason, it might not be worth it for him (important here - worth it for HIM PERSONALLY). I wouldn’t assume he’s lying. In general most men and women do find dating worth is worth it and continue trying to date so I would say it’s a majority opinion or something that is true most of the time.
/r/PurplePillDebate15/04/26 04:02 PM
1

I never said anything like that. Not sure where you got this from.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/04/26 10:03 PM
1

The threshold is zero. Asexuality is defined as not being able to feel sexual attraction at all.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/04/26 09:42 PM
6

10% vs 7%. “Much more”. You cannot be serious.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/04/26 09:34 PM
1

So now we’re back at the start. If man 1 shows attraction more than man 2. Does it follow that man 2 is asexual? Does this mean there is only one non-asexual person on earth (the one who outwardly and instantly shows attraction the most) and everyone else is asexual? Because that’s what your logic implies.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/04/26 09:14 PM
1

Okay so what exactly is it then that makes you think women are asexual. You still haven’t explained that.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/04/26 08:57 PM
1

I just looked up the percentage of asexuals and it’s less than 2%. Women are 50% of the population. How is that possible if women are mostly asexual?
/r/PurplePillDebate14/04/26 08:13 PM
1

People who do not feel sexual attraction are asexual. What does this have to do with straight women?
/r/PurplePillDebate14/04/26 08:10 PM
1

Do asexuals seek out sex as much as heterosexuals? Do they seek out erotica and porn to the same extent as heterosexuals? I doubt it. Do you have any reason why you believe this?
/r/PurplePillDebate14/04/26 08:07 PM
1

Asexuals don’t seek out sexual relationships while straight women do. So clearly they are different. Why would “my model” make them act the same? I am not sure what you are referring to? How does women reading erotica prove they are asexual?
/r/PurplePillDebate14/04/26 07:53 PM

I wasn't asking about what lesbians do. I wasn’t asking about gay men either but you brought it up as if it was relevant. My point is that men are significantly more likely to be the target of desire from other men than from women, despite only a minority of men identifying as gay or bi. So the numbers don't add up if we take straight-identified women at face value. If women are less likely than men to directly, outwardly and quickly after meeting show sexual desire, how exactly do you from that…
/r/PurplePillDebate14/04/26 07:34 PM

There are way more women than men on AO3: https://www.flowjournal.org/2023/02/fan-demographics-on-ao3/ And sure, gay men tend to have sex more frequently, but lesbian women have sex for a longer duration. It just depends on what metrics you look at: https://utppublishing.com/doi/10.3138/cjhs.2393 Also, women are weaker than men, which is creates a unique risk compared to gay men. Women also risk pregancy while gay men don’t.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/04/26 07:09 PM

Women taking time to develop attraction (so not having a sexuality identical to men) or holding back their attraction due to significantly increased risks in their interactions with men compared to vice versa does not mean they are not heterosexual. It simply doesn’t follow at all. Heterosexuality does not require openly showing sexual desire from the first second of meeting someone. Your problem is taking male sexuality as default and viewing female sexuality as a broken version of the male sex…
/r/PurplePillDebate14/04/26 06:38 PM

Flattered if he’s my age.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/04/26 10:04 PM
1

My point is, your analogy does not work at all and is missing key elements.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/04/26 01:12 PM
0

Sure, but it definitely should for violent acts like choking or spanking. Someone spanking me without consent definitely feels extremely violating
/r/PurplePillDebate12/04/26 10:12 AM
1

Ah okay, so you would put blame even with the changed probabilities?
/r/PurplePillDebate12/04/26 10:10 AM
2

So let’s like you like choking. Would you simply start doing it without any prior communication and expect her to fight back if she doesn’t like it?
/r/PurplePillDebate12/04/26 08:15 AM
1

If it changes your answer then it is relevant.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/04/26 08:06 AM
1

No. It proves the invalidity of your analogy.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/04/26 02:00 AM
1

Can you answer my question first instead of changing the topic?
/r/PurplePillDebate11/04/26 09:49 PM
1

Cheating is not that easy to predict unfortunately.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/04/26 09:48 PM
6

Would you say all or most men are defective and shitty people?
/r/PurplePillDebate11/04/26 08:18 AM
32

Men do not take on dangerous jobs because they are seen as replacable (in most countries, jobs are not assigned to you), they take on these jobs because they are less risk averse. Women not being needed for pregnancy will not make the demand for dangerous jobs higher.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/04/26 09:27 PM
2

Oh is it? I didn’t know that. How is the dynamic different?
/r/PurplePillDebate10/04/26 01:34 PM

I rarely watch porn but if I do, the race of the actors is irrelevant.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/04/26 01:32 PM

It’s not typical for a man to provide and woman to do nothing. Usually when a man provides, it’s in the context of a woman taking care of children and household full time (or more). So he is providing, but also receiving services that he would otherwise have to do himself or pay someone to do.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/04/26 12:54 PM
1

For each woman that finds a boyfriend on an app and leaves, there is a man who found a girlfriend on the app and leaves.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/04/26 12:43 PM
1

Have you ever asked yourself WHY there are so many men and so few women in OLD? If OLD is such a great experience for women - they just go on it, get a ton of options and pick their boyfriend, why are much fewer women on the apps then? Maybe due to the risks than come with them or bad experiences?
/r/PurplePillDebate10/04/26 06:03 AM
1

I am interested. That’s what I’m asking you the entire time - your justification of your claim.
/r/PurplePillDebate09/04/26 09:34 PM
1

People give all kinds of bad or low effort justifications. But straight up refusing to justify a claim in general - that’s something I haven’t encountered often.
/r/PurplePillDebate09/04/26 09:22 PM
1

If you don’t want to justify your claims, I would recommend not going to debate subreddits.
/r/PurplePillDebate09/04/26 09:13 PM
1

Yes, let’s agree to disagree. Honestly idk why you kept wasting time making baseless claims without any support for them when you could have been doing your job or hung out with your family.
/r/PurplePillDebate09/04/26 07:57 PM
1

You refused to provide any evidence for your claim outside of “it’s obvious”. I can just as well say my claim is obvious as well. It’s not a real argument.
/r/PurplePillDebate09/04/26 07:10 PM
1

Well I find the argument “It is true because I said so and I refuse to provide any support to my statement” even less convincing than a study that’s a few years old.
/r/PurplePillDebate09/04/26 07:01 PM
1

Well the weak evidence I provided is still better than nothing (what you provided). Again, you could have poured all of that time you spent claiming that your statement is true because you said so into a simple google search to find evidence supporting your claim. Yes, men face unique challenges in online dating, but so do women (safety concerns, high proportion of men who don’t want commitment, high proportion of men who are already taken etc). I could not find any evidence that would show wome…
/r/PurplePillDebate09/04/26 05:19 PM
1

How about you stop wasting time making baseless claims in a debate subreddit while refusing to debate? Investing your energy into your job or family would be a much better use of your time. If you don’t want to debate, a debate subreddit is a really poor choice.
/r/PurplePillDebate09/04/26 04:59 PM
2

You have never heard a man say that if a woman got cheated on or abused it’s because she made poor choices in dating and should have chosen a less attractive man?
/r/PurplePillDebate09/04/26 02:50 PM
1

“Waste my time” lmao you cannot be serious. You just wasted much more time refusing to provide any evidence or justification for your claim (because it doesn’t exist). I don’t think you understand how debate works (hint: not by saying “I am right because I said so”). Let’s just end the conversation here unless you wish to provide evidence to avoid wasting both of our times.
/r/PurplePillDebate09/04/26 01:58 PM
1

If you were right you could present evidence outside of “I said so”.
/r/PurplePillDebate09/04/26 01:36 PM
9

This women are already married right? So likely their finances are intertwined and they might have children together. In that situation it’s not so easy to “just leave”.
/r/PurplePillDebate09/04/26 01:35 PM
17

Any counterarguments? What makes you think it’s the same women?
/r/PurplePillDebate09/04/26 01:24 PM
42

Likely they are not the same women… This is the source of 99% of red pillers confusion. They assume that all women are identical copies of each other with the same opinions.
/r/PurplePillDebate09/04/26 01:18 PM
1

Nope. Deep down I know I’m right.
/r/PurplePillDebate09/04/26 01:16 PM
11

Would you say men would act no different in a relationship with a top 1% Stacy compared to a below average girl?
/r/PurplePillDebate09/04/26 12:00 PM
2

It’s clearly not equivalent to water being wet. I have never observed what you are saying nor could I find a single source supporting it. For future debates, remember you will not convince anyone by claiming something is true because you said so.
/r/PurplePillDebate09/04/26 11:57 AM
0

Oh. Not sure I have seen that. I hear “choose better” all the time.
/r/PurplePillDebate09/04/26 11:32 AM
3

Men also choose who to entertain, ignore, commit to or have kids with. This is not unique to women.
/r/PurplePillDebate09/04/26 11:29 AM
2

Haven’t heard of that.
/r/PurplePillDebate09/04/26 11:24 AM

What’s your defintioon of being desired, pursued and seriously chosen? I don’t think there was ever a time in history where women were the main pursuers. I am also not getting desired, pursued or seriously chosen yet I am not here blaming others and expecting them to fix it for me. Do you think everyone has the right to be pursued, desired and chosen regardless of their own desirability?

Luckily, young men are not being ignored, that’s just a red pill delusion. 75% of young men have had sex in the last year. 90% of them are not virgins.

You claimed what I said that my statement is a blatant lie. If it’s so obviously incorrect, please provide sources that support your statement.

Do you have any better studies showing the opposite?

Why should I tell that to women?
/r/PurplePillDebate09/04/26 06:23 AM

Both can be true at the same time. It can be a bad source and I can see it a lot on reddit. There is no contradiction. I was asking the OP for his source to see what kind of evidence he is looking for.

Being annoying does not justify violence, abuse or cheating. If you find your partner obnoxious, you can leave.

Yes. That’s what I claim as well. Did you even read my comment?

So do you think the only way you won’t blame a woman for her bad dating experiences is by her avoiding men alltohether?
/r/PurplePillDebate09/04/26 06:09 AM

Immune not. But I think it’s unusual.

If that aspect of the analogy is irrelevant, does that mean you would blame the person going in the cage even with the changed probabilities I mentioned in my comment?
/r/PurplePillDebate08/04/26 09:07 PM

I am saying the size of the probabilities makes a difference to the analogy. Imagine the probability of lion attack in the cage is 10% inside the cage and 9.7% outside of it. There is also a stack of cash in the cage which is why you go there (it’s not for no reason). Would you still put blame on the person going in the cage when the probabilities are different? What I am saying is you cannot use the lion probabilities (0/80 lets say) to make a point that you apply to a very different scenario w…

Being used implies some kind of deception / lying which is wrong.

Depends on how many hours he would work. If he works one hour per day, it would be different compared to if he was doing 6 hours. It seems the 60-80% of housework he is doing is reasonable, also depending on how much his partner works. I work 7 hours so 80% would be overkill for me but it depends on the specific situations + commute / difficulty of work.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/04/26 08:41 PM

The analogy does not work. With the lion cage, the probability of getting attacked by a lion when you enter the lion cage is extremely high while the probability of getting attacked by a lion outside of a lion cage is virtually zero. This is different in the case of dating shitty men. The only way to nearly eliminate risk of abuse from men (such that the analogy makes sense) would be to abstain from dating alltogether (hence my question). Regardless of dating strategies, it would be difficult to…

Most abuse happens outside of these obvious situations.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/04/26 08:31 PM

Do you think men are as violent and dangerous as lions? Should women avoid men altogether? Otherwise they will be blamed since there is always a non zero chance of abuse from the man.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/04/26 06:06 PM

No it is not unique to women. I meant specifically within the context of dating.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/04/26 06:02 PM

Of course it is blame. “Blame is the act of holding a person or thing responsible for a negative outcome, fault, or wrongdoing.” You are blaming the woman for the negative outcome since she didn’t do whatever you would have prefered her to do. You are asuming abuse is perfectly predictable and can be easily avoided - therefore it’s the woman’s actions that could have prevented it. That is unfortunately not the case. Abuse is not easily predictable.

Explain it. Why can men not say no to sex or choose to not interact with someone?
/r/PurplePillDebate08/04/26 05:59 PM

Men can also choose to not interact with someone or choose to not allow them in their bodies.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/04/26 05:57 PM

I didn’t name any numbers. More than 3 or 5 for sure. Please link your evidence.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/04/26 05:55 PM

How did you come up with that? Why do women hold most of the power? There are just as many sexless women as sexless men. Men also tend to have more positive experiences in online dating on average. Many women struggle with loneliness, just like men. Women also face unique challenges such as men aggression / violence.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/04/26 05:55 PM

I didn’t say 2 guys. I see it a lot on reddit and instagram. Whenever a woman struggles in dating or even gets assaulted, she gets blamed for it by men. To be fair, those are biased sources since all social media have personalized algorithms. What are your sources?

Reddit, instagram.

I was countering the OPs claim that women’s choices get framed as purely men’s fault.

Women get blamed both for their own dating problems as well as men’s dating problems.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/04/26 05:44 PM

Women get blamed for men’s bad actions all the time. Have you never heard of women being blamed for being abused or in general shitty behavior of men (“choose better”, “she was asking for it”)?

It’s hard to tell who’s out of your league though. People perceive looks differently. If I find someone attractive, I always perceive them as conventionally attractive. I could ask friends but their opinions on men’s looks vary wildly as well. How can I find out if someone is out of my league? Even if I assume the guy’s league correctly, how can I find out my own league?
