It was just a rant. Last time I wrote a post, half the comments were talking about how girls are a waste of time and they could get a 9.5/10 in their country

If you read my last post, you'll see that not everybody knows this.

Alphas get their dicks sucked, betas watch from closets, sigmas get their balls sucked and salads tossed. An unlicked asshole doesn't slow down the grindset

It's not a direct rejection, but if girls you find attractive, are ,ON AVERAGE, casually sleeping with guys more muscular than you, then I'd call that a soft rejection

Who gets more of the results you want. Probably a bodybuilder. You'd be better off with a bodybuilding coach with experience in contest prep. It's a pretty bad ass hobby. I have a few friends who competed. Night and day difference in their results.

Having money with no game or experience with woman is a quick way to get seperated from your cash. Think good Asian boys who listen to mommy and daddy and become engineers/lawyers/doctors and then get no pussy with 6 figure salaries. Think Elon Musk when he married the same girl TWICE. Think Gates. Lots of examples to pick from and I'm sure you know plenty too. Somebody who can already get laid, setting women to the side to focus on getting paid is a totally different scenario. That's just being…

If you're paying a doctor, they'll write the script. And a legitimate trainer, is a great idea. Like a coach who preps guys for contests, not the chode putting guys on bosu balls. Put in the work man, and you'll get the results.

Might not be trash genes, could be trash diet and training. If you have the cash and it sounds like you do, get a TRT prescription and a real trainer. You'll look better. With you're height, you could be a leaned out 165 and be slaying. 5'9 isn't short enough to be a problem. Not having any friends in a large city, sounds like a pretty big problem. Aside from the getting shredded stuff, you probably should get to the bottom of that. Social proof is a real thing

You could be telling the truth or you could be lying to yourself. Look in the mirror, or post here (blurred face bla bla bla) Do you have abs? It's ok if you don't while bulking as long as you're not fat Do you have a respectable amount of muscle mass? Are you well groomed? haircut, beard, eyebrows etc? Are you well dressed? I have nothing against hookers. You’ll have a better time with hookers when you’re good with girls in general. For anyone who doesn’t believe me, I suggest taking a trip to any country with cheap hookers. Thailand Mexico El Salvador etc. Hookers will fuck anyone who pays them but take a look at which ones are genuinely enthusiastic and more fun. Then look at who they’re with. Whores will suck off an overweight small dicked 65 year old man no problem. Those same whores will face fuck themselves o…

Really can’t recommend that book enough. If it’s really that bad there is cognitive behavioral therapy for insomnia which is recommended by the book as well. Sleep is critical for every aspect of your life. Anything that can improve it is worth doing within reason
/r/askTRP21/08/19 02:47 PM

There is a particular gene that lets you run perfectly well on 5-6 hours of sleep. It's incredibly rare. If you think you have it, I recommend getting tested for it, and if it's true then you are an extremely lucky individual. This was mentioned by Matt Walker as well

I can't tell if you're joking or not, but if you aren't, the answer is external hormones. Steroids, which every bodybuilder at that level uses.

The first recommendation is CBTI. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia. If you have genuine insomnia, this is worth your time

this is going off memory, and won't be perfectly exact stats, but all the exact figures are available and sourced directly in that book That book was why we sleep by Matthew Walker. Everything is there and is backed with scientific studies. If you're that skeptical of what I said, you're free to look it up

As you get older, that can get harder. No liquids or heavy meals an hour or two before bed will help. Lower temperatures can help. There are more advanced methods, but if you're not doing at least those two then you should start.

Great point. It can take 8-10 hours to metabolize depending on dose and genetics. I stop after 10 AM personally.

Glad I could help bro. Our culture glorifies staying, up late and getting up early as some good thing. Naps are bad. Reality and research say other wise. Best of luck bro. Let me know if you can make the changes stick

Sorry for the late reply, but according to Matt Walker, the man of sleep science, Melatonin isn't really worth shit unless you're traveling. Essentially, outside of prescriptions, the market is really unregulated, and testing showed products with almost non existent levels or levels 100X higher than marketed. With that being said, the best thing you can do to improve melatonin would be to where sunglasses that filter out blue light in the evening and avoid LED's at night so your mind can natural…

It depends on your interests and priorities. Like drinking and the outdoors, but really want safety, then Iceland is a great choice, but has a high cost of living. Don't give a shit about safety, and want beautiful girls? Brazil (Learn some portugese). Into Asian chicks and still don't care about safety, Vietnam. There is no wrong starting point, but if you're new I would definitely start with safer choices until you learn more

Everyone wants you to fit into their box. I don't reveal much about myself here, but every single "against the grain" decision I've ever made has paid back countless dividends, both financially and socially. I'm happy for you. Keep on making big moves

There's some sights out there that give you some breakdowns and field reports of an area, but ultimately it's your choice. Pick a continent and a price range, and narrow down from there based on your preferences.

That's an impressive move bro. Just making the decision and executing like that takes some balls, and it looks like you have no regrets.

There are lots of endorsed contributors here that are great at breaking down theory, and a lot of guys here love reading and understanding it. I like making observations and giving very straight forward actionable advice. I wanted to keep this post short, and to the point.

There are tons of posts about improving yourself and being desirable and so on. There are also a lot of guys lifting and getting their style fixed up and looking like someone that women would love to date/bang/whatever. Once all that happens, most of them will naturally sleep with a few girls. However, a lot of them will make the mistake that they really like the girl when in fact they just like sleeping with her. I don't want these guys to make that mistake. 20 is just a sample number. Might be…

Drinking is kind of a double edged sword with this stuff. It's a great way to cut the anxiety so you can have the balls to do this stuff, but it kills your situational awareness. I used to drink pretty heavily on the weekends. When I got a little bit into the GLL stuff after a bad breakup and took going out and getting laid a little more seriously (to get over my ex), I realized I didn't really like drinking as much as I liked not having anxiety in these environments. It's up to you, and what yo…

I mentioned to someone else that this stuff is more for guys who are already getting laid and want to get more efficient. This stuff won't help you beat social anxiety, approach anxiety, sexual anxiety, or anything of the sort. I never even hinted that it would. If someone suffers from any of that, they need to actively work on it, because reading stuff on the internet won't help that much.

With girls like that (4s, 5s, 6s) it's so random. There are the sour grapes girls who will just outright reject you/be mean because they can't have you, and it's obvious which ones do that, although it still is a little hurtful. There are the ones that make it painfully obvious that they are into me to the point it's weird and kind of a turn off. They will keep telling me how attractive/hot/gorgeous I am and will be way too forward, and I'm not sexually attracted to them so it's really a huge tu…

Absolutely, and I have nothing against cold approach or developing outcome independence. These last posts of mine have been more Intermediate/Advanced since they are based on the assumption that you are already approaching chicks and getting laid. These are about improving efficiency, which should be a priority to anyone who values their time.

You have to look for clusters of behavior. Were her feet pointed towards you?

This is easier to note on girls with light eyes i.e. Green, blue, hazel eyes, but it's pretty difficult to tell on darker eyes and in a darker room (Bar/club), where there eyes will be already dilated.

Someone with your condition is probably better equipped to ultimately be better at this stuff. You won't have any intuition for it whatsoever, but with deliberate study, practice, and observation you could be better than 90% of guys out there especially with your more analytical mind.

You may have just been oblivious to it bud. Don't get down on yourself. Keep working on yourself and try to become more aware of your environment. Pay attention to the people around you, especially the women. Some of them may find you attractive and you are just blind to it at the moment.
/r/TheRedPill25/12/16 11:41 PM

Reading a girls body language takes a split second if you allow yourself to get good at it. It's much more efficient in the long run to learn how to read her body so you don't waste time approaching women who are not interested at all and you approach more women who are interested.

What a lot of guys here may or may not understand is that being good with women is just a subset of being good with people. The two are very far from mutually exclusive. Another thing is that girls are the ones who are actually making the first move. They're the ones who show signs of interest (most of the time), that they want you to pick up so that you'll come over and talk to them. They are performing behavior A so you'll approach and perform behavior B and so on. It's not all the time and gu…

For people of certain cultures or upbringings it can be especially awkward at first. I was lucky enough to grow up with cultures where a lot of touching is extremely natural i.e. Kissing on the cheek to greet women, man hugs, lots of arm touching. This is an extreme way to learn, but going to Latin America or Italy for a month or so is a great way to become slightly more comfortable with touching people and being touched yourself. It's normal and human to be touched. Like you said, when a girls/…

Guys should try and lead by example. Focus on the important stuff. I went to college. I was in the Army and was getting out when the first girl went through Ranger school. I work in an office type environment as an engineer and there are some women on my team and I have to attend annual SHARP meetings. Realistically, feminism and false accusations have NEVER substantially affected my life whatsoever. Chances are, it hasn't affected your life much either. You're just narrowing too much of your at…

You're better off not even bothering with mentioning stuff like that here. I gave up on talking about that kind of stuff a while ago. You're absolutely right. You can do everything right, and sometimes you just won't bang the chick. For example, I look like I might be Indian/Arab/potential-terrorist, and girls from that culture will be all about me, tell me I'm hot and go full retard when they meet me, but they also go into autistic culture mode, and won't bang me that night because of the socia…

You're absolutely right. It's not 100% accurate by any means, but it's a good screening tool. It takes no real time or effort and it helps to screen out girls that are not dtf. Even if it only screens out 50%, it's worth the almost non existent effort
/r/TheRedPill21/12/16 09:34 AM

The main reason I decided to write it, is because it's so small and easy to do. It really isn't a major change, but it makes a pretty big difference, and it's something you can do every time and start doing now. It's a little weird at first, but it becomes natural pretty quickly.
/r/TheRedPill21/12/16 01:18 AM
29

It's a great screening tool for crazy as well. I've never had a girl freak out on me for touching her, but I've seen it happen to others and it's a great sign for you to get as far away from her as possible.

I don't deny that I am regurgitating information at times. I literally cite some of the sources. I do it because it helps me remember and I confirm what I do already know or what I've actively observed. On top of that it gives me a more formalized way of defining what I see. Flashbulb eyes sounds better than retard stare too. I'm not really trying to argue, but a way of getting out of a reasoning trap is to just stand there and literally point it out like I just did.
/r/TheRedPill11/12/16 08:26 PM

I didn't mean to imply that God did it, I meant to say that we have no idea and we are still searching for the answer. We're infinitely more informed than we were 2000 years ago, but in the grand scheme of things, we really don't know anything.
/r/TheRedPill08/12/16 09:38 PM

Honest question. You don't see religion as a means to control the masses? I do. It works well. I mean, a Buddhist, Muslim, Hindu, etc, has as much faith in their god, as you do in yours. Everyone can't be right, but they could all be wrong They can be but it's not about just having some undying faith towards some random God. Besides Islam, most of these faiths don't care what you do (In this current era of history), and attempt to covert others by example. In addition, in principle most of these…

I have the opposite problem usually for different reasons, the grass isn't always greener on the other side. You have the tools here to learn how to escalate, and score new girls so no worries.
/r/TheRedPill08/12/16 02:21 AM
2

Look at his physical escalation as well. Notice that he touches the girl a lot, and she politely rejects and he continues to try again when appropriate. My favorite is when he sings "it's up to your knees out there" and he puts his hand on her knee and she again politely pushes it back to him. He's a smooth talking Hispanic creeper. They mastered the art of touching in escalation because it's a cultural thing.

Intentional move stud. I was a pretty devout Catholic back in the glory days. Still like the community I just don't have the time or passion for it anymore. I'll probably boomerang back in when I'm 70 or something and closer to death like most people do. Either way, I didn't want to bring religious over tones into the post, so I kept it as non secular as possible.

If you put it in the context of the time that it was originally written, you would think that those lines are pretty dank, and that dude was a hardcore player. He was definitely courting women left and right.

All you've done is create a kafkatrap where I'm "guilty" of not having done any of this stuff myself. You've deemed your judgement as truth and if I defend myself then I am clearly guilty, and if I don't defend myself in any way then I am still guilty. Adding details would only make it seem more like a lie, and being vague is equally culpable. I haven't had anyone try to do this to me, but it's pretty cool to see it in action even if it's only typed out. You did a great job on it.

I was guilty of that as well. Another subtle sign is when she starts slowly sucking on her index finger and rubbing her clit through the outside of her pants with the other hand. I used to think "That's an odd place to get an itch and her finger must have had some candy on it", but I'm starting to think it could mean something else.

That's a more specific thing and I didn't want to go into it for the post. That's what's called preening behavior. It's a fancy way of saying grooming. It's a good sign that she's doing that when you aren't talking, however it's a sign of disrespect if she's grooming herself while you talk to her. I didn't want to get into it because there is a difference between normal hair playing which is a comforting behavior vs. grooming. You can imagine grooming being disrespectful (depending on context) i…

I'm not claiming his story is fake, but it seems like it was a normal story that was edited with a thesaurus in hand so could use a larger vocabulary. What he says checks out though since I could see a teacher doing that. Then again, this is the internet.

The panties thing was a joke and I read his book a while ago. Before I read his book, I was a pretty active observer of body language especially since girls who were into me were pretty consistent in certain behaviors. It varied to a certain degree depending on the confidence of the girl and that was usually correlated to how attractive the girl was, but not always. I read Joe's book and it was fantastic because it gave me a better more formalized way of describing what I was seeing and noticing…

Don't jump to conclusions. Are her feet pointing at you when she does it? You have to look for clusters of behavior.

Well yeah, we are the results of many many generations of humans having sex, so it is built in. Overthinking is the primary reason why we drink alcohol to hookup as a society Yeah, that's pretty spot on.

I was a "natural" with girls, but thanks to GLL and TRP I'm even better than before even though it was a little awkward at first. I was also a natural when it came to reading body language and interest, and it feels a little awkward to implement some of the newer things I learned, but once that phase passes I know I'll be even better than I was before and that can again have carryover to my career success and success with women. If you don't want to learn more on body language and would rather r…

My comment above yours addresses that. Individually these signs mean nothing. Some girls just aren't ticklish period. That's fine and means nothing on it's own. When you note the body language of others, you don't stare or analyze them like a creep you're just aware of the small things, that do matter in a holistic sense. If you overheard someone talking and didn't say a word, but you grimaced, leaned away from that individual, withdrew your arms to your body and your hand to the notch of your n…

Look at her body. We are trained to hide our true feelings on our face. She could be doing that. Hence terms like pokerface and such. Her feet, posture, and the rest of her can give away her true intentions since she is not as aware of those.

It's funny because in the beginning of Joe Navarro's book he pretty much calls guys who can't see it coming when their wives leave, or their boss fires them, and things of that nature kind of dense. I have to agree with him. The tickle test on it's own means nothing, but when you start adding together many signs and combine it with context (culture, environment), these little signs paint a huge picture of the person your dealing with. I wrote this post for my own purposes of forcing me to recall…

You're overthinking this stuff man. It's all a part of your lifestyle. Cycling is very unnecessary, because a body that is very attractive to a large majority of women is achievable naturally. Being a vegan is way unnecessary too. You can hit 10-12% BF by just eating healthy, and adjusting when necessary. You can even occasionally drink and be fine. Unless you're stupidly tall like me, then you should be fine finding clothes. Getting a suit taylor made is fine though. Define good genetics for me…

The way you carry yourself is a part of attractiveness to women. I don't really like getting to nitty gritty with these details and debates. Everything you're saying is correct. I'm not trying to argue any of it. I just believe it can all be summed up into Look Good + Talk to Girls. Looking Good doesn't have to necessarily mean just look physically appealing

You're a handsome dude, if I was gay I'd let you touch my penis. Good for you. Most guys aren't lucky enough to have that (facial aesthetics).
/r/TheRedPill28/11/16 11:00 PM

I'm not there to watch you eat or workout bud. The fact that you bring these topics up should answer your questions. It's the little things that make the big difference. Eating junk isn't helping you. Missing workout isn't helping you. Drinking more water and cutting carbs helps a lot with reducing water retention. Also upon closer inspection, I'd ditch the sideburns and the mustache until you can grow a fuller beard.
/r/TheRedPill28/11/16 10:55 PM

Putting your pic up on the internet is a bold strategy, but you have the potential to be a lot more handsome. Your grooming is kind of poor. Shave the mustache, and get a more stylish haircut. There are products, that help get rid of the bags under the eyes, and if you gain some muscle and lose a little fat, you'd have more chiseled features. I can see them, but they're covered by a little baby fat and water retention. You're young so you're only getting better bud. It's all baby steps. You have…

I'm glad you liked it. I'm trying to push a dose of common sense and reality into the climate here. With a lot of this self improvement stuff, people just productively procrastinate by constantly trying to improve themselves to get women, when there are shittier guys already banging the girls you think you can't get yet.
/r/TheRedPill28/11/16 04:02 PM

Then you were really good at talking to girls. I like using normie talk in my posts. It's a preference of mine Most guys pretty much lump the sum of frame, confidence, social awareness/quickness, and efficacy of swatting shit tests as being good at talking to girls. If a guy has shitty frame and doesn't understand power talk or subtleties in body language, then he sucks at talking to girls.
/r/TheRedPill28/11/16 03:36 PM
12

I think this is where the 80/20 rule is very relevant. Looking good and talking to girls is pretty much 90% of this. X is that 10% factor, that tips everything in your favor. If you don't look good, or you aren't talking to girls, then the X is pretty worthless.
/r/TheRedPill28/11/16 01:42 PM

That's not a bad thing. Read a book like "How to talk to anyone" or "How to win friends and Influence people" Learning how to give a warm inviting smile when you look at women is a big contrast to your natural RBF and will probably be perceived as more special then if it were from a guy who is always smiling. Just my thoughts.

Gay men hit on you. You have been called hot or good looking by random women who are sexually interested. I don't like the overall mood of the sub, but it has a large following of guys who would want to read what I have to write. I stick to posting. I don't really read any of the stuff since most of it is common sense, and reading about how some lady was on the receiving end of bad karma or how a guy was falsely accused of rape doesn't really help my life in any real way. There are a few good nuggets here and there though.

That's pretty cool. I studied Math and Psych in college and everything I've done outside of college has had nothing to do with writing, so I consider it to be something I'm pretty weak with relative to other things in my life. It's a huge relief to hear that from someone who actually writes.

Are you referring to the sub I posted it in? Yeah you're right, but when discussing topics like this, it's mostly broad strokes. Most girls in the USA who fall into the demographics of people who frequent bars and clubs are not virgins. Most had multiple partners. That doesn't bother me nor do I really care what they do, but it's just an observation that's relevant in the context I was speaking in. Won't apply to virgins like you said or highly conservative cultures or countries which again poin…

Yeah no argument here on that stuff. Getting a great body, and dressing well and all that, helps make you more attractive to a broader audience, but there will always be girls that just won't be interested for whatever reason. The kind of girl you stare at for a good few minutes and question whether she's real or not because every other girl looks like crap compared to her. The good news is that your right, no one cares about what you have to say, they care about what they have to say. You don't have to be interesting. You let other people talk about the most interesting topic on the planet (themselves). Read Dale Carnegie's book, or better yet take his seminar. Talk to your employer and tell him you want to take it. He may see you as a go getter for doing that and may even pay for it. Consider therapy. That's ok. When you learn how to socialize well you'll never really be that lonely, because you'll have the freedom to make friends where ever you go. Don't pay attention to others. I know that feel man. A girl I was talking to and did eventually slap stomachs with went full robot when she heard me say the word retarded. I said socially retarded, as in socially slow. Literal definition of retarded, but she went into a full 30 second scripted lecture of how it's an antiquated term. Reminds me of Cialdini's Click Whirr responses in action. Just keep up the social awareness and you'll be fine.

For the sake of the guide and not to come across as humble bragging I get into what the man should be doing in the relationship not the girl. I've had girls do that stuff too. Some did, some didn't. I didn't get into the details of the whole verbal judo thing since someone else had a whole post dedicated and there is an entire course dedicated to it, but its main use is for police. If he's going to marry her, he'll marry her regardless of what internet strangers say to him or what evidence we present. Again, I recommend what Mike Cernovich said. This stuff really depends on the girls you're going after i.e. age, education, culture, religion, and it depends on how you look. Do you look like BF material or do you lean closer to the scumbag look. I don't know how you act or your mannerisms that you do. It's the really little things that add up to big results. You may not notice it, but girls are experts on body language compared to most guys so little things you do may be sending big signals to her.

These guys need to get their communication theory game up. Part of the message is the messenger. You yourself are part of the delivery of the gift and set up a large part of the context of the gift giving. I'm not trying to write an academic paper on this stuff, since it really isn't rocket science. If you're cool and she likes you, she'll be ecstatic you did something nice and thoughtful for her like that out of the blue, although you only spent 72 cents and 15 seconds of your time to do that f…

Yeah that's dumb. It costs me like 3 dollars to buy a pound of the stuff. On her specifically I'm spending like 72 cents to give her something she never tried before and really enjoys. It made her so happy and therefore made her associate happiness and new experiences with me. It cost less than a bag of skittles. Besides I felt good when she felt good from feeling good by being with me. Complex stuff.

Thank you. It sucks that I can't write about more advanced topics. Guys immediately shit on or don't care for things like retention or things to enhance what they're already doing. If I stray from absolute fundamentals then I get no visibility. It's pretty annoying since I think I can give a lot back to guys here.

I am not a fan at all of texting and all that useless garbage. We are visual creatures and therefore visual stimuli are always going to be the most powerful and persuasive. If you want her to stick around she needs to see you sometimes. I'd say once or twice a week. You can't dick her down over the phone. You can't really push really good positive associations over the phone as well as you could in person. It's up to you what you decide, but that's my suggestion.

PM me a pic of yourself man. Not to be hurtful or mean, but sometimes we compare ourselves to the way we used to look and you may look phenomenal compared to how you were before, but may still look crappy in general. Maybe your hitting on the wrong demographic, maybe you're the guy that needs to hit on 60 before 1 girl will be down. There are so many things that I don't know that I don't feel comfortable giving you an answer without more detail.

A lot of my posts mention Chris. He has had a big impact on my sex life and the way I look at women. I really love women and I've really upped my sex life because of him. It's an eye catching title. Marketing is one of my interests and Attention is the single most important thing in advertisements. My title was very visual and used language that is not commonly used. As far as attention grabbing is concerned I think it worked well. You don't have to like it, but you should appreciate that aspect of it.

I could write about a lot more "advanced" and much more specific things and I have, but it either gets buried or it gets a lot of hate. I get told it's only because I'm good looking or tall or something like that. I'd love to talk about some of these more advanced and specific things, but most here don't want to listen so I keep it very basic and mainly common sense.

Game is such a broad pretty undefined thing. To me it's your ability to get laid. The guy getting rejected by 99 girls a week and then tagging number 100 has better "game" to me than Mr. Social who's collecting all the phone numbers, and making out with chicks but only get's laid once in a while.

I admit to talking like a 16 year old boy, but I don't in any of my posts ever show an ounce of hatred towards any women. Phenomenal positive influences in my life.

Realizing it is in itself a huge step in the right direction. A lot of guys will deny it even though it's clear from an outside perspective. It's normal to like some validation. I still get that deep feeling of satisfaction when a really sexy girl says she thinks I'm hot/cool/handsome or whatever. I even get it when guys say they're really jealous of me. I 100% believe what your saying about you getting shit, but it's funny because I've had the complete opposite experience. It's happened to me a good amount of times and it's usually when you're much more attractive than they are. It's like if you were a 7-8 and she was a 5. They'll reject you before you can reject them. Or maybe because he was the Son of God.... That probably helped a little too. I dislike how church doesn't focus on cool manly Jesus anymore. Jesus was flipping tables over on corrupt Pharisees. John the Baptist was a shredded stud. He was out shirtless on the river just doing John things aka baptizing. He was the cousin of Jesus himself and therefore had savior genetics. There's a reason Christianity is one of the largest religions to this day. Jesus, John, and the 12 apostles were shredded BAMFs. You don't need validation to fuck other people, but a lot of guys get more satisfaction from just being seen with a hot girl, then literally fucking a less attractive girl. Not everyone, but many do this. I used to be like that.
/r/TheRedPill17/11/16 05:18 PM

I don't usually talk about stuff like that because I know guys will just jump to the you're tall or good looking thing right away. However, you are absolutely right. Most of the hot girls I know are usually dating pretty average looking dudes.

The problem with giving less fucks is that it's easier said than done. It took me years before I cared a lot more about sex than validation. It used to be 80% validation 20% sex. Now it's more along the lines of 80% sex 20% validation. It just takes time, but when you start caring more about having sex than you do about getting validation will you start "not giving a fuck" and start really plowing through girls. It takes time though and lots of validation until you don't feel the need to impress…

I disagree. Partially thanks to Scott Adams I've been mindfucked into believing almost any random shit is possible, or is perceived to be possible. You're absolutely right. Matter of fact in the 1800s, it was a very common problem. People had tons of indigestion to an extremely fatty diet. That's where came in and started feeding people grains for breakfast instead and they felt better. You should be eating a diet that's heavy in plant matter. That doesn't necessarily mean high carb, it means high fiber.

Ask and you shall receive. http://rspb.royalsocietypublishing.org/content/280/1751/20122495.full TLDR; Men look healthiest at this weight. At this body fat we are thought to have great immune systems and other signs of health. Ultimately the stuff we find sexy in the opposite sex, usually goes back to really basic biological needs. We like women with good hip to waist ratios because it's a good sign of fertility. If being shaped like a refrigerator was a healthy indicator of fertility we'd proba…

You should at most take it twice a week. Take it a few hours before going to the bar and just drink water. It'll kill social anxiety without the empty alcohol calories. It's a tool and a prescription drug in other countries. You can form a dependance on it and go through minor withdrawals.

Yeah and the fat thing is backed by genuine research. His AA program is basically exposure therapy which also works. He also preaches using phenibut only 2 times a week or as a substitute (NOT SUPPLEMENT) to alcohol on the weekends which I'm very inclined to agree with.

To expect that from a general population is dumb. Most people don't have the initiative to cook their own dinner let alone do all that.

Bernard was a genius. I'm quoting the author of the article. I'm trying to point out that it's stupid to think that the general population will ever be aware enough to see through all the bullshit the media peddles out.

This was a fantastic article. I've been reading several books on persuasion, influence, and marketing. This man Bernard expertly hit the mark on so many tactics. It's incredible how ahead of his time he was. The article was also well written. The only real long-term solution is for people to develop enough self-awareness to understand when mass media is prodding at their weaknesses and vulnerabilities and to make conscious decisions in the face of those fears. That was the only stupid thing he s…

http://deanofstudents.utexas.edu/sfl/chapter_orgpage.php?id=43 http://www.tke.org/resources/minimum-standards-for-chapters Those are two large frats and have 2.5 min GPAs. Some have 3.0 minimums. Sometimes it depends on the school. I don't really know what the point of this is. Having a mixed bag of C's and B's isn't difficult with most majors vs. maintaining 3.5 and above with a hard STEM major.
/r/TheRedPill04/11/16 01:22 AM

The minimum GPA for a good amount of frats is a 2.5 That's not objectively bad, but it's nowhere near good enough for things like med/law school, which in the context I was referring to is very bad.

I don't drink the stuff. There are some great leafy green vegetables which are good sources. Eggshells are good as well.

At that height, you will either do really well or really bad. If you're attractive you will be noticed instantly. If you look bad, you will still be noticed instantly. The height is just a great exaggerator at that point. Even bad posture is even more noticed at that height. I speak from experience and the fact I played volleyball/basketball and was always surrounded by tall guys.

I wish I did. I'd say the book is a great start. I'm sure there is something out there, but like most things that really challenge the establishment it's probably buried deep or extremely obscure. I'm sure a few guys here would like to hear about it, but most people don't give a fuck. All of the stuff is pretty interconnected, and I wouldn't call it planned, but it all definitely moved in a general direction. It definitely is. I think it's a great start to see where some of the connection lies. There's ties to the advertisement industry and media. There's connections to women entering the working environment in the 40s and 50s. It's pretty interesting stuff.

I've been reading Sugar, Salt, Fat recently and there's a giant rabbit hole with the food industry. This book is obviously just a quick glimpse, but a lot of these companies market so heavily to children and dumb parents, you can't really be surprised at how fat we are as a country. For example, do you remember apple jacks cereal. It had the cinnamon as the good guy and the apple as the bad guy. It was a commercial that literally demonized a healthy fruit and praised cinnamon/sugar. Even frosted…

I've never been a fan of the "staying socially warm" theory. Yeah it's awesome when you're in fucking zone and it's idea to be there, but you won't always be "socially warm". Sometimes you just need to have a system or psyche yourself up a little. When I had that sudden shift into perspective just hearing people use words like that frequently became a huge turn off. The words lose their meaning and it just becomes annoying. I know the face, and it's mostly just a front. Some girls just look like that, and a lot are just grouchy about how boring and shitty their lives are. Most of them aren't sick of all the validation they get. A majority of the time, a compliment from a guy she finds attractive will put her on cloud 9 for some period of time. Marriage is a social construct. There is literally a very good theory that pushes that. Most religions enforce that structure because granting men access to sex and future offspring ensured they'd work harder towards a better more productive society. Polygamy was actually pretty hedonistic and only really benefitted the most powerful men and almost all women. Barren? Doesn't matter he has 13 other wives who can have kids. Are you a widow? Don't care I like different vaginas to cram my peepee int…

I knew this post wouldn't be heavily upvoted because it's information heavy and doesn't have a theme guys can just nod their heads to, but I was really hoping it would spark a little discussion among members. Maybe it would give them some insight into areas where things may have gone really right, or possibly really wrong.

It's not too different. I would say that it builds heavily on it, and adds more detail. There's a portion of the book where he returns back to the 6 pillars of persuasion he mentions in Influence. Presuasion adds the element of context to the world. How things we see or do can create associations and prime us to see certain messages. For example, if you asked someone if they were adventurous and they said yes, they'd be more likely to try something new with you. You presuaded them into the thoug…

This was a great post. It reminds me of when I really started getting into this stuff. I started on GLL and he wrote about his days as a lonely bodybuilder. There are these guys who stay in Friday/Saturday night and they rationalize their behavior with this moral superiority. "Oh, I'm healthier than these guys drinking that garbage", or they jump to the stereotypes you mentioned. Well while you were at home, some guy that's less attractive than you went out with some friends and a pretty sexy gi…

It's a great read. Pre-suasion does not disappoint either. I was really hoping this post would spark some discussion. Persuasion and Influence explains a lot of the things we see around us and it especially helps to understand what's going on with some of the things with respect to women. Like most areas of study. A lot of these principles tend to build heavily on themselves, and you'll notice a lot of repetition. I'm pretty excited to notice a lot of these things in effect around me and I'm hop…

I really wish this post resonated with more people I knew it wouldn't be popular because it goes against the trend and mindset here. Being the best can be a bad thing at times. Obviously there are a 1000 other factors. But look at Tesla vs Edison. Edison was the good enough guy. He was a dirtbag and he got what he wanted compared to the borderline autistic yet infinitely more talented Tesla.

The 1 gram of test was in reference to literal professional BBers that are walking around at 280 and 5'9. A normal cruise would be be more along 300 mg a week similar to a TRT dose. I also linked to sites that go into hard specifics of each steroid, and what beginners should do.

If you use test improperly it'll shrink your balls making your dick bigger by comparison.

Yeah it's pretty dumb to use steroids in the military either way unless you're non deployable and guaranteed to not have to do bullshit FTXs or shit that would fuck with your sleep/diet/training and cycling. That's close to impossible for most guys though.

/r/TheRedPill25/10/16 02:10 AM

There are sources for tren out there, but for beginners tren acetate is usually recommended because it will clear out of your system in 2-3 days if side effects are too much/severe

I don't think anything I wrote is incorrect. It's bare bones stuff. I'm not trying to get into it, but I left links for reputable sites for those who want to learn more. I was never crazy for the organization of the steroids sub reddit, but has good transformations pics for those who want to see what enhanced transformations look like.

What you are referring to is known as a recomp. Basically with the aid of say tren, you calculate your daily calorie needs and keep it at that in order to prevent any weight gain while gaining muscle and losing fat.

There's also a psychological aspect of it. It's pretty scary to see a team of silver back gorillas who are expert marksmen halo dropping in to pretty much fuck shit up

Most of the guys who I know did it didn't do it for their career, it was just part of the culture. Also these guys were infantry where holding all that extra muscle mass really would not have helped.

They say you can't use steroids, but a ton of guys do anyway in the army at least. Tests are expensive and have to be requested to test for PED's. If they did seriously test we'd lose some seriously great guys.

Yeah top 20% is top 20%, but what's wrong with playing to your strengths? I'm a tall guy and almost everyone would agree that I'm attractive, but when I went down to Duke to drink, I'd have a hard time getting laid if the basketball players were out. They were a bunch of guys that were my height who also had 1000X more social status. Most girls tell me I have a great body, but when I hit the Jersey shore, abs and girth are a dime a dozen. I'm not one of those guys, but they are out there, and they're not all competitive bodybuilders. You're preaching to the quire here man. I was and to an extent am still a high level volleyball player. Steroids would not help me one bit. Most people don't give a fuck how athletic they are they just want to look good.

There are tons of ways. I'm on track to make 6 figures in my line of work in 4 years. If I go to med school (on the GI Bill) I'd make 6 figures through that. If you learn how to weld, become dive certified and do underwater welding you'd make that money. I'm sure there is a million more ways, but it takes a combo of brains, a nutsack, and work eithic. If you lack in one you have to pick it up in other aspects.

There are some guys that already pushed the natty limit so they hop on gear to push further in their physique. Also for the sake of looking good, it's not like most guys or almost any girls can differentiate a physique built with a little extra juice or all natural. All they see is big arms and sweet cannon ball delts. You'd be surprised how many guys cycle. That's a great mindset, but I have to disagree with it to some extent. You have to play to your strengths. A nationally ranked player in starcraft wouldn't get pussy in 95% of the world, but if he goes to Korea where that game is kind of a big deal, then he'll be pulling models. What's wrong with him just going to Korea where he'll be considered the fucking man and not a fucking dweeb who's really good at that computer game?

These are tall goodlooking guys. It's just part of the culture up here. Not all the time, but I've seen multiple men at my height with 40-50 pounds on me with lower body fat. It's obvious to anyone with years of experience lifting that results like that are not achievable natty. I'm not hating on them. It works, and I don't want to juice(yet) so I'm better off in areas where guys aren't as into lifting so I can stand out even more.

This sounds like an absurd example, but it's one I lived through. Say you live in a military town. Most of your friends and coworkers you hang out with are jacked and tatted up (a lot of guys in the military are flabby fat fucks too). In that environment these guys are a dime a dozen. When I went out to UNC or Duke or Raleigh. I looked like a big ethnic ape and I could pull some sexy girls because none of these guys could compete with me. I was a rare commodity up there.
/r/TheRedPill23/10/16 02:08 PM

That could be the case or it could not. In Raleigh for example there was two bars about 2 blocks away from each other on Fayetteville street. One was called Architect, younger crowd and vibe, and there was this lounge that had more working professionals and a classier vibe. Both had pretty hot chicks, but I could pull more easily at Architect so I just went there.

Yeah no problem bud. I also commented that if college isn't a good option leaving high school, then doing 3 years in the military (airforce coast guard Navy Army etc.) is a great way to get some credits (literal college credits), think about what you want, learn a skill, get some cash (don't get married while you're in, I know it's tempting), and get jacked while you wait. If a kid has a good head on his shoulders, and is in good shape, but he's having trouble getting accepted into college. Maybe the choice isn't to try harder. Yeah, but the problem with a lot guys with low self esteem is how in denial they are with their value. I'm glad you realized it quickly so now you can really start hitting on chicks with some confidence and assertiveness, but some guys really need the message hammered home several times before they realize they're self worth.

I really enjoy lifting heavy weights. It's like therapy for me. Some of the guys I'm friends with also lift very heavy. 5 plates is a ton for most people and it's the most I can pull as of now, but within that circle these guys are pulling 6. You're absolutely right and that's the reason I'm trying to push out my satisficing propaganda out. We're men and we live in the real world. There's a lot of shit happening all around us everyday and we need to make decisions. Self improvement is phenomenal and the community is great, but unfortunately a lot of guys use it as a crutch to not make the hard decisions. In an overall life context I'd say no. As far as a sex life is concerned I'd say yes. Either way, you only have one life try and enjoy it. Life can be a lot better than the way you're living it now. You're a grown man and can do whatever you want, but think about your choices.

Same here, but there is no point in calling them out on it. I'm more of a positive reinforcement guy (because it works). I rather up vote and comment on honest field reports and such where guys admit their mistakes or at least give relevant context as to why things went so smooth. It's great for learning and gives people realistic expectations and context to things such as how a luck is a big factor and the steps taken in order to maximize your chances of getting lucky.

That's a great write up. To expand further on what you said, the Pareto principle applies to everything from the yield of crops to the amount of sales with respect to customers and so on. 80/20 is just semantics. It can be 60/40 or 90/20 (it doesn't have to add up to 100). In addition, it can be applied multiple times i.e. 20% of men get 80% of women, then 4% of men get 64% of women and so on/so forth.

They did something similar and equally dumb with dick size. You also have to remember that women don't have great grasps at size and don't understand measurements well i.e. a girl who really liked me said I have a 7 inch penis. and a lot of girls ask me if I'm 7ft tall. I wouldn't take anything from online dating seriously. It's a lot of girls with unrealistic standards who would settle for a "much lesser" guy who hit on them in person.
/r/TheRedPill21/10/16 10:03 PM

It's important to understand context as well. If guys have confidence to hit a popular bar or club, they more than likely won't look like shit and aren't even remotely an accurate sample of the overall population.

Do it in winter. Reykjavik has this really cool geothermal system that pipes hot water into the city and the pipes run under main streets so that main roads will never be snow covered. The prices for flights and hotels and such are insanely cheap during that time and so are rooms. On top of that, the competition from other foreigners will be non existent, and there are winter specific activities that I wish I could have done such as checking out ice caves and seeing the northern lights and doing…

Probably not, but I don't think a lot of guys would say it out loud. I literally have, it feels weird, but kind of good. It's a little awkward having your legs spread like a chick so they can go at it, but whatever at least I can say I did it.

Yeah, that's what I wanted to get at, but it's such a big issue and it really requires a fuck ton of context. For all intents and purposes I'm a tall (6'8) attractive Indian guy to your average women observer. I have a tall attractive Korean friend (6'6), and I have a couple of tall attractive black and white friends (ranging from 6'4-6'8). All of us could go out and pull girls. Assuming we're all equally attractive to non racially biased observers, we're all going to pull very different girls. …

Dude needs to take advantage of his religion for what he wants. Tell his also Catholic wife that he wants to grow closer to his wife and faith simultaneously. Fast on Sundays and Holy days of Obligation. Take a note from Jesus and reject all pleasures for 40 days aka no touching the wife and getting rid of all the sweets and non staple foods from the house. Really commit to it. I appreciate the words and I'm doing really well in life, but still not satisfied. I pretty much just come to this community at this point to give back a little and to vent since at this point, the internet is one of the few places I can really be honest. i.e. can't be a creep at the workplace, can't talk too much shit with the people I play volleyball with, can talk to a few guys at the gym, and some of my closest friends are great, but they don't get laid enough to grasp some of this shit, and…

I had mine in college. Most of the ones I meet came the US as children and there parents are nurses. With that being said, I still play lots of volleyball and the only Filipinas I meet, I'm pretty sure are ladyboys. You're right about those Asians. Like I realized in hindsight, Roosh has pretty great country breakdowns. I'm basically giving people a shitty primer compared to that.

I only slept with a couple of white girls. I really couldn't go into depth like /u/ShallITinder. Best sex I ever had was a girl who was half white, half Indian. I was hooked on her. Thanks bud. In hindsight after reading these comments, this was a pretty dumb post since Roosh has pretty phenomenal write ups on literally individual country that are really well archived. The nightlife is pretty insane. So Friday and Saturday night you will get plastered and stay out till 5 AM. The girls IMO are very sexy and a little thick. I hope you like cocaine because it's everywhere at night. The girls are very open sexually and I highly recommend an air bnb in the city center close to the nightlife. My favorite spot was Artur which is a block away from B5. When I went I traveled the ring road with a really good friend of mine and the scenery, hiking and sheer amount to see…

I've been wanting to give back to TRP so I've been trying to write up on some stuff I'm decently knowledgable about. I thought that getting a primer on sexuality in culture would be useful, but I could have done a better job or just focused in on something I knew a lot about.

Great point man. I should have been more distinct. I've met a couple of Iranian girls. Never tagged one unfortunately, and even met a bunch of Parsi people too. It's this tribe of Iranians that emigrated to India like 500 years ago, but they still speak Farsi and the whole 9 yards.

It really depends on where you find them, but they can get pretty whorish especially if they are Americanized and educated. As an Indian dude you're at a disadvantage in the sense that they are pretty deep in the culture usually. So when they meet a cool or attractive Indian it's a race to date not to fuck. They are eager to just lock you up, so casually jamming your meat stick in them is pretty fucking annoying even if you're a cool/attractive guy.

I'm really not into Indian chicks at all, but the feeling isn't mutual. I have this weird insider outsider look into the culture so if you have any questions you might as well ask me now.

I used to be crazy underweight back in the day man. This isn't a popular opinion, but you're crazy thin man. You need to add more calories. Add a little bit of simple carbs and sugars to mindfuck your body into getting hungrier so you can eat more, and cram in more calories. Consumption of simple sugars trigger an insulin response. The insulin response leads to your body lowering your blood sugar. Now you have low blood sugar so you become hungry. There are other hormones and peptides involved s…

Great list. GLO has a much more comprehensive list on Asian girls than me, and I know you did a white girl post. The culture doesn't really actively enforce exercise and most of the girls are vegetarian. This isn't salad and tofu vegetarian. You should be proud for having such a cool and unique interest.

I'll elaborate a little more though. I started doing the stuff because my best friend was a huge scumbag that fucked literally dozens of chicks in HS. Yeah you have it down on the guy aspect of it. That's basically what it means. The thing with girls is more complex. There are studies to back up SOME of what I'm saying. Like when girls are ovulating they have a tendency to go towards more attractive High Test men and what not, but most of what I'm about to say is from my own observations from years of being a scumbag with a few of my hardcore degenerate friends and stuff I learned from GLL after a bad break up. The 80/20 rule is a cool rule of thumb but highly misleading. It's more of a power scale. I for one am kind of a scumbag in the sense that I've slept with a lot of women, but that number is <100. Then there are guys who slept with >100 women. Then there are the Dan Blizerians of the world who have honest to God slept with more than 1000. We're all at the top 20% but are having wildly different experiences. It's hard to see until you're in on the circle. Once you sleep with a bunch of chicks you …

I never said women only do things because of men. I suggested that a large majority of girls pick up cool hobbies that they normally wouldn't have because of a bf or father. A PC version of what I said would be. Aside from hobbies that are typically seen as the norm (make up, travel, netflix) many women will pick up an atypical interest as the result of being in contact with a man they really admire. It's literally even shown in pop culture. If you've seen Dexter, you'll remember that Deborah Mo…

Yeah of course there are outliers. Like what I said with my post. These observations are general rules of thumb, not 100% in concrete hard facts that apply to every human being on the planet. It's stupid to think that. It's just useful to keep in the back of your head until proven otherwise. Yeah a lot of guys want companionship and sex together, it's pretty normal. Who said attractive men settle for below average women?

There is this persuasion tactic that takes advantage of the fact that we have limited attention. As humans we pay attention to something because it is important. If a bear walks within 100 ft of you it'll have 100% of your attention. By pushing topics into our attention (even if they are objectively trivial) it creates an illusion that the topic is important.

Noone called you a slut. It's just a generally held observation. You may not do it specifically, but a very large non-negligible amount of girls do it. You can say it's because we live in a culture that shames sexual behavior in women, which in turns leads to them looking for sexual encounters heavily overseas where they'll be no social repercussions. The reason doesn't really matter. Frankly I could care less what any girl does sexually unless I firmly believe it's the woman I want to marry, wh…

That's a fair point. Remember that these girls came from high school though. As weird as it sounds girls in high school, if they are active are way more interesting then most girls. That's a different question man. She could have just had one bf all her life and became comfortable enough to really go at it with him and picked up a lot of tricks and shit. Most girls that really really get around usually just starfish from my experience. Usually the really good ones had LTRs and on top of that really really liked me so the enthusiasm was through the roof which IMO is a really important aspect.
/r/TheRedPill18/10/16 06:27 PM

No reason to be negative brother. You know the saying, Forgery is the ultimate form of flattery, or something like that. If she's copying you it's because you're a cool handsome guy worth copying. She's doing it because she likes you, and wants you to like her back.
/r/TheRedPill18/10/16 03:40 PM

You can't blame or be mad at them. They liked the guy. They wanted him to like them back as well so they feigned interest in what he liked, and eventually grew to like it as well. It's pretty normal behavior, and I find it really flattering, and it's a cool way to know if a girl really likes me, is if she copies me.

Be friendly and polite. Don't give them more than what they give you. It's really tough to say. It's not a popular sentiment here, but you should be friends with girls. I don't think that. There are plenty of cool girls and I even admitted to knowing one that was way cooler than me. That being said, most girls pick up their interests from an ex or their father. It's the general observation, not the 100% rule. As a girl who travels frequently, I'm sure you have some general rules you follow, and realize that it isn't the case 100% of the time.

It's just that we're wired differently. Most girls we're designed to fit the mold, to get by while guys had to be more extreme aka the reason why there are more male criminals, and more men geniuses. There aren't good biological reasons for a woman to push the limit to attract a mate, but there are plenty for a guy. With that being said it makes sense that most girls would be attracted to cool guys and latch on to their hobbies/interests. It could have been her father growing up or possible an e…

It could happen. I'll admit I have one girl friend that was way cooler than me. She rode a motorcycle, travelled a lot, knew a lot about beers, and was really tight with her family. That being said, she was the exception. It's more of a male trait to go out and try to be the best at something to attract female attention. It's how we're wired.

Did you read the post? I talked about how my good friend turned this girl from boring to cool, and now she's dating a guy who hit the jackpot. I've done the same to exes as well. It was just food for thought. Just an interesting observation, do with it as you will.

/r/TheRedPill18/10/16 03:06 PM

Just learn one. Just one that you can really get into and enjoy. One of mine is cooking. Like Sunday I went to a butcher and had a femur sliced up and I made bone marrow infused with garlic salt and oregano to be spread on vegetables/bread. It's not hard man, and it's useful. Yours can be cooking, it can be cars, it can be DIY projects. I would suggest something practical and useful, but anything is better than nothing. You just have to give them a try.
/r/TheRedPill18/10/16 03:05 PM
1

That would be great. I'd love it if everyone in this society improved in general. I have met some really cool chicks who loved their dads and their dads got them into cool shit, and the girls pursued it on their own later in life. Usually, from my general observations, is that these girls want a guy with the same interest. They don't want to teach a guy about it from scratch. There are exceptions made, but it's not the general case.
/r/TheRedPill18/10/16 03:03 PM

Most of the interests are pretty superficial. You can't knock them for it though. They just picked up what there ex liked. They never had the same depth or fascination as their ex had for it most likely.

It's ok man. There are two girls in my life I still think about constantly and miss. I don't usually get philosophical and shit like that, but check out Arthur Schopenhauer. He's this German philosopher who wrote an essay On Women. He writes they practice dissimulation so you'll like them basically. Any girl who likes you will mold to you or think what you do is cool. The second she stops liking you she'll probably go liberal again. It's not a coincidence that most Republican women are married to a republican man.

Just get a place as close as possible to the nightlife. Ideally walking distance. It's a game changer. For example, If I were to move to Baltimore I'd try getting a place two blocks away from the most popular bar. Pick up girls at night there. Take dates there, and when things are going well, walk them to your place

That's because people basically eat dessert for breakfast. High sugar yogurt. Frenchtoast/pancakes/waffles drenched in syrup. High sugar cereal. My favorite is when Tropicana was pushing these commercials to have a nice tall glass of their sugar water orange juice for breakfast.

This is some GLL theory mixed with my own. A lot of guys are at the looks minimum for most girls, especially in communities such as this. Any guy that has slept with or at least been friends with some hot girls knows that they have at some point slept with a guy that's uglier than them. I'm not being a tool, but I've dated/slept with some hot girls and I'm friends with a few as well. That being said most guys are completely non sexual when they talk to girls and it is fucking boring. It's boring…

I'm half Indian, but look full blown Indian. It's pretty fucking great. Girls assume I'm smart, and relatively safe. It's fucked up that most Indian guys have this victim complex, but frankly it just means more of everything for me.

Make it a system man. Just do it. It sucks and it makes you really come to terms with everything (approach and social anxiety, fear of rejection, inferiority complex). Every Friday and Saturday go to a close bar or a cooler bar that's relatively nearby around 1130 or 1200 (depending where you live in NYC where bars close at 5). Make sure you stay for at least an hour and make it an absolute minimum to talk to 3 girls with 5 being the preferable number. If you want to get over it quicker, go to a…

I've been in the same spot so I'll tell you exactly what I did. First thing's first. YOU DON'T NEED TO DRINK. It's no big deal that you don't. Tell people you have an early morning or that you have to drive home. You can just get one beer or get water. You can even take some phenibut before you go out and not drink. That's what I did. Go out alone. It's a little weird, but remember, you're out to get some pussy. Most guys go out and just stand in a corner with their friends watching all the girl…

All this stuff heavily overlaps with one another. If you're cool and look like a player, you'll become friends with guys that are also somewhat into that dirtbag lifestyle (regardless of their profession). If you look like a player (Handsome with sex appeal aka this post), you'll have success with girls and will probably put your pee pee in some of them. You'll end up being FWBs with some and you'll meet her friends and social circles where you'll meet more guys and girls. You can do this anywhe…

Shave your head, shave your beard, and trim down to 12% fat. Congratulations you just became significantly sexier. On top of that clothes (that fit) look better and if you dress with some style and edge you'll be better that every other guy 167cm tall and shorter. You're right to an extent, but if you're looking as good as possible when you go out you're always "prepared". If you're hitting on 5-7 girls when you go out at night (that's an aggressive night for me maybe others do more). Some will be unavailable, some will think you're cool/sexy, but aren't logistically available, and hopefully you'll get "lucky" and find the girl that finds you Cool/Sexy, is logistically available, and you have the game to seal the deal with her.

I appreciated finding the redpill because it led to me reading and understanding some of the things that happened in my life, but your right. Bitching moaning, and complaining only makes guys bitter procrastinators who start making ludicrous excuses to not hit on girls. I can honestly say I've hit on 100s of girls aggressively and I've faced "negative" consequences maybe twice and they were very transient.

No not at all. I played basketball then volleyball most of my life. Most of my friends were either really tall or meatheads. I have this bad habit of pretty much just looking at anyone who isn't jacked and/or tall as small. It's not like I dislike them or anything.

That's just kind of sad to hear. I really wouldn't wish that on any women. I don't really get a justice boner from stuff like this man. Some girls have been brainwashed to think that they deserve this unrealistic standard, the same way guys here have been brainwashed to think they need to have 8% BF be 6'4 and make 6 figures to nail an 8. Even if she doesn't have kids I hope she finds a nice older guy that already has kids and fucks the crazy out of her so she can live a happy life.

Yeah. I like TRP, but my only problem is the sheer amount of mental masturbation and theory. If you want to say I don't care about girls at all and rather masturbate and focus 100% on what I want MGTOW is wide open. If you want to talk about the decay of Western Civilization and how to prevent it then go to the darkenlightenment sub. Guys need to stop mentally masturbating, go out, and get laid. It's as easy as what I wrote. Also don't be a weirdo.

In a club a lot of girls are usually going to after parties and shit like that. They usually already know who they want to bang and he's going to be at the party. Most girls won't completely abandon their plans and friends for a random dude even if he is goodlooking. That's why I said maybe only 10 girls

Usually hotter girls are a lot nicer to me. They don't typically do that stuff and if they aren't interested they're usually polite. I like hanging out with chicks, but to each his own. The whole negging and being mean thing is just kind of hurtful and I don't really deal with it. I recognize it well, and if I'm horny I'll tolerate it, if I'm in a bad mood I'll call her out and be mean, but most of the time I just move on.

When I hit on 5's and 6's at night, they'll occasionally neg me or try to disqualify by saying some dumb shit like I'm too tall. I'm not sure what you're getting at bud. Every girl/guy is different. Yeah AWALT and stuff, but some girls won't put out for a stranger, they want to be in a relationship. Some girls won't be interested you on a Tuesday morning, but will be down Friday night. Some girls just won't be into you. It's all random and unless you're a psychic you won't know. I didn't realize you're age. That makes a lot more sense now. I still have to say that running basic guy game and looking healthy will allow you to have much better quality. I'd argue that's just what game is. You should be looking as good as you can when you hit on chicks. (doesn't mean you're wearing a tuxedo or anything stupid) Now you're physically screening chicks to see if they are interested. When you finally hit one that is DTF and sexually available, You're focused on sealing the deal with her. You don't waste time trying to get unenthusiastic girls to like you.

This isn't a sexy answer, but it's a lot of practice. It took me a lot of approaches before I felt natural touching girls I didn't know as fast as possible. I'd hold their hands as long as possible, squeeze their biceps and sometimes I'd walk up to a girl making eye contact with me and tell her she was all types of sexy. It didn't feel natural. Felt like someone told me my technique was wrong all this time and I had to actively break my old habit and build this new one. It took time

When you shake a girls hand, you let it linger a little bit longer than normal. You touch girls in general. I'm not telling you to grab her by the pussy, but if she says something like oh you're so strong you can joke and tell her you think she could kick your ass while you play squeeze her biceps. There are lots of things. Most guys are pretty asexual when they talk to women and won't touch them at all. Something as small as that is above average sexual aggression.

You're right, but like I posted you're much better off being somewhere around 10-12% so that you can have distinct facial features and decent abs as long as you don't look like a complete twig. You literally have nothing to lose at all. It's not easy starting out though

Not just that. They won't wear tight clothes, they'll basically where skin suits to show off everything they got. If they don't have it, they'll bolt it on and then flaunt it. They are by far some of the sexiest women out there, and they make sure everyone and their brother knows it.

You already have a good advantage with your height in India. Are you vegetarian as well? I only ask because it makes bulking harder unless you're down to just basically drink ghee and eggs like an animal. By all means keep running, but up the lifting a bit more to gain some mass. Being more muscular really sets you off from other Indian guys and dress with a little more style. I've met 3 sweet nice virgin girls in my lifetime of hitting on girls, being in college, being in the military, and being in the workforce. One is married to a good friend of mine, who was her first kiss, and they did not have sex until the day they were married. She is a pharmacist and he is a doctor. She was from the midwest originally and a very devout Christian. I realize this is anecdotal evidence, but they exist. Me and him are close so I know they have a far from perfect relationship, but…

Your mom is either married to a man with a backbone, is smart, or is attractive. Ironically, I would say several Trump supporters are the well informed (considering they are painted as the "dumb" group) because well informed people know the wage gap is a myth. Well informed people know that inner city neighborhoods are dangerous and it is not racist to point that out. Well informed people know that wealthy handsome men with an ounce of testosterone will be total dogs with women. It's just common…

I've been going pretty deep with the psychology of persuasion lately, and you basically did a persuasion double whammy. You created social proof by showing off your plate. Now by showing off your plate you're desired by the blonde which let to being desired by the other two. There are multiple girls in the group which leads to a sense of scarcity. Not only do you have social proof, but you are a rare commodity because not all of them can have your time. Great job man

I just wanted to have a mild positive look. I agree with you that we should work closer together so that good qualified men get the positions they deserve or get fucked over by the color of their skin alone. MLK is rolling over in his grave, because apparently character doesn't matter anymore. I also just wanted to say that as men, there are many among us, who despite being beaten down by stupid bullshit like this. I and many people I know were affected by it. On a slightly positive note, the same thing happened to Scott Adams, and he outlines in his book. Out of the many companies he worked, he quickly climbed the corporate ladder, and he was stopped because they were no longer looking to promote men of his demographic at the time. The man went on to create Dilbert and become a millionaire. I'm not hear to jerk the guy off, but male ingenuity is strong, and some guys don't take getting fucked in the ass in silence. Hear me out on this. Women don't understand consequences in the sense that me and you do, but they sure as hell modify their behavior based on past experiences, aka, they learn from the consequences of their actions. For example, a girl might, tell a guy she really likes how many guys she has genuinely slept with. He'll freak out and say I really don't think I can date you, or they'll be lots of friction in their relationship. Now next time she goes out and meets a guy she likes she'll lie about…

Just a heads up too. It's pretty normal for things to get a little worse first and not better. It's pretty sad but when anyone lives in an unhealthy dysfunctional family they see that is normal. It carries on through their life and destroys what could have been a great relationship. Stuff like this bothers me mainly because it isn't even just bluepill. It's just a total lack of common sense and respect. Again, not a popular opinion, but game will help you infinitely for meeting/ sealing the deal with chicks, but it doesn't get your foot in the door or break through certain walls for you. Hot girls that do coke will typically get banged by guys in those circles. Fitness chicks usually get banged by guys in the same area. You won't fuck them by just being in the circle, that's where game comes in, but you do need to be in the circle (a very large majority of the time) to get seal the deal.

Again, playing devils advocate, it's sort of like nailing your first high class sexy hooker/escort. It won't "make you a better person", but it will give you confidence and experience you just can't fake. It's a pretty big game changer to sleep with girls that hot, or in this case to get instant access to girls that hot. It will change your perspective in a positive way with respect to game. I would argue that it is more of an economic reason. This is an already established theory so I'm sure someone has said what I'm about to say, but in much better words. When men returned from WW2 women had overtaken the workforce, and men were trying to return to the workforce/school. More likely than not if a white girl has sex with a black guy than she is pretty much not worthy of anything more than being a fuck buddy ore ONS. There are except…

Great post man. I know how you feel. I feel like one of the lucky guys on this forum who had mostly positive experience with women, before I ever started reading this stuff. Of course I've had horrible expreriences too that I rather not go too deep into, but I blame myself for most of them. I read this stuff so I could gain an edge and make myself even better at everything, and it helped. I read NMMNG which was a cool read, and helped me tweak my behavior slightly and I'm about to finish 48 laws…

That's a good memory right there. I completely forgot about that and I read the book relatively recently. Good for you on your recovery. I always like seeing what people went through. Care to share your story?

Not beating your meat is a great way to make your self more sexually aggressive with women, and it's a pretty good gutcheck of your will power. Going 2 weeks with no porn/ejaculation is usually a good time frame. I usually avoid porn, but once in a while if a girl I'm seeing wants to watch some with me I'll do it. It's all context. If you have sex with girls somewhat regularly and instead you want to watch some porn and beat your meat then fine. If your a weirdo who's jacking it 2 or more times …

There's lots of people here that see that. This is a big community and I'm not trying to be a dick, but a lot of guys still don't get it and still see everything as too black and white. There are a millions shades of grey, and context is key in every situation.

You know what's up. Less is more when you're in the office or hitting on chicks, but you're real friends are the few people you can actually open up to. No one can be a hard ass 24/7.

I can remember 2 instances off the top off my head. Both were in 2 different locations, and both happened to be Indian (I don't usually go for them). One was in Duke University and she was Phd student in Psychology. She told me her taller white friend was into me. Went to hit on her and she acted aloof. Naturally this annoyed me so I went to go hit on some other girls and suddenly she (the little indian Phd candidate) pulled me into a corner and started making out with me. I escalated and got us…

I didn't even think of that one, but you're right in a sense. This is anecdotal so don't take it as hard evidence, but I noticed more educated are bigger sluts. I'm pretty young. I won't say my exact age, but I hooked up with Phd candidates and MDs who all kind of made the first move on me. It was all pretty good, but they acted high and mighty and pretended like they couldn't give me a relationship because of my age and how were in 2 different places. Like I'd actually want to date some pretent…

It's multiple factors. It's a perfect storm of several factors. Less slut shaming. Online dating is the norm now. As a result of these factors and possibly more girls have access to more attractive men at the tip of their fingers with less social repercussions. You can't really blame them for any of it.

Florida is pretty diverse. Some areas are tourists some are local. Miami for example could either be really easy or hard to pull in for example. I know this is way off topic, but in Vegas I would either completely strike out or I would kill it. In the casinos I couldn't get laid if my life depended on it, and I did alright in the night clubs, but I didn't close. I had same day lays with the chicks who were down for EDC. I fit that demographic way better. Back to Miami though. There are rich loca…

I'm pretty surprised by the Florida thing, but I always did extremely well in the triangle in North Carolina. Haven't checked out Charlotte yet though. What areas of Florida are you talking though? Miami, Tampa, Orlando

Context is key here man. It depends on your age ethnicity and looks overall. There are places I slayed because I stood out hard in a good way. I'm a pretty unique looking guy, so I won't describe how I look, but one of my closest friends here in NJ is 6'1 and a physique competitor. He's a handsome dude and he pulls well. When we went to the Jersey shore together he didn't get much attention at all since jacked dudes were a dime a dozen there and he didn't stand out. There would be plenty of othe…

It's a condescending insulting title that some of these guys may or may not be used to hearing. It grabs attention so the message can be heard by more people. The message was very honest and probably did some people some good, even if it only made one person get up and decide to change his life for the better.

A lot of people are going to attempt to rationalize the findings one way or another, but pretty much everyone here, and anyone with a nutsack and common sense knows exactly what's up. No women wants a perceived loser that can't even provide. A weak man.

It's based on exposure therapy so the principle is sound although it is a bit odd, especially some of the creeper point stuff.

I know the site probably gets a lot of hate, but that's why I loved good looking loser . com. The entire premise was based on taking action and getting laid. Most of the programs are built on literally going out and doing something. Some of it was a bit carried away. Such as the approach anxiety drills. The very basic stuff was very normal, but the more advanced drills were a bit off the wall. At least it got people moving instead of debating theory or trying to become arm chair philosophers. I …

Yeah, I meant conservatives leaning towards libertarianism. True libertarians are definitely very idealistic, and a rare breed where that policy would definitely work for them, but not how they think when applied to a large scale.

Like most things in life, you just have to keep your head down and move on. It's stupid. Everyone who has half a nutsack and an ounce of common sense knows it stupid. Everyone has to do it though, until we take another shift in our society towards the right.

From my experience, yes they do. You get these conservative/libertarians who believe in a bare minimum style of government. I'm all for that as well and like Socialism, it seems fantastic on paper. They think everyone can handle the freedom, and that the private sector will completely handle everything and the market will balance itself. I'm not a political scientist. I'm sure half the stuff I say is wrong or can be proven otherwise, but I do know history and what happens when there aren't check…

Of course there are. I would never deny that. I don't think for one moment that if conservatives were to have their way that we would be in some utopia. It's pretty tough to make arguments without making some generalizations, hence terms like AWALT. Most guys here with real experience with women and in general know that there are exceptions everywhere and every girl has varying degrees of behavior. It's the same with conservatives and liberals. Things become way too long winded when you try to b…

I did, and it only made drugs seem cool. They made it sound like cocaine gave you super human strength and opioids would feel 100X better than sex. When they say education, it isn't really education. It's more of an indoctrination. If it was education, they would educate both sexes on prevention, and risk, but that isn't the case. I remember when I was a freshman in college. It was the first week, and we had to make our own skits showing examples of abusive relationships. It seemed like fun, and…

This is just the difference in the liberal versus the conservative mindset. Most liberals you talk to believe in this "ideal" world, while conservatives seem to be more based in reality. This is a generalization and there are obvious exceptions. I was in the military so I'll give an example related to that, and you'll see some parallells to this. Female genital mutilation is obviously a bad thing. Especially when it is done by a witch doctor who uses a sharp rock and pretty much does everything …

No argument from me with what you said. I get plenty of sunlight, but I'm not white so I still need to supplement with a little extra, and probiotics for digestive health is great for everybody. Again with what you said, ideally if you are taking care of yourself properly you should not need any of these additional supplements besides some whey, BCAAs and creatine if you are lifting. Eat fish, eat leafy greens, go out and get some sunlight. Eat a balanced diet in general, and don't flagellate yo…

I'm happy I met someone who has the same mindset as me. Before being a regular subscriber to this sub I already lifted and was pretty solid with women. I never really dealt with feminist bullshit and I went to a large college. I just wanted to improve a little more because I knew I could definitely do a lot better with women and do a little better everywhere else. I was born pretty lucky with my genetics. Dad's kind of a pussy, but I had good male role models growing up.

I bench a pretty respectable amount, but I have never ever received attention from women because of it. I originally started lifting in highschool to become more attractive, but at this point of my life I just enjoy fitness in general. I've had women most often talk to me in the gym because they saw me doing back bridges or some more advanced yoga/flexibility things. Either way, it's stupid to potentially herniate a disc "pushing yourself" deadlifting, squatting, or to get a pectoral tendon tear…

MOST supplement industry products are bullshit. Only things you "need" are BCAAs if you train fasted, and some whey. Caffeine is great and making your own preworkout is a hell of a lot cheaper than buying c4 or jack3d. Roughly 90% or more cheaper depending on what and in how much bulk you buy. Looking good, getting ripped, and getting huge is crucial and everyone here should lift, but anyone who has ever gone to college or has ever been into bodybuilding or just getting yolked knows there are pl…

The act of getting hard is a parasympathetic response. If you are stressed/panicked you will have trouble getting an erection. That being said, ejaculating is a sympathetic response and explains premature ejaculations.
