Why is this a problem? If I were getting dick surgery done I'd probably want to be able to choose who is and isn't in the room too.

if its the delivery room, i can understand, its probably the most vulnerable state a woman can be in, but there no reason he cannot wait outside and see his child once he/she is born.

The rights of the patient trump your feels. The fact this even had to go to court is insulting.

This applies equally for all patients in all surgical procedures, preoperative care, or squeezing a small human out of your cooter.
