Part of the problem is that these aren't new ideas. Everyone is aware that the onus is traditionally on men to initiate, and the proponents of that dynamic are right wing traditionalists, not feminists. It's also blatantly inaccurate to suggest that the legal system conflates leaning in for a kiss with sexual assault-- forcing someone to kiss you is another story, but if you can't tell whether someone is kissing you voluntarily or not, you've got bigger fish to fry.

Also, you're technically (legally speaking, in the US at least) wrong that it wouldn't count as rape for a woman to sit on a drunk man's face, both because his intoxication would legally impair his ability to consent and because sitting on his face is "oral penetration" (though I agree with you that a jury probably wouldn't go for it). "Rape" is defined as penetrative, regardless of the gender of the penetration, for most research studies because researchers try to methodologically differentiate between different sexual acts as much as possible, and envelopment is included in more recent public policy recommendations for rape prevention (for example, the 2010 NISVS study is often extrapolated into statistics like "1 in 5," which conflate penetration and sexual assault as "rape" for both male and female victims).

And I don't intend to insult or offend you, but I think that if you're trying to get your writing out there, you might want to work on making it a little more formal and put together. Just something to think about.
