No there isn't, these aren't men - they're zygotes and most lethal mutations that result in spontaneous abortion occur very early in pregnancy.

thus repudiating aspects of radical feminism that reject the suffering of men

But there's no men suffering - they're fucking fetuses, and some are born with lethal problems and die before they're really even cognizant of anything at all.

More dangerous work places might contribute to higher death rates in men

But almost all men in 1st world nations work in service industry jobs (retail or office work), almost no one (male or female) works traditionally "dangerous" jobs anymore, those are an extreme minority (especially with the housing bust, construction isn't what it used to be). So, in order for "dangerous work" to really impact the male death rate it'd have to account for a much larger percent of male employment...but it doesn't.
