It just occurred to me how much emotional manipulation has played a part in the feminist movement.

I have always considered it a primary indictment against feminism that leading feminists knowingly advanced lies to ostensibly strengthen their intellectual position. But that's not even why they pushed those lies - intellectual high ground was never the goal.

Those feminists were whipping people into a frenzy, acting as though an imminent crisis was occurring and ongoing, when no such crisis existed. It was and is fear-mongering with an agenda, a manufactured crisis with feminists/government as savior.

For questioning feminists, here is a nowhere-near-inclusive list with a few examples of knowing fraud.

If any of those debunked statistics/lies sound familiar to you or upset you sometime in the past, then people on the list successfully used you. They manipulated your emotions, trying especially hard to increase your fear and mistrust of men.

If that embarrasses you, don't let them continue to use you. Your tacit approval is necessary for their bully pulpit.

If you are a moderate, and think both sides have some good points, please don't utilize that as an excuse for argument to moderation.
