Again why not ban non-consensual male circumcision, and only allow it if there's a medical reason or the person wants to have it done.

I think there are a lot of good sanitary and cultural reasons behind FGM. It's an ancient tradition that is important to many people. And frankly it looks great. I certainly wouldn't sleep with a woman that hadn't been snipped.

Any efforts to eliminate FGM over the alleged rights of the girl to not be mutilated against her will are transparently racist and should be discarded.

Somalia should be the ones dealing with Somalian civil rights issues. The UN exists to air and hopefully settle international issues before they lead to wars, and it isn't even very good at that.
