Forget the "mancession" or the "he-covery." Men suffered the biggest job losses in the financial crisis, and also gained the most post-recession jobs.

Yes, and then this idiot woman goes on to say that 2/3 of all jobs lost to begin with were men. That had alot to do with Obama kissing feminst arses and reversing himself when he had once planned to stimulate "shovel-ready" jobs in construction and infrastructure.

But, the real point is the math. Say, between me and some random woman, the IRS takes $1,000 in excess taxes, $667 from me (2/3) and $333 from her (1/3).

If the IRS later says "Oops", we'll give you back half of what you each lost, that DOES NOT MEAN WE'RE NOW EVEN IN OUR LOSSES. She gets back half or $333,which means she lost only $167. I get back half of $667, which means I lost $334.

Women tend to work in the caring industries (healthcare, teaching, etc.) that don't get hit during recessions. Men tend to be in careers that are a lot more at risk (construction being the best example).

The careers women tend to join stay very stable whereas the careers men tend to join do worse in recessions and better in booms.

This is very simple stuff.
