I interpreted this as just trying to be silly/sarcastic with you. Like she's saying "well, I'll try to tear myself away from the oh-so-interesting laundromat, /s".

"We still on for tomorrow" makes it pretty clear that she wants to go out with you.

Just laugh along with her. "The laundromat. That sounds... umm... fun? Ha. Let's meet at ." And go on your date. Have fun.
