That's my alma mater. I think the Daily Cal is publisheed weekly now. Anyone who doesn't think that the Obama administration has populated his admin with people who hate men is ill-informed.

It is no surprise that those who would attack men's rights in general, would also attack male rights to presumptive innocence, and I thank you for bringing this article to our attention.

Overall, this bodes well for us. Constitutional challenges could likely resolve in our favor, setting a strong precedent.

The scant attention paid to false allegations can be some of the worst violence inflicted upon innocent men. For each occasion, I can only hope for multimillion dollar settlements, disbarments and similar.

I'm curious now - where does the ACLU stand on this issue?

I don't get how anyone can justify this standard of proof. Literally half of all innocent people will be found guilty. Furthermore, anyone who doesn't understand statistics will assume that there is automatically a 50% of any accused person to be guilty, and if anyone thinks an accuser is less likely to lie than not lie (Like all feminists would) that's all you need to convict anyone (Don't know if convict is the right word). This is complete lunacy.
