Yea except obama had a super majority his first two years as president, but like the typical lib you throw blame on republicans when they were a minority in congress.

Two years of nothing but a bs health care law that the majority of people do not want. Even when the people of Massachusetts, a highly liberal state, elected a Republican to stop the health care law obummer still forced it thru.

Bush was president when those two wars were started and guess what, democrats supported the war, but I love your "interest in playing politics" line, lol. Sorry but democrats are no saints, both parties play politics to get elected.

Obummer has been playing that game since he was president, like when he allowed over a million illegal immigrants to stay in the US just so he could lock Hispanic vote, not to mention his constant female pandering.

Sorry, democrats are no saints and in the issue of mens rights obama has done one hell of a job proving he is nothing more than a feminist/female pandering pos but go ahead and vote for him, that will guarantee Title IX will be extended to the STEM fields in college, the paycheck fairness act will undoubtedly be brought up again and the national debt will be, as estimated, over 20 trillion.

Thankfully obamas polling numbers are sinking so not everyone thinks like the majority of useless idiots on reddit do.

So that still makes what you said before a lie.

How so? I said "If your numbers are correct", that means that I was taking your numbers at face value without putting in any extra thought into it. In the 80s U.S. debt was less than a trillion USD. It could theoretically get down as low as zero USD depending on how everything is handled.

National debt went up, according to this, $4.90 trillion under bush's two terms, debt went up $4.940 trillion under obummers one term.

Normally, debt should go up in bear markets, and down in bull markets. Bush had eight years of bull market as companies rebounded from the dotcom crash. Obama has had 4 years of bear market. Actually, it hasn't just been a bear market, it hasn't even just been a recession, it's been a depression and a worldwide recession.

As it stands, Bush's 2005–2009 congress session has the highest increase in debt as a percentage of GDP since the early 1940s. His 2001–2005 one is about the same as what Obama has done in a bear market.

Spin it all you like I cant see why anyone would vote for obama (especially on this reddit where he has proven time and again to be nothing but a feminist/female appeasing pos).

I shall repeat what I said in response to your other comment, and then add a second point.

As an economist, I can conclusively say that he has a track record of economically viable policy, especially when compared to his competitors.

Funny that obama promised to cut the debt in half or he would be a "one term proposition".

He never promised to cut the debt in half, he said that he doubted that he would be re-elected if the U.S. didn't make it out of the depression (which was why the Republicans attempted to get the U.S. government to declare bankruptcy).
He never said that he would resign, he said that if he did a bad job relative to the other world leaders, he doubted that he would be re-elected.

Hope that becomes true this November.

Well, the U.S. is exiting its depression, so I too hope it turns out to be true and he gets re-elected.

The citizens of Canada, Denmark, France, and most of the rest of the world having a higher opinion of the U.S. now than they did four years ago is at odds with a two countries trying to improve their military situations?

So, what, are you saying that Canada and Britain created the nuclear bombs with U.S. funding because... French and Spanish citizens don't think highly of them?

Let's be precise with our numbers. He added +10.3% to the debt relative to the GDP.

Bush added +7.1% and +18.2%. WW2 added +67.1%. FDR and Harry Truman combined to drop it by -24.4% of GDP. Clinton dropped it by -9.0%. George H. W. Bush. added +13.0% (third most since 1940 after WW2 and his son). Ronald Reagan added +11.3% (fourth most). etc.

Those were all single terms BTW (FDR just kinda ran over Harry Truman's term a bit)

TL;DR talking about dollar values straight up is pointless. You have to either adjust for changes in the price level, or take them as a percentage of GDP (or similar).

In order to "drop out of the workforce" and not be factored into unemployment calculations, you either need to be studying or retired (you can come out of retirement later though).

U.S. unemployment rate is currently 7.8%. Canada has 7.3%. The U.K. has 7.9%. France has 10.2%. Slovakia has 13.7%. Spain and Greece both have 25.1%. etc.

Do you know who has a low unemployment rate? Cuba 1.6%. Monaco 0%. Belarus 0.7%. etc.

As someone living in a country with complete healthcare coverage who has right of return to countries in two other continents, and can live just about anywhere in the world that I want, I've got to say that full governmental healthcare coverage is VERY nice.

Can't comment on that one. Don't follow Men's Rights issues in the U.S. all too closely. Pretty much every U.S. president in the past little bit hasn't exactly been good for Men's Rights though, and you've got to compare him against what he's running against, not some fictional perfect candidate.

Maybe you can explain to me why so many people on this reddit plan to vote for him despite the fact that he has, throughout his entire presidency, thrown men under the bus in favor of women.

Economic policy, health care, international relations, not trying to increase the U.S.'s already oversized fleet of aircraft carriers more than what's needed to keep up with having more than the rest of the world combined, etc.

Maybe reddit in general is too much of a brainwashed liberal palace where conservatives like me should not waste time at.

Hey there, in recent history I voted for the most right wing party in my entire country.
