Righty, the gist of the story (pasted from facebook)

well, he went through a pretty messy breakup with his ex like yesterday, so (she) got a court to freeze his accounts

oh, they have a kid too, did i forget to mention that?

she's taking him to court in the US (he's an american citizen) to claim what's "rightfully hers" of his money/property as they lived together for over 6 months...

she's already emptied one account...

it was a joint account...

just not her money

TL;DR american citizen in the had his bank accounts frozen by ex. she cleared one account out. any suggestions?
