No. And the woman will be entitled to child support from her victim. This has happened many times, and the courts have ruled that the right of the woman to child support is more important than the right of the victim, including underage male victims of predatory adult women.

She can force him to pay child support, he cannot force her to have an abortion, it's wrong but it's how things are right now.

Follow up question: I'm almost positive the answer to OP's question is no. There are other options to avoid paternity, such as adoption. But if a man is raped, can he relinquish paternity of the child? As in, not be responsible for it, have to pay for it, ect.

In the United States, most likely you cannot force a female to have an abortion. No judge in their right mind is ever going to set that precedent.
The state mandates child support, it is considered the state representing the interests of the child, so yes it is likely child support may be required - especially since the mother may be headed to jail.

No. The way we do things, nobody is forced to pay with their actual body via medical procedures for crimes they have committed--for instance, if someone stabs someone else and their victim needs a blood transfusion to live, we don't forcibly take the stabber's blood. The closest we come to this is the death penalty, and that's very controversial and not at all universally applied. There really SHOULD be laws preventing any kind of child support liability (that whole idea makes me want to vomit) but I don't think there are...I hope I'm wrong about that, that would be great, but I don't think I am.
