Let me give a little background here. This is a girl I've known a really long time. I just graduated high school. She is a year younger than me. Cute but not overwhelmingly attractive. I'd rank her a solid 7. Great smile, broad shoulder, big ass that has gotten really nice. The ass is at least an 8. I personally had usually been pretty attracted to her. She's comes off as the quiet and shy type, the opposite of what I was, so it was always really hard for me to talk to her, and we floated in different circles. But ever since we were honestly in middle school I thought there was something there. Maybe it wore away or I killed it.

This is also a girl that I've embarrassed myself in front of countless times. I'm just being honest. She was the first, and really only girl, that I just could not talk to at all, and we had a class for a whole semester where we sat next to eachother, and I tried to make very awkward conversation. This was over two years ago, but it happened. I always remained pretty relevant on her snapchat once I worked up the nerve though. She's a really pretty girl, with a big ass, but she's never had a boyfriend or done anything with guys to my knowledge. She's popular but she hangs around a nerdy crowd of smart kids also. I've grinded with her at at least 4 dances, the last dance I'm pretty sure her and I grinded with eachother exclusively. Being that it seems that she doesn't have any obvious ongoing relationships, I always thought that meant there was something there. The "unspoken thing." I'm not a very un-confident guy (depending on my mood I supposed), but with her I could never get away from what I thought she saw me as, which was maybe cute but awkward or weird, and my personality probably just seems all kinds of blurred to her because I've never been able to act my real self around her. I always wanted her to like me and tried to act cool, which totally just never worked at all.

TL;DR my game was hella weak back then.

In more recent times I've made her laugh a lot, talked and smiled to her every chance I got, always snapped her and remained snapchat bestfriends often, always showed a little interest but never jumped the gun (I was always conflicted to act), and she came to a party at my house before, and even brought me a pack of beers once, things we talk about often.

Anyway, I could sleep easy and think of her as an old thing and a learning experience if I can at least do something sexual with her before I leave for school in the fall. She sometimes ignores me lately, which is just so odd because I used to really think she was interested, even going out of her way to message me on occasions, which girls just never do.

I know this might not be /r/Redpill at all, and I'm sure I broke all your redpill rules already, but like I said most of this was the past. I'm just looking for advice on how/if I can bed her from here. Maybe she just simply doesn't find me attractive anymore (if she ever did) or thinks I'm weird or a jerk or something. I have grown my hair out a lot, which I know might turn off some chicks, but I'm doing it for myself.

Also side note:

I hung out with her sister who is a year older than me once, in a supposed romantic setup, and it was one of the most awkward experiences of my life. I lost all interest in her and pretty much avoided her like the plague after that, which I think really pissed her off. It is totally possible that could be related, but her sister is kind of seen as easy and this girl doesn't seem to have problems with the many guys who have messed around with her sister. Anyway, thanks. I'd like some actual advice and not some "you're a pussy, pussy!"

I have other girls I'm talking to right now, although those also just went suddenly downhill it seems, but I just don't want this to be "the one that got away." Which she totally will be to me if nothing happens here. I'll only blame myself. I always wanted to be the first to mess around with her. Kind of something I always pictured.
