Was he charged with the rape or was that just what she said? It's pretty stupid that people are making comments like good for her when they don't have all of the facts

As a note- no evidence to support the woman's claim of rape has been brought forth, and yet she is being hailed as a hero. I am wondering if she would be treated the same were she in the US or Europe. Obviously, if the genders were reversed and it was a man committing this crime, she would be treated with outrage.

I wouldn't hold it against her if she actually was raped and blackmailed, and her family would've done something awful to her. But with no proof, this sets a scary precedent.

So she shot him 10 times aiming for his genitals, then stabbed him, then decapitated him.

God those comments are depressing. We don't know if he did rape her, but let's assume he did. Clearly that's wrong, and in that respect the justice system failed her, but when did raping someone warrant cold blooded murder and mutilation 5 months later?

Since women don't make false rape accusations i can only assume he had it coming. Of course, in a world where women did make such accusations one might be inclined to wonder if this wasn't her way of taking revenge on some guy who dumped her.

So, she shot and dismembered him for raping her? Wonder how she would like to get her finger/toenails pulled out and every bone in her body broken for murder (adjusted to fit the severity of the crime) in retaliation?

Oh, I forgot, everybody is supposed to forget that she murdered somebody because she screamed rape.

My guess: She is insane, maybe imagined a rape, maybe just wanted to murder a guy, killed somebody and now tries to get out of it by pulling the rape card.

Oh, this is what enrages me the most, honestly. Since when is it honourable to shoot somebody? The other party cant fight back. If you want honour, challenge him to a duel or get into a melee.

Guns are (regrettably) for war, skill and strength are for honour.

The most likely scenario, to my mind, is that they had a consensual but secret (because of the child) relationship, and she willingly posed for the nude photos. From there, things could go a couple of ways; she might have ended it, demanding he destroy the pictures, he refused, and this was the result; but, I think it's more likely that she ended it, and he didn't want it to end, so he blackmailed her, and this was the result. His intention could have been simply to talk with her and get answers as to why it was over, or it could have been directly to continue the relationship...

Either way, even if her story is true, her actions were well beyond justifiable, and I hope she is punished accordingly.
