It seems most of the commenters are trying to extract his head from his ass and get him to report. That's something at least. Hopefully he does it. If the story is accurate that girl is a danger to others.

I don't want to diminish rape so I'm hesitant to label it that, though I suppose that's the definition. I've looked into resources and I don't want to make that step. I worry about getting the police involved and what she may do. I don't want to escalate things.
