You are totally misunderstanding the point being made here if that is what you think.

BOTH parties should remain anonymous until there is a definitive result. At that point, the real criminal (either the culprit or the false accuser) should be named for public safety.

...Correct me if I'm wrong, but doesn't the anonymity for rape victims usually come from the media, who universally and voluntarily withhold the names? Not the courts? The court refusing to let them testify under pseudonyms doesn't affect what the press reports.
