Why does the word "rape" occur ZERO times in this article?

If a male teacher plied female students with alcohool and drugs and then "seduced" them, what would "Mail Online" call that crime?!?!?!?!?

Why the double standard in punishment and in acknowledgment of the crime and the victims?

When victims are boys or men, their pain does not count?

Completely crazy. I'd like to see the white knights show up and tell me how group sex is somehow a beneficial experience to minors. This is something that really changes the way people view relationships and without the right guidance will really screw a kid up and yet people think that it's ok because it was a woman who raped these young boys and somehow they enjoyed it. Rape is rape people, we need to stop justifying horrible actions like these. It is not ok to drug kids, and its not ok to have sex with them, regardless of gender. No way should this woman be released early and she needs heavy counseling to get the root of her issues and I really hope these boys received some kind of counseling too. It must've been a very confusing experience for them and for some reason I bet no one took it as serious as it was for them. That is truly a traumatic experience.

Edit: I also want to point out that she originally said that the kids had raped her, which if she would have been found innocent would have ruined these kids lives more that anything else. Why is this acceptable behavior for people? Why was her jail sentence only 4 years? She's seriously asking for release after not even being in their for a year and someone is considering this? This is just insanity to me.

She should be locked up for 30 years, holy shit sticks.

She had sex with 5 students, she should be put on the sex offenders list for life.

I could understand 5 years for 1 count and 10-15 years on sex offenders list, and teaching license revoked, but 4 years for raping 5 students? It doesn't matter if they were teenagers, she influenced them with her authority and alcohol, she should be put away for a few decades.

And she's only been in there for 7months and has learned her lesson? The judge would laugh while ripping up the request if it were a man that raped 5 girls.

1/4 of a year per felony. Often times just probabation.

Meanwhile, I got over a year of probation, paid over a grand in fines, and had to have "treatment" for a cop finding less than a gram of weed in my car. Misdemeanor. My first offense. Didn't belong to me, and a drug test showed I wasn't using anywhere near that time.

Fuck "justice."
