it's certainly destined to fail. if someone doesn't watch sports, why would they watch a show about people who don't like sports and watch sports. that makes no sense.

Why were the players getting a seat and a drink in the penalty box if it's supposed to be a punishment?

Because their actions hurt the team, as they're one man down and they personally can't contribute to the team.

Punishments need not be vindictive. I feel there's a disconnect on how hockey actually works here.

I don't think you can really compare the two. This is a show that intends to create an entirely separate commentary of an already planned broadcast and the Man Show is a comedy show intended for men.

The whole premise of the show is retarded. Watch hockey or don't. But don't turn it into a fucking fashion show. It's annoying enough that they pop useless cheerleaders in the stadiums during games. Do we really need two clueless women yapping over a hockey game?
