Speech is being delivered on the 18th. Its for a college speech and communication class. This is in a town that I will most likely not be trying to make friends in that much nor will be seeking to live here after school or get a career here. So I have no issue outting myself as an MRA.

The main topic is one unique personality trait or value I hold so I plan to do it on my mra values.

I plan to focus on the lesser and easier to swallow issues such as societal perceptions of men vs women (since it was discussed in light detail in the most recently read chapter of the course book.), male depiction in media, etc as my intro paragraph defining the movement. then transition to how my involvement with the movement affects me and how its changed my view on genders. but I haven't set that outline in stone

My question to all of you: any ideas of what should be brought up. some reminders of things mras face along with what males face in general to help me piece together this speech along with any general tips and suggestions.

The speech is a short one ~5mins. So I'm focusing on anything that can be succinct.
