I went wakeboarding at a cable park today with a buddy. When we walked in to check in and pay, the girl behind the counter was cute af. As soon as we walked up to the counter she goes "Oh man, you guys smell really good(Cause we smelled like weed). I'm jealous."

The 3 of us laughed and as we got signed in we made small talk about her having to work and wanting to smoke and stuff(I'm a big stoner so this is my fucking golden ticket opener)

The day progressed and my buddy and I went about our riding. As the day was winding down and we were about an hour outside of closing time, the rope operator shift changed and the cute girl we had talked to when we got there, was now back in the proshop all by herself.

So I go in and buy a gatorade and start chatting her up. Conversation flows really well and she's smiling ear to ear the whole time, but then she says "Yeah I texted my boyfriend to tell him how miserable I was and he rolled a couple blunts and brought them here and left them in my car. So I've got that to look forward to!"

I laughed and casually ended the conversation there, and walked away.

After about 10 minutes of thinking "Fuck, she's got a boyfriend, and she made that known on purpose." I was about to leave and I thought "Fuck it, I have zero to lose here. I'm gonna ask for her number."

So I approached her and said "Hey, I know you said you have a boyfriend, but would you maybe wanna give me your number so we can hang out sometime?"

To my surprise, she lit up like a Christmas tree and said enthusiastically "Yeah! Absolutely!"

So I got her number and left.

Anyway...thoughts? If this girl has a boyfriend, why was she so eager to give me her number? She said she's in college living on campus. I'm not the kinda guy that typically swoops on chicks, but if she was willing to give me her number like that...I'm thinking I got a chance.
