It is good that this is being discussed outside of /r/mensrights and /r/feminisms (and other feminist umbrella reddits)

I believe that when exposed to the light of day, men's rights issues are valid and rape has become the modern-day witch hunt, where (literally to feminists) to speak about its excesses means you must be one and (literally at universities) you are guilty until proven innocent now because it is so evil(tm) that everything we know about justice and law must be thrown out and replaced with a sexist hysterical scorched-earth policy instead.

People need to be talking about this - and not just the mra's and feminists.

Depends on what she is texting the guy. If they had consensual sex I'd wager lusty texts and more risqué behavior has been occurring.
