I can't believe or even understand why this is getting down votes. This is a perfect example of a violation of ethics in medicine. How can any medical professional say that circumcision has any effect what so ever on the chances of contracting any STI. The idea is pure fiction. It infuriates me to no end that MGM is of no consequence to the majority of the world, when FGM is been outright banned in most western and other civilized nations. How do they not see the comparison of ignorance and brutality in all forms of genital mutilation?
