Segregated south: "separate but equal" laws for blacks and whites.

Family court: "separate but equal" laws for mothers and fathers.

A set of laws does not guarantee bias-free application of them.

Laws existed during segregation, too. They fit the false defense you make (like a fucking asshole) but were not in fact equal.

Laws in family court are applied to treat fathers as unfit, and mothers as fit by default. This allows maternal gatekeeping by unfit mothers. This unfit mother, who practiced maternal gatekeeping, killed a child to deny a father from rightful custody.

Fathers and Families is the most successful, most well-supported family court reform organization due to their work in reforming the double standard in laws for mothers vs. fathers.

There is a double standard, you ignorant piece of shit troll, and this article demonstrates why it needs to be reformed. In time, it will be, after maternal gatekeeping is recognized by courts, and pieces of shit like you who defend murdering mothers are defeated.

So in other words, the law did what it needed to do, and all it could do, and somehow a mother killing a kid proves what? For every story you post of a mother killer her kids, I could post one of a father killing his kids too. Big deal.

Yeah, except in this case, the father was given custody; there's no way to prevent someone from killing another person. This article has nothing to do with custody reform, since the father was given custody.

For every case you have a mother harming her kids, I can name one of a father harming his.
