Permanently? Welcome to MGTOW. You'll need to drop the self-improvement aspect though, those guys don't like being prodded to better themselves because it's a worthwhile thing to do.

How 'low tier' are you - honest assessment? What are your weaknesses and strengths?

It's not monk mode if its permanent, if its permanent it's MGTOW, though don't confuse red pill MGTOW with the MGTOW sub which is just incels complaining about women and doing no self-improvement.

But if you have low SMV, definitely do monk mode. Take 6 months, read, lift, improve.

From your post it sounds like a tactic to avoid your current unpleasant situation. Quite the opposite of what you should do. It's not going to do you much good.

This monk mode bullshit has a very limited usage and there are only a few situations where it really makes sense. It may help you to incredibly focus on some important goal for a few weeks or even one or two month. That's all.

But it's not going to turn you into a pussymagnet within x years and you're not going to rise from the ashes as a great Phoenix.

Even if you would manage to improve some important aspects about yourself, most likely some facts about your status or some mucle, you're not going to be any more fun for any woman, just because you ignored them all for so long. Your social skills with regards to woman will further decrease and you'll start over, after unmonking from an even lower position than before

If you have never been on a date, its definitely worth considering.

TRP'ers think that Monk Mode is an excuse to step back from socializing to find "solitude" or whatever that means. Wrong. Monk mode means putting yourself out there in social situations, because this improves your SMV as much as style, packing on muscle, etc.

This doesnt mean approach every girl you see, it can just mean join some clubs/groups, make some friends, go to more parties, etc. You will meet women along the way. Eventually you will need to start approaching though once your social skills are competent enough
