So yesterday my son's mother was supposed to pick him up at 8:30. She called and let me know she was running late and it wouldn't be until 9-9:30. Not a problem.

A short while later she tells me that her fiancee is picking him up. I was not ok with this situation but she left me no choice as he was already 90% of the way to my home and showed up 5 minutes later.

Come to find out, the 'errands' she was running was getting into her wedding dress as they were married at the local court house less than 3 hours later. No one was told, especially me, that my son now has a new step dad. I found out when she was tagged in facebook wedding photos a couple hours later.

Today she tells me that she will pick up our son at 6. Almost immediately she tells me that her new HUSBAND will be picking him up. I tell her no, he can stay here and she can pick him up the next day if she has to work late.

She says I have no grounds to deny her new husband from picking up my son. I don't want him to pick up my son, period. I know this guy, he's a douche, they got married after 4 months of an off and on relationship and I know it's not going to last.

To top it all off he's on convalescent leave after breaking his ankle in basic training for the Army. She plans on moving my son to whereever this guy's first duty station is. Could be as close as North Carolina (I'm in Florida) or as far away as Germany.

I've been trying to get court papers to fully establish at least joint custody but kept hitting brick walls. I finally took it upon myself to get the forms but now I'll be filing them after she is legally married (one reason I think that no one was told).

I know Fl. stature 61.13001 states that she can't move him more than 50 miles away without my consent (which she will not have) but I don't know if I have to have the time-sharing agreement in place of it is automatic as I'm still paying child support and are part of my sons life.

Any advice, tips, anything would be very appreciated. I don't want to lose my son and allow her to dictate what happens in his life.
