I have three cats that I love more than most people I know, two of which live with me and another one that's back at my moms place. Going to adopt my two cats was heart-wrenching because I wanted to adopt them all.

My wife and I own three cats. Whenever I grill, I make sure to hook them up with raw and cooked meat; I'm their favorite human. :)

My personal problem with radical vegans like the person who made that comment is very simple; they are placing themselves above nature.

Man is an omnivore. Meat and animal proteins are part of our natural diet. I appreciate the people who protest animal cruelty. Bullfights and dogfights are heinous expressions of human evil.

However, carnivorous animals hunt; that is nature. Sport fishing (not catch and release) and hunting is wasteful. If you aren't eating what you are killing, then you are fucking up in my personal opinion. Go hunting with paint balls; that way, you aren't killing and fucking up the ecological balance of the area. But please note that this is my personal opinion; nothing more.

Cats and dogs are carnivores. Those idiot vegans who force that choice on their pets should be arrested for animal cruelty. Same with kids; children need those animal proteins to insure healthy development. My nephew was raised by a vegan stepmother and the kid developed rickets because she didn't give him milk or a suitable vitamin D supplement to replace the milk he wasn't getting. He also got scurvy, but that was because the woman was crazy.

This is all because these people have the hubris to try to place themselves above nature. Don't get me wrong; if that is you as a person want to do, go ahead and have fun. But don't condemn me for not also engaging in your folly.

When nutritional scientists and dieticians finally determine a way to synthetically produce the nutritional benefits without killing animals (and make it taste great to boot), I will be the first one in line. I'll put away (not get rid of) my fishing pole and hunting rifle.

Until then, I'll eat what my nature and my dietician have approved, and me and my cats will be happy!

First thing that jumped out at me was the assertions that;

a) MRAs are on par with fascists, and to a lesser extent - trolls.

b) MRAS, fascists, and trolls are only men

c) only men love bacon, and bacon means a person hates animals

d) anarchism is no longer about anarchy

I'm a female MRA, poultry breeder (for the simple enjoyment of having them roaming around our huge block - we don't eat them) and dog owner, and goddamnit I love bacon. So at least half of the above is demonstrably false.

I'm pretty glad to see that the commenters didn't completely let the shit slide. Can't be arsed background checking them all to see genders or where on reddit they contribute.
