@sonja_newcombe : "manpanion" isn't a word, do you propose to give it coinage or popularize it ? If so, to what purpose?

It's appears similar to mansplanation - a feminist idiom intended (i think) to discredit explanation delivered by anyone other than a woman.

Its sounds dumb to me, but I also try not to over analyze language. If I hear it more often it will probably start to sound normal, I dunno.

My most meaningful relationships have been with my guy friends. Most girls I date are just friggin' walking issue-bags, working on this problem or suffering from that problem. Who wants to be around that? I just want to play video games, go to class, and check out the girls sunbathing on the quad. No biggie.
