Too much he said / she said. Could have been either way, but not enough evidence to prove he did it. The only thing we do know is that she cheated on him.

The woman's paramour sought legal relief to compel her to stop contacting him. He also felt compelled to testify in her ex hubby's defense. This chick is a legitimate bunny-boiler; a fact which didn't escape the judge's notice.

It's he said she said. They made the correct legal call and I don't think it's right to accuse him of anything in the public opinion, but I wouldn't hold this up as a model case either.

I always thought anyone who cheated deserved beating with a shoe, regardless of gender.
