I thought the thing I posted about the Virginia father having his kid stolen by his ex-girlfriend and the Utah courts was sad, but, you win. How much of a cunt do you have to be to not let your kids see their dying father?

Kelly Brantley is monstrous. If she's that much of a sociopath, it kinda makes me wonder to what sort of abuse she's subjecting her children.

And the article points out the vile double standard of enforcement of child support vs visitation. The current system is infuriating.

The court asks "But realistically, what’s the judge going to do when she refuses to comply - change custody to a severely disabled man?" I got the sure-fire easy answer: clap that shitbag in irons and toss her into the nearest cell! A month ought to be just about the right amount of time to spend in the stripey hole for a custodial parent who denies visitation.

For the record the girls are 10 and 14. IMO the can cope with dads condition and the mother should lose custody due to the irrepersble harm she has done to them by stealing them away from the father like this. Its the worst kind of emotional child abuse I've seen.

How is this different from the mother who had cancer?

Was the father denying the mother access or was it just a custody thing?
