You just do it, quick like a bandaid, but understand when you do so, there is no going back. Once the vase is broken it can't be returned to it's natural state. I have to warn you, sometimes the grass isn't always greener, there is an abundance of damaged pussy out there that you can stick your dick in and a number is just a number over time. They all look the same upside down if you will. That being said, if you are 200% certain you want to break up, you can tell her you want to bring another woman in, have your girl make a tinder and get on the recruitment of your third, but chances are you'll lose her in the process. At the end of the day, you have to live with you decision.

Rip that band aid off now rather than down the road. Especially if she's your age. At 25 girls start gearing up looking for a man and babies enter the mind if they haven't already. If you aren't on board with that jump off the ship.

You on the other hand are entering a good point for a guy. Should be able to game early 20s with ease if you have your shit together.

Just sit her down and be honest, you had some good times but let her know you're in a different place mentally and it's not fair to drag her along, and you don't want to.

Look, she'll be sad but that's her thing to deal with.

Be nice. Be honest. Tell her and move on. She's going to be upset but she'll live.

Don't be afraid of uncomfortable emotional situations. Yes, they suck but they don't last forever. Tell her. Move on. Don't hang around for her to abuse you. Don't negotiate anything.

Don't waste her time. If she wants to get married and have kids and you don't, at least for a considerable amount of time, then don't waste her time. If you care about her then realize that using up all of a girls youth when she could be out finding her future husband is probably the cruelest thing you can do to her.

The reason you feel the need to break up with her is because you've given her too much importance. You now feel the need to remove her and make space for something else to take that high high level priority. 100 to 1 if you break up with her you'll simply replace her with another girl and be right back here after a while.

Don't break up with her, just stop making her a priority. DOn't make people the prioiryt--this includes getting laid. Make yourself your priority. If you fuck other girls, fine. If she breaks up with you because of the other girls, so what, she wasn't a priority anyway and you won't take too much of a hit becuase you're invested in yourself and your goals not in her.
