This is how the laws work, regardless of sex. She solicited someone to kill another person. That's called solicitation.

This is actually a fair charge. It would be conspiracy to commit murder but it wasn't far enough along in the process that it could be classified as such. You could argue that they need to change the law, but I honestly don't think that this is a case of male discrimination.
